food of choice is the bourbon street steak, the quality of these steaks recently are substandard, tough, no flavor, they replaced mine with another steak,, for another very tough no flavor steak I couldn't eat it way to tough, trouble cutting it. They were made aware of this and did not compensate for this.

We went to the Applebee's in Huber hrs ohio on old Troy pike. We waited 17 minutes never greeted no hostess when we asked at bar we were very rudely told wait in line tables were being bussed although it was only half full n open clean tables in view.

Filed a complaint around 4/24/20 about your buffalo boneless wings that was ordered online and picked up curbside. Claim #2509486. Spoke to the manager at the Tudor location and he stated that he was sorry for my disappointment with their service and would be sending me a coupon for future orders.

One out of five is generous, I simply could not rate lower. The local Johnstown, NY restaurant is terrible and I have had a bad experience everytime I decide to give it another try. In the past I have gotten food poisoning, mystery cardboard under my potatoes, produce stickers on vegetables, sat for half an hour unable to to get silverware after food was placed at table, etc.

I order from applebees for delivery at least once a week. I always order chicken Alfredo. I pay with credit card online so I'm sure you have records. Anyways, the noodles were the wrong noodles. These were skinny noodles, a little thicker then a spaghetti noodle, like if a spaghetti noodle was flattened.

They were also a little on the soggy side. Their not suppose to melt in your mouth. I wouldn't usually worry about it, but this is the second time this happened now and $15 is a lot of money to me, not counting all the other fees.

Hello, my name is Donna Martin. I would first like to start by saying, I am a regular customer of Applebee's - Dothan, AL. My visit on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 was the worst experience I have had at any Applebee's restaurant I have visited.

When we (myself and my 2 kids), we were seated promptly. I also notified them that we would have another guest joining us. We were seated and our waiter, Luke, was there to take our drink orders within seconds. We received our drinks within 2 minutes.

Our guest arrived approximately 10 minutes after we were seated. At this point everything starts to go downhill. After 20 minutes, our orders were finally taken. We all needed refills for our drinks when our orders were placed and our waiter was made aware of this.

My friend and I went to the Appleby's in Orangeburg, SC, last Saturday, February 15, 2020. We both ordered an appetizer. I'm not sure what it was called, but online the menu called it the NEIGHBORHOOD NACHOS BEEF White corn tortilla chips are topped with taco-seasoned ground beef, queso blanco, a blend of Cheddar cheeses, sour cream, house-made pico de gallo, fried jalapenos and chopped cilantro.

I had a terrible experience at Applebees on 2/14/2020. I called in a Car side to go order to be ready at 6:10 pm and I called it in around 5pm. When I arrived there was no place to park.

I called in to the store to let them know I was there and they couldn't find my food. Someone said that it was not done yet and I needed to wait. I then told the person that it should have been done 20 min prior since it was 6:30 now.

Have enjoyed Applebees which is my favorite restaurant and always order the Bourbon Steak and it is always fabulous. Went to the Pittsfield MA location for our 38th wedding anniversary dinner and I ordered Bourbon Steak. Not sure what I received but it was not what I am use to eating. It was very disappointing.
