While we were away on vacation, Amerigas attempted to fill our tank. Because it was at %5, they could not do with without a leak check and an adult present. This happened on 10/18. We are on autopay so the tank should have NEVER been that low.
So, we've been out of propane going on a week. No hot water, no oven. We've called customer service time after time. They say a delivery has been expedited. And we did get a delivery visit last evening but they did not knock on the door or call us first.
They didn't even leave a note, just a lock on the tank. Sooooo frustrating. I could tell you even more, but I don't want to write a novel on here. Can someone up there please, please, PLEASE help us??? Supposedly another delivery attempt, this one expedited as urgent, will be made today after 2:30.…
