Ate at Applebee's Restaurant @ 3:49 pm on 12/3/2024 and ask the waitress could we get our Military Discount, my wife was in the U. S. Army. 00 that we could not get an additional discount. We have been there before and have been given it, but not this time.

He was not the same Manger, nor did a Manager come before. The Address is: 1250 Boots Blvd, Fultondale, AL 35068. The Waitress name was: Amicah B. 00 tip. We was at table #55 and they had us down as 1 guest, but it wasn't.

We go there quite often, but I think this is our last time going.

My chicken alfredo was very dry not enough sauce. Ask for more sauce and was charged $0.59 more It should have had more sauce on it to begin with and another table had the same problem they think they're saving money by not putting enough sauce on when actually in charging me more there losing a customer Sad This happened in la Plata Maryland Applebee's

The level of unprofessionalism that I received while paying for a service is ridiculous. The attitude of the younger staff is unacceptable need immediate and appropriate training. Should be a welcoming establishment of CUSTOMER SERVICE in which it’s lacking and proper communication!

Food was cold , bread was soggy, no sauce was on chicken sandwiches

Came to apples bees for family dinner. 99. All you could eat. Shrimp, boneless wings or giblets.

Also comes with cole slaw amd endless French fries. My husband or giblets. After we put our order in a awhile passed. The server came to us and said sorry we are out of giblets. So he went with the shrimp.

We all got our food. After the server walked away I noticed we didn't get our cole slaw so I called another worker over to our table as she walked our way. I said isn't this suppose to come with cole slaw she said yes but we are out of cole slaw.

A gift card was not honored even though it was purchased about 6 months ago. This was a bonus card with a $50 gift for a friend who had just buried her husband. I specifically asked if this card expired and was told that it would be honored no matter what.

Well we found out tonight that was not the case. The purchase was about 6 months ago, so this early of expiration is not right. We have been loyal customers, but will no longer be eating there if nothing is done about this.

On the date of Dec 16 2023 between 6-7:30, my wife, her mom and myself stopped at the 14400 Weaver Lake Rd, Maple Grove, MN 55331 location for a light late dinner. We were about to wrap up, got our desserts when someone right behind our table started hurling, gagging and throwing up at the table.

I took my mom and Dad out to Sunday sept 24, dinner. My husband and I ordered thr all you can eat boneless chicken wings. What a joke! We got a plate of 1 inch crunchy overcooked boneless chicken. We ordered more I asked for more sauce, when they came to the table still the same amount of sauce topped with 5 shreds of a white cheese.

Very dissatisfied with that special. Applebees we always enjoyed not any more. I should have taken pics but didn't want my mom disappointed, she suggested Apple bees.

The Applebee's garlic Parmesan boneless wings use to be me and my husband 's favorite now changed only use dry wings and a few slivers of Parm cheese on not even melted.The blue cheese dressing does not taste like it use to.Lucky if you can find any blue cheese in it .Last visit the server did not listen to my order and then disputed what I had ordered.

My girlfriend and I decided to go to Applebee's located in Largo, Md. for some girl time. As we sat at the bar there was this horrific smell that was overpowering. We both looked at each other wondering if was the sitting water that was being used to wash the glasses.

After speaking with the bartender on duty, he apologized and stated that it was the drains that was giving off that odor. I cannot phantom how a business would not handle a situation that could cause patrons to choose another establishment due to this reason.

After filling out survey listed at bottom of my receipt and supposed to get $10 off of $40 dollar purchase was denied redeeming two times by Waterloo ,IL. Applebee at 320 S. Ridge Rd. in Wichita, Kansas 316-942-0070 has refused to get their air conditioning system fixed. I was there with my son and his wife and 2 young daughters. I looked over at my 7-year-old granddaughter and she was as red as a beet. If you want to stay in business, you need to care of the comfort of your customers. I can imagine how the Waite staff could even function without air conditioning. We were there August 26th, 2023, just a week ago. You have a skeleton crew working and no air conditioning not a good way to spend a Saturday evening. The place was packed, and everyone was complaining and waiting for their order. If you don't get this fixed it won't be crowded much longer.

Called the restaurant on 9/1/23. ,to place curbside order. Got hung up on Twice. Was told the person whom I spoke with : doesn't work there ,so, I went to the restaurant and was told they didn't have any order for me was asked to you place your order on line.

My husband and I both ordered all you can eat wings, fries and cole slaw. We did not order any additional wings or fries and was told after we were finished eating we could not take it home. I questioned this action, cause it’s food I am paying for.

We have been going to the same place for 25 years.Today we had to wait 20 minutes for a server,and then another 15 for a beer.Then it took another 20 minutes for our food .The double crunch shrimp was half the order as usual and the French fries were cold.It was the waitresses first day but the trainer was of no help.

#1. The service is always good, but the food is always cold. The past two times the we've been here, we've complained to the managers about the food being cold. The first manager didn't charge us for the dinners. The second time, the manager sent the food back to the kitchen to be heated up again. What they did would be acceptable, but my husband and I are diabetic. We wait for our food to be brought, then we take our shot. When we begin eating, we find out our food is cold. ( it only takes about 1 minute to take the shot ). This is not a good thing !!

#2. There was a special on a rum drink. They were out of Bacardi rum, so they couldn't serve the drink !

Went to Applebee's in Wake Forest last night. who waited on us) after 10 minutes I asked the other waitress if she could a least take our drink orders. She went to grab our bartender/waitress. She took our drink and food orders.

Drinks came out in about 8 minutes, food in about 20 minutes. When she came to check on us 15 minutes later, I ordered an appetizer that came out ANOTHER 10 MINUTES, CRISPY AND BURNT. I had to ask the other waitress again for drink refills, our waiter apologized saying she was about to bring us a pitcher (which she never did) the drink (sweet tea) refills were unsweetened.

I went to have dinner with my 9 year old daughter, the male waitress was mean and rude. I asked if we could be seated in a different table, over an hour, customer were coming and going, they totally forgot about us, brought our food out, it was horrible, the food was horrible and the service.

My family and I went to the Cartersville, GA location at 185 Cherokee Place Cartersville, GA 30121 tonight. My husband ordered the quesadilla salad. His salad was nothing more than lettuce and salsa. There was no chicken and there was no dressing.

On Saturday August 5th, my husband and I walked into the Applebee's on Virginia Beach Blvd in Virginia Beach,Virginia at 7:20 pm. There were no people waiting in the lobby and very few people in the restaurant. How ever, we were told by the hostess there would be a 30-45 minute wait.

I asked why and was told they had to take care of their to go orders from Doordash and Grubhub. Obviously we left. I would expect that walk in customers should be priority.

Also I wouldn't think the servers and bartenders that work for tips would appreciate loosing customers. I feel this was totally unprofessional and unfair to regular customers. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 40+ years and feel this was totally unacceptable.

Your manager in the Menifee branch approached me and my service dog! That you need to put you dog on the floor which I did (10-lbs MinPin). And continue to instruct me with attitude that we do not serve water or food to animals. Which is incorrect because I am a devoted customer to this facility for many years, including my dog, and this is the first time I’ve encountered any type of attitude of this manner and more often the people are very friendly to bring water without asking and ask if my dog would like something to eat.

This particular manager tiara needs to take some courses in dealing with customer service.

We arrived with reservations but had to wait a long time until we ask to be seated. The table was not properly set, forks & knives were in a pile middle of the table for eight. Waited a long time for appetizer and beverages plus meals.

We were only given napkins instead of small plates to eat our appetizer. This was a very disappointing service in Hoover Alabama on July 28, 2023.

Door dashes should be ready when drivers arrive to pick them up. Tonight I got there. Told the bar tender I had a dash for Brooke. She immediately walked over to a couple at the bar and talked to them.

15 minutes later after telling no one I was there she was still talking to them when I had to bother another employee to check on it. He got the manager who got my order but didn't even apologize that my customer ordering from there is now getting cold food or that I had to wait.
