I bought a mattress back in Jan-Feb and it’s defective I’ve been calling and calling I’ve had 5 techs come out to my home and they’ve said that the mattress is defective and I’m entitled to a new one and I get it replaced and this one is even more defective, at this point I call and email cust service and the store where it was purchased to tell them that I just want a different brand mattress so
that I’m not sleeping on a lumpy mattress affecting my back problems even more so the manager at the Milpitas store agrees to let me pick out another mattress and I did and he said it’d be shipped out in a week it’s been 6 months.
this is truly ridiculous and I’m 100% I have a lawsuit in my hands.
