Had lunch today at Pittsfield Restraunt Chicken with shrimp and roasted red potatoes cooked in a cast iron dish. Our two cast iron dishes had past food particles baked on the sides of the dish almost a 1/16 of a inch.

Enough to pry it off with my knife. Was told they burn off the dishes the don't wash them. The carbon left on the cast iron dishes was ruff and looked like the past food was just burnd off and with out cleaning off the food.

I go to this restraunt quite often and never had this happen befor. Makes me wonder will I go back. Other than this the place very clean good food friendly waiters.

we were at our table and order drinks when my wife asked to see lunch menu. they refused and said it was to late. lunch is served till 4 o'clock it was 4'01 my wife asked. we thought the time was to close not to let us use the lunch menu so we left and bought lunch somewhere else.

I'm here at Applebee's in Westhampton NJ. We came in as a party of 5. We were told we had a wait which would have been fine, but as I looked around there were empty tables that would fit 5.

It seems that the menu is changing, but to me not for the better. Visited the Applebees on N Central Ave in Phoenix, AZ last evening. I wanted a club sandwich (which I have had before at Applebees) but it did not show on the menu.

My husband and a friend took my brother, and a 92 year old family member to eat a meal tonight at Applebee's in Mesquite off 635 for Veterans Day. They are all Veterans, and looked forward to this outing all day.

They waited a long time to get in, which is understandable. Their table was ready at 6:00pm. They got their drinks, and placed their order. That was it. Everyone around them, that came in after them, was served their food, and most were finished eating and leaving, while they still waited.

My son and I went for lunch at Applebee's in Rochester at the Walmart shopping center. We sat down order taken food arrived. We started eating when my son found a bug in his food. We notified the waiter and then the manager.

He apologized and offered to remake. I don't know anyone in their right mind would want to eat anything at that point. At first only wanted to comp my son's meal until I sent everything back. My daughter and I went to the Batavia Applebees last night. We ordered steaks (mine was to be medium rare and my daughter's medium) from your menu. The first dinner plate that was given to us, my steak was well done and my daughter's medium rare.

We visit the Applebee in Hamilton Ohio on a monthly basis. We have done this since we moved to Hamilton 19 year ago. Last night we had our normal order of the 2 for $25, which was the 6oz steak medium rare and the shrimp.

(Use to be coconut ) We have always started with the perfect margarita and a glass of white wine. The drinks and salad were good as normal, however the food was terrible. My wife's has 2 rice servings that smelled rancid and could not be eaten.

Her shrimp appear to be deep fried several times and were hard to eat and had no taste. Apparently changes have been made in the kitchen that has lost us as a customer. We discussed with our waitress and received no charge for the rice and 25% off the bill. We will not return.

My server was Devon and I had the absolute worst service tonight. Another server dropped our food off and our server did not come back to see if anything was okay. We had burgers and they were undercooked and we did not receive ketchup or mustard or to see if our burgers tasted decent.

Our server did not even check back on us even though we had pressed call server on our machines on the table. I watched her communicate with another worker in the back corner of the restaurant for over 20 minutes.

On October 21 2016@ 1:03 PM my daughter and I went to Applebee's on stringtown road in Grovecity Ohio for lunch. We both ordered hot tea. It was like warm. The sand which I ordered had no mayo. The French onion soup I ordered was Luke warm and tasted like mold.

The bread not croutons in the soup is what had mold. I removed the bread and tried to eat the soup. i couldn't finish the soup. The waitress was hard to get ahold of. She did not come to check on us.

Awful experience at the Applebees in Forest Lake, MN. Waited an hour and then the waitress came and told us she forgot to put our order in. She proceeded to tell us our food would be at our table in four and a half minutes which it took another 10 minutes. Not impressed.

I had my daughter place an on line order while I was driving so that I could tell her what to order, the dollar amount she told me seemed a bit high but I figured we'd deal with it at the restaurant when we picked up the order. When I got to the par to pick our food up it was about 25$ more than we usually pay for the same order, the bar tender explained that those were corporate prices and not in house, but refused to even ask a manager to help us out!

There were 3 of us, my son's steak was under doe and so tuff he could not cut it My steak was over done and very tuff. I ordered green beans and got broccoli. My daughter got ribs and she could not cut them and had a hard time getting meat off the bones.
