Ordered a kitchen table and six chairs. I received the 6 chairs table had to go back because it was damaged. Was told they would contact me with in 48 hrs to schedule another delivery. I waited and finally got a delivery for three weeks later.

Took time off work for delivery and they called that same day and said they didn’t have table that it was going to be another week. I said come get the chairs and cancel the table. They said ok but could not refund my delivery charge of $200 and would not give me full price for my chairs.

They said I had to report it with in 72 house even if it is not all delivered. So I have six chairs sitting in my kitchen no table no call telling me when they will deliver table. I will never order from Ashley furniture in Eugene Oregon again.

False information and sales representative lied to me & general manager was rude to me while calling me on my job at work. I am very upset with the actions that your Ashley staff had due to their lies and misinformation given to me!

And now Ashley is telling me I have to pay a restocking fee on a piece of furniture that I would’ve never purchased if I was given the correct price to start with. I want someone to please help me?

I sent in pictures of my sectional over a month ago. Snags/runs in every cushion. I have had this less than a year. I have received no response and when I call I get the run around about it. They also have my address incorrect-that was the billing address which is no longer valid. My shipping address is the correct one. I am extremely frustrated with this especially since I was told that the matter would be resolved by pkitzel@ashley.com. Poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I doubt I will ever buy anything from Ashley again.

I have a lifetime warranty on my furniture. I have contacted furniture care many times since February to get my couch fixed. No one is making any attempts to resolve these issues. I have emailed and called several times and even sent pictures of the broken couch as requested .

I spent almost $7,000 at your store and now I'm stuck with a broken couch that won't recline. It's ridiculous that customers are treated this way !

I bought a recliner less than a year ago. Barely sat on 20 times. The frame broke.

Finally the tech came out and said it should be replaced but service insist on fixing it. So now I have to take off work at least 2 more times for them to pick up and and fix then return.

No telling how long this process will take. It’s already been 2 months. When I contacted Ashley in the beginning they said some one would call in a few days. But I had to repeatedly call… finally they gave me the service number to call.

I paid cash for this item. So now I have this broken chair in my house that has to stay here before you guys decide to come and fix it. This process I am sure will take another couple of months.

I have been given 2 separate dates that my box springs would be delivered and both times they weren't. The first time they were suppose to come with the bed. The next time they were promised to come with the sofa.

When they weren't with the sofa I called and the lady told me they just came in today ( we were told they were in stock when we bought them) but the delivery guys were booked up for a week so it would be another week. I have the text where the salesman promised he had it set up for the box springs to be on the truck with the sofa 3/29/23.

I emailed the manager but haven't gotten a return email. Delivery was suppose to call me back yesterday and did not. I keep getting lied too. I have never been so disappointed in a company. It's like nobody there has morals.

I bought a mattress that is dipping into the middle and has one year warranty. It is causing me health issues due to back pain and hip pain. I cannot get anyone to replace this mattress that I have a warranty on.

They insisted on sending a tech to take a look at this mattress, which took over two months to do so meanwhile, I have been suffering with pain. I explain to the tech you need to lay down so you could feel how it dipped.

This is a pillow top mattress and hard to see it dipping unless weight is put onto the mattress. He replied that that was unnecessary he just needs to take pictures and give his evaluation and then I can explain to Ashley furniture.

75 on 11/26/2022 and the last piece of furniture was delivered on January 5, 2023. I should've received a reward card that was promised from my sales person (Gayle 832-877-0586). She has not returned several call over the past 2 months.

She finally answered on 3/21 and said that she has done what she needed to do. I called the reward line again this morning and there is no record of anything. I have even had the Lake Jackson store helping.

This is very unacceptable and I don't want to give a bad review for something that takes a minute to resolve. I AM VERY FUSTRATED AT THIS POINT. Can someone please help and solve my problem?

My son got a bedroom suite delivered the men put it together without any screws for the bed frame as well as the bed frame was cracked I have been contacting people for months and no one will do anything except call and tell me they will handle it and never call back and I can never get ahold of anyone this is very frustrating.

On January 28, 2023, I visited the store and purchased a sectional sofa and king-size mattress. 49 for these items and was looking forward to receiving them, I scheduled the delivery for February 15th.

Extremely bad service from sales to delivery to parts delivery. I am shocked . We ordered furnitures in November with tons of mistakes and had to go 10 times to the shop to correct the order and the bill.. then late deliveries with several calls , we are in march and we are still waiting for the parts that need to be delivered .

There is a bed that we cannot use as it has a missing part… really shocking and wondering if we are getting what we pay for. Happy to share the facts about this case

Furniture had defects, it was approved for pick up, promised to be picked up in 72h.

It’s been 19 days since we’ve been sleeping in the kitchen- still no one to pick up the faulty furniture. Today I’ve spent 4 hours calling them, the pick up address is still wrong in the system, after I’ve been assured that it’s been corrected. Nope. My husband and I purchased a Sealy Mattress from your Lynchburg Virginia store on September 2. 2022. We have worked hard all our lives and now being retired, were able to purchase a higher price mattress that we thought would be better for us.

I ordered a bed through Ashley. I visited their store and set up a layway plan. I paid off the balance within a couple weeks and they told me I would have the bed delivered on today's date. I even received and confirmed the text message they sent to verify I would be home on the scheduled date.

If I could give 0 I would. I was sold a table by Joseph & he even encouraged me to buy a warranty. Upon receiving the item 1 week later I called the customer care as my instructions on my receipt stated to do within 72 hours.

I called the next morning, reported the mistake & was told by customer care that I had to get the approval from the salesperson that sold me the item. When calling him I never could reach him & he was always sent messages.

Paid for a Charenton couch model 1410138 at Speedy Furniture in Latrobe ,Pennsylvania phone number 724-572-7244 June 2022. Was told we would receive it in 2 weeks. For nine months they have told us we would receive it the following month.

Overcharged, received broken furniture, Delivery guys refused to set it up even though I apparently paid for a 69.99 "Premium setup and delivery".

Forged my signature on documents and signed my up for some warranty plan that I was never even told about . did everything they could to get me not to return it.

If I could give a negative star rating I would... We went to the Ashley store in Irmo, South Carolina. We ordered 4 bedroom sets as well as a few other items. The total of our sale was over $13,000...

There was mistake after mistake after mistake. Multiple times the wrong bed frame and multiple times the wrong box spring were delivered as well as the wrong size bedrails in the guest room. 2 of the beds were put together wrong and 1 ended up breaking.

I think in a total there were 10 visits after the initial delivery. The bed in my master bedroom is still not correct, there is more than a foot of space between the footboard and mattress, but they closed the case stating that my mattress is a queen not a king.

Funny it fits all king sheets and fits perfectly on the Ashley king box spring.…

Told my furniture was in stock when we purchased. We set up a delivery date and now they are delaying delivery for part of the order not being in stock They won't do a split delivery and deliver the pieces in stock.

Sales order 150703010. Case # 07890325 The furniture store manager where I purchased this couch won’t call. They misrepresented this couch. The leather bunched in the middle and on the back immediately after delivery on a Friday afternoon. m. on Saturday.

Then I called customer service on Saturday and they said they had no record of the couch being delivered. Then they said they would send me a link for return. On Tuesday, called again. They said they had pictures of a blue couch.

I purchased a very expensive dining room set from Ashley. I paid for the White Glove service and that is a joke. I am writing this review so nobody else is taken by Ashley. The chairs to the table are falling apart.

We have to regularly screw them back in and one of the chairs is so badly damaged that when it was put together they broke it so bad that the screws don't all go into the chair. They broke the wood so that it is raw wood, not even the wood that is like the rest of the chair.

I paid for the protection policy and they sent some out. Nobody ever got back to me I had to find out how to find the insurance company they use for damaged furniture, it is in Florida. We have bought over $13000 worth of furniture starting in November last year. We have spent at least 40 hours trying to get resolution to our problems. We have probably called 20 times and are told someone will respond in 24-72 hours and receive no call back.

I bought the Nelson reclining couch in Feburary 2022 with the extended warranty. The couch fabric ripped at the seat seam. When I called customer service for repair the replacement fabric did not match at all in color or texture.

The technician commented that it did not match and I agreed. I asked him what the next step would be and he said customer service would get a hold of me. He did not repair the couch then put in his report that I refused service.

Your web site is just horrible!! I wanted to buy and furnish my son’s apartment I Sunnyvale ca. I could not easily navigate search and add numerous items into a cart to buy, just ridiculousness and a collossal waste of my time.

Having to deal with a warranty issue that is 2 months old now! It seems they have been told to stop talking to me. Not one time has this company tried to solve the issue with their product they sold.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I am still waiting on a response from this company to replace a broken table they delivered. Lost a customer and I will do what I can to keep my friends and family from dealing with this company.

Absolute nightmare. Promised a gift card almost one year ago. Multiple trips to the store and calls and emails we finally got a refund for the gift card amount in December ONLY TO HAVE ASHLEY CHARGE IT BACK TO OUR CREDIT CARD LESS THAN ONE WEEK LATER. ).

I purchases a soda and over sized chair 11/25/2022. It is now 2/25/2023 and I still have not received my furniture. When purchasing I was given est of 2-3 week it has now been 14 weeks. I do not feel 2-3 wks is and est time for 14 wks or more.

Per Simple Home store in Cape Giraedeau Missouri it the ETA on the over sized chair will be the end of March. This is simple unacceptable. Purchased 2 couches to be delivered on 16 Feb; delivery date changed to 21 Feb as not arrived in warehouse; contacted via email stated Ashley wasn’t able to reach me (lie #1). I purchased furniture and upon receiving it I noticed the bed frame was cracked I sent it back to be replaced and after over a month of waiting the bed frame was again cracked it was again to be replaced and I was told this usually doesn’t happen twice and that it would be replaced.

I have yet to be contacted and no one is answering my questions or calls. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could replace the broken headboard or compensate me for the damage

Ashley Furniture store has become one of the most, unprofessional furniture store, where they are just scamming people out of their hard earned money. The manager for the Connecticut Ashley department stores is the worse, Bob Ahern, he has no respect no regards for no costumer.

He is a very nasty, scamming monster who basically, knows that nothing is going to happen, for his behavior because there is no co-operate office. But I do not think he understands that once there is multiple complains about his attitude and refurbished furniture then people would be aware of his scam.

Please consumers do not waste your money buying from Ashley's Furniture, it is refurbished furniture and you will be ridiculed and humiliated before you get help!! Beware!!

I have a mattress that is sloped and you cannot sleep on it and a reclining sofa that is broken Neither the store, technical support or customer care will take care of my issues. This has been going on since October.

Thstvis when i bought a home full of furniture. Technical support took pictures.

So the costumer service at Ashley has definitely declined. There is no way a supervisor should be belittling the costumer with derogatory remarks. I will never purchase from Ashley store or recommend anyone to purchase from Ashley. Worst service of my life NEVER BEEN SO HUMILATED AFTER SPENDING MONEY TO A MERCHANT.
