Poor Service, We ordered with our drinks, waited for a long time for drinks - beer and two burgers took twice as long. One with no sauce and the other one too pink. Manager sitting on his butt.

The service at this location is terrible.

Today 7-21-23 I visited Applebee's in Farmington NM. Food and service was great. I experienced EMS come and take an employee of Applebee's who was over heated to the hospital. The waitress who served us said they had to send another employee home because of the heat.

I asked why it was so hot in their. The air-conditioning was NOT working. There was a air-conditioner sitting on a table. I asked why they were open if there is a heat advisory for Farmington with no AC. Why is this restaurant open with no AC?

This makes me think you don't care about your team members???? I'm confused

Good morning. My name is Shameka McWhite-Joseph and I placed an order online last night and was very i]disappointed with what I received. The order was picked up at 9:23 pm. At 9:54 pm I called the restaurant hoping to speak with the manager and no one answered the phone.

I have a few things I’d like to complain about. The containers weren’t sealed properly, I ordered molten cake and there was melted chocolate all over the other containers which was a mess to clean up when handing out the food.

Also, the boneless chicken I received were cold. I ordered a rib basket that was to include french fries however, all I received was a container with ribs, no fries. I spent $56 for that food and I did get my monies worth.

I am a doordasher here at Applebee's store in Geneseo NY. And was told by an employee that they DID NOT HAVE A TO GO PERSON AT THIS TIME. WHO IS RUNNING THIS GOD DAMN STORE. CAUSE THEY ARE DOING A REALLY SHITTY JOB!!!!!!!

What really needs to be addressed is the interior decor of the restaurant, specifically the carpet, in the Hillsborough, NJ area. We have been eating at this restaurant for YEARS. The carpet, while has been cleaned many, many times, is in desperate need of replacing. We have searched out many Applebee's restaurants while on vacation and noticed that many have been renovated. Why not this location? If it is because it is not a profitable enough restaurant, I can tell you that customers may be inclined to find another place to eat in the future. This is a favorite for families, girls night out, etc. but the condition of the carpet, and the smell it releases, may be the reason sales may not be what they were…

On Saturday 07-15-23 my family and I dined in at Applebee's located 9142 Roosevelt Blvd. We are a family of four 2 adults and 2 kids. We arrived around 8pm or so. We were seated and waited for our waiter or waitress to come greet us.

It took about 15 minutes before we were greeted by our waitress. Since we are regulars we already knew what we wanted. We ordered our drinks. She brought our drinks back at which time we ordered our food. The appetizer and kids food were to come out first which was the Boneless buffalo wings and two kids cheese burgers with fries.

When the food arrived the wings where cold along with one of the kids meals. We notified the waitress named Melanie P. She took the food back. At this time 30 minutes has passed. Only one of us had food which was the other kids…

I got the oriental chicken salad and there was a bug in it. This was my first time at Applebees and I just had the honor of pulling a bug out of my mouth and throwing up what I thought was going to be a delicious meal. Nope. Very bug tasting bug.

Hopefully it’s not poisonous, can’t wait to not sleep ever again.

We were seated at a table in the Milford, MA location, and after 15 minutes of no server no contact or attention by anyone, we got up and left. Not a good way to treat your customers.

Yesterday, at the Red Wing, MN Applebee's, I tasted good food, but the worst service I have experienced in a restaurant, up to and including paying the cheque. The management of that restaurant is causing all of these problems with my table and adjacent tables as well; too numerous to list. I will not be going back.

Quit going to Applebee's years ago because of the poor food quality.

Finally decided to give it another try on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. Wrong decision. Ordered the Bourbon steak (2 dinners). The more you chewed, the bigger it got. Manager tried a second steak. It was only marginally better. We will not be returning to Applebee's.

I love the menu and the different things I order from apple bees. In it’s unfortunate to have to say this but I am disappointed in the last order received . ordered the Classic Broccoli Chicken Alfredo and it was not prepared as well as I expected .

My noodles were extremely dry the broccoli was not prepared well and I didn't receive any Alfredo sauce on my entree. I would appreciate a more well put together entree. I would like to have this dish again properly made.

We ordered from fort myers fl Applebee's curbside pickup. Always do it that way we pay ahead and add a tip. This was the first time 7/11 that we pulled up waited and finally had to go in with getting attitudes.

Larry told me he would fix it and place my name on some board, and could come in and get oder replaced. When I tried to come in two days later no one had any info Larry had left and once again my money, my time, my inconvience, my family was screwed again out of a meal and time trying to get it replaced!!!.

I went to the Applebee's in Murray Kentucky for a curbside order.

First when I arrived they don't have hardly any of the items I ordered. Then when I do agree on substitutes it takes another 15 minutes or more to get my order when I was told it was ready somehow.

Then to top it all off the food ended up being horrible in the surface was not much better. So I called the following day to complain was told that I would be given a refund instead I was billed again because they forgot to add the tip that nobody deserved on to my bill.

Which then overdrafted my account my checking account. Still have not received my refund nor any charges to be covered for my overdraft due to the fact that they this was the third of July and they did not charge me until the 5th of July.

My Diet Pepsi was carbon water. We didn’t get the rice with the lime chicken. No mayo for my burger. The silverware was dirty. It was way over priced for what we got! I am in upper management and if my team had put dirty silverware on a table someone would have went home.

And to not send out a full meal that is poor customer service. I will drive to Princeton.

87 Just home from one of the worse meals we have had in years. My wife ordered the Quesadilla burger, burger was ok, fries were cold as were mine on my Battered Fish n chips. The Fish was litterly burnt.

Could not get a fork into it. The manager said the grease was at the end of its cycle and needs to be dumped. 1 - It should not have come out of the kitchen, shame on the cook nor 2 - delivered to the table, shame om the server.

Manager replaced the Battered fish with an Oriental Chicken salad. We did receive credit for the Battered Fish...... little disappointed mgr didn't comp the whole meal. No gift card needed, we won't be back. 87 to reimburse me for my unforgettable experience.

There is rarely a host ,everytime we come to this location . After standing in the lobby for 10 minutes, and watching 3 other employees walk right by us. The bar was empty,and bartender holding up a wall and playing with her hair.

Finally I asked if we should seat ourselves. The hostess appeared with dirty looks ,said not one word and rudly sat us. Threw 2 menus on the table and walked away. Then our server showed up,and she was a good server .

However her dress code was very inappropriate. Her shirt was cut so low ,my mother in law thought she may fall out of her top.. She kept referring to my husband as honey ,which we all felt was disrespectful. Has Applebee's standards been lowered??

Came in one night to the maitland applebees Candy the bar tender ordered my beer and ordered food and she never put my food waited for an hour or so and my food never came it was ribs. The first time wver the ribs and rice were terrible over cooked and very hard to eat not filling and still had to pay for my meal ill never come back when Candy is working.

I ordered a salad from Applebees and it was delivered to me via DoorDash. I was eating my salad, moving things around, there was a large cockroach on its back in my salad, still moving. I am disgusted! This is unacceptable, who do I contact about this?

Okay so I'm actually making two complaints about two separate visits to the Applebee's in oak harbor Washington.

First complaint I was broken down in the parking lot and it seemed to me like a cup of Coca-Cola would have been a solution because my battery terminals were corroded at the time so I went inside to request or I mean inquire about the cost of one cup of soda to go.

Not only did I not get a response to that question I was given a dirty look from two of the women standing by the front door wearing Applebee's uniforms. I was irritated already and that really did frustrate me but it didn't stop me from coming back to the facility about a month later so that's my main complaint is this one.

I work at Wendy’s and the Applebees in town is run by Tsfr meaning I should get a discount. I went in with some friends expecting a discount and the manager was extremely rude the entire time we asked for drinks and such.

Then when it came time to pay he said I couldn’t have the discount because I couldn’t log into my Tsfr connect account. I’ve never been able to log into that and I showed the manager my pay stubs pictures and everything and he still didn’t give me the discount.
