, Oct 21. Half the tables were empty. There were 2 parties in front of us waiting at the reception desk. We waited over 20 minutes for someone to recognize and approach any of us. I finally stopped a waitress and asked where the hostess was.

She said the hostess was in the back and she would get her. 10 minutes later no one had come out. At this time I and 2 other parties left. Hopeless service.

The bartender who seated us Was rude. Unfortunately the waitress was clueless. She meant well. The wine glasses were filthy as was the decanter that the wine was in. The last was when a cockroach crawled across are table before my husband and I got our food. Manager not helpful. Very bad experience.

A companion and I visited this location on October 19, 2022 at 12:30 pm. Our server was Laurena R. We had intended to eat in, but the restaurant was cold, so we asked for our order to be packaged To Go.

Our order arrived, and we asked the lady who delivered our order, (this was not Laurena), for our ticket. She said she would get Laurena for us. Some 10 minutes went by. No Laurena. We summoned another server, she called to Laurena for us.

As she casually and slowly walked in our direction, she stopped at another table to check on them. She reached our table with our ticket and we gave her our credit card at that time. Ten minutes later, we are still waiting for her return.

During this time we are standing at our table, ready to go. We requested another server to locate our Laurena.…

My family went to Applebee's on October 15th about 530pm. There were 7 of us. We waited to be sat which was fine. But we waited 40 mins for our food. Then when the food came out my sister ordered a burger and it was raw inside.

My boyfriend ordered nachos and they were cold. They also didn't get their wings they ordered. 00. It was a terrible experience. The table next to us complained their food was cold and the server Tim blamed our table. Said we were running him around.

We just wanted what we ordered. We were there 2hours and didn't even get all of our food. We will not go back to Applebee's. Spent a lot of money to not get all our food.

i’ve been working here for about 6 months and from the very first day i could off the bat tell the store wasn’t doing very well the gm treats all her employees like shit, name calling telling us we arnt doing our job the right way but not correcting us or coaching us in any way.

Staff-hostess. Hostess insulated both my son and myself. Looked at both of us very funny. She asked me "if he was autistic" and said she was. She seated us, we left immediately. I did complain to a young lady that was in charge that night.

I called her back and asked that she have the manager call me back the next day. Timothy did call me back and heard my complaint. I am hoping that he contacted his boss to let them know what happened.

This is very unacceptable behavior. I do believe that Timothy will handle this situation. He seems to care. I just want the main office to hear about this.

Went with my son 31 years and me 65 years to Applebees in Rancho Cucamonga for the special all you can eat boneless chicken wings and fries. They were one person at the bar and another person with a child.

We had to wait longtime until the waitress came and couple of times she passed by us and I called her and she said one second , than will be talking to another waiter.

Finally she came my son maid an order and I chose my flavor. She than got the bill for the person with a child behind us and I called her and changed my flavor to different( I guess that made her mad and said rudely so now you want this flavor ( tone of voice).

I wanted to leave before the food came , I tip always for the experience and service . So we decided not to tip. And also whatever we had wasn’t really a chicken…

m. and the light above the table didn't work properly. They wiggled it and it would come on for a few seconds and go back off. The next table to ours didn't work either. As it was getting dark outside and we only had a partial window we had so little light to eat by.

You couldn't even distinguish what was in our salads. It was extremely frustrating and we didn't even get discounted on our bill. This was the Quakertown Applebees. We will never again eat at any of your restaurants because of this inconvenience.

We were told that the two lights have been malfunctioning for the past TWO weeks. We were very disgusted!

I was at your Crestwood location very very very dissatisfied with the service first of all the wait was 35 minute uderstandable so my choice was to wait set there for an hour and a half before anyone came to sit myself and family when I finally got seated they came to take my order another 15 minutes be for I could get a drink and

after I got my drink and waited another 20 minute before I decided to leave never came back to my table for anything couldn't even bring my salad out very disturbing to see how they laughing and talking to each other instead of waiting on customer

I placed an online order for curbside pickup. It was to be ready at 4:46. I arrive at 4:42 and let the know I was there. At 4:56 I called and asked about my order. My order was brought out and I was told “sorry, I’m the delivery person and I just got to work.

Usually the bar delivers if there is no delivery person ere, but they are busy” I asked if my food was cold since it had been sitting and she assured me it was hot. When I drove the 2 minutes to my hotel, my food was far from hot.

I work in the construction industry and she is a general manager for a prominent hotel chain and we see alot of the general public on a daily basis and you can best believe we will tell everyone we can to avoid your restaurant,s because of our experience. We will also utilize social media as a vehicle to any review page to let the public know that your restaurant is a bottom feeder compared to other restaurants in our area.

FIRST thing waited 20 minutes just to have our drink order. Appetizers came out half hour after no silverware gave us plastic no plates! Our food came out after an hour cold ! then informed us she was washing dishes.

The waitress Danesha at location Mayfield was very rude and disrespectful has a bad attitude the managers Heather and Liz was inform about the situation which Heather or Liz had attitude and didn't handle the situation as if they didn't care and laugh about it. I have heard Danesha as a waitress has curse at a coworker it was the cook and then start arguing with the cook which wasn't professional in front of customers. I hope something will be done about this cause Heather or Liz the Managers didn't help the situation.

The Applebee's on Mayfield the waitresses are very rude and disrespectful the one waitresses name Danesha is always have a bad attitude and nasty to her co workers. I have witteness that Danesha has used bad words by cursing in front of customers which I was there when she cursing in the front of dining room also the manager Heather was told about this situation or she has been standing there never did nothing about it.

Heather the manager is also disrespectful and has a bad attitude with customers. I will never go to the Mayfield location again or take my family. I also have seen the coworkers having a good fight were they was throwing food in the kitchen and towards the front to the waitresses.

My significant and I went to eat at your Applebee's on September 2, 2022 at about 3:45 pm. No host was there, waited and waitress came by with dirty dishes and said "I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU" never came back (also was NOT that busy at that time).

We were leaving and someone called us back and finally seated us. Had to wait for the table to be cleaned first. Then we ordered i ordered the chicken quesadilla and he order the prime rib sandwich.. When we FINALLY got it the prime rib sandwich there was MOLD on the bread and the prime rib meat must have been lying around because the ends were all dried and hard.

So my rating for this company will be a ZERO. I understand the situation with the pandemic BUT you mean to tell me they did not check the food before allowing it to leave the kitchen…

Saturday, August 27, I went in the Palestine Applebee's I always sit @ the bar. I'm real familiar with the bartender Jasmine shes always there when I go. So I was trying to show her a video on my phone when the manager Paris became angry with her.

She was trying to make a drink and he rudely tried to take over. She told him she had it he slammed the ice scoop in the ice bin and stomped off. I tried to proceed with showing her the video and he got even more upset.

Told her he was going to clock her out and make her leave. He was very rude while I was sitting there so much so I felt uncomfortable to the point I just closed my tab and left, because she didn't do anything wrong I'm her regular and she always takes good care of me.

I was asked to leave the restaurant because of what I was looking at on my cell phone, two NYC cop's making out, it's was already out on social media one of my coworkers sent it to me. The manager asked me to put my phone away and I compiled.

Approximately 15 later 3 cop's showed up, I explained what happened, they went back spoke to the manager. The cop's returned to the bar where me and my family where sitting and stated that she the manager wanted me to leave and I complied.

I did nothing wrong, I committed no crime, me and my family were the only blacks there . Why were the cops called? Why was I asked to leave?

I ordered food online from the Burlington Applebees the food was not cooked all the way. I called the store spoke to the manager and she hung up on me. I called back the other white last hung up on me.

I took the food back and she refused to give me my money back. I called the store manager. This was a week ago I haven’t got my money back yet but I took all the food back. This restaurant is the worst of all Applebees compared to other places.

I am sure if I can get all the problems that people have had together I can give it to the correct people to make changes or to make other changes. I would like my 45 dollars back!

My son's 45th Birthday today so we decided to dine out at Applebee's in Mt. Pleasant ,Texas since we had never been to this Applebee's . We live 25 miles away but we have always had a great experience at the other Applebee's we have dined at .....

this was our first at this particular location . We arrived at Applebee's parked and walked inside. We stood at the front for a few minutes and wasn't greeted by a single person, e We thought we're suppose to seat ourselves as it was 4:40 pm and there were only a couple people dining .

We went for dinner here at Applebees in Columbus Ga at the Airport location on 7/312022. After eating some of the appetizer and getting ready to box up the leftover, we discovered a bug in/on the nacho chip. We immediately felt sick to the stomach and my company had to hurry to the bathroom to throw up.

I feel I was wrongfully terminated by not being informed of policies I thought I was a valued employee working 50 hours a week to get fired over 15 minutes I was never informed I could be fired and there was no trying to resolve the issue easily because a manager didn't like me very poor management I really expected better

Ordered online last Saturday night. Got home half my order was missing. Grilled chicken, green beans and salad. Called store, talked to a girl that didn't seem to concerned. They offered to make and have me come back and pick up.

I told her no just to put it back on my debit card. Didn't even want to know my name to do so.

On Sunday, June 26th, we went to Applebees to celebrate my friend’s 65th birthday. We were treated rudely by the host and our waitress was inattentive to our needs. It took an hour to get our food. The drinks were awful.

The manager did reverse some charges, but we will not come back to Applebee’s. We were so disappointed. Thank you for your time.

The young hostess was extremely rude. The way she created us was like what’s yo name! I had missing items from my order. My orders were missing their sides. I was so upset I asked to speak to a manager, and complained about his staff and my order.

When the other customers and myself tried to explain to the hostess what the issues were she became upset and walked off. That’s when someone else approached us. I then asked to speak to a manager. I was so upset by her mannerisms I didn’t notice I was completely missing a whole order (Chicken Alfredo).

This is about Applebee’s on Day Street we come in we normally can sit at the bar but now we have to wait to be seated they said 25 minutes but they have a whole bunch of open tables to be seated at, why we can’t just sit at the bar anymore. 3 to 4 days a week. Tonight while there, everything was good until I went to check out. Angie bar maid is Awesome checked me out. Keith came up and started talking shit to me calling me names telling me to get my shit and get the fuck out, no one likes me here or wants me there.

I have never been disrespected Like that in any establishment. I told Danny the manager I'll not ever come back. He said I'll take care or it.. come in and finish your beer. My beer was gone and my spot at the bar was cleared.

I will not ever go back there. and will talk that establishment down as much as I can.

They send you a 'free appetizer' special via the internet but it is not possible to use it. Their site just keeps giving endless error codes and it is not possible to resolve their site problems because it is not possible to contact them.

They do not answer their phones 'During Normal Business Hours'.

We went to eat at the Applebee's in Angola Indiana after shopping at Menards, it was 8:30 and the restaurant was closed. I am sorry, this is ridiculous that on a Friday night you cannot eat out anymore. Probably will not patronize your establishment anymore.

We recently ate at Applebees in Lakewood/Jamestown NY. Our food was not satisfactory but we chose not to make an issue of it with the waitress as it wasn’t her fault. We both ordered the chicken fingers platter which we have had in the past. Our meal arrived & our chicken tenders were way over cooked. We couldn’t even bite into some of them they were that bad. The coleslaw was of poor quality, too. It had a funny taste to it & was really hard to chew as it was very coarse. Very disappointing to say the least. We had guests with us & our total bill was $68.01. A true waste of food & money. It’ll be a LONG time before we patronize Applebees again.

I had ate there earlier today for lunch and it was all good. We’ll later that night went back and ordered to go and it was awful. The cheese bites were basically soaked in grease and cold, the chicken wontons were very cold, and the burger was warm but had soggy bacon on it.

Very disappointed & would love a refund. Never will order to go again.

If you were to look me up I’m a regular customer. The last 4 times I placed an order it’s late, average 10 minutes and up to 17. There are times other cars come in after me and they get their order before I do.

I don’t expect to hear anything back because unfortunately that’s just how things are today. I think I’m going to take a break from ordering fro Applebees for awhile.

Thursday Feb 3rd, we walked into our local Applebee's about 6:30pm with a party of 4. There was about a 1/4 to 1/3 of the restaurant seated. The rest of the restaurant seemed empty, and about at least a dozen people waiting to be seated.

I ordered online at 7:00 pm and responded that I would pick up my order at 7:40 pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 pm and checked in online. At 7:55 I called to ask where my food was and was told it would be right out.

My food Finally came out at 8:03 and was cold. My steak was thin and tough - When i ordered, I said no garlic potatoes or broccoli, but mac cheese instead. I was charged for the entire meal and charged extra for the mac cheese. 27 for.
