I have ongoing customer service issues with Ashley Furniture in San Antonio TX. The store dies not have a phone line anymore so no way to call to get a manager. My husband stopped by the store (30 miles from where I live) to talk to a manager.
The sales representative refused to get a manager and said she would send an email and have one call me. No call. I call the Store Core Operations number and told I had to speak to manager in the store.
I called and texted my initial sales representative and no response. Where is service? I just want to get my issue resolved. I did not create the problem and now I cannot get anyone to handle it. I am just passed off and no one takes accountability!
