The Applebee's in Lee's summit sucked poor service our steak was way under cooked. I asked 2 different waiters and never received my fucking sauce. The waiter fucked up my long island ice tea . You need to do something about your employees because half of them were fucking Stone and the half was fucking stupid poor fucking service

Applebees is one of our favorites but on Oct 17, 2019 we ordered 4, 1/2 rack of ribs with Honey BBQ, baked potatoes, and green beans take out. When we got home the potatoes were over baked, the ribs were slathered with very spicy BBQ sauce and my family is very sensitive/allergic to spicy foods.

The ribs could not be consumed as given and had to be washed to remove all of the sauce. Only half of the potatoes could be eaten, which is a total disappointment to all of my family as we all enjoy the skins as much as the potato itself. 00.

Will think twice before going back to your resturants.

Worst service ever. Manager doesn’t even care. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating

Picked up an 85 dollar order from curb side drove 20 mins back home to find one whole meal not there if I wanted my order messed up I would have gone to McDonald’s

First of all it was so cold in the building that no one was taking their coats off. A bit difficult to eat with your coat still on. The true disappointment was the food itself. On the menu in your description of the rack of ribs it says 'fall of the bone' tender.....

Went to Applebee's on US 1 in Port St Lucie Florida 10 October 2019. When I arrived we sat outside two tables away from entrance, across from the bar. When we sat down I saw a german shepard dog sitting with a couple right by the door where food is being brought out. It was quit breezy.

waitresses bring drinks and food out and stepping over dog to deliver items to other patrons. We were going to order appetizers but as I continued to watch, the dog (many times) got up on the table. They then got out two bowls and put dog food in one and asked a waitress for water.

Last evening we went to dinner at Applebee's in Taylor, Michigan.

First of all, I told the waitress that it was my 11 year old sons birthday. Nothing was ever done for this. I used to work at Applebee's years ago and know that there is typically a song sang and/or a dessert given.

There was absolutely nothing said or done.

Secondly, he ordered a steak with fries and broccoli and I had the broccoli fettuccine alfredo. The broccoli on both of our plates was moldy on what I just thought was the ends at first. I tried to cut the ends off, but after looking deeper, it was all moldy!

Thirdly, my husband ordered the steak fajitas medium. The steak came out with half well done and the other half was raw and slimy looking. His was bad enough that he sent this back. My son and I ate our meals…

I waited 40 minutes for someone to take my order someone asked what I wanted to drink but never came back and took my order and they weren’t very busy. Upsets me because I drove 30 minutes to go there for there pastas and left without any.

Visited Applebee's yesterday and ordered the quesadilla burger. Although the burger was cooked correctly adding tomato and lettuce made the bottom quesadilla soggy and impossible to pick up and eat. My husband and I normally enjoy our experience at Applebee's however, this experience was not positive.

Louis, Mo. 63126 had horrible experience. My pasta was over cooked and my grandson chicken stripes were not cooked all the way through. We spent $93.?? paid my bill to have bugs crawling in our seat. We got up from the table to let the manager know and he said, "it's only a bug from the patio".

We just went to Seymour In Applebees as we do often. Stood at the front door waiting to be seated for 7 minutes. We saw at least 7 employees. 3 passed right in front of us but not one spoke to us.

, I received a gift card for Applebee's restaurant. My wife and I live in Hemet, California so we visited the location at Florida Ave and Kirby intersection. As we entered the business, we noticed there was no one at the podium to seat us.

I was told I was not welcome at the Applebee’s in Centenniel, CO, because a bartender at this location doesn’t like me. I came to the defense of another patron who was accused of something that was totally taken the wrong way in my opinion.

I came in after the incident occurred and I felt I was being ignored. I paid my bill for food which I didn’t get by my choice and I left. I felt I was treated poorly. I find it interesting that I’ve been a patron of this Applebee’s for MANY YEARS and one bartender gets to decide who is welcome and who isn’t on the ONE day she works each week.

On September 19, 2019 me and a few of my friends stopped at Applebee's at the Benton Harbor location around 9:27 PM. After ordering our food I went outside for a smoke, while waiting on our food, on the side of the building around 9:34 PM .

The restaurant was understaffed on a busy weekend. I had to wait on my order over a hour, even my alcoholic drinks took forever to come. After waiting so long once I received my order my food was cold. For this to be a fairly new establishment in a busy part of Detroit I would expect more out if staff and management. Totally unacceptable

Ordered carside tonight. Ordered oriental chicken salad, boneless wings, and cheeseburger with fries. The salad and wings were good, but the burger was over cooked and they forgot to give us the fries. Shouldn't someone check the order for accuracy before it is brought out???

I took my family to your Findlay Ohio location and I had 6 of us. We got small portions, cold food and our ribs were mostly bone. I talked with the manager and told him of my concerns and he just said we could have something else.

I called in for curbside service at Applebee’s in Hackettsown NJ. I was told it would be ready at 3:03 pm, I showed up at 3:05 pm. I waited 5 minutes and no one greeted me. I went in and stated what I was there for they proceeded to call for Ryan who came out and I proceeded to state I waited in my car for five minutes and no one came out to greet me.

He stated he was in the back doing the dishes with no apology at all!! He then had me pay for the bill and told me it was getting put together but he did not come back out for about 10 minutes with the food.

I came in to Applebee's in nicholasville Kentucky at 11:12 I sat there until 11:29 no one offered me a drink appetizer anythink didn't look like anybody was even working and the ones that were dancing I have I have not been to this Applebee's for that reason and I while we used to stop here all the time great service great food I don't know what's happened lately the last couple years I don't think anybody is even working in this place.

I visited for lunch Friday 30 Aug 2019. Our waitress talked more than she worked! She sat down with my party and talked about her family for several minutes. The food was wonderful, but the service had a lot to be desired.

My daughter and I went to the Applebee’s on Dale Mabry Hwy and Ehrlic in Tampa Florida. We had not only one but two hairs in both a meal and a drink. When we tried to inform our waitress but she accused us of the hairs, she was rude and sassy. Now realize she is pregnant so I understand her might having a bit of an attitude but it was absolutely inexcusable. She acted like our race wasn’t to her preference. She gave the other customers perfect attention but us, we got the worst service we have ever gotten in that restaurant. We love the Applebee’s but her we can do without. I went in about 2 weeks ago my server was rude terrible service we waited 10 minutes just for our drinks . Then 20 after that to place a food order about 40 min after placing the order got our food.

Hot food sat on the table while we had no silverware. Asked for silver server said she'd be right back with it walked past our table twice still no silverware .

Last night at 7:45pm my friend and I ordered the all you can eat deal since they were still advertising them on the table. The waitress said she wasn't sure she came back and said Sunday only. So we ordered the burgers they came out 35min later but the bill came out 10 min later.

Since when did Applebees start adding a 20% tip to carry orders? This is a very deceiving. Customers should be told up front that a 20% tip is automatically charged. This waitress did nothing but go in the back and retrieve my order .

I have spoken to others about this and was told by them that by the time they realized what happened it was too late. Bad Customer relationships are built by doing this.

Today August 11th at 6:18 p.m. Applebee's Carter Hill Road Montgomery Alabama set and waited some 10 minutes and nobody ever came to the table to greet us takeout order or bring us a glass of water. We ended up walking out and took our business to Longhorns Steakhouse.

We arrived at the above named Applebees for lunch, today, August 4, were seated a few minutes after we arrived. We waited for 25 minutes for a server to even say hello to us, which no one did. Therefore, no beverage order was taken and of course no food was ordered as well.

We left to find somewhere else to dine. This is the worst, and dirtiest Applebees we have gone in to. We often go to the one on S. Orange Avenue in Orlando, and it is spectatcular. Needless to say, something should be done about the Kissimmee store.

I just placed an online order to the Lyndhurst Ohio store and I ordered the 2 for $22, I ordered a steak with Mac and cheese as a side and fries along with Buffalo wings for an appetizer. Once I got home I realized they gave me 2 sides of Mac and cheese which was awful so I definitely didn't want 2 of them and barbecue wings which no one in my family eats.

The location we went to was 25 min away so I can't just run back to get the items switched and since we don't eat most of the items, a lot was thrown out along with a lot of still hungry bellies.

We have been to Applebee's our last time. Tonight we went to Applebee's in Suffolk VA. We have had issues in the past with this restaurant but I had received a gift card at Christmas and wanted to use it.
