Applebees Marion, lndiana. Went there 2/7/2020. Ravioli dish was cold sent it back, came still cold. Asked for ribs. All out. Asked for a baked potato. It came out crunchy not done. Didn't have masacato for peach sangria. Manager didn't off a gift card for future visits.

I posted this on their website. Very disappointed

My husband and I have dinner on a Sunday evening, we placed our order and had to wait fifteen minuets to get any food.

Finally got our food ,we ordered the all you can eat ribs. The food was cold and had ti wait for the server to come back. We ordered the second order and when we got that order it was so small and fatty and grissly.

we gave them one more try and the last order was much better,but by then we both had already filled up with water. we were called by the manager the next day and was offered a $25 gift card which we have never seen a month from that night.

I'm guessing this is how all the service is at your resturant. Thank you for nothing.

I am reporting bad employees and bad management at the Wytheville Virginia location. 3 friends I know well, have been treated unfairly and carelessly here. They were new employees and were not trained at all, they were treated awfully by management and other employees.

They were ready willing and able to work to do the work and learn. They were shoved to the side, not shown much of anything. They were belittled by management instead of someone showing them right, were verbally abused. In a nutshell no one is doing their job to make them a knowledgeable asset to their team!

This is a sad state this store is in and a hostile work environment! I think you need to investigate further because of the abuse not to mention other underlying problems such as drugs! I do not want to spend my money…

I came to pick up my order around 4pm at the bar on January 28 2020. A couple was talking about the Kobe Bryant helicopter crash. The man was like he was one hell of a basketball player. His companion was like there was other people on the plane too.

Then all of a sudden one Caucasian applebees employee from the bar came and said not to mention he was a rapists. I was furious. People are entitled to their opinions but thats not professional. I dont think i will come back to the Applebees west freeway location ever again.

She was the only one at the bar. I wish i picked up my receipt for her name but once i heard that i hurry up and left.

Good afternoon, On Sunday, January 26th, our wrestling and cheerleading teams from the Governor Morehead School for the Blind in Raleigh, NC, were traveling back from a tournament in Maryland. We called the below Applebee’s (from the road) and asked if they would have a table ready for us or to just give them a heads up that we'd be there around 12:00.

We had 13 athletes and 7 coaches. We walked in at 12:10 and the restaurant was not busy whatsoever but there wasn’t a table ready. We said, no problem, we’ll wait - and mentioned we could split up in booths or tables too because we understand the seating challenges.

Obviously, our students (since visually impaired or blind) travel with long white canes but the way we were greeted and treated was shocking. No one seemed to want to help us. As…

there were two ladies at the hostess both so not sure if this is the hostess or not, she was sitting in the “cube” but the other lady actually walked us to the table. The one that didn’t was very well endowed, for lack of a better way to put it and her shirt was actually opened where her cleavage was, although it was buttoned right above that.

I almost told her because I would want to know but she didn’t seem like the kind that would take it okay. Then we walked by 4 dirty tables (where we had been told to sit) and finally got to a clean one.

The table across from us finally got bused but there was a napkin on the floor, right where everyone had to walk. It stayed there with employees at least 30 times walked by or on it!!! I have back issues or I would have picked it up.

I placed an order online for curbside service on 1/26/2020. It said my order would be ready at 8:04pm so when I arrived I sent a "here" text message so they know I'm there. I waited over 40 minutes in my car for me to receive my food.

No staff member even came outside to ask who the order is for or that they are running behind schedule. I am very unhappy with the service. The whole point of ordering ahead is to have your food on time.

I just ordered a salad so it shouldn't take 40 minutes after my promised time to make. This poor service makes me not want to order from applebees in the future.

Wait time was to long for all you can eat. The manager said the cooks were backed up. One of the employees even came up to me and told me I should go home and cook and started calling me a bitch ....

I don’t appreciate coming in to a restaurant and trying to fight someone for food .... this is crazy. The manager didn’t even do nothing he jus let his employee keep talking to me bad. I really hope the Gallup store sends thr employees to customer service class.

Went to have all u eat riblet Order took a while to get them, the plate was hot riblets cold they took it, didn’t get back for 10 min. Put an another order in, 20 min later they were cold 10 min later again .

The lady beside me having the same problems Mgrs unconcerned . the bar attendant ask for it to be taking off bill, done but there should have been gift cards offered for the shitty service. And then the lady left beside me and the Mgrs proceeded to talk to another customer bad about that customer.

Once inside store #9216 in Wilson, NC, My party was not greeted nor acknowledged for an entire 17 minutes! Managers, wait staff, bar tenders were well aware that we were waiting. No one said anything to us until 17 minutes.

It is totally understandable if the staff is busy and acknowledged the guest waiting, to give us an estimated wait time, however, standing there and watching all these employees walk right by you for 17 minutes is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! This is terrible customer service!

There was also a couple that walked in simultaneously along side my party, and they ended up walking out of this Applebee's establishment. When I asked for the manager, she was apologetic, but did NOTHING to resolve my issue! We did not dine there, instead we ended up leaving as well.

Went to restaurant on winders spring, Augusta Ga. Arrived a little before 5pm, we were seated order taken, we didn't get napkins or silverware without asking for it. I ordered the all you can eat and the waitress never came back to refill our drinks or bring anymore food.

The Applebee’s near the Dayton Mall is the one we go to. The music is SO loud you can’t talk to the person you are with. Ask to see a manager he never came. Our waitress brought our appetizer and we had no napkins or silverware we were done before she finally brought napkins after I ask several times.

Glad I had some in my purse. We won’t be going back because of the music it’s obnoxious so we are done. Not everyone that eats there wants to hear music. I suggest that something be done about the music.

While sitting at the bar we witnessed the bartender pour wine (yes measured) into the same measuring cup (yes measuring cup) as she was measuring other whiskeys or cocktails in while serving previous drinks. WOW and the poured this same wine into a glass and serve it to the customer.

We patronize the Applebees on 14Mile Rd in Madison Heights, Michigan. Wait staff here is, as always, really good and worth a good tip. Food is usually well prepared and tasty.

However, yesterday, on January 16th, we were severely disappointed. Our spinach dip came without enough chips to finish the dip. The beef nachos were cold and tasted stale. They were okay when they reheated them, but the rancid, oily taste of crummy hamburger came back to visit me this morning requiring antacid.

My husband usually enjoys the 8 oz steak that comes on a sizzling patter with wonderful hot sides. Yesterday, no sizzling platter. Instead a frigid cold plate, and the steak was cold. Now I ask, How can a medium steak freshly made be cold??????

My Brother and I went to the Apple Bee's in Frederick, MD Thursday evening . 99 all you cant eat. When the waitress came to our table she asked us what we would like to drink and I told her i wanted lemonade then she said we are out of lemonade so i said give me water.

I would like to express my extreme disappointment in our Applebee's to go order placed on January 13th at. Ordered from the Walnut Creek CA. Applebee's located on Ygnacio Valley Rd. Ticket number 7785-396185. We were celebrating my son's 26 the Birthday.

Since Applebee's had been one of our go to favorite places when he was younger he asked that we order his meal from there. Knowing that Applebee's Blond brownie had been one of his very favorite desserts from way back, I assumed that was a part of the reason he chose this restaurant.

I placed the order online (which in itself was an extremely bad experience. It took me almost 20 minutes to complete the order with all the site freezes and lockups). Once the order was placed we were given a pickup time of 7:23.

The worst service I have ever received. Was there over two hours on a slow night. They forgot my wife's food. Didn't receive any silverware. The butter for my potato was clear and hard as a rock. The food tasted terrible (we didn't finish even half).

The cops were called because the manager was yelling at one of the employees and a customer confronted him. I contacted customer service twice and never received a call back.

Our waitress Jennifer was horrible, she was too busy hugging people from another table having a party and playing with her hair to bother to make sure we didn’t need refills, or our food was good. After bringing us our food she asked my husband is he wanted A1 he said “yes please” then she disappeared!

Ultimately our fault for not clarifying with the waitress or staff at applebees, but each restaurant should have a CLEAR start time on when half off apps start. There were 5 of us and we all ordered 2 or more appetizers, assuming apps were half price.

It was after 9pm and after googling when half off apps started, all things we saw from various sites said 9pm weekdays, 10pm on weekends. My friends and I will never be going to applebees ever again as seeing a 179 dollar bill

On Saturday January 11, 2020, about 2:40 p.m. I called Applebee’s, and order about $27.00 worth of food. The number I called to order the food was 941 379-2260. This is the number to Applebee’s located at 5550 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, Florida.

The lady who took my order was very efficient. She repeated my order back to me, and told me how much it would cost, and it would be ready by 3:13 p.m. Up unto this point, I was very pleased with the service.

I arrived at Applebee’s about 3:11 p.m. I notice it was about six cars in the parking lot. I waited in my car by curbside for about 5 minutes, and a man approached my car from the rear, and asked if anybody had waited on me yet? I said “no”. He said he would get someone. My husband and I attempted to have a nice lunch at the Applebee’s in Westbury NY on Saturday, Jan. 11 at about 12:30 pm and were greeted by 2 extremely rude employees at the door. One of them didn’t even look up at us and just grunted when we said hello and the other one who was seating us was even worse.

When she sat us I said Thank You and she looked at me and basically it was like a low growl of a response. Like we were annoying the both of them by just walking in. What the hell kind of people is Applebee’s hiring?

We have been here before and were met with the same behavior from staff. If they hate their job so much they should quit. My husband and I left as soon as she sat us. We were not going to deal with that rude behavior from anyone else any longer.

It's a good thing we asked!! Your gluten free fries are not gluten free. When gluten free fries are put in the same frialator they not are not gluten free. That is wrong. That is unethical. Gluten allergy is not something that is like having an itchy nose or a little headache. This needs to addressed!

I suggest you look at WebMD, Mayo clinic, the AMA, etc, or call in an expert so you may see how serious and dangerous gluten problems are. This needs to be fixed before the BBB is called or even the Attorney General.

On this day the 9th of January I visited your store at 6324 International drive at 4:45 pm. On Dec 31, 2019 i placed an online order # 450414887 for Carside Pick up as my wife was not feeling well. I ordered a cheeseburger with no tomato and pepperjack cheese and fries and the grilled chicken caeser salad.

It was not brought out to me at the 7:50 time slot that i chose. After the waitress came out twice to ask me my name, i went inside to see what was happening. The manager then also asked my name and said it would be right out.

It was still another 15 minutes and the burger had tomato on it and american cheese. the salad was missing the chicken altogether. She retrieved some chicken from the kitchen and since i paid online , she was not able to do anything for me.

Want to know why you are going out of business? 1) restaurant is always dirty. tables from the night before are still nasty with food from where other people have eaten. It is the flu season! 2) walked in Thompson Lane store in Nashville, stood 10 min, and was not seated.

Other people got up and left as they had not been waited on. the time was 11:15 am. 3) a major concern when you standing there waiting to get a table, the bar waitress is making change for another customer out of her wallet. dah???

4) service is slow, the last few times we were there it took over an hour to get our meal. it is not like you are covered up with customers like you used to be. Surrounding area people only get an hour for lunch.

My wife and I felt discriminated against on January first as we had a gift card from our kids. We arrived around 2:40pm order drinks first and food, the food was late and cold and the drinks never arrived. Tonight we had dinner at the pasco wa restaurant. Waited 45 mins for our food and then when we got it it was cold . The taco salad me and my wife got was soggy and nasty . Not sure what was going on .

Me and my family all well over 6 foot were crammed between two rather annoying parties at a very small table; despite there being an open booth not 3 feet away. I should also mention that a very small family consisting of a two adults and one infant were sat at this particular large booth.

not to mention IT WAS AN EXTREMELY SLOW NIGHT. we had to physically move our table over to avoid hitting the back of the parties chairs behind us when we wanted to get up to wash hands. Etc.. foods good, but for an extremely slow night this was a stretch at effective customer placement.

We visited the Applebee's in Fort Dodge, Iowa and received a very poor meal . There was a confusion with ordering order 2 for $27. I asked for a salad and never received it. I ordered the double dipped shrimp and they were very soft and mushy.

They had alot of coating on them to make them appear larger than they were. My husband ordered the ribs and had very little meat to them and tough to eat. There was very little sauce on them. In the confusion he settled for applesauce and when his meal came he had an individual store bought container of applesauce.

The least that should have happened was that it was put in a bowl then served to him. I know we received free refills on the drinks but our glasses were just about all ice and very little liquids. We were family members and one of them…

So my review is not anything other like you herd before. Service sucks. You come in and wait by the doors until who ever wants to sit you. And all the staff sees you but no one even says anything to you.

I felt like i walked in to the walking dead. And when you do 15 minutes or more to even get a server. And my friends its all down hill from there. Drinks took another 15 minutes and the margarita was lemon juice.

The server told us about her experience with the table prior to us. I guess she was giving us a don't complain warning or else. Steak was burned, hard and dry. Service, food is horrible. Beware.

I did a order online for 4 meals 2 full rack ribs 2 rib eye steaks. The girl who took my order on December 31st at 710pm. Said our would be ready in half hour said ok. Went to applebees on 12 and van dyke in michigan at 750pm.

I called carside to let them know i was here for my order. She told me ok and hung up. Then a manager came out at 800pm said the order almost done and went back in. 818pm i call to see where my order was and carside hung up again.

Went in at 830pm for my order and the lady said our order was sitting here for a half hour all food was cold. Asked the to do the steaks over. They were to business taking care of a big order that came in instead of taking care of the orders that was put in the other 15 people waiting in the carry out line.

On the evening on New Year’s Eve, my daughter was going to Applebee’s for dinner. My husband and I had her bring us home 2 clubhouse grills( my favorite). When we received them , the bread wasn’t even grilled at all.

My husband eats everything and only had one bite of it and said it was horrible. I have never complained about service or food in my entire life but it was such a disappointment. Thank you for listening

I called in my order got there waited 10 minutes then food wasnt right then another 10 minutes on chips drinks was flat and food was cold got tocar and still had to turn around and go back in and get bacon i spent well over 85$ on my familys food for it to br not right im mad

We went to 1860E Market Street Harrisonburg VA,22801 to use our gift card we recieved for Christmas and had the worst service we have ever experienced at an Applebees ... and it seemed no one cared at this place. We waited for 15 minutes to be seated and from observing every table had not been cleaned up, we went early to beat the rush around 5:45.

when they seated us we automatically ordered the all you could eat riblets and shriimp. The servers were walking around and ignoring the customers and was told I am not suppost to be here tonight. they were walking around ignoring the customers and the family of 12 that was seated after us sat ready to order for 52 minutes it was unbelieveable Ive never witnessed any thing like this eating out before!

My friend and I went to Applebee’s in Danville Va. we arrived about 6:15 pm on New Year Eve to have dinner. When we walked in there were several families sitting in the lobby. As l looked around there were all kinds of empty tables.

I said, why isn’t anyone being seated. About 5 minutes later a server approached us and said how many. Told her 2. Then I asked her how long of a wait and why wasn’t people being seated when they were a lot of empty tables.

She snapped at me and said, the kitchen is at least 15 minutes behind. She also said, no ideal how long of wait. So, we walked out and a family of walked out behind us. I believe this is a result of poor management.
