there is a player on aol games with many names she bullies and harasses and threathens many players we want her off the game site. this has reached a point players are getting fed up and scared. she also sent me a threatening email months ago saying will find me and owns a gun to come kill me or have someone do it.

i live alone and im afraid now.. many crazy people out there and who knows with someone like this player using name as byemagas22 what she/he can do. this isnt a normal person at all. being a clinical psychologist i take things to another level and seen bad in these type of people.

so what can aol do for us now. or do we file suit against this person for letting her continue verbally harassing and bullying?

I am unable to chat in games online aol. I play 8 ball and I got a message today saying I have been muted but it didn't say why or how I can become unmuted? Please advise.

I enjoy playing Just Wprds but recently a large comment section has been added which has cut the size of the Just Words screen in half. Since I just jump on the game here and there and sometimes stop in the middle I play solo and have no interest in chatting. Plus the tiny size makes play difficult and I don't appreciate having to mess around to allow me to enlarge the game so I can see the game without having to strain my eyes.

I used to enjoy playing some of the games at AOL, but now when I click on I get a smll screen that is hard to play on. THE GAMES WERE NEVER REALLY FULL SCREEN TO BEGIN WITH, BUT WERE AT LEAST LARGE ENOUGH TO SEE!

I love this game and play it several times a day. I play against the computer. I choose Medium.

However, I am a much better player than Medium. I mainly win. But there are times (always when I am way ahead of the computer), the computer does not add my word to the score, letting me to believe they want the computer to win.

This never happens when I play the other two on the computer. This makes me very angry and I really like this to be addressed. Carol Miller, a dissatisfied player!

why has your world class poker site got soooo messed up I used to love that site now it is a mess

I have been playing on AOL games for about 2 years now. Now I am unable to play when I click on a game the page reloads. this has been happening for about 4 days now

can you get rid of this new version of spades . its horrible and cards move causing you to play wrong card. i will not play this no more cause i dont like it and everyboby else i speak with feels the exact same way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The constant changing of formats, rules, etc. is confusing--no one gets any notice and there is no explanation. NOW THEN WHERE IS THE GIN RUMMY GAME PLEASE?

I played poker on AOL games using Flash Player. In Dec. 2020 they discontinued supporting it. I had over 500K chips accumulated in the poker games but when I went into AOL games and brought up the poker game that is being used now, all my points were gone.

Why didn't those carry over to the new game format?

when playing any of the AOL games on the right hand side where we can normally chat with other players, all this past week an ad covers the whole chat room. Cannot see who is in the rooms playing or chat with anyone. Very annoying. Hope you can fix.

My complaint is with MSN Free Games, but I chose to write you instead. There are many game sites for us to play on, but You are by far one of the best!. For one thing you don't run an AD to INTERRUPT a game a user is in the middle of. Also your ads a limited, not constant. Your games are usually well maintained and play well. It would be nice if there was a complaint site on the games so if they don't play well we could write right then and there. You don't have all the games I like to play, but MSN Free Games is becoming a GREAT BIG PAIN IN THE _______.

Why has the Backgammon site deteriorated so much. the screens are no longer good. the dice can roll up to 6 times before it stops. Why the backgammon is not like before? The board has changed and you know when you get this board - even with Microsoft sign in - you know you are going to have trouble.

dice stalling in the middle of rolls or taking so long to turn to the next numbers, checkers not being able to be moved, clicking on and have this board counting up to 100%, playing and having the board you are playing on replaced by another person and not you playing, moving a checker and finding out the board in pulled also and seeing another board behind it. etc.

What is going on????? Played last Tuesday game jumping ALL over the place dice taking time to roll, lost 60 points when I was way ahead. This is on going, tried again yesterday Still the same. Had to carry on with the game took 30 mins to finish again LOST ANOTHR 30 points when I was winning my points were 2160 now 1991 through no fault of myself. Again tried this morning GAME IS STILL NOT WORKING !!!!!!! Please sort it ADD MY POINTS BACK ON ALSO SORT THE GAME OUT PLEASE.

I am trying to play 7 card stud poker.

First it would not let me connect. Then after 20 minutes, I connected. I played for 21 minutes and it disconnected me. Then I could not connect to get back in. What the hell is going on?

I have complained previously.

My just words screen superimposes itself over the game I'm playing.

I requested that my name/nic be returned to me msfluff and take away the numbers that I have to use.

My tiles stick or don't stick, either, until my time runs out and had a word that I could have posted had the tiles stuck.

please fix these 3 problems.

re: AOL World Class Poker and chip purchase.

I recently rejoined the above site and purchased 60000 chips (via the site link) on the 18th June 2019 to allow me to play poker on you site. I had already registered with AOL and assumed my cips and identity were both safe. I attempted to log on today to find;

1. My playing name "jimbarry07" has disappeared (now only allowed to log on as a guest).

2. My chips (now approximately 630 000) have disappeared.

While appreciating this a play money I purchased chips in good faith to allow me to play. I am in the UK and my credit card records show £39.98 were taken by "Masque Publishing" on 18th June.

Please advise can this problem be recified or can I have my money back ?

I play Gin Rummy in aol games. For the last few days my name has been frozen in the lobby of the game even when I have logged off and am offline altogether. People think I am there and ask to play..obviously they get no reply. I do not wish my name to be there when I am not! Could you please remove the frozen name.

lately I get bumped off of game I am on google chrome when playing a box comes up offering me to wait or exit waiting does nothing i am rating four stars because game is displayed very nicely

When getting into game's, and in lobby theirs no chat, at the bottom of chat while just spins. also keep getting booted during game play, stalling etc.

I have been playing AOL's MASQUE Texas Holdem Limit game for several years and have really enjoyed it. The enjoyment has been going down and a number of players have complained about it. I now takes me sometimes takes 20 (or more times) getting into AOL and then getting the game to actually work. Many times, I give up before I can get into the game. Some of it is due to AOL but I guess the game it self is compromised.

Players many times get kicked off. It is a shame there is no one to to speak with some of the players that have ways to get in, but I do not know any of them by name or email.

Sometimes the prompt to turn flash on does not work, but there are plenty of other problems with the game itself.

Perhaps AOL or Masque could provide a web site to provide players to discuss problems…

There is a player that comes into the slot chat and is using racist language, also filthy language, and revealing in the room players real names and addresses. Player goes by the screen name Phil77777. Many have filed complaints about this disruption.

I'm writing about Just Words. I'm able to play for awhile when it suddenly stops. Its supposed to be my turn and after you make the word there is no box to enter the word. The game is over then. I hope this can be fixed. Its happened about 5 times since the game has been changed.

I love playing the game Puzzly Words, but every time I get on it will work for so long, then it starts locking up and drops letters. It is very frustrating and I know other players are having the same problem.

I hate the new blackout bingo. I lost all of my almost one million points that I had accumulated. I have to play all by myself, I cannot be joined up with the other players playing online. I cannot chat any longer online with players.

Now I am angry yet again today, AOL Games world class Poker screen froze and ended up losing another 17,300 credit. This game is not fit for purpose and unless I am reimburse with my credit from the last 2 days I will send a complaint to the authorities that your site is unsafe. All the AOL games I play have wigged out. The lucky break 8 ball will not let me shoot the cue ball. Classic solitaire keeps skipping cards. Bingo game I have to hit the numbers at least 3 or 4 times.

I'm not able to play cribbage at all. All this crap started when you asked people to view the ads. I didn't. Is there any correlation there. I am very disappointed in this. I am a disabled marine veteran and all I have are games.

I keep getting locked up or kicked out of Puzzly Words and other Aol games. Other players have the same complaint as well, so I know I'm not alone in this. Some days it works just fine and others, I can't get through any game without locking up or getting booted out.

Is this what I can expect?

I cannot play 8 ball game. The game keeps shooting the ball.

also when you get to the end of the table on left you cant get any power on shot. The classic solitaire game keeps playing 2 cards skipping past. The network will not let me play cribbage any more. Bingo blackout game is giving me problems with hitting numbers.

the numbers keep blinking putting me way behind. It seems when I bypassed the ads, my games went to crap. Any coincidence? The aol games used to be my favorites but these problems have really put me off. Its made a good experience terrible.
