The current “Auto-Renewal" mechanism, should be changed to force customers to "Opt-In". com, over the years, have shown me that on most occasions talking directly to a customer service rep over the phone, allows a customer to arrange to have the "Opt-In" flag removed for "Auto-Renewal".
