They never show up when they are supposed to and even if your "on the route" they still leave you on empty and then charge you 200 emergency fill up fee. We always run out of propane in the winter.

Could someone please explain your Automatic refill Program to me? I pay for this service but during December, I contacted Amerigas 3xs to request info on delivery and explain I was running extrmemely low on propane and no response, On my 3rd attempt, I was down to 9% capacity in a small 250 gallon tank and

I can't get anyone on the phone to talk to and when I do they say they can't take my payment bcuz the payment is to large!!! I never of this before. I understand closing some offices but at least have a place where people are working u can drop pay off on a slot or something!!!

I have tried and since then I have been charged extra fees!!! I just want to know if my check that I mailed was received? I just need a simple yes or no!! Can some get in contact please. Thank you

I ordered a fill on 12-17-2022 they set a delivery for 12/18/22-12/26/22.. that never came. I have called repeatedly to get a delivery ending with the same results lower tank and no delivery. They say the next day. As well as now when I called today it won't be delivered to but now the 2 of January.

I have never missed a payment and have been a loyal customer. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. I have 7 children in the home one that is disabled and a 4month old.. we have been without hot water and a working stove going on 2weeks.

I have called multi times within the past several months to have a service technician come to my home to re connect/re hook up the tank i which it was disconnected back in March when the tank was filled. Every time I call to schedule an appointment I am told that there are no appointments available and someone needs to call me back.

I even asked how about the next few weeks or 30 days and am told the same information over and over someone will contact me to schedule an appointment. I don’t even understand why the website is no problem schedule to fill the rank and someone comes out but scheduling service is so ridiculous.

I should not have to as a customer to keep calling to schedule a service technician. Why even have customer service if they can’t even schedule an appointment? This is…

Ordered propane on 12/16/22. Have not received. Been told daily by agents it would be delivered by end of day. This has gone on since 12/21. Heat pump needed repairs and propane logs were used for heat. I've had surgery for fractured femur and recovering, 80 yrs old. Tank shows 25%.

When ordered it was at 45%. I need propane, NOW in case my lights go out and I don' t have propane. I've been getting the run around for two weeks and I'm very disappointed with the fact that I have to continue to check delivery status to no avail.

I've been with America's for 29 years. Please help!!

I have called several times, I have emailed customer service, I have chatted for the last 2-3 weeks. No gas in the winter temperatures. This let me know how much you care about your customers. I am 66 years old, I should not experience cold in my home.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I hope you sleep good at night knowing someone is in the cold.

We are enrolled in auto refill for our 1000gL tank. It ran empty and we have no heat or hot water. 3 days in a row we have been guaranteed it will be within 24 hrs. 72 hrs later and still nothing!

Gas was to be delivered on December 27 as a priority status. This order was originally created on december 7. I’m in poor health and have no upstairs heat and oven to cook. I would have bought a heater if they told me they wouldn’t show up.

If it doesn’t come today I will initiate letters and lawsuit.

Yesterday they came to my house for a delivery and my husband and children were at home, therefore, there were cars parked in our driveway. That is where we always park our cars at our house! The driver never called or knocked on the door to see if someone was at home, to see if the cars could be moved, mind you, the cars did not take up the entire driveway.

I received a text saying they were unable to deliver due to the cars being in the driveway. That is totally unacceptable!!!! We do not know when they are coming, so we cannot make sure the drive is clear. We have 20% left in our tank and who knows when they would be coming back out.

This is NOT the way customers should be treated. It only takes a few steps and a knock on the door. Called this morning and was on hold for 45 mins,…

On the automatic fill service, pending delivery since 11/16/2022 and waiting for over a month. Tank level now critically low (defined as tank level <20%). I've called 4 times, sent online message 4 times. Told delivery within 3 days by one rep; told delivery scheduled for that one day by another; told emergency delivery within 24 hours by another; told higher level rep will call me by another (which never happened). Still no delivery.

Water pipes will be at risk for freezing soon. (I am using a different email than the one on record for Amerigas).

They came out and said the filled my tank hounded me for $600 it was warm had no reason to use it then it got really cold Turned it on nothing came out had someone check tank empty called them they said a emergency gas vehicle is coming out going on 3weeks my house is cold I have two dogs a cat and a turtle my mom got pneumonia because of how cold the house is don’t use them today it’s Christmas and we are cold int house can’t even have a good one still Waiting on them to come

Amerigas does not care if you run out of propane in the middle of winter their deliveries take forever to be delivered no matter how many times you call and tell them. They simply tell you oh I will upgrade your delivery to expedited or emergency and still take a week when it’s supposed to be delivered the next day.

I wouldn’t recommend Amerigas to anyone. It’s just frustrating! Might as well schedule your next delivery the day they deliver the one delivery your waiting on cause you will most likely run out of propane by the time they show up again.

Just purchased completely renovated house. The propane tank is reading 5%. The seller had Amerigas come and inspect and fill the tank. Amerigas signed off on inspection but would not fill the tank. The note from Amerigas said the buyer was required to fill.

The delivery driver “inspected” upon arrival and said there was no valve on the range so he refused to fill. The adult that let them in is not a plumber either. Regardless, the range does in fact have a valve.

Obviously, we would not be able to secure a mortgage without passing all inspections. I called immediately upon hearing the propane tank was not filled. After a 30 minute conversation with Pamela, I was assured that propane would be delivered, but no time guaranteed even though freeze warnings are in effect for the next week.…

This company is garbage. They ran me out back to back months last year. Then the first month this winter ran me out again!!! Then I was told that they would deliver propane in the morning or tomorrow afternoon. I told them no you will deliver it now because my bill is current and my house is 59 degrees.

To which they replied well I can't guarantee when it will be delivered. Needless to say I WILL NOT be doing business with them much longer. I also informed them any damages to my house because of having no heat they were going to pay for or I was calling a lawyer and sueing them for the damages because they have not updated their system since the last 2 times they ran me out.

Also their customer service is shit!!

Awakened this morning (Saturday) and discovered our propane tank was empty and we never had the automatic scheduled delivery of November 19,2022. Called Amerigas customer support to get an emergency delivery of gas since the Temperature was 20 degrees outside.

They could not guarantee a delivery today and said it would take 24 to 48 hours to get the gas. This meant we would be without gas for more than 48 hours since they do not deliver on Sundays. A second call to Amerigas after the first hung up on us said that the driver would be out today (Saturday) and the driver also needed to perform a check for gas leak.

Customer service indicated delivery would be before 5pm Saturday.

Third call late in the day and went thru the same conversation as as the other 2 Customer Service calls. Found…

I ordered gas on 12/2 was scheduled for delivery between 12/3-12/9. I called 12/12, 12/13, 12/14, 12/15 every time I was told we would be getting gas it's 12/16, and we still don't have gas. They have my money but I don't have gas we have been lied to everyday.

We have been a loyal customer since 1996. So where is the loyalty and respect for the customer.

Well first off when I called in and have valid issues and can’t talk to somebody that’s one level above customer service and they refused to give me any other numbers and if there’s anyone else that can contact there’s a real problem. I wrote you letter explaining all this last time!

-cannot understand what your representatives are saying from your call-center most of the time but somehow or another manage to work through it. -called ahead of time once again to make sure that I don’t have a problem and it’s been ongoing for years of not getting the call it’s noted on my file prior to delivery.

This is the third time I have ordered gas and waited over two weeks for anyone to show or call after paying for refill on my gas. This is unacceptable and they need to start doing their job properly and on time.

Having a newborn and being told daily they will be out here to bring our gas and after three days waiting for someone I call o Lu to be told the same thing, they will arrive by tomorrow sometime. I paid over two weeks ago and should not have to wait this long for gas delivery.

I hope this company gets better or shuts down for poor service!

They have one of the worst company service systems I have ever dealt with. No one speaks English that I can understand, there customer service is not located in the United States, No one there can follow and check out status on set up or delivery.

The CEO of the company must not care or deal with his company to insure proper communications or or proper running of the company, I called a local small propane service provider near me and was treated with respect, proper English speaking person answered the phone and understood what I needed and will be serviced today with complete tank set up and delivery, where as with Amerigas they were clueless not respectful or could understand me.

We had call 3 times for our tank to be picked up since we no longer needed Amerigas service. The tank set in our yard for a year and we finally had to get an attorney, who sent a letter to get Amerigas to pick up the tank.

86 to come and pick up their tank that was left on our property for a year. We are not paying it, if anyone owes anyone money, Amerigas owes us storage fees for a year. Since the bill didn’t get paid, they tacked a $30 late fee.

We called customer service to try to resolve this without an attorney and got nowhere. This is absolutely ridiculous! I guess we’ll be going back to our attorney. I see why Amerigas isn’t accredited by the BBB. Too many complaints!

I am on auto delivery and Amerigas failed to fill my 120 gallon tank so I ran out of propane. I was told that a technician would be out to light my pilot light the next morning. I called and was disconnected 2 times.

Talked to a supervisor and was told could not get technician for 4 days. It's freezing and snowing. I then was disconnected. I called back new supervisor said Amerigas does not provide a technician anymore. She would not give me to her supervisor.

Several attempts by phone with Amerigas' customer service department have not resolved a erroneous invoiced amount. Any assistance would be appreciate - the ticket #5915772 did not result in a 48 hour response as Amerigas' technician had indicated (November 16, 2022).

It seems the main problem is the call center being several states away from my home; and the lack of understanding from the people answering the phones. They either pass on the wrong information, or the wrong canned text because I get several messages after a service call with totally bogus information. It seems likely that the call center is in a country where many have nominal understanding of the English language.

Started on 11/15/22 setting up an account. Person was friendly and easy to understand. Set a delivery date for Monday the 21st although there email said the 18th. On the 18th my pressure was too low to run my furnace and instant hot water heater.

My delivery never showed up on Monday!!! I called and they assured me I would have the next day. NOPE!!! I have called multiple times and got the same scripted response each time we will have by Thanksgiving!!!!! NOPE !!!!!! I called again today.

It is the Friday after Thanksgiving and now they want to tell me Monday for delivery!!!!! I have canceled my business with America’s and you can bet everyone I know will know not to do business with them!!! EMPTY PROMISES!!!!!

You may have to pay more for someone else but at least you will get it !!!!

I have had to call numerous times for a delivery that was scheduled and keep being told someone is on the way to deliver yet this was over three days ago. We are on a bi-weekly schedule and this can't even be adhered to.

We are now out of propane and after multiple phone calls of getting nowhere, still can't get anyone to assist with scheduling the delivery that was supposed to be here days ago. Terrible customer service and lies. This is no way to conduct business.

I have been told numerous times that a manager would return my call regarding canceling service so that the company can use someone that will actually deliver here on time without us running out over and over and absolutely no follow up. It is impossible to contact anyone that can help at this company. They have sent a collection notice and when you call their contact number it sends you to someone in India who contact track to information back. M. Solutions does not have a way to contact a person either. This is very frustrating.

29 worth of gas on October 19. They came to deliver it when I wasn’t at home and left a note saying my tank was empty and I needed to be there for it to be delivered so, I called and made what I thought were arrangements for that to happen when I was home.

No one ever came, so, I called again yesterday and spoke with someone named Fritz who told me it hadn’t been delivered because something on my tank was corroded and needed to be repaired which, I had no knowledge of because no one had notified me there was an issue. He told me that would be taken care of today and that someone from my local office would contact me however it’s 2 o’clock already and I’ve not heard anything.

Extremely poor customer service. Told them I was having issues to pay the bill on the site.

First of all the language barrier made it is challenging to get assistance. After about 30 minutes into the conversation I was able to break it I down into for payments but, still unable to pay online. The representative said she sent me an email which I never received.

I checked my junk/spam folders and didn’t see it. Then she went to tell me to try a later, which I did and still unable to make the payment. I figured I would call over the weekend to find out they are closed on Sunday.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My family’s house has been out of gas for 4 days!!!! We have not had a refill or even a check since MAY! This company sucks and I highly DO NOT recommend them.

We called and we were told that we will not have a fill until the weekend!!! IT HAS BEEN 4 DAYS. We cannot cook or shower and we have handicapped individuals in this house. We are now getting the run-a-round from them.

This company is a fucking joke, I wish I could give them a negative 5 star rating. I rent my house so I have no choice of what company to use so I have to use them. I called for a delivery on 10-20-22 and was told it would be delivered by 10-27-22 at the latest.

While we were away on vacation, Amerigas attempted to fill our tank. Because it was at %5, they could not do with without a leak check and an adult present. This happened on 10/18. We are on autopay so the tank should have NEVER been that low.

So, we've been out of propane going on a week. No hot water, no oven. We've called customer service time after time. They say a delivery has been expedited. And we did get a delivery visit last evening but they did not knock on the door or call us first.

They didn't even leave a note, just a lock on the tank. Sooooo frustrating. I could tell you even more, but I don't want to write a novel on here. I requested my delivery October 3rd and time frame given October 4th through October 10th on the last day of October 10th I get a text message saying that the roads were too soft and they couldn't get to my house even though other commercial vendors are able to come to Dowel Circle and there's many other residents that live here and two different roads to get to Dowel Circle.

The delivery was rescheduled from October 11th through October 18th, on October 18th I get a text message indicating that the delivery was not done as the tank was full. I was at the residence all day long and no one showed up to my house to even check to see if the tank was full between October 11th and October 18th.

I have been a customer since 2008 heritage propane company and never had an issue having my propane…
