I ordered a table, chairs, bench, dresser and server in late June, early July timeframe. I was told 6 weeks to get everything. I received the dresser after 2 weeks and became confused when 6 weeks came and went with no contact.

When I contacted Ashley myself they put me on the phone with my sales rep. She was VERY rude and told me that she said it “may” be 6 weeks but could be longer. That was never said to my husband or myself during the purchase.

We finally got our table mid October. And our server 1 week ago, beginning of February. I noticed about 2 weeks ago tiny holes popping up in my bench. Come to find out it it a powder post beetle. I called my store last night to find out what I needed to do.

Purchased 2 tartonelle chairs in July 2021. Almost immediately, the legs became wobbly, but I was able to tighten them. Now, one has broken off and the others can't be tightened into the frame, which has inadequate wood for the hardware.

I am unable to get service for the chairs under the protection plan as they tell me wobbly legs are not part of the frame. If that is the case, these chairs are not fit for use and I will give a review that says so and file a complaint with consumer affairs.

The Ashely store in fresno CA, was not professional, the sales person kept saying I was getting the protection plan free and he took off $150 off my purchases, I didn't see the contract until I got home, due to store closing, there was no free protection plan, he deducted the $150 off the furniture and put it back on with the protection plan, I called and went in the store, I told the manager, he was a young Mexican with no customer service skills, I told him, it isn't right to lie to the customer, he said they had to make a fast turnaround somewhere, wrong answer!

Delivery of parts went terrible. My tempur pedic mattress is STILL missing a part since delivery and doesn’t do what I bought it for. They have me trapped with a bed and cost that isnt what I paid for. They are rude and unwilling to help.

I will NOT use delivery service or shop here again. The delivery tore up a corner of my bed, was missing the plug in, delivered the wrong size once and then told me they can not help and can not let me return it, since it was delivered.

However I told the delivery team the product isn’t right and they said I could get it corrected but they couldn’t help.

I purchased a brand new bedroom set on Ashley's website and bought it outright. Took 3 months to be delivered and in the span of ownership the bed has broken numerous times. The first time it was missing a part at delivery.

The second time the cheap stapled wood detached from the side rail. The third time the slats in the middle cracked and broke. Ashley never told me they were not going to cover fixing it and canceled the order with no communication.

So I followed up and was I formed it was canceled. Thank God I bought the extended protection plan right? WRONG - they will not cover it because they are stating Ashley installers screwed the screw too tight causing the wood to crack.

Recently went to Ashley’s furniture because they were having a 20% off sale.

However, the 20% off was only for items in store although they claimed to price match items with online prices. Online items were cheaper than in the store items and once price matched the 20% offer was no longer valid.

I purchased furniture at the Ashley Furniture located in Flowood, MS on 1/14/23. I was informed that my furniture would be here the following week. I received the box spring and headboard on 2/2/23. I was notified the mattress was missing until the driver arrived without the nightstand and mattress.

I set my next appointment for 2/2/23 then it was rescheduled due to inclement weather and the mattress not being here. Next I receive a call from the automated servility was rescheduled until 2/10/23. So I contacted the Guest service line and asked if it could be 2/6/23.

We purchased a couch and love saved a leather one from Louis furniture in Sykeston Missouri about 3 years ago could be for we haven't had it paid for very long and the leather is peeling off something fierce From the foot rest the arm it's going to start peeling in the center and I am very upset.

I ordered a sofa set (Inv#262300400) from the Gaithersburg, MD store (534 North Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg Maryland 20877) on 1/31/2023 and I paid in full for furniture and delivery. My furniture delivery was scheduled 2/3/2023 from 2pm to 6pm. When no one showed up, I contacted the store to ask for the status of the delivery at 6:12pm.

The Gaithersburg store mentioned that delivery guys are running late and should arrive at 7:15pm. I again waited until 8pm and tried calling the store multiple times from 8pm to 9pm (before the store closed time) but no one picked up my call.

Several things come to mind, the most annoying of which is that your so called "customer care" is far from being customer care by definition. Since my order of ( order # 0029990282-1) I made numerous calls and not once did I ever get to a person at the store, only outside.

Each call was full of complications from bad connections (only to Ashley not anyone else); exceedingly long waits where no one answered and when one did answer could not understand them. At the store I bought an end table (one) and wanted a lamp and since the lamp I wanted was not available the sale person ordered it for me.

I went inside the Ashely Furniture becuase I was looking for a table. I called prior to going for a specific table in the outlet department. They told me the table would be $260. I drove 30 minutes to go buy it.

Then, the employee told me that it was $350. They also have the wrong price on the ticket for the table. 99. 00. So they increased the price of the table to then give me a 25% off.

Honestly, I am at a loss for words regarding my negative experience with this company. I am stunned at the impossibility of speaking to ANYONE, at anytime that is located within the United States once I bought my furniture, the shockingly poor quality of the out of the country call center phone lines, the poor customer service people and

We are disabled seniors. We purchased furniture in July 2022. It broke. After selling us a sales pitch of instant replacement and buying a warranty, nothing has been replaced. We filed a request for a replacement in November 2022. It is January 31st 2023, and we still have a broken piece of furniture.

I do no recommend burying from Ashely furniture ever. They lie and take advantage of seniors. I tried to reach corporate and Jaime just transferred me back to the incompetent customer service for the Williamsburg store, who do not care.

The story of the mattress and horrible customer service.

We recently moved to a new house and purchased a new mattress from Ashley Furniture store. I like to share our experience of dealing with Ashley's customer service.

1. Mattress #1 was lumpy/defective. Replaced by mattress #2

2. Mattress #2 was lumpy/defective. Replaced by mattress #3.

3. Mattress #3 was the wrong mattress. It was not of a good quality and much cheaper than the one we purchased. Replaced by mattress #4.

4. Mattress #4, for some unknown reason, was delivered to our old address. Nobody at the store could explain this mistake. In a couple of weeks mattress #4 was re-delivered to the new address, but the delivery people refused to pick up the mattress #3 because it was not listed in their order.

There is no customer service in this company . There is not any responsibility . In NOV 2022 I bought a bed from Ashley Richmond Hill store. I order a couch and love seat in the Lake City, Fl office, in mid October 2022. Went in and the sales team was very nice and helpful, the lady helped me by finding the furniture that I wanted. She said it would be here in eight weeks, I thought that was a little long but I could wait.

We purchased a king mattress along with an adjustable base from Ashley Furniture in in Mesa, AZ on 4/22. They delivered the mattress promptly but ran out of stock on the adjustable base. Because you cannot set up a mattress without some kind of base AND they were out of stock on the one we purchased, they provided a temporary mattress base.

It is now 1/2023 and they were able to deliver the adjustable base but would not take the temporary base back. They state it is up to us to dispose of a king mattress base. We have nowhere to dispose of it and we never purchased it.

We only have it as they ran out of stock on what they originally sold us. When I called customer service they told me to call (and pay for) someone to haul it away or try to find somewhere to donate it.

I've been a Ashley Furniture CUSTOMER for over 35years I purchased furniture, my husband and I paid for 5 years warranty for the furniture. A week later after delivery my furniture started falling apart. I needed replacement . I sent pictures, I spoke to the supervisors of the department.

January 3 2023 I drove 2 hours to your Ashley store in Springfield Missouri. To be treated horrible. We bought a lot furniture from you at that store 5 years ago. I paid for insurance that I never used. So I went that day to find a dresser.

When the salesman knew we had the insurance and we was wanting to use it for that. He wouldn't help us. As he was walking away he Said if you're still here I'll try to help. Never seen him again and No one else offered to help us.

I had two night stands broken upon delivery to my house. Company said they will send someone out the next few days with replacement/ repair if necessary. Technician showed up and said we can repair or replace I told him I wanted replacement since this is new furniture.

I’ve contacted the company 6 times now and they continue to say someone will reach back out for delivery dates for new nightstands and never hear back each time. I spent $12,000 on new furniture and continue to be treated with disrespect.

I just left the Ashley Furniture store on 7th Street in Frederick, MD. Jasmine, the associate assisting me, was great; professional, friendly. I am a long time, repeat customer at this store, having purchased a living room set, a desk, chair, file cabinet and a dining room sideboard. None of this stuff was cheap - particularly the sideboard, desk and file cabinet.

I went to the Ashley, mentioned above, this morning to purchase new throw pillows for the Ashley-purchased couch and love seat. I found four pillows I liked and Jasmine took me to the area in the back of the store where sales are written up and finalized. The pillows were $50 each making the total sale $200 without tax. Ordered Roddington TV stand online it was delivered 12/14/22 I decided I did not want it. Asked to return it left in box put on my porch. It weighed 450 lbs. 5 acres. I kept calling about pick up as rain was going to hit CA.

Finally on Dec 23rd 2023 a box truck picked it up. They left me with nothing proving they picked up. I have made over 25 calls Ashley lost my pickup NOW I am trying to get my refund to no avail. 00.

I recently bought a fireplace/ tv stand from your Sheboygan store at grand opening for a Xmas gift. When opened no fireplace insert! I went to the store the owner was in town and told me there’s no way insert would be included at that sale price without even looking.

We then looked at other displays and not one said insert not included! Unfortunately we went to the one I purchased all tags were off of it . Owner did all he could to prove himself rite ! No apology for or if there was a mix up , no way to make things rite!

Hey I received some pillows from the store in Thomasville that I ordered in store. I was told about the 25% restocking fee on each item.

However when I called this week to return the pillows I was told about a 72 hour return policy that was not told up front. I am not concerned about the money however I would have made time to get off early and return the pillows last week had I been told about the return policy up front.

I have bought numerous amounts of furniture from Ashley's and have always had great services other than this time in particular. I'm very disappointed In my recent experience with the Ashley store here.

I bought a dining table from Ashley furniture a month ago. The first delivery I had to decline due to bubbles in the table top. The second delivery was damaged as well but I accepted due to feeling the pressure of the delivery men as well as me wanting a table for Christmas and 25 people going to be at my home.

I called customer service 5 minutes after the drivers left and said I made a mistake not declining delivery as there is two damages, Table top as well as pedestal being chipped. I spent over an hour with a very nice customer service manager who was continuing to tell me that its part of the wood and not damaged.

the table that I got has a defect. I’ve been trying to reach the right department since Thursday with no luck. Every person I talked to transferred my call to a different department with no luck in solving my problem.

I need a solution ASAP please. I’m supposed to be dealing with a huge company and how the things are going so far is so frustrating. Literally, every single agent I contact was unprofessional and has zero knowledge of his or her work.

The defect for them is something small but for me it is an order that I waited one month to get and will pay half of my pay check for it.

I am not an online shopper but I had a heart attack on Thanksgiving. I used online shopping to finish my Christmas shopping. I ordered a bedspread from a site signature by Ashley which made me believe I was ordering from Ashley furniture.

Got the bedspread, gave it to my granddaughter and it was not the right color. I cannot get any information about returning it. I went to the local Ashley Furniture in Huntsville and they just told me they did not handle online orders.

They said it was a franchise. I was sent an email address for Ashley Homegoods distribution center in Bessemer AL. When I looked up the phone number and tried calling, the number was no longer in order. I purchased a sectional sofa in January of 2022 at Ashley HomeStore in Lafayette, La. It was delivered April 2022. A couple of months later I noticed the cushion on the chaise part of the sectional was a thinner cushion and definitely not as firm as the rest of the set.

I contacted customer service and a replacement cushion was shipped to me but it was the corner cushion and not the chaise cushion. I contacted customer service to let them know. They told me they would send the correct cushion.

I waited a month or so and never received the cushion. I called customer service again and they told me it was at the warehouse in Texas. They told me because of the size, it couldn’t be shipped to me.

The warehouse is 4 hours away from my home and I told them I was not driving there to pick it up…

I am done with Ashley furniture! First things first we purchased our furniture in July of 22 and didn’t receive any of it until September. The first bit of furniture to come was the dinning room table and chairs and the server. The server came broke so I had to send that back in the truck and wait another two months to get the new one. Second the dining room table came damaged which has been deemed unrepeatable by their own technicians and to this day January 4, 23 we still don’t have a new table.
