Purchased a sofa and it was delivered very late and not in proper condition. I filed I claim for a return online 3 days after I received it. After not hearing from anyone after a couple of days, I called the store to make sure the claim was filed.
they said there was no claim and since I was now passed the 3 days I could no longer return the product. Thanks for dragging your feet so I could miss the return window. Now I have to fight to get my hard earned money back.
