I am reaching out to you because all other ways of expressing my concern did not produce the right outcome. For about 10 years I am granting my cleaning services to some of the Appealbee's Restaurants located in RI and MA.

Two years ago I was facing the same problem of not being paid on time around the Christmas time. The situation was resolved and all went well until now. For the past three weeks I am am asking to be paid on time and according to the services I have provided.

The Applebees failed to paid for the invoice # 310. My payments usually would arrive in a form of direct deposits on Wednesdays.

However, on December 14, 2022 there was no deposit. I need to be paid for this specific invoice before next Wednesday (12-28-22) . December 28TH should cover the next invoice #311. Not…

Arrived at around 230pm , not really busy . Server walked by us several times. After finally being seated, we waited for someone to acknowledge us , 5 minutes later some one did. We were out of town in Grapevine Texas and decided to give Applebees a visit at 2251 Grapevine Mills Circle 76051--myself, my husband our daughter and her 2 little girls---we stood at the hostess stand for several minutes with out anyone greeting us(as a former Mystery shopper)big mistake!! Bartender rudeness toward patrons and fellow employees.. I ordered my food to go . I ordered a cocktail as I waited. The bartender asked me what did I want? I told her I wanted to order a cocktail. She said she was short staffed and didn’t know when she was going to get to me and the bar was closed.

It was 6:30 in the afternoon. Another waiter came up and said he would take my drink of water and she told him he should’ve taken them off water because she had close the bar.

I AM BLACK. On Wednesday, 12/21/2022 I placed a carryout order inside the store. The associate said the order would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I stepped outside to wait by my car. After less than ten minutes, an individual came up to me and asked what I was doing there. I asked why.

He said that I needed to leave because someone complained that I was standing there. I said that I have Business here. He said what business and that he was going to call the police. We a further exchange of words.

He then said that I couldn't go inside the store or get food. I went inside anyway. The gentleman who took my order was nice and apologized to me. I AM A BLACK MAN. I shouldn't be harassed for that reason.

One of the most "AWFUL" dining encounters my wife and I have experienced. Both of us ordered our hamburgers "well done". After a few bites, we noticed the "RED" not "PINK" meat. We're talking "tar-tar" style (should have taken a picture) to show no exaggeration.

After waiting 30 minutes for the original order I flagged down the waitress to address the problem. She took it back and after ANOTHER 30 minutes, she came back with the food. During this wait, the manager NEVER came by to see how we were.

The final "SLAP TO THE FACE" was he was going to charge full price with no excuse. We left after a wasted 1 hour and told him to keep the food. talk about being UNTRAINED in "customer service", that manager displayed all the reasons why the food service gets negative reviews.…

Very disappointing. Went there for my husband's birthday Dec 16 2022. Only about a dozen customers. Got seated in a corner, was given menus. A few other customers came in after us. We were never asked if we wanted drinks, no one came to take our order.

Waitress waited on a table that came in after us. After waiting almost 15 minutes we just got up and walked out.

Your French onion soup is one of my favorites. I ordered it on 12-16-22. When it was served, it was barely warm. The cheese on the top wasn’t even melted. It was cold outside and I was expecting a hot bowl of soup. I was very disappointed.

I didn’t complain to my waitress, because she was very busy and she was trying so hard to take care of several tables.

I’d give it a zero. We ordered dinner entrees and each had 2 drinks. While waiting for our food we wanted another drink. Our waitress advised we couldn’t get one as they no longer had a bartender. She could bring us water.

She didn’t know when a bartender would show up. We asked for our tab and cancelled our food. There was no discount for our unconvinced visit. We paid our tab in full and went next door to Logan’s Roadhouse for great service, drink and food.

Next time in Tifton we won’t be going to Applebees

On 12 December 2022 my spouse and I went to Applebee's on Westover Blvd in Albany, Ga. and stood at the podium for 20 minutes without being acknowledged by any employees as if we were invisible. We arrived around 7:pm.

After getting off work. Thought I would have some BBQ. I place my order. When I arrived to pickup my order inside, I waited as workers pass me. No one greeted, no one said anything. I had to stop someone to ask for my order. Seven minutes later.

Someone came from the back and told me that they were out of ribs, that I have to go back on the app to request a refund. I ask can I get something else, she stated no, that her manager will not let me do that.

Went to have a “nice” dinner with my boyfriend and other than our waitress, it was a horrible experience. My boyfriend ordered a blended drink and there were large chunks of ice in it. After waiting almost an hour for our food, my boyfriends chicken was dry, but he was so hungry that he ate it.

I ordered a medium well steak, but it was rare. I sent it back and it was returned burnt. The waitress offered something else, but I had lost my appetite. We weren’t charged for it, but the manager on duty never came and spoke to us.

I felt it was terrible customer service and we don’t plan on going back.

Yesterday evening (12/10/2022), at your Vero Beach, Florida location, myself, my husband and our 2 children were dining at your establishment. I am a physician and my husband is a police officer. After 20 minutes, we still had not received our drinks. My husband went to the bar and grabbed our drinks that had been sitting there for 10 minutes and brought them to the table. The manager on duty then came to our table and proceeded to yell and berate my husband in front of our children and the other patrons. His servers were even telling him to calm down. The manager at the Ridley Park PA location needs to be fired! We arrived for dinner with a party of 6. Then the party jumped to 12. I asked the hostess if they could accommodate us and they were so rude.

The manager told us to "move out of the way! And stop crouding people" as we were standing at he bar watching the Army Navy fb game waiting for our table. I am a business owner in that same small town and believe ne I will never step foot in another Applebee's again.

Juan the bartender at the white marsh location was extremely rude and disrespect. I went to Applebee's on dec 9th around 10 1030 to celebrate my birthday with friends. They were both from out of town and I thought this Applebee's would be great to have a few drinks.

If I could give this place a fat 0 as a rating I would!!! only to be greeted with the hostess welcoming is to her "horrible nightmare "! Then was told super rudely that it would be an hour wait because the kitchen staff wasn't doing their jobs and were "way far behind" on EVERYTHING!

Then we watched in shock as we looked at over 20 open tables available for seating! Absolutely THE WORST birthday dinner ever and I would never recommend this location to ANYONE!!! I deserve compensation at the very least for ruining my 40th birthday dinner!!!

I absolutely love your Oriental Fried Chicken Salad, been enjoying it for years and throughout our travel from FL to NH, and our local restaurant. I ordered it yesterday for carry out and to my disappointment there was very little chicken and half of it was bread made to look like nuggets. Good Afternoon On Saturday, December 3, 2022 around 4:15 pm. I went to Applebees in Madison, MS. My daughter and I went to dinner there and sat at the table 30 minutes and no one ever came over to acknowledge us.

After sitting there so long I asked the young lady who seated us was anyone going going to wait on us and she said she didn’t know and walked off. I then called a manager while sitting at the table and she came out and took our drink order and said someone will come take your Order.

I placed an online order to be delivered while on a trip to Georgia. When the delivery driver arrives, she didn't bring the 2 drinks I had ordered. I got on the phone with the restaurant, & explained what had happened.

Last night I ordered from car side to go due to illness. No one ever came out so I had to go in also the quality of my food the taste was horrible. Employees gave terrible customer service (very bad attitudes) didn’t even acknowledge anybody.

I was not the only customer they had to go in. There was two other elderly women. Wait time was 20 minutes outside. Get home after being exhausted my slab ribs were very dry the quality no meat on there.

Went to Applebees 4440 Gleneste-Withamsville rd.Batavia, Ohio 45245 on 12/02/2022 . We were greated with a sign stating no burgers today. We accepted that . we sat down, and ordered a drink. When this was brought we ordered our meat. I ordered a chicken sandwich an my husband ordered a prime rib dipper. The waitress returned to our table and stated they were not serving any sandwiches. My husband and I were at the Applebee’s on Southern in Mesa; AZ on Saturday Nov, 26,2022. Worse experience we ever had . Your location in Farmington Missouri has discriminated against me and my children. I dropped my teen and her three friends for dinner. When I came in to pay, I was told that I needed an id to pay their bill.

I asked why would I need to provide that? The manager said because they racked up an 80 dollar bill and was in the bathroom for 20 min. I then asked what was she trying to imply. I believe because the color of my skin is why she made me go back to my vehicle for my Id.

Ordered two Parmesan Garlic Top Sirloin Skillets at the Applebees restaurant in Columbus Nebraska. The meat was tough. One of the. Skillets portion was a lot less than the other. Mentioned this to the waitress. Didn’t seem to care. She would tell the kitchen.

I was at the Applebee's in Mathews NC last night and had the worst bartender and manager I have ever seen in a restaurant in my whole entire life. I understand the restaurant being slow but not waiting on your customers is pathetic.

Is was more important for the manager, bartender and waitresses to stand in there huddle and laugh and talk than wait on the people. I sat at the bar and every time I wanted to order food or a beer I had to wave someone down.

on november 29 i ordered the 2 for 25 i ordered the three cheese chicken and a plain burger. 99 that was half a small black cup and removed the bruschetta mix as it states on my ticket i ordered the same thing a week befor and the same thing happened.

i called the restraunt this time and after the manager apologized, he then stated that the burger was plain but the three cheese chicken must have been wrong because of how i ordered it online, when my ticket says no bruschetta and that ubereats would have to contacted me for a refund and hung up on me.

Me and my husband got a steak and mine was supposed to be medium rare I got it well done and he got his medium and got the steak well done his had an insane amount of fat and mine had cartilage, we both re-ordered the steak mine came back raw and cold to touch, his came back well done once again.

This restaurant has been having trouble recently with the steaks the last time I came here it had cartilage once again and cooked wrong. First, a little background... My husband traveled for work and has always visited Applebee's because of the friendly bartenders and the consistency in the food. At home we ate/drank @ our local Applebee's monthly. Last month, we went in to celebrate a birthday.

We played $120 in NYS's "Quickdraw" and was enjoying drinks and conversation w/strangers from Canada. We were the only people @ the bar and there were only a couple full tables. Without warning, the manager came over and told us we were "cut off" and needed to leave. We were dumb struck.

We may have been talking/ laughing a bit loud but no one asked us to settle down. We certainly nasty in any way. The Canadian was a mounted police officer! The manager was miserable, had no customer service skills what so ever.

We went to Applebee's in Inverness, FL First we were waiting to be seated, the hostess didn't want to give us 2 tables together. She literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked. We had 5 people and we are heavy people.

)and dinner all came out at one time. My grandsons chicken fingers were so over cooked they were hard. Spoke with manager about all this, what a joke. He said I will take off some food. Arrived at the St Joseph Missouri store at 10pm and store was closed. A server that was leaving said the closed at 9 pm because the manager was not feeling well (tired). This is so unprofessional. On other occasions she has demonstrated very poor behavior in front of customers.
