I have ongoing customer service issues with Ashley Furniture in San Antonio TX. The store dies not have a phone line anymore so no way to call to get a manager. My husband stopped by the store (30 miles from where I live) to talk to a manager.

The sales representative refused to get a manager and said she would send an email and have one call me. No call. I call the Store Core Operations number and told I had to speak to manager in the store.

I called and texted my initial sales representative and no response. Where is service? I just want to get my issue resolved. I did not create the problem and now I cannot get anyone to handle it. I am just passed off and no one takes accountability!

I wouldn't even give a 2 star. We have been lied to so many times it isn't funny. We try to cancel our order that was SUPPOSED to be delivered on the 5th of July. Now WE lose 25% of what we paid because of incompetence on Ashley Furniture? I don't think so......

I reached out to Homeworld in Kona HI an outlet for Ashley Homestore Hawaii, and spoke to Steve. I let him know what I wanted to purchase, at first he said he could not locate the items, I told him that the pieces I wanted were on the ashley.com website and I continued to furnish him with the item numbers. He eventually found them and let me know that he could put in a special order for me and that it would take 7-8 months or more.

I asked Steve why the long wait, he said ordering from Ashley was, in his words 'a nightmare and too expensive for Homeworld Kona, to order from them.' I bought a power lift chair, 16 months ago. The power converter is not working, so I wanted to buy a new one.

First they told me that I had to let a technician look at it, I told the rep that it wasn't under warranty. She said I "had " to let a technician look at it, so I waited a week for one to come. I called today.

Was told that there would be mo technician, because the furniture is out of warranty!!!! Now, what do I do, they won't let me buy a replacement part and they won't fix it either!! This is no way to do business and I won't ever do business with them again..

but I'm stuck with a chair that won't work.

Frederick, MD store They are a scam when it comes to their product to buy into the cleaning program for furniture you bought. They tell you if you don’t use it within 5 years you get that money back. NOPE!

You get a credit you must use in person at that store. That was never told to me or documented. I moved and I asked for an alternate solution. Maybe buy something over the phone or transfer to another person. NOPE!

What a scam and horrible customer service to assist. Now I know why people say never to use this business.

Me and my husband just spent over 8000$ with the Jackson store and we got a mattress that we bought warranty with the sales lady told us we could bring it back for full refund before 30 days we only had it 2 days the mattress is so hard we can’t sleep on it now they tell us we can only exchange it after we sleep on it for 30 days. This is not right and I will take it further if they don’t make it right

Barrie, Ontario location I purchased reclining furniture set. It was delivered May 20. I didn't set it up or unbox as I had to fly out of province for a family emergency (death). I returned June 19th and set up furniture.

The quality is poor, it's squeaky and unstable. Called customer care and store and was told there was nothing they could do as it was outside the 48 hr window! Even though I hadn't even set it up for a month!

Dealing with family death left me emotionally drained I this response from Ashley customer care is ruthless! They are scripted robots! All I want is to select another couch since this is $6000 of wasted money! I will never shop there again.

Where is there sense of humanity and customer service. The circumstances I experienced are out of my control and this 48 hrs…

This letter is to report an incident that occurred on February 15, 2023 at Ashley Furniture Store in Woodbury, MN. The following statement documents my account of the events that took place that day. Complaint: Racial Profiling During this ordeal, I believe my concerns were not genuinely received as a paying customer and as Black Male patron.

I experienced rejection and refusal of service as well as being portrayed as an unwanted customer. As the incident progressed I realized I was being intentionally ignored and rejected. ZERO STARS… This has been the WORST experience purchasing furniture from this store, from the managers to employees to the customer service team. I would never shop there again, nor would I ever recommend this business to ANYONE. They screwed our order up and have no clue how to fix it.

On Monday, June 5, 2023 we I went to the store to speak with the manager, but to no avail. You refused my Legal Right, by stating you system was hacked and not working, but again you can take money and orders. You refused to cancel my order again.

Per our Sales Contract, It clearly states the following:

I ordered a dinette set and the table had marks on it and I have taken pictures with some chipped of wood. A so call technician was sent out to my apartment to convince me that the table is supposed to be like that and he took a Brown marker and shaded those areas but I have other pictures.

I paid $700 for that dinette set and I have been asking them to pick it up so I could get a refund. I have not yet received it.. I paid $1400 for 1 of the so called sectional sofas and the pillows were sinking in and it never been sat on and I reported it with the when I reported the dining room table.

The representative told me that I would have to file another complaint which I did absolutely. Another sofa and it feel like I am sitting on concrete and I have called customer service numerous of times…

I wish I could give this place negative stars. My experience has been absolutely horrible and it's still not over.

I ordered a couch in store a couple of years ago. It took months for it to be delivered and when it was delivered, it came broken. I was assured that they would provide me with a new couch that wasn't broken. This. Never. Happened. 4 attempts at an unbroken couch later, I still have my original one.

March 1, 2023, I called and spoke to a manager at my local store. The only options he gave me were a $300 refund, a ludicrous amount, or I could call the warranty company and lie to them about how the couch was broken. purchased a couch 2 years ago and the lower board along the back of the furniture broke. We purchased the extended warranty and the very first line of the warranty says they cover this type of situation. They sent out a technician and he said that yes they would fix it by ordering a replacement back panel and install it when it came in.

Then 2 weeks later the company sent an email saying the technician found no broken board and the there was a rip which fell under seem separation!! The board is sitting on my dresser and is part of every photo we submitted.

Yesterday 5/23/2023 we went to the outlet mall on Summer avenue here in Memphis, TN to purchase a couple of twin mattresses. We went to several stores and looked at the quality of them. I personally wanted to purchase our mattresses at Great American but my wife stated that she liked Ashley's mattresses better.

We came back today 5/24/2023 around the 1:00 pm hour. We went through the application process for financing and received approval for $4,000.00 Our tentative purchase would have cost us around $500.00. We were told that the mattress we were interested in, they only had one and that we would have to go and pick up the other one in the warehouse about 20 - 30 minutes away.

I made a purchased at Ashley for a bedroom furniture, that was delivered to me on May 17, 2023, the mirror came chipped, the dresser draw was chipped and couldn't open and the box spring was not the one I had originally was shown at the store. At the store, we were informed we had 3 days to make any complaints in which when we realized we called the customer service on the same day.

We just moved and needed to furnish our new apt. Have always had good luck with Ashley Furniture in NY. Found an Ashley's in Raleigh so we went to see what they had. Purchased a sofa, ottman and dining set.

Nasir was our salesman and we could not have been more pleased with him. He was so patient with us trying to decide and spent a lot of time with us.

However, we felt that the store manager was a little pushy to get you to buy something. We decided to go back for a mattress and bedframe because we had such a good experience. Again Nasir was patient, let us try out many mattresses and told us that there is a 30 day sleep trial.

When twin bed was delivered, delivery man said the bed had some damage, he had taken a picture and send it in. He then said it would be a few days and we would get a replacement. That was February 28th.

I have called Ashley in Waco, Texas where we bought the bed and have spoken to four different employees. Each one of them tells me a different answer. Any thing from you will get a replacement part to no we have to get you a new bed, I will get back to you in a couple of days.

No one has ever called back, so I call and continue to get the run around. This was a gift for our great grandson. How dispointed are we, He was so excited to get his first big boy bed for his fifth birthday.

It was the worst experience I have ever had since I got in the US. I did not receive the chair. After I ordered that chair and I got the confirmation receipt. And then it said it is going to ship it to me on 11th May according to the FedEx tracking number.

Purchased item # 4000267 and requested premium delivery. Delivery was fine however, the cabinet was damaged along the right front side. The wood was gouged in 3 places. I tried to contact customer service but it was dreadful and over seas.

I said I was willing to keep it if I was given discount to allow repairs to the damage.

However, I was told to contact the store where it was purchased which led me back to the same customer service number and not the actual store. So, after 45 minutes of trying to speak to a human domestically, I finally rejected the item and sent it back.

It was not a great experience and now I have to actually go back to the store and get a full refund. I will never purchase from this company again.

Delivered damaged item. Refusing to replace, instead giving the run around about sending a cover, then sending technician, then sending a replacement, all to be 2 weeks in again trying to send a technician to fix a couch that can not be fixed and

was delivered with a big hole in it an broken frame. Will never purchase anything from this place again. Items are cheap and poorly put together, then charge over 100 for delivery only for them to try and stick you with damaged items that were clearly damaged during delivery.

My order was cancelled without any notification to me with no reason and I have no bed to sleep in on Tuesday night in my new home in Orlando Florida. I ordered two beds two dressers and a dining room table. Only one bed came via fed-ex.

I have over a 3600 dollar order that is now cancelled and I will be searching furniture at other stores and never shopping at Ashley’s furniture ever again plus giving negative feedback to all my family and friends and people I generally come into communication with!!

Called and complained ottoman sinking; repair person came and made it much much worse and left a mess. Wrote to corporate office, the Glen Burnie store where I purchased it from, and the Better business Bureau. Never heard from anyone.

I ordered several pieces of furniture online from Ashley's. I picked the hassle free option only to find out that some of my options was shipped ground. When they delivered the furniture they left it on the curb not even my front door.

I had to call someone to get the furniture in the housr. I was so frustrated I called and told them to come pick it up. Once it was in the house I opened 2 of the boxes and loved it so I decided to keep it.

However when I open the box with my coffee table it was damaged. I called Ashley immediately to be told FedEx would pick it up, they never came. On Sat, 4/29 Ashley delivered my last piece of furniture hassle free.

99 after advising her, my wife, that if 'any' damage occurred to the furniture which we purchased from them that the extended warranty would cover it. We've come to find out, after trying to use the warranty in 10/2022, that there was an 'exception' to the warranty meaning the warranty repair request would not be honored so, to us, this was complete misrepresentation.

Had my wife not been told by the saleswoman that 'any' damage would be covered by the 5-year extended warranty, she would Never have purchased it. 00, and after both Ashley's Extended Warranty Dept. and the Plano, TX, independent Ashley Furniture store telling us we would be provided a pro-rated refund ... 00 ...

Ashley delivered furniture to us that was damaged and dirty. I refuse four pieces before they got in the house and the others after I got a look at them in the house I asked him to take them back and remove them, but they just up and left.

They had absolutely no papers for me to sign that I received anything or received anything. I called Ashley on the phone and even though they were still there when I was talking to them and I told her they up and left she said since I left, I cannot return anything and I would just have to have Ashley come and repair.

The damage is a white chase lounge sectional with black tire marks all over it.

Order 725008208625, Order 725008206399 both of these orders were cancelled and no notification or reason. When i talk to a representative its because the shipper didn't want to ship, or the credit didn't go through, or it was cancelled in error.

I don't know what is going on but it is past aggravating. I have waited 4 weeks for a recliner to find out it was cancelled on 4/19/2023 no notification and the bank (synchrony) needs to be notified to remove the hold.

Is this the way we do business now? No contact to let the customer know there was issue, product not available, something didnt match their records, not like the internet doesnt fill in stuff wrong when it transfers. Seriously very disheartening

My husband and I made a purchase instore on February 12, 2023 for a power recliner, both left and right recliners. We were advised at the time of purchase that they would be available April 8, 2023. I checked at the end of March with the salesperson, Sara, to get an update on the status of delivery and was advised that the left power recliner was scheduled for delivery on April 12, 2023 but the right was not available.

A couple of days before April 12 we received another email changing the delivery date for the left power recliner to April 20 and the right power recliner to April 22. Then shortly after that email I received yet another email informing us that both the left power recliner and the right power recliner would be delivered on Saturday, April 22, 2023.

I brought a sofa in October 2022 at Green acres mall in valley stream in New York and less than 1 month the all tread start to loose from the sofa for $7,000 I take photos of the damage on my sofa to.

Also the store Employ do not know how to talk to people they are spinning us around.

I have since spoken to the manager at the Ashley store in Langley B.C Canada. I wrote to you about my complaint. The back pillow is very big, it takes up 1 third of the chair. There is a small stain on the fabric. The chair smells strongly of oil paint. Also there is very poor sewing in some places. I have returned my order back to Ashley’s furniture on 3/22/23 and half of the order arrived and money was returned. 1 of the order was not even though it was send out the same day. I tracked the FedEx package that I had returned and it had no updated scan since 3/24/23 I contacted FedEx and they explained to me that they lost the package and the shipper needs to start the claim.

So I called Ashley’s furniture and told them that this was on the 3/25/23 7 days go by I call back and Ashley’s furniture stated they will email the warehouse to return my funds. Nothing happens 7 days go by again april 2nd 2023 again they tell me the exact same thing.

Purchase order # 239110 Insurance company paid Ashley to bring our product brand new to replace the damaged product. Ashley delivered the product I did not first of all fit with my couches. It did not attach to my couches.

Then we called Ashley Ashley‘s representative came out, looked at it and he said nope. This is incorrect. We need to send you a replacement. Since then we never heard anything from Ashley‘s. I have called Ashley’s many times may complain.

99. 99 each. We brought three of the $10 rugs up, as well as the more expensive one. The employees not Oly watches us deal all four rugs up to the register - and I made three trips, but one of the clearance rugs had no price tag.

No big deal, they can look it up by the number. They made a huge issue about it not being a discount rug - or the point of basically acting like I was trying to steal it! They then wanted all of my info - despite it being a simple cash payment.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I bought a whole house full of furniture. They came in 2 separate trips (I wasn’t told they didn’t have it in stock, but I was ok with it). The second delivery team told me that in order to put my bed together.

I would have to move the king size box springs and mattresses (that I bought from Ashley and was delivered just two weeks prior) before they could put my bed together. Mind you it is still in the same spot that they left it when they delivered it.

I told them I paid for their service and there is no way I can move that. His response well I’m not moving %#* and if you aren’t going to move it we are leaving. So they left. I called Ashley their supervisor Hector said he can’t get a hold of anyone to find out who the delivery drivers are.

I have been dealing with Ashley store in Glendale, Arizona and I have had the worst customer service and timely response to several issues in the last 10 months. The store rather give me a run around to avoid replacing the items under the one year warranty.

I have no bed to sleep on for almost two weeks and dealing with this store and customer service. I will be closing my account when I am done paying and do my best to keep posting reviews so others don't have to go through them.

At least this particular store.

Bought reclining loveseat 2/15/2023, it delivered 2/23/2023. After a week or so I realized it was not what I wanted. I do not like the automatic recliner, button is to far back to reach for my arthritic shoulder, did not realize at the time.

Does not work in my living room. 00 for this and was never told I only had 7 days to return it. I have had it covered since I got it and the sale tags are still on it .

The manager at the store would not even work with me,I know they have policies but some times they can be worked out. Circumstances came up that I was unable to deal with this earlier. I am not one to complain like this but I think your policy of seven days is bad, other stores will work with you. What can be done?

I hope we can get some satisfaction for both parties. I am a widow so…
