At 4 pm on Saturday February 4, 2023, at your restaurant in Summerville South Carolina, I waited 50 minutes to get a table. When finally seated we were only given 1 menu , no other restaurant in Summerville South Carolina only gives 1 menu for a couple.

I ordered the "all you can eat Riblets. It took 25 minutes for my food to arrive. As soon as it did I tried a French Frie, which were cold, I told the waitress and she went to the kitchen to get me hot fries.

When she returned I had tried to eat a riblet which was equally as cold. she took the to the kitchen and returned approx 2 minutes later with micro waved riblets (not ever a new order ) . They were warm at best and now every dried out.

I have not been with the family to Apple bees in over a year. We decided to come to this location which is very close to our house to celebrate my dad being cancer free. My order was screwup, I ordered broccoli with salmon and got mashed potatoes with salmon, then I was sitting at the bar, with about 6 of your workers around the bar doing nothing, young woman took my order but I was never served. The costumer service at that location is no good, at 1126 Green Acres Mall.

Went to Applebee's for dinner tonight to be the special, riblets, shrimp and chicken wings.... We placed our order , they brought the food out shortly, we ask where the coldslaw was, they were out. Then our next order we want the shrimp, but you also out of shrimp too.

They should have told us before ordering what the were out of. We did eat our meal, just ordered riblets again. Were not happy about this. Had we have know of the shortage upfront, was would not have eaten there, because they were out of the shrimp and coldslaw.

Your staff should inform guest upfront if they are out of some of there foods. Will not be going back.

Today 3:30 central time at the restaurant at Grand Island, NE, while waiting to be seated, the waitress rudely stated to my and I, well I guess it’s going to be awhile before you get seated. There were 5 tables seated.

One high top with an employee sitting with a man, any way that person kept going in and out of the back. Neither one of these people were in any kind of uniform. There was no welcome to Applebees, I will be with shortly or any kind of welcoming.

Needless to say my friend and I left. This was the first time I have ever been treated so rudely at this restaurant.

My husband and I ordered 2 bowls to go yesterday, fast and easy right. Nope, got there at the ETA and waited a half hour in the parking lot. Our girl bringing the food out was great, she was non stop and fast.

The kitchen on the other hand is in need of help. Our bowls were very good but waiting a half hour for that did not make for a good experience. This happened on 2/2/23 in Williamstown NJ at 5:55 pm.

First of all the back of the resturant smelled like a pot factory. All of the staff was high as hell. The customer service is atrocious I think there were maybe 15 customers on a Thursday night. Reflecting customer service.

The hostess made us wait until she finished texting to seat us. The soup was burnt so they replaced it with no broth at all. We love applebees but not any more. ;-(

Went out for all you can eat wing with hubby. Cold food the entire way. Received less than 6 pieces the first time and less thereafter.

Ordered delivery. Was told it would be done at 8:03 pm. Didn’t get our food until 8:40. Upon getting our food they didn’t bring our drinks. When I addressed them about forgetting our drinks they sighed as if I was in the wrong.

Then after arriving home I noticed that my food was missing completely. It was a chicken wrap and we had all the other food that was ordered except for my meal. Big Applebees fan but the one in Benton, AR needs to be accessed.

Poor customer service and meal was wrong as well as our drinks were completely flat.

I went to Applebees tonight with my family and got the all you can eat deal and didn’t get fries with the last two meals and also only got 5 boneless wings and the other plate had more which didn’t make any sense . 99 for something and the waiter couldn’t even explain what it was.

Well upon entering the establishment I informed the greeter that I was waiting on more guests to arrive and told her I wasn't sure how many people were actually coming. I asked for the space in the back because we usually have to put tables together.

I told her we can start with 8. So I think that's the number she told the waitress . Anyhow that's not even the issue, the issue is the manager who was there that night was very rude he came out after about 13 of my guests were there telling us the waitress was doing the best she can when nobody complained about her.

The Applebees on Lakeland dr in Jackson, Ms is the worst restaurant in the city. The manager was very rude and you can tell they were reusing the all you can eat food because they got so rude about giving out to go boxes. Overall bad experience we will not go back

From the time you walk in the door to the end. Everything was HORRIBLE. They was not short staffed by no means but could not get service.

Applebee’s Riverside 3820 Mulberry. Went to Lunch with my dad and brothers on Sunday January 29 at 11am. We sat in the bar area waited for our server to come witch took about 10 minutes there were only two other tables that were occupied.

Ate At Applebees 9174 Mentor Ave Mentor, Oh. I ordered the Neighborhood Burger. The burger came out incorrectly with only half the meat that was advertised.

First, onions were on the burger which are not listed.

Secondly, the garlic sauce was missing. Most importantly, it only looked like one patty. I immediately told the server there should be two patties. Shelby (server) was very nice and treated us well. Shelby stated that the burger patties are small but she will get the manager.

When the manager came to our table TB#44, I showed her that one patty covered half of the bun and another patty covered the other half. The manager explained that the company is having them cut the patties in half.

I then said, the price should be cut in half then. She did offer me to order something else…

We waited awhile some were called before us with the same amount of people. We were seated givin plastic silverwear fish feom fish and chips was not all the way cooked. I ordered the asian salad and had basically brown salad edges and the core.

When i showed waitress nothing was done. The "manager" with no id. Was in south hill va 23970 applebees and had to ask employees to help with many things while we were sitting there. He never came to ask about issue we just paid and left . food was awful.

Went to your restaurant on Friday 5/27/23. Very disappointed. Service was extremely poor. Saw our waitress only twice. Once when we ordered and she picked the boil up when we finished. Had to ask someone else to fill out drinks and for our bill.

Tonight, 1/27/2023, my husband and I went to Applebees at 1785 Walden Ave in Cheektowaga, NY for dinner. We walk into the restaurant, where we are met by 3 hostesses. Not a one of them knew what section to sit us in.

When we finally did get seated, the waitress came and took our orders. I had the oriental chicken wrap and my husband ordered the all you can eat shrimp, boneless chicken and ribletts I got my wrap with no oriental sauce on the side, like it states on the menu.

My brother and I went here Tuesday January 25th 11:30 a.m. and the server Jesse was very very rude and very unprofessional and it took half hour to bring water and tea.

We went to the Huber Heights Ohio location at 10:00 pm on Saturday 1/21/23. Waited atleast 15 minutes to order as we sat in the bar area and noticed the bartender along with several other staff come back inside from a smoking break.

After getting our food and drink my husband had to ask after a long wait for a beer and food refill due to ordering all you can eat. I never was asked for or received a pop or water refill.

We were seated for 15 minutes and no one came to wait on us. After getting someone's attention she told the girl behind the bar that it was her table, the girl behind the bar said she was only one person.

If the restaurant was busy I would have understood. We watched the girl behind the bar on her cell phone for at least 10 minutes. My wife and I after complaining to to hostess just decided to leave without service.

Me and my partner Teresa along with our grandson. Got 2 for 32 with steak. My steak was cooked well done not med as request and it was tuff and not fit to eat. After I sent it back 2nd one was still overcook and tasted bad.

So have up and request it be taken off. Idk if Felix has issues with LGBTQ but his attitude was horrible and I felt unsafe with his attitude. I am so thankful that the general manager James came and sent him away and handled the issue himself.

Well I want to let you know our visit last night to Applebee's on 2070 n rainbow Blvd at 8:17 pm was a very disappointing evening out. See We are a 20 year serving navy disabled family we have 8 adults which is hubby and I- my parents and aunt and 3 teenagers.

Also we have 2 military families that are neighbors we try to pay forward always. and we split between the 3 households everything we get . 00 well we feel lucky to finally get out and have a nice meal but that was the last thing it was.

Well let me tell you we ordered 1 MCH Tip Cupid suppose to have Gummie lip candy ( it was like a stone- hubby came close to breaking a tooth on it ( took it out and split it back into glass- told the waitress she said sorry and walked away) i ordered the MCH Date Daq.

and since money was tight…

We will never eat at a Applebee's food chain restaurants. From Waiter, Manager and General Manager they are all incompetent at this restaurant. As we were walking into Applebee's. " We wondered what she meant. We know now what she meant by that comment.

We stood for 13 minutes waiting to be seated with no one making any eye contact with us. As we could see it wasn't busy and the staff was at the bar talking. After being seated the waiter was rude that took our order.

Out of the whole time we were there I counted 10+ mistake he made from no silverware, wrong drink orders, cold food and not getting any food to eat. Each time he just dropped item on the table was gone.

Not asking us was everything OK. We had to go looking for him to let him know we had no silverware or wrong drinks. And…

Came in . Stood five minutes B4 anyone came to seat us. Got the salads to the table. We both ordered the same salad ,,but mine was served with cucumber the other was not. I cannot stand cucumber so that pretty much ruined that salad.

Next or order was brought out. Both steaks were ordered medium. They were both raw. Sent them back and I feel that the cook was being petty because he cooked them to death. With that last thing with overcooking deliberately the steaks.

We will not be back.

Yesterday, I placed an order at Applebees on Glen Este-Withamsville Rd in Batavia Ohio for ca.rside pickup. On the order was an unsweet Iced tea for my wife. When the girl brought out the iced tea, I asked to verify that the tea was unsweet. She did state the tea was unsweet. When I got home, surprise surprise, the tea was sweet. I tried to call the restraunt three times that evening after rush hour and no one answered. I understand that it is hard to keep qualified employees but should the customer pay the price especially when they do not even answer the phone.

Last Friday my wife and I visited your Grovetown, Georgia location. We were told that it would be a 40 minute wait. I asked the lady why half the tables were not filled, she responded they didn't have enough help.

That to me is an indication of poor management pure and simple. I hope your district manager realizes their dire situation.

The service was good me and my girl came for the endless deal we got a little fries the first time then they ran out of fries and only brought shrimp or wings but I came there for all of it included the fries that's what I paid for

We arrived and waited 15 minutes just to be seated because they were in a “fake rush”. Once seated we waiting another 15 minutes just to get a drink and place our food order. All the waitresses just stood around talking while customers waited.

We personally watched 12 costumers walk out after waiting by the door for excessive amounts of time. The food was even cold when it finally came.

Applebees, East Islip NY……. Food was served ice cold, mozzarella sticks were served with cheese still hard on inside, queso dip served cold. When we asked to have it re heated, mozzarella sticks came back smashed with cheese pulled out.

Just a really poor, unprofessional experience from the kitchen staff here. Our waiter though did make this experience better though and did everything he was supposed to!
