M. I entered the 4411 W Gandy BlvdTampa, FL 33611 location for an Uber Eats pickup. I went to use the restroom and my wife was picking up the Uber order. No one was in the Uber pickup area which isn’t uncommon so my wife went to the bar to notify someone she had a pickup.

Went to Applebees in Sidney, Ohio, no one would seat us, kept walking by and didn’t acknowledge us. After seated, had to wait, took our order and it took up to 5 minutes before they brought our drinks, no silverware or napkins, had to go find them and met our waitress coming in from outside.

Had to ask for everything, no knives, no coming back to table to ask for refills, salad did not taste right, poor customer service, didn’t feel welcome, said we couldn’t talk to the manager because he was in back helping the cooks. Will think twice about ever going back to any Applebees!

I did a curbside order this morning at 11a. Asked for it to be available for pick up by 12:30. I got there and followed all the steps asked from the curbside order. At 12:40, I still had no order, and I called the store.

The guy told me that they were not doing curbside right now. I said okay, went jnside, and didn't get my order until 5 after. I get they are short staffed. But if I was supposed to PICK IT UP at 12:30, why wasn't it ready??

I then requested to revoke the tip, because, none of them deserved it. Was told it would take 5-7 business days. This isn't the only issue I've had either. I door dash, and multiple orders for apple bees cause my times to go down because they take too long to make orders.

Service was awful, no waitress wound acknowledge you, had to wait and no one in line, had to wait when we got seated, had to wait on our drinks, no silverware or napkins, said they had no knives so we couldn’t cut our food, kept making excuses. Had to go find napkins and silverware, met our waitress coming in from outside.

Table beside us asked for manager, he couldn’t come out he was helping in the kitchen. Will think twice about coming back!

We ate at Applebee's in Huber Heights, Dayton, Ohio. The waitress we had kept wiping her nose with her hand. We got out sanitary wipes and wiped our eating utensils and glasses. We saw her serve drinks held by the top rim of the glass, made sure we used straws.

Then the restroom is another story. NASTY.

Went to Applebees in Antioch ca 2737 hillcrest antioch 94509 on Saturday January 14 2023! The food was terrible ice cold terrible taste and the food took forever to come out!!! We were at the restaurant for over two hours and we left there with a bad taste in our mouth!!

Also the service manager was awful he could care less about our complaints and offered no help to satisfy our needs!!

Upon arriving told wait time was 15 minutes that turned into one hour we arrived during happy hour (5:15) thinking we had plenty of time for drinks and appetizers. Not the case we waited for an hour. Mind you I counted 21 empty tables in the restaurant.

Finally got seated no one even offered happy hour to maybe justify the situation. Placed order. Grilled chicken breast that was drenched in pepper. And four cheese Mac and cheese which looked liked creamy soup. The pasta was laying in a bowl of water.

I had lunch with a friend yesterday 1/12 at the Applesbees on 5870 E Broadway Tucson AZ

We each ate the 2 for 30 plates The waitress seemed to be very nonchalant.

When ordered a dessert to share. The two plates both were greasy and we chose not to use them. We didn’t complain.

As I was finishing my dessert a roach call up on the table. We left the table and asked for the manager.

She didn’t seem to be concerned and said the happened every time they spray for bugs.

She offered no apology or compensation. I have reported this on YELP and my Neighborhood.

We will not be returning. Many people have thanked me for this review and said the would not go to any Applebees.

Poor customer service. After being given a menu to select an order to go, no one ever came back to check to see if I was ready to order until I was getting ready to leave, and the restaurant had very few people, (appr. 2:50pm).

We want to pick up a family meal from Applebee's and Bartlett Tennessee on January 9th 2023. Exposed to being a family meal of chicken strips with macaroni and cheese cheese sticks and salads. We get home the chicken strips try it out the macaroni and cheese just noodle with cheese on top was cold and cheese wasn't even melted and on top of that they didn't give us enough for four people.

They didn't even give us four salads and told us that somebody had to split. And then we didn't even have cheese sticks. Applebee's y'all went down over the years and needed to close your doors. Your manager is rude.

Went to Applebees at Menlo Park mall in New Jersey everything was good until the end after I finished paying. The waitress came running outside after me giving me attitude about how my payment didn’t go through when I got an email saying that I had paid and it went through even in my banking app it had taken out the money.

I went back in with her and she got the manager and the manager also gave me an attitude about how the payment didn’t go through so I gave them my card they charged me again they said since the other one didn’t go through supposedly on their end that it would refund me the money for the first transaction and it hasn’t.

It’s been like a week and still nothing I waited a bit since it was still pending in my banking app a day or two after the transaction.

I ordered online for delivery on Applebee’s website with Door Dash delivering. When it was delivered, the order was missing 3 fries, dessert, mashed potatoes and 3 chocolate milks. We were not very happy so I called the restaurant. The manager said there was nothing he could do…perhaps the door dash driver forgot a bag for our delivery. No big deal for them but the missing items ruined our dinner.

My wife and I ate at the Applebees in Hickory NC on 1/6/23, ordered off the 2 for $30 menu. She had the Bourbon chicken and shrimp, I had the 8 Oz. Sirloin cooked medium. It took nearly 30 minutes to get our entrees.

My wife's chicken dish was fine, but my steak was no bigger than a deck of cards, and cooked to death, very dry and no flavor. I called our waitress and showed her and she said "I wouldn't eat that either".

I have had some Problems in the past at Paola Kansas location. but since I have been coming in more frequently I will say they have done a lot better. They got rid of some of the problem servers. I enjoy every time I go in there I get called by my first name!!!!!

My terrible waitress changed my tip amount on the receipt and now I can't get a refund. I filed a police report and want the money for my food back. If I can't, then I'm going in there on Monday and taking her tips off the table
