My husband and I went to your Troy road location in north greenbush ny. It was the worst experience from start to finish. The person who took us to our table never said a word to us. No greeting, nothing.

Our waitress was a disaster, disorganized and rude. She took our orders with her back turned to me. It took a half an hour to get two appetizers and a salad. The restaurant wasn’t even halfway full. The pretzels were amazing but the trio appetizer was disgusting and my husbands salad was ordinary at best.

Some of the chicken in his salad was so hard he couldn’t stab it with his fork. After our waitress asked if we wanted boxes we waited another ten minutes for those. I will never go to your restaurant again.

We went to dinner on 11/21/22 around 7pm at the Applebee's in Excelsior Springs MO. They were not busy at all once we got seated it took several minutes for a server to come to out table. Once they did we ordered drinks.

We waited over 10-15 minutes or longer for our drinks, none came. The workers were talking in the food area, drinks never came. I would have understood if they were busy , but they were not. It may be along time before I return.

Just visited the poplar bluff Missouri restaurant. I can truly say it is hands down the worst restaurant in the whole town. Everything was cold and between the help arguing in the back, not that anyone was there to eat or hear it.

I just want to know when the auction will be, I would like to buy the bar stools and a few other things after you shut that place down. But on a good note the poor guy working did everything he could and I tipped him well for the effort.

Needless to say I won’t be visiting any of Applebees in the future. I never get on a site and complain, but after this as a business owner myself I would want to know .

The food that is being serve do not look like the food that is being advertised or on the menu. I think that is false advertising. Applebee's should be ashamed of themselves. The ribs were tough and terrible. The mash potatoes looks like a plant base or something. Im speechless.

The worst I've ever seen. The score of a 1 is overrated.

On Sunday November 20th at approximately 4pm we decided to stop by the Applebee's on Grant avenue in Auburn NY for dinner. The service and food were very good. The problem was the wait staff. In the middle of our Dinner 2 of them started arguing very loudly between them selves.

I only know the name of the male server involved was Christopher. At one point the manager on duty went up to them and told them that the guests did not want to hear them but they continued. This was very unprofessional in my opinion and it kinda ruined the dinner experience to the point that my girlfriend decided to get her food to go and eat at home.

We arrived at 8:30pm and were told that we could not be seated due to an influx of To Go orders that the kitchen was working on. That is rediculous being that it’s a sit down restaurant and should serve customers on sight before call in orders.

They are not a fast food restaurant. Several employees were just sitting at a table together talking about another employee who was not there. Our waitress was good and I felt really bad for her because it wasn’t her fault.

We received our dinner and several items were missing. We asked for 2 different desserts and were told that they were not available. When we got home about an hour later we both immediately had bad stomach pains and had to be in both our bathrooms for awhile.

Today I am still having stomach issues.

The service and staff were great, their working conditions need an upgrade. The bathroom stall doors are peeling off, stalls leaning in. I swear everything is the same as it was since built. The staff seem to really care about their jobs and customers give their restaurant an upgrade please!

My son worked at Applebee's they ripped him off in pay he worked two weeks got paid 400 they said they paid him 700 was a lie we have bank statement. My son has aniexty and depression this was his first job and he had a nightmare experience the manager John there likes to treat employees like crap and they have people on meth cooking.

He told the managers this they said they didn't care. This is in everett wa se . I think you need to investigate theirvis alot of shaddy things going on at this location

Took for ever to get our food when we did, food was cold and no flavor. Worse experience. It's getting worse and worse. I can say this will be the last time I go there. We as a family use to love it but now we avoid it.

There is a reason you can go and sit right away because no one wants to eat there anymore. What a shame Applebee's is mo more.

Due to my high food allergies this is one restaurant my family and I love to eat at, but tonight we chose to take our food to go, but after spending $80 on food I shouldn't have had to go home and reheat food and cook the steaks thoroughly through because it came medium rare and not well done like I asked, and I'm not going even talk about the little bit of fries that came with my platters, totally unacceptable.

Went into the location on New Centre Drive Wilmington. NC on 11/13/2022 for my husband's 67 Birthday dinner, we both ordered steak dinners, I ordered my steak medium, well when the steaks were served his was just fine, but mine was raw on the inside and

Never have we been treated so rudely, trying to pick up a phoned in order. We parked as directed, had cash and a tip in hand, called to say we were there and the person said they’d be right out. Nobody came.

We called again and the woman gave us a hard time about the side of the building we were on. We are travelling and had never been here. I went inside and was completely ignored.

Finally a belligerent young woman asked what I wanted and said there was no order for Dave. Then she walked away. I left never to return to any Applebees. Very disappointing!

On the night of Nov 12 me and my family entered one of you guy’s location at 2126 Airline Dr in Bossier City,Louisiana. I’m emailing you guys to let you guys know that staff you have working on this certain night very unprofessional and seemed to be running away from paying customers!

I also observed several families walk out because of workers that don’t want to serve them.

I have patronized Applebees going on about 8 or so years . Tonight my family and I decided to go out to eat at Applebees . For the record It was a Saturday night we did expect it to be busy and we’re more than happy to wait for a table to open It.

As we were waiting the Manager whom I did not get his name ( he was a white male grey hair glasses ) was very rude and disrespectful to the lady that was at the front entrance figuring out where to seat the guests . He spoke loud enough that myself as well as the other customers whom was already seated and eating .

There is no excuse for this type of behavior . I will not be returning to patronize Applebees due to this managers conduct towards an employee just doing their job trying to get everyone seated as quickly as possible .

GIG HARBOR WASHINGTON ROBBIE AND RED STORE AND KITCHEN MANAGERS. Had to call out due to being very sick, but when the manager got on the phone they stayed silent as soon as i said why I couldn't come in.

Then day 2 same thing. I cant get rid of a virus overnight. They made us(crew) come in with covid and we spread it so bad the pregnat waitress got it and even passed out on the job. Robbie and red are VERY unprofessional and im guessing josh too because everyone had made multiple complaints and he does nothing.

I eat French onion soup in the restaurant quite often so I'm very aware of the portion I receive. So I ordered one evening through dootdash and got a small container and another small container with about half of soup.

I am truly disappointed with the serves and well as the manager's ability to handle this situation.

First, this Applebee's does not have any silverware. I was served plasticware and told by server that was all they had. I order wings only to find out they have been out since Saturday and today is Monday. Wow!! So I order a full rack of ribs which were burnt.

I settled for my beer, shot, and salad. Manager gave me Area Director's card. I called only to be hung up on. Applebee's was my spot until this experience. I got one question. What happen to customer serves and is this adequate serve.

I am a driver with DoorDash, and every time I pick up an order from this Applebee’s location they have no rush for DoorDash orders, there is always dirt and dried/moldy food on the floor. And I picked up from Applebee’s last week and noticed a black spot on the floor that might’ve been a spill, it was still there today a week later.

As I walked in I saw someone who is not an employee, very dirty and had a mountain bike with him walking outs of their kitchen. Another time I had noticed employees goofing off while customers waited, complaining about A DoorDash order and cursing loud enough for guest in the dining room to hear.

Very unprofessional and dirty environments for a company and for food.

We experience poor service at Applebee's in Monroe, la on November 5 first of all after being seated it took for ever for someone to take our order after that the waitress came took our grandkids order and drink order never took our order and spinach dip was cold my husband finally order the ribs on 2 for thirty I ask for Alfredo which I always order at Applebee's in Clinton, ms.

First off I would like to say it took them forever to seat us . The waiter never wrote any of me and my wife’s order down while taking our order she kept bringing us the wrong food . My husband went to pick up his order at Applebee’s in Raytown Mo. 350 hiway, car side. He called me after he had been sitting about 15 minutes. I called the store, the representative said they couldn’t come out because of the weather.

It was raining a bit. Someone should have said they didn’t want to come out in the rain and the food wouldn’t have been sitting for 15 minutes. My husband would have gone inside when he got there. We are very very disappointed.

One of the orders were thrown away. I will never purchase food from Applebee’s again.

Rude service!!! Unprofessional staff, racial discrimination! When entering the restaurant we were greeted by unpleasant employee who looks like he doesn’t want to work there. When asked to sit at the bar, the answer was a straight no without explanation.

After 10 min, finally got seated had to wait for another 20 min for a server to come and attend us, another 25 min to order food. We spent over $200 and paid bill and came to find out from our receipt that there were special munchies available for half the price if we sat at the bar area.

The waitress took the order without writing it down we had very very long wait and she brought me the wrong meal so took it away and had to wait 25 more minutes while husband ate his cold fettuccine! We also ordered BBQ chicken appetizer she forgot that I had to request and wait I was not asked if I wanted more coffee my husband ask 3 times for a refill the BBQ chicken came after my burger.

Today, October 30, 2022 I invited two guests to join me at the Poplar Bluff, Missouri restaurant. My mother owned a restaurant in which I worked several of my teens years, so I KNOW HOW FOOD SHOULD BE SERVED TO CUSTOMERS. I KNOW HOW FOOD SITTING FOR HOURS LOOKS LIKE. My family of 12 arrived at the restaurant to celebrate my grandsons birthday today 10/30/2022 around 12:20 pm. The 2 Young ladies at the door was not pleasant. They kept saying it’s going to be a long long long time- short handed, service may not be good.

There were lots of empty tables- only 6 people ahead of us. I said so you are telling us to leave? She then said well I would. I told her we would go where our money was appreciated. Then I ask to speak to manager- I discussed with the manager how I was treated and she said she had told the girls to say that.

I ordered a riblet plate from the location on Fairmont in Houston yesterday. It was only pleasure that I decided on for my birthday. Not only did these ppl charge me too much they never delivered my food. I KNOW better.

We were traveling recently and needed dinner. We are regular Applebee customers in our hometown and whenever we travel. We sat at the bar and were the only customers sitting there. After five minutes the bartender (who was doing nothing) didn’t acknowledge us until I cleared my throat.

Didn’t seem interested in taking our order.

Finally put our order in and started looking around. Every bar table was dirty with dishes and trash and the manager was too busy hunting for the bartenders AirPod she lost behind the bar to pay attention to anything else.

My elderly parents went to Applebees on 14 mile in Madison Hts, when they arrived there was only 1 other couple there, they were not greeted by anyone so they chose their table, my mom is handicapped, had a scooter, my dad had to move a high chair & another chair to get to the table, while being watched by staff. Waitress came to table to take order but they had no menus.

Ordered drinks, brought my dads and not my moms drink, peach tea. They ordered 2 orderves, pretzels & nachos, sent nachos back as they looked old like they were sitting out, ate the pretzels and drank his drink but still no peach tea.

Talked to the mgr who didn’t seem to care. Mgr gave my mom her tea to go, paid for pretzels & drink & left. Got home & was regular unsweetened tea, not peach tea. Worst service and quality…

I ordered online for car side to go pickup. When I got to restaurant, no one answered the phone and they had the side door for pickup inside locked. We had to go to the front of restaurant to get food then had to wait another 15 minutes to get the food.

Added a tip which we should not have done so since service was poor. Their excuse was they were busy which is not my fault. This establishment is going down hill really fast. Total time spent to get food was about 45 minutes.

I went to place an order on October 29, 22 and they did not have Chicken Fiita, I was told it has been discontinued for 2 years ago. I asked for chicken Tender or strips and Onion Rings. I was charged $17.30. The chicken tender was loaded with salt. And they gave me 5 onion Rings, two kind of large and 3 smaller ones. I do not know how the taxes went but that was to defraud me, there were no itemized bill with a break down. When you get home, more than likely one will not come back out especially coming from work. It is the most disgusting and disappointed meal I have ever had and it could not fill up a bird.

Tonight my family dined at Applebees in Lockport NY. My mother noticed a sign on our table that said wine down Wednesday 1/2 price bottles of wine. With a list of wines above it. We ordered a bottle of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay which was on the list.

When we were given our bill we were informed that that wasn’t one of the discounted bottles of wine. I spoke to the manager and he told me that Only “select” bottles were half price. Nowhere on the table sign did it specify that.

We purchased a $30 bottle of wine thinking it was half price. The manager told me there was nothing he could do. He did give us a $10 gift certificate toward a future visit but I don’t know if I will ever return.

I just ate lunch at your Tallahassee Florida 1388 Capital Circle 850-574-1444. I was with a group of 15. My order was 2 of the 6oz steak specials with double mash potatoes no broccoli and 2 sweet teas. When I got back to work, I looked at my receipt and was charged for 4 orders of loaded mash potatoes.

I placed an online order. Almost $70. Done curbside. Had to wait over 20 min past my pick up time. Had to finally call in the store to all where my order v was. When they finally brought it out.
