Purchased a sofa and it was delivered very late and not in proper condition. I filed I claim for a return online 3 days after I received it. After not hearing from anyone after a couple of days, I called the store to make sure the claim was filed.

they said there was no claim and since I was now passed the 3 days I could no longer return the product. Thanks for dragging your feet so I could miss the return window. Now I have to fight to get my hard earned money back.

Purchased a sectional on Oct 29. 2022, it was delivered defective (gaps between each armless chair and a tear) which I was assured that it would be taken care of. In December a tech came out to take a look at only 1 armless chair and said that the entire couch was defective, but since he only had a ticket to look at 1 armless chair that he could only put down that the piece was defective.

Recommended for me to place a ticket for the other pieces, which I did and 1 month later, no one has contacted me. I have been the one contacting the warranty department since the sofa was delivered, because the store doesn't deal with any issues after they collect your money.

I've been promised a call back within 72 hours, which the call never came. I have asked for a resolution and all they know how…

My complaint is that Ashley is not doing what they said they would do. My wife and I purchased a bed, mattress and box springs, but the salesperson never mentioned how high the bed would be. My wife literally cannot get in the bed.

I reached out to the store, and they just directed me to corporate. I was told I could exchange the box springs for a shorter one, but after 5 days, nothing has been done. Now the salesperson will not even update me on what's going on.

It's just like when you buy a car. When you are looking at the product the salesperson is your best friend, but once you are out the door they are done with you. We were lied to.

Hi I returned some items to the Brandon Florida furniture store in the month of September. I spoke to a representative on the message board on Ashley’s website. I’ve been refunded my money but then I am now being recharged so I disputed the charge through my financial institution now I receive a letter stating I have a balance of 2980$ and if I don’t pay it ill be contacted by third party collectors.

I am confused on this matter. I never received my items. Never even signed for them but at Ashley I’m being told it was signed for. I have been dealing with this for months now and being charged for items I haven’t received.

Before i purchased my item i went to the store to asked i could ship it to the store. They said no,but they could put it together. Then someone calls and said no. They didn't tell me or asked if i wanted them to place the order.

The saleperson i talked to went and asked the store manger. I was in the store almost a hour. I have purchased everthing in my house from ashley's. Will never buy anthing there again. The worst customer i have had in a long time.

I worked retail for over 25 years as sales and manager. The service was awful.

I have been trying for 10 months to get the parts to my bed to no avail. I have been sent incorrect parts despite a technician advising the company which parts I needed. I know have a Rep telling me the parts are discontinued but the bed is still being sold.

It should not take this long for parts let alone having to send technicians out multiple times. If the parts are discontinued can I get a refund?

Ashley Furniture has the worst sales personal as well as the worst customer service. I had a delivery scheduled for September and sat at home all day and night waiting for a delivery that was never coming. I never received a call, text or email advising me that they're not coming.

When I was finally able to reach a somewhat live person everything was blamed on hurricane Ian. The hurricane didn't hit until over 36 hours later and the delivery I was waiting for was an anniversary gift for my husband and because of Ashley's extremely poor customer service our 25th Anniversary was a ruined.

The gift was a surprise for my husband and I finally had to tell him why we couldn't do anything we planned to do, including going out to dinner. There were delivery trucks in our neighborhood all day on…

Durablend living room set with minimal use (yearly at Christmas) Is peeling and disintegrating. Noticed on Christmas Day! Had another living room set we purchased from you with heavy use that you replaced years ago because of the faulty durablend formula prior to redesign.

A year ago I bought furniture a reclining couch and a reclining loveseat after a month my couches had tears going along the back the mechanisms to let the couches recline was broken and the reclining foot part is broken I called during my one year warranty plan with Ashley to get my couches looked at and fixed they never sent anybody they waited until my warranty was out to send somebody over before sending somebody over they had mailed me two large boxes full of parts that weren't even correct when the maintenance guy came to fix my couches handed up stealing the parts that were mailed to me I'm still currently waiting for somebody to come and

I've been dealing with Ashley furniture for over a year to get my couches fixed they waiting until my warranty was out to mail me parts without sending someone to look at my couches they sent me the wrong parts and when the service man came to fix my couches with the parts that were incorrect he stole the parts because they were wrong siad he was coming back and never did.

And now I'm trying to get my money back and go elsewhere for couches because this ain't how a customer should be treated they still haven't sent someone out to fix them or replace them at this point I want to get my attorney involved and make them give me my money I paid full price I didn't do payments and this is how we are being treated.

I purchased a large amount of furniture 5 years ago, with a montage protection plan. If I did not use the protection services, I would receive that money back in store credit after 5 years. It's been 5 years and I can not get ANYONE to help me with the credit.

I keep getting shifted around to different people and NO ONE helps! Sure, you will take thousands of dollars of my money, but when I try to redeem my credit, I can't get anywhere. This is the worst customer service I think I've ever experienced.

I plan to let EVERYONE know this as well by leaving reviews as many places as I can.

On October 26, 2022, I purchased a new sofa, love seat, and chair from the Ashley Furniture store located at 7780 south Cicero, Burbank Illinois. The furniture was delivered to 7637 S. Michigan on November 18, 2022, and put together by the delivery men.

Apron inspection of the furniture I found that the sofa had discoloration, and stains and one of the lights did not work. I immediately called the Ashley store and was transferred to Maria Salinas. Maria Salinas asked me to send her pictures of the stain, which I did, and I asked to have the sofa replaced.

I started a layaway… found out that the sales person never put all pieces to the bedroom set I wanted. Then, the salesperson left. I’m not sure if he left or was let go. Then I changed the order, because pieces were no longer available, and I found a set I liked better.

I later wanted to cancel the entire layaway and get my money back. I was informed that “ we don’t do that”. I don’t want a store credit at this point and just want the full amount mailed to me

I sure wish I had read this before I purchased with Ashley. I purchased a mattress in the store (to the tune of $3000) they delivered the mattress and after trying to sleep on it (first night) it was the wrong one.

Cant sleep on a firm mattress. So I called the next morning, was told I had to go to the store and remedy. To make a long story short after 2 visits to the store and broken promises that someone would call me back within 48 hours twice (now it is a week later) I was told to call the complaint department.

I purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture Homestore in Fayetteville, NC on October 15th. I spoke with the sales person Amirah Williams and told her that I couldn't purchase a couch that day because I needed it by October 31st.

" So I agreed and paid $1,000 cash as a down payment. On November 26th, I still did not have the couch so I told them that I needed to cancel because I had already waited a month past the date that she ensured me that it would be there.

So they stated they would send me a refund check for the down payment. I received the check for $655. When I called they stated that they had to take out $345 for a cancellation fee. I purchased a reclining couch from Ashley and it was delivered on Dec 1st. I called 2 hours after delivery to let them know I want to return the couch as the quality was terrible. It is now December 8th and I have heard nothing about when they will come get the couch despite me calling every day.

I get someone new each time and am getting the run around. I know the call center is not in the USA and they can't connect me with anyone in the USA... What kind of business is this. I am getting ready to file a formal complaint with the BBB.

The product was not delivered even though it was paid in full as evident from my bank account. Ashley refused to deliver (even though they were paid) because they did not like my signature. I signed in person in the store (Ashley, Mayo Boulervard, Scottsdale, AZ).

Ashley demanded that sign again otherwise they would not deliver. I explained the sore was 120 miles away from my home and first I was very busy and second I was not prepare to take the drive. I initially signed in front of them, my signature was not questioned, the transaction was approved by my bank (regardless the signature) , Ashley got paid and I expected the goods to be delivered.

Ashley refused and NO REFUND option was given. This almost resembles fraud!

On Dec 1, I went to Ashley's in Pearland, TX to order an entertainment ctr I had seen a few weeks before. After the contract was written up n was told it would be delivered on Dec. 7. I was happy n the service guy was great.

Comments: I filed a warranty claim for a table in February. 5 times your employees came to my house with parts then with my table in a box saying it was too hard for them to build. I had to take FOUR days off work now a FIFTH day for my table to come in a box for me to put together. I am furious!

Very high discrepancy in rates on the same piece of furniture at Ashley store in Altoona( PA) & Ashley at Pittsburgh (PA). At Pittsburgh we were told that they match the price with any Ashley store ! We went with our 2 small kids spent 2 days , driving 70 miles from my home!!

Purchased 2 pieces of furniture (sofa/loveseat)on Saturday, Nov 5, with delivery on Thursday, Nov 17. In fact, my sister who lives 5 doors up on the same street, purchased the same furniture with same day delivery. When it was delivered by 2 employees, it came into her home with no plastic or any boxes, but did have tags.

I had placed an order in September- now there was no rush with this order so I understood we need to wait. The couch was purchased on my Ashley furniture card and my account with Ashley is only with my information.

I also would be the one who schedules the delivery date and all of that. I am told the time frame for my delivery is a little more than a month out- which is perfectly understandable. I proceed to be contacted stating that the delivery date is still good - ok cool .

Purchased a dining table and chairs at Ashley Homestore and was very happy to receive out table and chairs. This was our first shopping experience at Ashley and it will be our last. After having owner ship of the new dining table and chairs for about 1 month, the finish on the dining table chipped in 2 places on the edge and has since chipped another time within the last couple of weeks.

Contacted the Ashley store to report the problem and their only response was that that was not covered under their their warranty, when actually it is according to my warranty information it is. People need to be warned about companies such as this that will not stand behind the product they sell.

I recently called the other day to invoke my customer care warranty which states after 30, 60 or 90 days you have the ability to exchange your mattress. I have 2 twin XL mattress that I was trying to see if I could exchange for king.

I mentioned several times that I would pay the difference in the price point for them. I was bounced around to 5 different departments with various misleading information and spent over 2 1/2 hours trying to understand what my options were.

I have heard yes the exchange can occur but you will have to contact a different department to get approval to exchange it for a King. I heard you don’t do exchanges of any any kind. I heard I can only exchange for the two twin XL.

Received bedroom set on November 18. I’m sleeping on the floor due to the wrong hardware. Bed has not been assembled. Deliver drivers called I have called numerous times; and went into the store ad well, An email was sent to customer care and I was advised someone would call me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is filled with incompetent morons who don’t know how to do their jobs. I’m convinced you can’t get hired unless you have an IQ of 57 or less. The amount of brain dead individuals I have dealt with while trying to simply order a couch is quite astonishing.

We ordered a couch back in September. It was delivered in the beginning of October, and we received the wrong orientation. We immediately filed a complaint, and it took over two weeks just to get any sort of answer about what could be done.

Can't get my stuff delivered always an excuse What was delivered was damaged sent replacement fabric and said I had to fix it myself.

Bought furniture labor day - still dealing with delivery. Was just told January will be first available delivery time. I had to pay for it day of purchase, why is there no boundaries for the company? Paid for, not received, seems like theft.

Now that I said I wanted refund, was told would take 8 weeks. What? Really? How are you still even in business?
