I am extremely disappointed in the service we got at your Edmonton West-end store. We went back to your store because your employee told us our furniture would arrive May 20,2022. It did not arrive until a month later because my son complained.

We moved to a condo and needed furniture to sit on. The employee also told us if we bought the expensive insurance it would be Covered for absolutely everything including scratches in the fabric. We now have some scratches we need fixed.

And am told it does not cover that. We paid nearly $800 for this service only to find out it doesn’t. We are not sure if we will ever purchase from you or recommend any of our friends to purchase there.

We visited your Columbia, MO store on July 28, 2024. Order #: 030D092922.

They delivered the couch on August 6, 2024. The couch they attempted to deliver was Broken, yet they still tried to deliver it. We refused the delivery.

We agreed to a second delivery attempt. The couch was delivered on August 12, 2024. The delivery team showed us that it was damaged. However, that evening, we discovered the inside frame or supports are damaged. We reported the damage the next day.

They told us you can send a replacement again, on August 17, 2024. Again, the third deliver was broken.

My name is Joan. I'm a Disable Senior. I ordered furniture on 12-5-23 with a promise to be Delivered 12-26-23.

However, it wasn't delivered until 1-2-24. I bought the Furniture from Ashley Homestore: Westland, MI. I was advised to allow Dufresne Spencer Group (DSG) dba Ashley Homestores 48 hours to respond, before I file any formal consumer complaints. A week later, DSG failed to respond.

This is typical behavior from DSG, based on thousands of other complaints filed against them. They delivered my order Broken and Damaged. I did not pay good money for New, Unbroken Furniture, so they can delivery Damaged and Broken Furniture and force me to repair their furniture rejects.

I ordered a sectional online on December 25. It was delivered on December 30. After many attempts, I was able to contact customer service about a defective arm on the chase, a tear on the back of the chase, and a saggy pillow for the back of the chase.

I was informed that a tech needed to inspect the chase before a replacement could be sent (first lie). The tech came to my house on Jan. 12th. He said he was here to repair the chase. He took apart the side of the chase to attempt to fix the loose material, the baggy pleats, and the lumpy appearance of the arm.

Possibly the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced from a store manager as well as his employee Algonquin, Illinois Ashley Furniture. Promised the world to us and after being paid completely forgot about us as well as we have been waiting for a refund check for at least a month and a half.

Took her $12,000 and promised us hold the furniture of the prices ever went down we would be refunded. They also overcharges for Furniture than what the stated price of it.

Honestly, don’t purchase from Ashley ever. Their customer service is nonexistent. I placed an order in November. It is the weekend before Christmas and the order delivery has been canceled for no reason whatsoever four times!! I reschedule, I get an email the night before saying the Delivery is getting prepared it’s getting on the truck and in the morning, just like clockwork, I got a text the order is canceled and I need to reschedule. The worst.!!!!

Shop at Amazon and save yourself the trouble. Ashley sucks.

I don't expect a response due to the low rating. Ashley confirmed a delivery for 12/2/2023 but the couch never came. After a call with customer service I was told to cancel the order. Wow what a resolution. Now my 85 year mother and 72 year husband have to sit on a fold out chair since we have no couch.

No one contacted us to let us know that the delivery was rescheduled for 12/9/2023. Terrible communication.

We went into the Hoover AL store knowing the exact piece we wanted. Your site says that 60-month zero interest was available ao when we walked in we told them what we wanted and that we wanted the 60-month promo, knowing that it may require a down payment.

We have 810 and 805 credit and ZERO personal debt (even while building a house), including NO MORTGAGE. We were immediately approved for 10K in credit. I told Cassie (I may have misspelled her name) that we ONLY wanted the 60-month option.

I have experienced on going delivery problems since a made a purchase on 9/18/2023. i was in receipt of damaged furniture which was returned. There was a long delay from time of order until time of delivery. on 14 November 2023 I had another delivery with damage furniture and the wrong kit was sent with the dining table assembly.

We have ordered 4 couches from Ashley, all 4 have lasted less than a year. Two couches were fixed through a technician and still do not work properly. You can barely close the recliner. The other two could not be fixed and I was offered a credit.

In September, we ordered a new couch and added an addl $700. We were told it would be here in 2 weeks. It has been 3 months. We are beyond livid. We have been calling every two weeks to just get an extension of another two weeks. This is unacceptable.

Absolutely the worst service so have EVER HAD. How you can run a business like this is beyond me. I would like a full refund and just go elsewhere.

My wife and I went to the Arcadia store on Veterans Day. We were in search of a reclining loveseat. After looking at several, we decided on a smaller sofa instead. The saleslady was very nice and we went to the office area to look into financing.

We were looking to apply for the 24 months no interest deal being offered. We also wanted the Veterans discount, as I am retired Army. At this point the manager "Luke", intervened, and told us that were were not eligible for either offer.

I have been getting the run around for several months now to fix my damaged furniture I have tried customer care and the store in Farmington New Mexico. They keep telling me they will get it fixed but has yet to.

No stars! Purchased a sectional in July set is very poor quality. Call regarding end sinking after making noise as if something broke. Repair came out replace webbing left staples all over didn’t clean up I’m still finding them. Did not fix issue called again.

I bought bedroom suit approximately 2 years (during the pandemic). In January 2023 I went to store about the handles not matching on the dresser with the other pieces. They said they would order them and have shipped to me. I never received.

The reason for delay was that my husband had been fighting cancer for 4 1/2 years and passed away in December 2022. Then, all the sudden two drawers on the left side of dresser started falling out sometimes when I would start to pull the drawer out.

I purchased 4 pcs of living furniture and also the platinum plus 5-year protection 1/20/20, which will not expire until Nov 2024. On sept 6,2023 I filed a claim both for my recliner and couch. Absolutely awful!!! Delivery men put a hole in my ceiling, scratched my brand new wood floors, chipped my wall and broke my light switch. ALL of which is on video and was sent to the claims department and customer service.

The delivery men said they would pay cash to for the damage and told us that we could not report it to Ashley. They would not take all the damaged furniture and we did not pressure them to as we were made to feel VERY uncomfortable in our own home with unprofessional behavior.

On 8-14-2023 myself and my two sisters went to the Fairfield Ashley furniture store to purchase our sister a recliner so when she got home that week from having a kidney removed and in several months a knee replacement done that, she would have a comfortable chair to sit and recline in.

We did have good customer service when purchasing the recliner but that is where it ended. We also purchased the additional warranty due to the fact that we do not live in California. Two days after the chair was delivered it broke.

I purchased a recliner with insurance from you and the chair was returned and the insurance was canceled. I have been trying to get a refund of my insurance payment for over two months. I have been into the store a number of times for a refund and I'm told I have to call Protectall and when I call them they tell me you have to call them ( claim number 977926 ) I think the runaround has been going on long enough.

I purchased a GBS 5-yr warranty a few years ago and I did not file any claims. I called Jason on 9-22-22 at 505-798-9400 who gave me ticket #704-108 and said the credit would be issued in 10 business days.

This week I need to buy a new sofa and was told that there is no credit memo on my account by the Ashley store here in Tucson where I live. I called Ashley Customer service at 520-629-4504 who told me I needed to call GBS, who issued the warranty.

I had a delivery due for furniture on 8/31 between 3 PM and 7 PM. We cleaned out the living room the night before of all the old furniture in anticipation of new furniture. At 7:30 AM, I got a call from the warehouse that the couch would not be delivered due to damage. This fact would have been nice to know the day prior so we could have planned accordingly and not removed the old furniture. I get told that it is the driver who inspects before loading. Do you mean they could not see the issue when it was put in the warehouse? Since they did have this piece for at least three days.

Let me preface this by saying that the salesperson at the Tuscaloosa AL Ashley store was a joy to work with. My complaint deals with the policy that Ashley shares with their chosen delivery co. Dumb and Dumber showed up and claimed the sofa wouldn’t go through my door and required me to sign a waiver if they proceeded.

Of course, I didn’t agree to sign it. Since another furniture store delivered a larger sofa with no issues and no mention of a waiver, I feel that Ashley should not charge me the $200+ for the sofa I didn’t receive.

We bought two pieces of furniture on January 2, 2023. One dresser and an entertainment center (2 towers, a bridge a base with the fireplace). I applied for the Ashley credit card and was told I'd have 6 months to pay from the time my furniture was delivered.

I picked up the dresser at the store that same week. The entertainment center came in two shipments. I received the bridge and towers in late January, I believe and the installers did not install the bridge. They said when the base and fireplace arrived, that crew would install the bridge.

I bought a Couch, chair and ottoman at the Ashley Home Store in Henrietta, NY. My complaint is that my couch squeaks. I ve already gotten rid of the couch because the fixer girl was down last week and said it could not be fixed.

My delivery of purchase of bedroom suite and an electric reclining love seat was yesterday. The delivery guys were great but they realized there were slats and what happened was the wrong bed rails were sent which were ordered by sales person at the Greenwood SC store.

Bought sofas from a local store. When they were delivered it was missing a piece and one was defective. They put in a work order. It took over a month to get my missing piece and over two months to get a technician to my house to asses the defective piece.

He tried to fix it. It didn't work so he said it would need to be replaced. I then get a follow up text from the company stating the technician documented he had repaired the piece and they were closing the case.

I responded that he was lying and sent pictures of the defective piece and they said they have to go by what the technician says and they were closing the case. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said they would take down my information so they could call me.

Purchased expensive sofa and needs service 3 weeks after delivery but no one will call to set up repair appt...At this point id like to contact regional mgr in Louisiana area to have new sofa delivered and no response is unheard of..
