We as a group went to see a movie and we decided to go to Applebee's in New Berlin, wi after the movie. When we were seated the waitress crammed 6 adults into a booth and when I questioned her, she told me no other tables were available.

I could clearing see there were and our table was uneven. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order and when we questioned her on what kind of beers they had she said "they are right in front of you".

Which they weren't because we weren't given a drink menu. When I questioned her on the service she got snipping and said we have other things to do besides serve you. ) We waited another 15 minutes for our drinks.

After being there for 70 minutes and no food and seeing other people get served before us I went to look for a manger who…

Shitty Service waited over 30mins. I complained to a mang. Wearing street clothes- she did nothing! I complained and told her that I've been waiting she acted as if she didn't care!! By the time a waitress came the party of 25 people plus was receiving their checks.

I went to Applebees on Miller parkway ,West Milwaukee ,Wisconsin,on 11/15/2019 at 11:30pm, and it was horrible, dishes were everywhere, employees were arguing and about to fight, they were behind on orders, so me and a couple of people were told that it was going to be a 30 minute wait because they were behind on orders, dishes were all over and only one person was clearing tables, while everyone else standing around talking and

laughing, it was the most unprofessional restaurant I've ever been in, in my life and I'm 55 years old. I wish I had a video.

Service was terrible took food to get 40 minutes. Food came out wrong and was cold. This restaurant was very I'll run will never go back. 40 dollar meal that was worth about 15 dollars. Waitress was nice but just not good.

The food was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life the visual affect was awful plus it look nothing like the picture that you have on the menu the food was cold because it was prepackaged and frozen and they didn’t microwave it long enough I could’ve stayed home and microwaved a damn TV dinners that tasted that good I have actually been to White Castle’s and the food tasted better If you’re going to start frozen food you could at least microwave it long enough to get it warm

Today I visited the applebees on union in memphis tennessee at 12pm with my work colleague for lunch. We placed our order with the waiter and she never told us that part of out order wasn't available. She returned to the table 10 minutes later and told me that they didn't have 12oz steak so I ordered an 8oz steak instead.

Then we recieved our meal 20 minutes later however the broccoli was missing from both of our orders. When we asked for it we were told that they were out of broccoli. Knowing this information would have changed our menu selection.

When we asked to speak with the manager Angela (the manager) came to speak to us and once I explained the situation to her she was not helpful and struggled to see what the issue was. Then I explained to her that we have been here 30 minutes…

Bar tender named Shelby became belligerent with me one night at the Applebee’s in Greenville Texas. I complained to the manager by phone later after thinking about it. Manager was very professional and gave me Umash’s phone number and encouraged me to call and tell of my experience.

Umash was very kind and promised to talk to Shelby personally. A local bartender told me that Shelby gets a lot of complaints and that they like going there too but walks back out if they see Shelby bar tending.

, Fayetteville, NC location on 11/2/19. Service was awful food even worse. Sat at bar at was not acknowledged for 10 minutes. Several staff members (assume wait staff) roaming around complaint about hours, shifts, customers. Ordered high dollar tequila (patron).

We went to Applebee's on Nov. 10 which I paid by ibotta app. which instantly gave me confirmation that it went. The waitress came back and said it did not go though? 10, as he said I under-tipped). 10 in which I reached out several times to the manager Wess, who guaranteed me he would call me back with a solution.

I called him numerous calls and he was to return call in which he did not??? Poor excuse for manager? Needless to say, I paid twice for a meal that wasn't that good at all, and will never and will tell everyone I know not to go to Applebee's again.

On Veterans Day my husband and I went to Applebee's at Stone crest Georgia the hostesses were not very friendly. We were told a 30 minute wait 737pm we went to our car because there was nowhere to sit or stand.

Walked back in at 755pm told our name was called then there would be an hour wait. I explained why we went to car hostess still rude asked for manager. He was no help not very pleasant. I would definitely say your staff at this location need huge customer service training.

We visited the Eastgate Ohio location on 11/10/19. We ordered the 2 for 20. I got the Riblets basket. They were so grisly I was unable to eat them. I sent them back and requested the chicken roll up. My husband requested the Maple blondie for dessert and was told it was no longer available.

Once we received the bill, we were charged for the Riblets and the chicken roll up. It took so long to get the servers attention that we just paid and left. We will not visit again. Very disappointed.

Well no one knew who was waiting on us. It 1st took a half hour before anyone ever came to our table. Then we got drinks, another 15 min before they came back to take our order. After we finally ate we waited after telling 2 different waitresses we wanted our checks for another 10 to 15 min.

We got our bill which was just a bill with no where to sign to pay. Wrong receipt. Took manager to straighten everything out. So very disappointed. My wife and I use to love going there. A lot more training seems to be needed.

Applebees 2702 Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC time 11:45am The bartender came to our table to take our order. I order three sides, garlic mash potatoes, green beans, and mushrooms and onions. Other customers came in and order after 30 mins, I still haven't received my order.

I called the bartender over to my table and asked him what is the reason I haven't received my food and I noticed how everyone has their food and almost finish eating. The bartender said he don't know why, so I requested for his manager.

First off I have never had a good experience at the Southfield mi location but my kids always want to go. This time was the worst ever.

First we were seated with no silverware no big deal. Order a drink from the bar no liquor in the drink manger to it off. Ok fine, then here comes the problem order the big sampler boneless wings come with all bbq on them now I have been to my share of Applebee’s they come plain.

Then looked at the menu it said it the sever doesn’t offer you this drink app on you next visit. We didn’t get that saw other people having problems getting things taken off there bill. Then after a horrible time she said my manager tripping and I got 2 dollars off.

Today went to the Applebees in Racine Wi. It was my grandsons 15th birthday and that is where picked to go to lunch.

First we waited 15 minutes to be seated, It was not crowded at all. Wait staff seemed to be scarce. We got to a table and three different wait staff approached us immediatlley to ask what we wanted to drink.

No menus were looked at. we waited another 10 minutes for someone to take our order, Ww then waited another 1/2 hour before our appetizer arrived, which was pretty tasteless. My entree was chicken penne and the penne was all broken pieces and chicken was burnt.

Hello, My family and I visit one of you establishment in Gainsville Fla, NW 13th street on 11/01/2019@approximately 8pm. We were a party of nine, six adults and three children, I am visiting my family from Charleston SC. The service we received was the worst I have ever receive in an Applebee.

Our server act as if she was running a race, speaking so fast and she brought our utensils not individually, she brought a stack of napkins and a hand for of silverware and placed it on the end of the table. I could maybe expect something like that if the restaurant was crowned and people waiting at the door with the line outside, but that was not the case.

She made me feel like a table of black people "I'm not going to give them quality service cause they don't tip" but little did she know that…

Last week we got a ToGo order and they forgot to include our green beans. I called and spoke to a manager who apologized and said they’d send a gift certificate to make up for the mistake. I never received that gift certificate.

Tonight we ordered dinner and an appetizer. My meal was loaded chicken fajitas. After unpacking an overcrowded bag I discovered they failed to include my tortillas which rendered my meal inedible to me. To say the least I was livid!

This was the second error of the same type that’s happened within a week! I called and spoke to the manager on duty tonight Sue Hanley who handled this complaint much better than the man I spoke to last week.

Earlier today (10-30-19) we ate at our local Applebees (Burlington, NC... Huffman Mill Rd) and had a slow/boring experience. Took light years to place our orders, be served, receive our checks, etc. Men's bathroom was quite disgusting with what had to be urine smeared all over half of the tiled floor.

One great thing is the food was fresh, hot, plated nicely and the staff was quite good. Just the overall experience was seriously dragged out.

Also saw other customers looking annoyed with slow service too. Thanks!

Our party of 9 decided to eat at Applebees at the Legends Outlet Mall after attending a Nascar race on October 19, 2019. After being seated it took 10-15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. The service continued to be slow and the food was horrible and cold when it did finally arrive.

Also, the condition of the restaurant was bad - the restaurant floors as well as the bathrooms were filthy. I realize we were there late in the day, but cleaning up the floors should be a continuing process during business hours.

We entered the restaurant through the back door and it looked like a bucket of ice had been spilled by the bar area there so we tiptoed through the water. When we left about 2 hours later through that back door, the condition of the floor was the same.

I consistently have issues with our Applebee’s ToGo, usually missing items or orders not as requested. I usually suck it up and haven’t said anything, but after today’s order I’m tired of it. Our appetizer onion rings were so overcooked they were hard and not edible.

We did not even get the fries with our hamburger order. My salad was mainly cabbage, carrots and chow main noodles with hardly any romaine and the chicken apparently is no longer a grilled breast cut up, but those precooked strips that were rubbery.

Other than the hamburger, pretty much the rest of our food went in the garbage.

Went Saturday, 10/26. Terrible waiter. Both of us ordered Bourbon chicken and it came out without butter on top and was so dry We couldn’t eat it. The waiter wouldn’t even stop at our table except long enough to drop the ticket on the table and away he went.

This is our 2nd bad experience. The other time, we were seated and sat there 15 minutes and no one ever waited on us. We got up and left. We agreed to give Applebee’s a 2nd chance and you see how that turned out for us.

If we go back, will it be worthwhile?

Good Morning. I am sorry I have to write and complain! But on Saturday on 10/26/19 went to your restaurant at 3pm, wanted to get late lunch or early dinner. Hostess sat us with menu's and that was it! No one ever came by to see if we wanted to order to see if we wanted something to drink just nothing!

Mgr was there as I saw him behind the bar, waiter was there but nothing for us! I told my husband I will go say something to hostess, he said NO if we have to do that I am ready to walk out, which we did, but did mention to hostess NO one ever came to wait on us!

There was no reason for this they were NOT busy but we were so ignored! I feel the Hostess should always let wait staff know they have a table or at least check to see if people are taken care of.

If there were a "0" Star, I would rate it as such. I have never complained before but feel this time it is necessary. I am writing in about the Applebee's located in Harrisonburg, VA on Market Street. We have been regular customers for years at this location and have always looked forward to eating there whether lunch or dinner.

The menu has improved quite a bit in the last couple of years so we were delighted to come back again and again. Last night (10/26/19) was a shocker! We arrived about 5:30pm and found the restaurant with about 15-20 diners and quite a few empty tables.

The waitress kept leaving and not returning with items being asked of her and 2 hours after sitting down were finally received our food only to be handed an extremely hot plate without warning while the young man was wearing a glove because it was so

My wife and I was watching an episode of Survivor and a team of contestants won a reward. The reward was the loaded fajita and my wife instantly said "Let's go to Applebee's for dinner saturday". So today we visited the Applebee's here in Bowie, Md looking forward to a delightful meal. Unfortunately it was far from delightful, as a matter of fact it was one of the worse we have had in 2019.

Let me first point out the positives:

* Christian was our waitress, considering she had quite a few tables, she was pleasant and professional and we'd be hard pressed to blame her for most of the bad parts of our visit.

* I didn't get the manager's name but kudos to her for giving us the 15% military discount, because that was better than nothing, considering the experience.

On Oct. 25 my sister, 2 children and I went for lunch at the 98 Shaw Ave Applebee’s in Clovis CA. (table 72, 1:19 pm & 1:26 pm when 2 different receipts were printed). The soup I ordered was barely warm, and I asked the waitress, Tamara B, for it to be warmed up.

She didn’t return with the soup for several minutes, then the manager, Raul, came by the table and said he’d check on the soup and get it out to me. We all finished our lunch and the soup was never brought out.

Every Friday my husband and I go out just to pay our self after hard work. When my husband chooses to to his favorite restaurant and I choose Apple Bees. To me Apple Bees is a kind of family oriented, a fun place to be and I like the environment.

My problem is none the waitress and the waiter are not trained properly, the y don't know what Apple Bees serve or provide to their customers. 2nd. When I ask the waitress or the waiter specific drinks or food to order they have to either to the bartender or kitchen to ask.

Even if I ask the different drinks they have to travel multiple time. I hear a lot we don't have this we don't have that. For us to go to Apple Bees to have fun and drinks, if you don't have all the customers want and need then what?

My mom and I decided to go for lunch at the Applebees in Beaver Dam Wisconsin. Seeing that it is a newer location and building, thought how bad can it be. Well it was bad! My mother being 88 we stood at the entrance waiting forever to be seated.

I was wondering what is taking so long, it wasn't that busy. So then finally seated, he sits us at this dirty table that hadn't been wiped down. Then we waited and waited for him come back. Which he did but not with our drinks.

Waited an extremely long time to get food. After food got to us it was 1. Pasta was so lightly sauced that it had no flavor to it. I sent it back to be corrected. My husband kept his although his was also cold.

So while he was eating I had nothing and actually vice versa when my food came. We are not from the area and so we just chose a common restaurant that we knew we could trust. Not so with this place.

Server was also in need of personal training towards the guests. Very awkward and inexperienced. I won’t be coming back to Applebee’s any time soon. 00. I just looked at it and saw I had been charged 2 times for the same meal.

This was truly a disappointing dinning experience. Waitress was good and did her best to give us a good experience..... not her fault.

First of all it was so cold in the building that no one was taking their coats off. A bit difficult to eat with your coat still on. The true disappointment was the food itself. On the menu in your description of the rack of ribs it says 'fall of the bone' tender.....

it was not fall off the bone ...... it was hard to chew. The other order was shrimp and fries...... another disappointment...... side salad was overdosed in cucumber and had barely any cheese on it. Wanted to order a loaded baked potato and was told the potatoes weren't ready yet...... Not at all impressed....

have some missing at the moment..... was looking forward to juicy tender meat and…

Last evening we went to dinner at Applebee's in Taylor, Michigan.

First of all, I told the waitress that it was my 11 year old sons birthday. Nothing was ever done for this. I used to work at Applebee's years ago and know that there is typically a song sang and/or a dessert given.

There was absolutely nothing said or done.

Secondly, he ordered a steak with fries and broccoli and I had the broccoli fettuccine alfredo. The broccoli on both of our plates was moldy on what I just thought was the ends at first. I tried to cut the ends off, but after looking deeper, it was all moldy!

Thirdly, my husband ordered the steak fajitas medium. The steak came out with half well done and the other half was raw and slimy looking. His was bad enough that he sent this back. My son and I ate our meals…

I waited 40 minutes for someone to take my order someone asked what I wanted to drink but never came back and took my order and they weren’t very busy. Upsets me because I drove 30 minutes to go there for there pastas and left without any.

Visited Applebee's yesterday and ordered the quesadilla burger. Although the burger was cooked correctly adding tomato and lettuce made the bottom quesadilla soggy and impossible to pick up and eat. My husband and I normally enjoy our experience at Applebee's however, this experience was not positive.
