We had the chicken wontons which I love but they weren't very good. I had the bourbon street chicken with shrimp and the seasoning was very salty. I scraped most off. we stopped going for awhile and we will again . Thank you Annette

I had my daughter place an on line order while I was driving so that I could tell her what to order, the dollar amount she told me seemed a bit high but I figured we'd deal with it at the restaurant when we picked up the order. When I got to the par to pick our food up it was about 25$ more than we usually pay for the same order, the bar tender explained that those were corporate prices and not in house, but refused to even ask a manager to help us out!

I know it might not seem like much but for a family on a budget 25$ is a lot, it was the first time I've done on line ordering but I call in the same order all the time. On top of being over charged for our food I had to wait about 20 minutes over the quote time for my pick up and it was 10 o'clock at night and not busy at all!

There were 3 of us, my son's steak was under doe and so tuff he could not cut it My steak was over done and very tuff. I ordered green beans and got broccoli. My daughter got ribs and she could not cut them and had a hard time getting meat off the bones.

The only thing good about the meal was the appetizer and our waitress. She took my son's steak off the bill. Bring back the house sirloin. We always loved them. This is our second bad experience with the steak inour last two visits. Thanks

Last night we went to Applebee's for dinner, It was myself my husband and 2 of my sons. We got there and it seemed to be very slow. We sat in the bar area. We got greeted by a young lady, She took our drink order asked us if we needed a min and walked away.

She came back she took our food order and again walked away. We were waiting as we are waiting we are now thinking it's taking a while for our salads to come out. Well we finally get salads and at the same time my kids food came out, which was on the 2 for $20 not a kids meal.

My husband and I had dinner at Applebees in Colonial Heights, VA this evening. 79 for the tea I had with my meal. NO OTHER RESTAURANT DOES THIS!! Reflects poorly on Applebees!

Applebees has always been my favorite restaurant. NO MORE! I will never go back. Hysband and I ordered a $30 entree but because we both had water we were charged full price for our half price appetizer. We get water now because our last visit we were informed fresh brewed sweet raspberry tea no longer comes with refills.

Each time we get screwed so no more. Keep in mind we drive 40 miles for this meal. Again I say NO MORE. Im going to OCharleys now. Thanks for nothing.

Lunch today 10/16/16 One draft beer and one Perfect Margarita plus an order of nachos. Half the nachos were salted and half were not. No need to use the salt - it was barely edible. The Perfect Margarita was FAR FROM PERFECT.

Way too much lime juice. No flavor but lime. Too acidic. Did not tell staff because what would be the point? Not going back to Applebee's.

10-14-2016: To whom it may concern: On this evening, my sister and I chose Applebee's to dine in. Charleston and Decatur Blvd. in Las Vegas, Nevada. This was our worse experience at Applebee's! The customer service was about a 2 (on a scale of 1 to 10) the food was the worse ever.

We had appetizers, Asian flair boneless chicken, it was hard and room tempeture at best! We had spinach artichoke dip and chips, the chips looked as if they came from the bottum of the bag, mostly crumbs the ones that were whole were a wierd color, just looked oily and old!

My husband and I stopped at Applebee's in Goshen, IN yesterday for a "quick" lunch before I had to go to work. The restaurant was not busy, maybe 10 guests total in the building. We were seated immediately by a nice hostess.

We were then greeted by our server, given drinks and our order taken. All good.

However our food didn't come, didn't come, didn't come. I finally flagged down the nice hostess and asked her to check on our order. Through this whole time we could see our server on the other side of the room sitting with what appeared to be her spouse or boy friend.

Back in January 5 2016 I called the corporation at least twice and filed a complaint on our experience. I even spoke to a manager who said at the restaurant he would replace our meals. When I called he was no longer there and they would not honor this.

We (the 4 of us were celebrating my friends birthday. She never got her coleslaw and her steak over done. My other friend had under cooked ribs. And my food was over cooked and cold. It was not that busy but waitress was or seemed like the only one waiting on tables.

So we had to wait such a long time. Our family always come to Applebees for years but I havent been back since the bad experience and it had been a favorite place of ours.. We never even received an apology, just an excuse.

We were at the Bellingham WA Applebees on 10/9/16 for a nice meal before going to a show. Service was slow, the food mediocre and the ribs were so dry I'm surprised they didn't turn to dust. My husband specifically asked that the pork chop NOT have the cajun spice and it came with the spice.

The topper though was that we received our food and could not eat because THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY CLEAN SILVERWARE! The family seated behind was just as upset and the Gentleman stated that he had even received a sandwich he didn't order.

My family and I visited the Applebees in Hodgkins, IL over the weekend and I have to say it was the most unpleasant experience we ever encountered, it basically was truly appalling what we witnessed our server Lisa started off well at the beginning but as our time there continued it went from bad to worst.

My family and always eat at you restaurants here in las vegas. We drove into calf for a wedding arrived fairly late and happen to come to applebee's so decided to stop. We got seated but no one came by to get our order for at least ten minutes, I had to ask a manager for help.

Server finally came but just took our order, didn't come back to make everything was alright. Management didn't come by to make sure we were taking care of. All around service and management was Sadly disappointing. And we drove 4 hours tires and hungry. The worse service ever.

Normally I have awesome experiences but the last two times not so much, first our food didn't come as ordered, appetizer was last, my food came first and anyone going with a two year old knows how that can end, the server was not attentive and the time of day was slow.

Came in on 10/08/16 to our Lexington,Ky location out in Hamburg my husband and me order the 2 for $25 he order the brew something meat and potatoes when it came out it looked as if it had been thrown on the plate it looked a mess we sent it back. When it came back out the order was completely smaller then what was first sent out there where no mushrooms which is stated thay comes with it also it stated that it comes with tomatoes as well but

there was one huge half of a basically whole tomato on his plate the meat was very hard to chew to the point my husband couldn't eat most of the pieces. Our silverware was dirty so we had to wait after we fot our food for us to get new ones.

Today I was in your restaurant in your Jamaica restaurant and I was very disappointed. As my coworker and I went into the rest room there was a manger in there coughing and sneezing uncontrollably. So my coworker and I decided to leave because that is very unsanitary.

we went to applebees on grand in Chicago on 10/05/2016 . We had a terrible waiter . He was so lazy and slow . He cared less about even waiting on us . I had to get up and ask another waiter for ketchup and clean silverware , since our waiter was not bringing these items to us after I asked a number of times .

On 10/4/2016 My husband and I went to eat lunch at the Great Bend Ks. Applebee's. m. Upon entering we were unsure whether we needed to seat ourselves. There was no one standing at the front of the house at the host stand.

I proceeded to try and find someone to ask. There were 3 Applebee"s employees standing at the back of the house talking to each other. I am aware they saw us as I had made eye contact with them. No one came to ask if they could help us nor acknowledge that we were even there.

Hello. On Sunday Oct. 2 my friend & I were at the 5916 Holly Ave NE, Albuquerque location. It was about 3;30-4pm, the place was not busy at all. But, the service was really poor. Everything took forever. 99 steak dinner we had seen advertised (I actually just saw another commercial for that) and were told there is no special like that.

overall not a good experience there. The food was ok, but my friends potatoes were cold (she didn't want to say anything since everything took so long) and my pork chop seemed a bit overcooked but edible. The guy that brought our food out walked around twice not knowing it was ours, even though there was only a couple of other tables occupied and one of those tables was done with their food.

Just thought you'd like to know. Maybe it was just an off day?…

I ordered a to go order on 9/24/16 at the Superior Wisconsin Applebee's for my pregnant wife wanted a steak and buffalo wings. As I waited for my order ( so it was as fresh as it could be) I was thrown my food and sent on my way.

As I got home my wife, very excited to eat her steak, opened her food and her steak was one, very over cooked (wanted medium rare) and it was white as ghost, if thats even possible. it didn't look fresh at all and was very rubbery tasting.

I went to your Applebees location in Mason, Ohio last night 8/31/2016 to meet a group of coworkers, it was about 10:15 pm and of the group I was the first one to show up. I sat down at the bar and there were 3 people on the other side of the bar and 1 person at the end of the bar.

Two tables in bar area of about 10 people each. I saw 3 servers and 1 bartender. I sat there for about 10 minutes and was never acknowledged by the bar tender. Two more people with my group showed up and 1 was acknowledge and told he would be with her in a minute(she was standing right next to me).

My husband had almost finished his meal when he pulled a long white or blond hair out of his mouth. Both of us were completely disgusted and will never eat at Applebee's again. The waiter talked to the manager who only gave us a 10% discount.

It was admitted that the cook did not have his hair properly pulled back. Ii feel that more should have been done. At least you will be aware that this particular store needs to pay more attention to proper health standards in the future.

The service was alwful I went there last week for my much break with and friend and I'm pregnant so I can not have saw good everything must be fully cooked and they failed to fully cool my burger twice and I was not reimbursed because I was told I Took a bite.

I also was late back to work. They where very rude and they didn't solve my problem. I love Applebees but this has to be the worst experience I've ever had.
