I bought a mattress back in Jan-Feb and it’s defective I’ve been calling and calling I’ve had 5 techs come out to my home and they’ve said that the mattress is defective and I’m entitled to a new one and I get it replaced and this one is even more defective, at this point I call and email cust service and the store where it was purchased to tell them that I just want a different brand mattress so

that I’m not sleeping on a lumpy mattress affecting my back problems even more so the manager at the Milpitas store agrees to let me pick out another mattress and I did and he said it’d be shipped out in a week it’s been 6 months.

this is truly ridiculous and I’m 100% I have a lawsuit in my hands.

Purchased a pub table and 4 chairs in July 2022 , warrenty states 1 year, called warrent dept for a claim and they said cosmetic damage is not their policy, I explained to them that a table that is supposed to be for food and drinks causes staining and marks from dishes, glasses, food, drinks, and if you wipe your mouth or your child's mouth and put the napkin down it would cause a mark on the table.

every single table that Ashley F. sells is acceptable to this? You say these are cosmetic stains, but these are the result of a defective coating on the table. This is purely a total ripoff to the consumer.

The store does not stand by their own policies. I spent a lot of money and made a mistake on my measurements and their policy states they understand these things happen and a allow a reelection and I would be responsible for restocking fees but

when I called they would not honor their own policy and said it was my fault. I would never recommend Ashley to anyone again. I never write bad reviews but do not want this to happen to anyone else.

I purchased a couch from Ashley's 11/4/2022. I was mislead by the display and the customers sales rep regarding the size of the couch. I have called the customer service number numerous times and was hung up on almost every time.

When I called my original sales rep he blamed me for the issue (while huffing and puffing). I paid $3500 for a smaller couch with a $600 warranty added. I have asked them to remove the warranty so I can purchase the missing piece (although I was mislead) and was rejected.

I did not realize he took a piece off to make it seem like I was getting a better deal. He said he took money off from the warranty but in reality he took a whole piece off.

On July 18th, 2022 I purchased a Twin/Full Bunk Bed item #B328-58P which came with under bed storage item #B328-50, Ladder and Bunk Bed Rails item #328-58R.

Also the Mattresses for the beds. Aug 22 I received the bed head board, foot board, under bed storage and mattress. No rails or hardware. Aug 28th they delivered the rails - damaged sent it back. On Sept 1st they delivered the same opened boxed damaged rails. Sent it back.

On Sept 8th they delivered the rails finally, but no hardware to set it up. I did finally received the hardware which I thought was all we needed but NO it was for the under bed storage hardware, not for the bed itself.

I bought a QueenAdjustable Base and it had to be returned because it made my bed almost as high as I am tall. 00 and they will not give me a refund I have to use it as a store credit.

I will not buy anymore furniture at Ashley it is cheap and always seems to come in damaged. My bed has a bad dug out on the frame and the dresser has a crack where the left leg is cracked.

I can't afford to keep paying for furniture to be picked up and redelivered. If I cancel they only want me to have a store credit which I don't want. I have written it up on Yelp and sent info to the Better Busisness Bureau in Frederick.

My next step will be to the newspaper with several other clients that are upset with their experience and then I will go to see an attorney and file a suit…

This company ordered the wrong piece of furniture 3 times and I took off work for each of the delivery days/times. They are now trying a 4th time to deliver the same incorrect piece of furniture. The Manager, Heavenly from the San Antonio location, was rude, dismissive and flippant with me and not once did she apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused me or my family.

I purchased a upholstered accent bench on 11/04 in Bloomingotn, Illinois, 5 days later its ripping apart at one of the seams, i sent a photo to the store and asked for a replacement, was told I couldn't get one. I don't understand why. I paid 271.86 for this bench. Thats alot to be told Im stuck with it. Im a 68 year old retired and don't have much income so thats alot to me. All I wanted was a bench that is made better an won't rip within 5 days of purchase. I don't think that's asking alot. I have the image on my phone so I don't know how to send it on here. Received deliver 11/8. Tried to return with the 72 hours after delivery because I’m not happy with the comfort or the color of the set. I was only able to see on line and I do not like it. I gave it a 1-2 days and I just don’t like it.

I am reaching out with a concern that I have not received the full amount of Ashley Elite rewards even after 4 months of product delivery. I have been following up both with the customer service and Elite rewards team for the last 3 months and there has not been any progress. I have been told by both teams that the request needs to be approved by the regional operations manager. I would really appreciate it if you can take a look and prioritize my request.

I keep getting run around and no money in my credit card. Talked to a bunch of people who don't understand english. I will NEVER buy from this crap company again.

First I was delivered the wrong furniture. Then I was told it would be switched out and I never received a phone call back. Then the wrong furniture I received had issues with the furniture. Then after numerous phone calls they call back 3 months later and tell me it’s too late to do anything about it.

My wife and I purchased a leather recliner from The Yonkers Store on Labor Day. The recliner was delivered a week later. The person that delivered the recliner demonstrated that one switch worked and the chair reclined.

However, he did not demonstrate the second switch, which reclines the head area, which I later found out did not work. I contacted Ashley, they had me take pics of recliner and model and serial numbers. I did as instructed.

They set up an order for repair and said the part is on back order and should be repaired shortly. Well today, Nov 8, 2022, I was informed that part will now be on back order until at least end of November.

I order three pieces of furniture, I noticed the bed and dresser I selected at the store were not what I ordered.

However , I was back and fourth between the bedroom sets that were similar in color and design (bed and dresser). So when it was delivered, I just kept it since it was one of two I wanted. The dresser chest was missing parts.

We took delivery of a kitchen table and four chairs on October 25, 2022, with the dining bench back-ordered for delivery later. After the delivery people left, I noticed that one of the chairs had a significant wobble. I videoed the movement and took the video into the store from which the chair was purchased. They said they couldn't handle post-delivery complaints and I needed to call Customer Service. We had purchased $8,000 worth of furniture at a person stay sale at that store and was told we would have a $400 Visa gift card coming to us once everything was sent to us and so we waited and waited and never received anything. So I called between corporate and the store.

It's been a year exactly on October 2021 that I bought my furniture from Ashley and decided to pay cash because I was in the process of buying a home. I am writing this email because I have gotten nowhere on the phone. I have been disconnected, promised someone would call me back, and not listened to. My sofa sleeper was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday, Oct. 29. I received a text on Oct.

I purchased a queen size mattress. Claim #06949581. I have been given the run around since August. I spoke to Ty twice at 813 710 1059. Since then I have left messages and no follow up. The tech finally came out Oct 21 took pictures and hv been waiting.

Was told it would take 24-48 hours and someone will contact me. It has been 10 days later. I have called and hv been disconnected, transferred, been on hold over 45 minutes with noone picking up the call. I will never ever make another purchase from any Ashley stores.

I recently purchased two sofas and two arm chairs for my new home.

First of all, it took 2 months for furniture to arrive when they said it was in stock. The furniture arrived on a late Thursday night. One of the arm chairs didn't come with legs. The furniture was so dusty and smelled bad.

It was quite evident that the furniture had been sitting uncovered in a warehouse where there was a lot of saw dust. The dust was so bad, I had an allergic reaction to the furniture being in my home. I planned on definitely sending the furniture back, but I was scheduled to go on vacation the very next day (furniture delivered on Thursday night) , so I decided to wait until I came back from my 4 day weekend trip to call the customer service department.

Ashley won't stand behind the extended warranty we purchased. They told us to contact Ashley CS direct, we did. They told us to call the extended warranty company. The mechanism went out of our couch that raise/lower. Warranty co said we needed to call Ashley CS.

10/28/22 - Update - They called last week to delivery another replacement and the manager inspected it and it was damaged. Today they delivered another replacement and it had two damage spots on it. This is a franchise of Ashley furniture and is the worse experience I have ever had.

The count now is out of 9 pieces either delivered or attempted to be delivered 7 of the pieces were damaged the one repair was repaired with damaged material. The repaired pieces is not the same quality I paid for.

The head rest part of the repair is now hard and not soft like it was before the repair. This is not what I paid thousand of dollars for. Even the Ashley Furniture Corporate customer care is slow to respond and does not follow-up like they say they will.

I ordered furniture and scheduled it for delivery on a nov 2 and then got crazy calls saying we can’t deliver that day even though they scheduled it with me. So I scheduled again to be delivered with the understanding that I needed a call 30 mins prior to delivery.

We purchased a sofa (4910238), a love seat (4910235), and an ottoman (4910214) from the Ashley Furniture store in Mishawaka, IN on July 6, 2022. After a few delays because of shipping from Ft. It has been 6 MONTHS since I received my bed and the delivery company broke one of the parts delivering it, so they ordered a new one, it was supposed to be here in 7-10 days, no biggie. I’ve called multiple times with the furniture delivery date being extended and filed a dispute because I refuse to pay for something I don’t even have, and they denied my dispute.

They want me to keep paying even though I don’t have the full parts so don’t have anything up for my bed…I have tried calling and calling, I am ready to escalate this issue and get it solved. This is the most frustrating thing I have ever been through.

Received a damaged piece if furniture. Customer Service Manager giving run around as to whether or not it will be replaced. Waited 4 months for this also bought the warranty for $500. Worst experience of buying furniture ever. Item in question was open when delivered.

Wood is broken, parts are missing, especially the support boards and hardware to assemble. They act as if I did this when I called both the store and the supervisor Susie. Susie claims I never called.

However the store in Lafayette had record of me reporting damage so Susie caught in a lie and sending out a tech to see if they will replace something they broke, I have Warranty coverage so pay up shit up and go somewhere. I surely will never shop Ashley furniture again and deeply regret ever purchasing anything from them.…

purchased sofa in April, received it in May and called to complain about an arm that was falling apart. We were not told at the time of purchase that Ashley furniture were not responsible , once it was out of the store. 3 serviceman, sent to shop for repair 2 times. Last week it was sent back to us "showroom standard". It came back worse than we originally received it. The frame was bent and the delivery person tried to straighten it out with a hammer. Ashley told my husband and I , they have their money. Disgusting. How anyone with a conscience can work with a company like Ashley furniture. They do not back what they sell. $3000.00 JUNK.The only reason why i have given it a one, is i can't post it without at least giving it a one.

I purchased an order online as gift for my mother. She has a specialty bed and the headboard didn’t fit. I called customer service and was told to return the item at my expensive and they would refund me. That was in July.

I have not been refunded for the item nor the shipping. I have called 5 times. They have even hung up on me on more than one occasion. I will NEVER shop at Ashley furniture again

I have purchased four mattress at Ashley Furniture store all four were manufactured defect and I have returned them all and now they are trying to make me pay for that Plus I got another mattress from the home store and it's doing the same thing sinking and sagging I have been trying to reach someone for about 3 to 4 weeks now wanting to speak to the manager but no one is responding seems like they are refusing to talk to me and

it is getting frustrated so I called the store and they have lied to me I just want to talk to somebody about the situation I got

We filed a claim #06819808 for our sofa six days after delivery. We were told it had a manufacture's defect but for two months we got the run around by everyone we spoke with. No one was willing to help us.

It seemed like they were hoping we would go away. After calling for two months (got disconected many times) we finally got someone in the escalations department to get us a replacement. They came with three of the four parts to our reclining sofa.

I now had to repeat the never ending process. I was promised a return call in 24 to 48 hours ( standard answer that never happens) Before delivery day we recieved a message with SKU number of our delivery. When the delivery came it had a totally different chair in another color.

In all it took three months to get our replacement . We still…

I don't feel comfortable giving this experience even a 1 star, it was a below-0 experience. I had the WORST shopping experience at the Ashley store in Scottsdale Arizona - on Mayo Blvd. I have been a long time customer of Ashley, so when I purchased my new home my husband and I wanted to furnish our house and obviously Ashley is one of the places we went.

That being said, our experience was horrible with our sales rep - Catherine Salas. She was passive aggressive from the beginning, but my husband and I were overlooking some of the initial comments made by her since we really liked the sofa set we were looking at. We went back to the store on Sunday 10/16/22 to discuss pricing again, and even though we were looking at one of the sets, she was still trying to push the more expensive couch…
