Went to dinner. Was seated. Ordered drinks and appetizers. Waited 10 minutes to get one of the drinks. At least 2 couples and one individual were seated at least 15 minutes after we were seated. Both couples were served appetizers or salads before our waiter even came to check on us.

The individual was served his entire meal before our waiter even checked on us. He passed our table at least 4 times without checking to see if we needed anything. My drink was empty. At this point we had not been served our appetizers which were cheese sticks.

The waiter was condescending and almost rude. I told the waiter what had happened and his only response, in a very terse way, was did I want another beer. I told him to cancel the order and please bring the check.

He did not even offer an apology.…

This evening we went to 901 Ridgewalk Parkway with my two children, my husbands and two of our employees.

We ordered 4 entrees and a kids pizza. It took 40 min for a food to make it to the table. When it got to the table it was cold. None of these things would cause me to leave a review. I understand people have bad days.

I spoke to the manager, he said he would comp the bill, and we left all of the food uneaten on the table.

One of our employees was willing to box her food and take it home to heat it up. We asked the male host, mid 20-s Caucasian, with large gauged ears to get us a to-go box.

When we asked him that, he looked at us like we were stupid. Said that he would ask the manager and then laughed. When I asked him what was funny, he responded with what’s your problem?”

As a regular customer of your restaurant, I have noticed that the quality of the To-Go orders has been consistently poor, and this has been a cause of concern for me.

On several occasions, I have received orders that were incomplete, incorrect, or poorly packaged, resulting in the food being cold or spilled. This has been frustrating, as I have had to return to the restaurant to have the order corrected or replaced, which has been a waste of my time and money.

I went into Applebees last night in Miller Place NY,April 13,2023 with 7 of my friends. We were there for 1/2 price apps to celebrate my friends birthday. We entered Applebees and the rest was pretty empty yet the server told us they could not accommodate our party of 8 that we would have to sit on opposite sides of the restaurant in 2 parties of 4.

When I asked why as the restaurant was not busy he said with an attitude that he could not accommodate us. We left and drove all the way to the Applebees in Lake Grove. They accommodated us with no issues but it was far from our houses.

Just extremely disappointed with the attitude of the server in Miller Place NY.

My husband and 2 grandchildren were at applebees in easley, SC tonight and it was awful. My grandchildren's pizzas were still frozen (both of them. The 2nd attempt was no better. My riblets and my husband's boneless wings were ice cold and all of our fries were stale and rubbery.

Our waitress (Maddie) was very rude and rolled her eyes when we showed her the cold food. No attempt to take anything off the bill, no explanation, no apology, no anything at all, just eye rolls and silence.

My 3 children and myself have started coming to Applebees as a weekly outing. I’ve never complained before at any restaurant as I’m a food manager myself and understand things happen and there are bad days in most cases, but tonight was the worst experience ever.

We ordered a kids water, a water for myself and 2 sodas one a raspberry mt dew, a Shirley temple and they made a Coke with grenadine in it which was wrong to begin with. Both my daughters got a refill but the daughter changed the messed up drink to a mt dew with raspberry as well because she didn’t want to complain in the first place.

They charged us for 4 drinks in total. One a sweet tea with syrup and we didn’t even have a tea. My daughter mt dew w/raspberry and 2 for my other daughter because she switch it. The manager…

Saturday at 11pm I made a large order for my family of 7. This morning at 3am everyone was throwing up and was brought to the ER. At the hospital we were informed that we’ve contracted food poisoning. I would absolutely like a full refund as my husband and I are out of work for the next few days and my children out of school.

I’d also like to be assured with a follow up, that the location will and has been updated in code. My next step will be to contact FDA, CDC and filing a formal complaint with the BBB, as well as other legal regards. Thank you

Order # 17392971110187008 - address of resturant - 2700 Parker Rd Ste A, Round Rock, TX 78681 I placed my order (above) at 5:15pm and it said it will be ready at 5:32pm. Around that time I went in the store and an waitress was eating at a table, got up and asked if they could help me.

She went back and then said they are waiting on 2 things and will bring it out when ready. At 6pm, I went back in and a different waitress said they are still waiting for the soup and when it's ready they will bring it out.

So I said, everything has been ready and getting cold for 30 minutes. I've been waiting for 45 minutes. The manager came out and went back to get my stuff. I had stuff missing from my order and she brought out the coleslaw that was missing.

The food is good the customer service is good but this restaurant is filthy . I mean very filthy . The floors are old carpet . Filthy old carpet. Can’t believe how ran down it is. I don’t dare go into the kitchen .

I took my husband and 2 grandkids to applebees in Riverside Ca. Employees take others before people that are waiting. And talk and move through restaurant and ignoring When asked for something. We ordered and brought salads with no forks.

When got up to ask for them after waiting 10 mins. Was past on to others. Brought plastic forks. The lack of care for customers will make me never go back. Really was disappointed!

I ordered shrimp as well as chicken in my southwest bowl. I didn’t receive the shrimp- Instead of apologizing, and maybe getting the shrimp for me, waitress said I didn’t tell her I wanted shrimp. It ruined my night.

I just left Applebee's Hungry and so disappointed. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad with fried chicken. I work in a restaurant so I know when something is fresh. But instead they gave me fried chicken that was probably sitting out for hours and threw it on some lettuce.

It was worse then eating leftovers and the chicken was like chewing rocks. I was never checked on and when I got my check the whole salad bowl was full and I wasn’t even offered a box as if she knew there was something wrong and just didn’t find a need to ask.

Food should never be served like this and so inedible.

The Applebee's Miller Pkwy Milwaukee, WI Never has any servers in over a year. Poor mgmt, The food is ok but the customer service sucks! I do advise someone to come and take a look for themselves! That's ridiculous customer service.

I’ve come to the Taylor Applebees several times and it’s absolute bs every time!! I’ve only had one good service experience here and we eat here often! The young lady that gave exceptional service was pregnant. I am 28 years old.

I drink in here every single time I come. Mind you I’m not an alcoholic. I get ONE mixed drink. I had a picture of my license and a picture of my renewal FROM THE DPS office. They still refused me my drink.

The first time I ate at this location the server ignored us and we had to ask for everything we wanted from a different server. Our server was too busy flirting at the bar. We had over a $200 bill and a table of 9. It’s truly horrible. Save your money!!

Tried to get a job there; the managers had me waiting an hour off the clock before even beginning my orientation. When calling the store, staff hung up on me repeatedly and refused to take my call.

I have ordered from the Moultrie Georgia restaurant many times. I’ve tried to speak with the manager with no one answering. Tried to email the manager only to been told it’s an invalid address. All of my order was cold.

The shrimp Alfredo cold with no bread. The burger cold and buns had the texture of being old. The French fries were limp and cold. The meal, esp the fries tasted as if they’d been cooked earlier. I’ve never had such horrible food.

And for the money I spent, you should be ashamed of yourself

We visited the Applebee’s in irondequoit, ny, we sat there for over a half hr, and had 1 interaction with server where she took our water drink order, we continued to sit there for another 20 mins, before we just walked out. This is the second time we have walked out of that restaurant because of lack of service, it wasn’t busy, so there is no reason for us to have sat there that long with nothing.

Today I ordered your grilled chicken breast with broccoli and mashed potatoes. According to your menu I was to expect a "juicy" breast with "garlic" mashed potatoes. I'm seriously questioning if the potatoes are instant. They have no flavor. I sure don't taste any garlic. The chicken is overcooked/dry and difficult to cut. There is no "juicy" to it. The broccoli is cold. Yes, cold - without an ounce of warmth to it. The portion size is small and the broccoli is also overcooked. Needless to say I had to throw your food in the trash.

I went to the Applebee's in Plattsburgh, NY to get a takeout order for my mother. I ordered chicken tenders (5 or 6 as I recall )and waffle fries /w cheese on side. 19. When I opened the food at home, I found that there were 3 whole waffle fries at best and some pieces.

Also, the chicken strips consisted of 2 that were edible, and the others were just hunks of hard breading--no chicken! The cheese was not cheese. It was some kind of runny white sauce. Mind you-the Applebee's is about 35 miles from my house so returning was not a choice.

Needless to say, I had to fix my mom another meal. not sure. I had written awhile back through an email about this but never got a response back. 00 for nothing. I am asking for a refund if possible or at the very least- a response. Thankyou, Ann Zerges

We went to apple bees for my birthday on Friday and the waitress was very rude some of the food was cold and my 4 year old granddaughter told them more than once that it was my birthday and she just said cool and walked away never once asked if we wanted dessert or anything so ya I wasnt very happy

We had dinner at the Amherst ny Applebees Sunday march 12, 2023. The restaurant was disgusting dirty and for the meal terrible. My husband ordered the sirloin and shrimp the steak was smaller than anything I can buy in a store and my Tex meds bowl was smaller than a bowl of cereal.

Mine was no tast and mostly lettuce. 00 meal was not worth it. Thank God it was on 2 gift card because if I had to pay for that I would have complained and not paid for the meal. Very disappointed

Here at you location on 301 Ellenton fl 34222 the manager says kitchen backed up and the people that sit at the bar can order and have gotten there food already but we cannot be seated we have been here for 30 min waiting 10 empty tables what is going on with your locations management no way we could not be seated until we can order.

I am at the Applebee’s in Newburgh, New York. The waitress was not pleasant at all. She totally ignored my niece when she asked Macaroni & cheese with French fries. She it didn’t seem to bother her that part of our food was cold.

She never checked to see how we were doing. It took forever to get out drinks and twice as long to get our meal. We had to get the manager and she then assigned a new waitress to complete our service.

The old waitress just totally ignored eye contact with us. She never came over to apologize for any part of our service. I don’t know if I will go back to that particular Applebee’s again if the service is going to be like that again.

Saturday March 11, 2023. m Applebee's Highland Heights, KY. Waited 10 minutes to be seated that was fine. However, went downhill. Waitress, didn't catch her name, had an attitude. Wasn't just our table but two other tables discussed this with us.

We ordered appetizers, they came out, she took our food order. By 7:15 we had no quesadilla, boneless wings or chicken Alfredo. Simple order. Waitress told us there was one chef. I would like you to know I called this restaurant on 3/11/23 to request the manger, Cole Benefield notify my daughter, an employee (Barrett Miller) of a family emergency and to release her from her duties. Mr. Benefield was extremely rude and did not inform her to leave but instead made a comment of “you cannot drive”. If this is the type of management you employ and condone, it is simply unacceptable and bad company representation/management.

I am a registered nurse and have worked in management for years. If someone calls with a family emergency it is the manager’s obligation to inform said employee and release them from work duties.

It was our worst experience. The french onion soup lacked flavor in the broth. The boneless wings were hard and dry, we ordered with no sauce but too hard to eat. The riblets were overcooked and dry even with the sauce.

Not once did our server come by to ask us how things were, except did we want another drink. We had to ask for doggie bags, to take what we couldn't eat to our dogs, and then we had to ask for our check. Very disappointing.

last night we went to eat at your Wilson NC location. It was around 4:30. there were a few customers there. The hostess seated us and said someone would be with us shortly. We continued to sit for roughly 30 minute and no one still came to take our order.

After 30 minutes one of the staff started to weep the floor. She never acknowlege that we were still waiting to give our order. About this time another family came in and the staff member put her broom up and went back to that table and proceeded to take there order.

With this happening we got up and left. No one still did not apologize for this over sight. We don't ever intend to return to Appleees again. With this poor service i don't know how they stay in operation and this is not the first time this has happened.

I ordered the pasta today, I asked them to give me a side of sauce because the last time I got it to go, it was very dry. 99 for the sauce which would be fine if they actually put sauce IN or On my pasta to start with!

It is terribly dry and just not good. The staff was so unhelpful when I went in to pick up my order. NOONE wanted to help me. I tried to call them when I got my pasta home but they will not answer the phone.

I’m upset bc I love it when it’s right. I drove 45 min just to get Applebee’s bc we don’t have one where I live. I would like some kind of compensation so I can try again. I attached a picture so you can see!

In December of 2022, we purchased 10 gifts in $40 increments for employer gifts. So far out of the 10, 5 didn't work including some of the bonus cards. We went to the local Applebee's where we purchased them ( Glasgow DE) the lady there gave us 2 new cards but kept our receipt.

When me and my husband arrived at Applebee's on west wendover ave walking into the door we never got any greeting and it took 15 mins to be sat. Then when finally being sat the drinks were orders but mine coming from the bar was very watered down with really no liquor at all what a long island drink that was. Ewwwww.

Horrible customer service. Waited for server 7 - 10 minutes to take drink order. Server took 20 additional minutes after taking order to send to kitchen. Server Never came to our table after we waited a total of 40 minutes after arriving.

We called manager and manager only apologized said kitchen was busy But that was untrue because people who came after were getting their meals. Management should be changed and staff trained. This was our second and last chance we give this restaurant.

First experience was also bad server service.

We just got home from eating lunch at your place we waited about 30 to 45 minutes for our food and the restaurant was not that busy at all but that's not the big problem our food was barely warm and my steak was like it was left over from the day before and warmed up in the microwave if I'm going to eat in a restaurant I want my food hot and fresh will no be going back to Applebee's in Monroe, Ga.

My son and his family, 17 altogether, went to our local Applebee's and were turned away because they didn't want to accommodate 17 people. So instead of getting our business, Cracker Barrel got it instead. Sad really because my son frequents this Applebee's, but probably not now.

My wife and i stayed at the Microtel Manistee from Thursday night March 2nd, until Sunday March 5th. On Saturday, her Soo Locks Sweat shirt went missing after maid service. Saturday was the only day, we had maid service inbthe room.

Joined the wait list for Applebee's, Pooler, GA. Texted me saying it would b a 10-15 min. wait. Arrived at the restaurant and was told it was over a 1 hr. wait!! Very rude hostess!!

Lohman Las Cruces NM 88001 for her birthday, what a terrible experience, we were served by Isabella H TB# 63 on 3/1/23. The place was filthy, dirty, and greasy. The Blinds was nasty and dirty see pictures attached, the dust from the blinds was flying all over our food, we had to request not once but four times to get clean knives and forks cover in food and soap stains.

We were not offered water or a glass for our drinks. Our main concern was how dirty the place was in general, considering we just got over Covid this place seemed to not have been cleaned up and it was so nasty with dirty floors, greasy table, and seating.

I visited Applebee's in Sikeston, MO on March 1,2023. I had made an online order to pick up by curbside service. I had already paid and arrived waiting for the order. Two female employees, one I know personally, Kellie Posey, and the manager apparently.

I placed an order online today at 6:51pm. I had the order delivered. The food was cold and the ribblets appeared to have been boiled and some sauce place over them. I contacted to Manager, Mariam to which she stated they were not responsible for the food since I had it delivered and needed to contact the delivery service.

I was not able to contact anyone and called Mariam back. She was rude and not willing to help me at all. I asked for the GM information to which she said I should find it in my receipt. I would like a refund for my order.
