I was sleep around 11ish my machine stopped working. I tried powering off and on but to no avail. I unplugged it for several minutes and this did not work. It say error with sd card. I took the SD card out it did not work.

I left it out for minutes and still nothing. Called apria after hours. The rep ask if I wanted some paged. Yes I need my machine I could die. The rep paged out someone. After midnight a rep called name Janet Bellard.

Janet starts talking saying I was sleep why are you calling so late and they what is wrong. I don't even have any information to help you. Her tone and attitude was crazy for someone in customer service. I should knownI work customer service in a call center.

Tried to my bill and cannot. Spoke with an Arielle. Her disposition was terrible. She refused 5 times to put me through to a supervisor or to have one call me back. I have no problem paying the bill but I have problems with using computers right now.

I was hung up on. Apria needs to hire people who have good customer service skills.

i been trying for several months to get much needed cpap supplies ordered for my husband.

first, they didnt send my order out. then, weeks later, i finally received a box with 1 piece of about an 8 piece requested and ordered kit. next, they sent the order to the nursing home he left 2 months prior claiming they didnt have our correct address, after i had received the box with the one piece.

finally i called and got an atrocious customer service rep who proceeded to be nasty with me and tell me im out of luck because its been more than 30 days. i was so upset and confused at this point, that i didnt even get a chance to ask what that means. do i re-order?

Billing is very slow at processing payments and my account was sent to collections. I made a payment for them to tell me that I also had another bill in collection and I owed for that bill also. 00. The old bill was from 2021 that was barrier in my account.

They are still holding up my new supplies order because the billing department hasn't processed the old bill so I can complete my order.

I received an email from Apria Healthcare attaching an agreement for my approval. I did not sign anything nor did I approve anything but I received the CPAP at my front door. I went to their local location and they would not accept the return. 55 over to collection.

I remitted all the information to this collection company and it is my understanding they agreed with my correspondence and phone calls. Now I have received a collection notice from another company. This is the poorest business I have ever tried to work with.

They refuse to agree they do not have a signed agreement with me. The billing department is in a foreign country which creates a terrible communication. I would never, never recommend this company.

I am on oxygen full time. I have a machine through Apria in my home and tanks to travel with. I need nasal cannulas, so I called to order some. 00 and it was sent to a collection agency. I have received no collection bill for this bill.

I asked the woman for the collection agency for their info and she said she didn’t know. I asked her how she didn’t know and how she expected me to get this resolved! She had no answers! I said that I would have to go without my oxygen and drop dead then!

I then hung up on her! Rrrrrrrr Don’t use this company !

Good evening it is 6:15 pm EST 3/2523. I received two missed calls from Apria health care today and they left a voicemail. When I returned the message at approximately 5:30 pm 3/25/25 I spoke to Jessica. She just told me they had a promotion for an alert button to wear around my neck if I fall.

She wouldn’t let me talk so I hung up on her. I was expecting a call from unknown medical equipment store about a home oxygen machine to use when I’m sleeping, because of the results of a sleep apnea test I had last month and the extreme difficulty breathing (especially in the mornings) extreme fatigue and back/spinal pain.

I ordered my supplies online, never received them. I called and Apria said there was never an order. I then ordered through Apria via phone call. It took 2 weeks to receive heated hose & filters. Another week to receive nasal pads, another week to finally receive face mask.

But I never received the strap for back of face mask. So, needless to say I used the same mask, hose, nasal pads for 2 months longer than I should have. VERY POOR CUSTONER SERVICE. Last 2 times ordering cpap supplies Apria didn't have the heated hose, which is in my prescription to have.

The non heated hose is extremely hard to get off CPAP Machine, almost breaking it to get it off. And it broke off the plug on the mask.

I called to order supplies 2/24/23. Was told it takes 7 to 10 business days. Called 3/3 to check on order, was told it was being processed. Will call me Monday if any problems arise. Did not hear anything. Called 3/9 and was told nothing had been done to order, "it was sitting in a black hole" exact words.

Was told it would be processed and overnighted to me. Received call few minutes later that rep had failed to send email for me to sign and return and would send it right away. Never received it. I went to local office and was told they could send the form for me, which they did.

I told rep I would call next day to confirm order. I called 3/10 and confirmed order was again told it would be processed and expedited to me. I called 3/13 and spoke with supervisor who said order was just now…

Called several times with my new insurance number and they keep sending me to Pay for supplies , called again today and the woman (phillipino) had the audacity to tell me that they had billed Cigna on 1/10 and that on 2/2 Cigna came back telling them it was my responsibility to pay . Called Cigna who contacted Apria billing with me on the line and Apria had never submitted a claim .

Service from these phillipino agents is very bad .

I was sent a CPAP machine with out me asking or signing anything. I called and kept getting the runaround. I finally got an address where to return it, completely unopened or used in any way. Now apria is trying to bill me for the time it sat at my house waiting for an address to take it to.

I was injured and had to have surgery so it took a few weeks to get it done. I have called and spoke with apria to no avail with my insurance company on the line, my insurance company is now conducting an investigation into apria and it's practices.

I will also file a complaint with the BBB and medical review board of CA

Please teach your staff at ABC Apera in Chesapeake VA how to turn off the auto call that calls customers automatic when turning in equipment.

I turned my equipment around 9:00am 01/12/23.

I received the automatic call the evening on the 12th. I called ABC stated to turn off I do not want any more calls I received another call on the 13th. And request to turn off auto calls I turned my equipment in on 12th.

17th same thing. I called ABC. Stating I do not want anymore calls. The lady that answered the phone did not know how to help me.

Please teach your Chesapeake staff how to turn off automatic calls to customers.

They had me fax in all my relevant information. (Who is using a fax machine in 2023 when there is email) I sent in a copy of my insurance card and whoever it was did not even read it. The card specifically says that 1 side is for Utah, Nevada , and Idaho and the other side is for the other 47 States.

They did't even bother to call the insurance company. They just rejected it and then sent to me the rejection fax after 5:20pm on a Friday when they close at 5pm and they are closed for the weekend. Now I have a bare minimum of at least 5 days wait without sleep in addition to the 2 weeks I've gone without sleep already because they insisted that I get a copy of my sleep study and

I want to speak to the CEO. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Your billing practices are unbelievable. I have purchased my machine, I have stopped the auto supplies that are useless. I have paid and paid and Then I keep getting bills. Then on top of it you turn it over to collection. I tried calling and can not reach anyone that speaks english or that has any knowledge.

I would never recommend this company and will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau/

I immediately expect you to stop any billing. My insurance has paid for the equipment and I will never order supplies from this company.

If I do not receive a response and call from someone that can make decisions, I will be filing suit for fraud billing.

My husband has an electric hoyer lift that was delivered this week. Two days later, November 23rd the caretaker that takes care of my husband noticed that the lift was broken. The bolt in the middle of the lift didn't fit right and it made the whole thing unstable.

I called Apria that night and they sent someone to pick it up that same night on November 23rd and promised to fix it and return it in the morning. The next day was Thanksgiving and I went to visit my husband for Thanksgiving and it was also his 79th birthday. m.

Aprira has deceptive billing practices. They bill you for things you don't agree to be billed for. They also billed me for a machine and the charged me rent for a part of the machine that CANNOT be removed from the machine.

When I told them I was going to return the machine, they told me to keep it and they would work something out. Well the something was to put the account into collections. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

September 23, 2022 Ordering and service from Apira is horrible and frustrating. Apira is selling products not patient care. Apira didn’t get MY ORIGINAL order correct nor this second one. I had an appointment finally with a RT on September 19, 2022 for a headgear and mask fitting in Riverhead, NY.

The MYair tracking report showed leakage that the doctor didn’t like. I have been complaining that the headgear didn’t fit my head from the beginning. I called multiple times informing Apira stating it doesn't fit my child sized head even though I am an adult.

I ordered my Nebulizer over a week ago and asked before placing my order of it could be expedited. I was told yes, it could be. That did NOT happen, despite the fact that I’m severely asthmatic and recovering from Covid.

My Dr submitted paperwork correctly but I was told she didn’t. That was the first lie. On Monday, 3 days after the initial request, Apria wanted additional information from my Dr and claimed my Dr wasn’t responding to a fax that they never received.

I asked the representative to call the Dr directly and she REFUSED L, saying Mondays are a busy call day for Apria! I emailed the Dr personally. When the Dr gave the correct information, the next rep got my email wrong, wasting another day with getting my signature and paperwork approved.

My doctor has ordered an invasive machine and Apria gives me a run around. I have central and obstructive apnea. 3 apnea per hour. I’m having headaches, terrible exhaustion and I have a lot of falls. They keep telling me they will call me back and don’t. ,I’m still waiting.

I payed for a machine I’ve yet to receive about two months ago, I spoke to customer service on a Monday and was told that they had a machine for me that I’d have it by Friday and it is now 2 weeks later and nothing I called back and customer service told me that they see the notes the last person I spoke to wrote down but that they don’t have any information that they will be reaching out to the company that send out the machines so

My orthopedic wrote out a prescription July 25 for a tens unit. I will send a text on July 28 saying it will be processed and someone will contact me. I received the rin around for one week. Of everyone I spoke with that informed me they would call me back with more information, no one ever did.

I was first told it would arrive with a company truck. Mind you I live in the same town and volunteer to go pick it up myself and told that I could not do that. I spoke with a rep on July 28 and told me it would arrive July 29.

I want to let you know after the multiple telephone calls with no return calls from your company, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I know that is not a great way to begin a conversation, however, the customer service part of your company is lacking, to say the least.

This company is a disaster to do business with, they won't pick up the phone to answer questions, they won't get back to you when you want to check the status of an order. For months they have put me off on ordering a new cpap machine, saying I had to have a new sleep test, so I had a home sleep test and my primary care read it. In calling your Sacramento billing dept , not only did I wait a half hour on hold but, call was answered by a rude rep. Who promptly transferred me in mid sentence to another line where, after 20 minutes on hold it rang and hung up.

I am baffled at the lack of service for a medical supply company. I help my aunt with all her medical appts. Etc. There is no way an older person ( or anyone) that is I’ll could deal with your company successfully.

I am going to the bank to stop the auto pay and I sure these charges. You are billing May and her oxygen was picked up last month. In March! I can’t even get anyone civil or otherwise to listen to complete sentence or answer the phone when transferred in mid sentence!!

Delivery was scheduled for a 4 hour window, which is way too long in the first place. We had to go to our relative's house and sit there waiting for 4 hours. Guess What? NOBODY SHOWED UP! NOBODY CALLED! Called them to inquire, and they were closed.

I selected the option for "something urgent, that can't wait until the next day" and was connected with the afterhours department. " NOBODY HAD EVEN CALLED TO LET US KNOW!!! After hours didn't know when it was rescheduled for. Bad enough to not even show up, but to not even call either, that's just insane and 100% RUDE.

Bad customer service especially the billing department. They would not send supplies because of past bill that my insurance said they paid then I paid on credit card April 6 th ask Apria to send an email so I could send to insurance.

They never sent it or confirmation number I paid. Had to call again to try to get supplies on hold for an hour again. Rep told me bill hadn’t been paid transferred to billing again they said it wasn’t paid.

Gave them the date and information from bank that it was paid. Put on hold for another hour get another rep from billing and she is almost yelling at me telling me I didn’t pay her name was Emily. Put on hold again for about 10 minutes she now says yes it was paid.

68 by debit card on order day. Then told 6-8 weeks for delivery, then was told 6 months for delivery. I have already ordered CPAP with another company & received it the same week. 00 to another healthcare provider. Was told I would be receiving an email to where I can choose the option to have money refunded to my card by 2 different reps & just called & was told not possible to get it refunded on card that I will receive a check in 3-4 weeks.

Very, very upset I was told by 2 different reps I could get money refunded the same way I paid & now have to wait more time for refunded when I had to pay for product somewhere else already.

The billing department is absolutely horrible. They are unhelpful and impossible to speak to because most of them don't speak good English.

I have been on the phone all day regarding a duplicate charge and all they can tell me is that "It's for supplies." Except that I was already charged for those supplies, have a record of it on my credit card and will not pay for supplies again. They can't tell me what supplies they're referring to and no one wants to look into it. They just repeat things like parrots and refuse to do any digging to correct their mistake. I cannot communicate with them.

This is very upsetting because the issue is one of billing and no one else can help me. And billing won't look into it. So is my only option to pay the duplicate charge? Please fix this. Thank you.

Did not complete either their scheduled delivery or scheduled pick up of equipment, wasting hours of my time. Sloppy billing practices including ongoing unidentified "adjustments" and "misapplied payments" after not billing correct amounts or applying payments incorrectly. I needed to discontinued access to my payment account for autopay, which was convenient, but the unexplained charges being withdrawn from my account wasn't manageable.

I spent forty minutes today waiting to talk with someone who spoke unintelligibly and then put me on hold. Upon her return she began saying, "Hello? Hello" Are you there? pretending she couldn't hear me and disconnected the call with none of my questions being answered. It's another hour I won't get back. Are they crooks or idiots? Maybe both.

I received a letter about equipment return. She said it was returned and I told her that I still have half of it her. She was very rude, Cut me off in the middle of my sentence. I find that uncalled for.
