Item: Dining table set with butterfly leaf extension and 6 chairs + white glove delivery fee Delivered: October 5th

Several gouges and scratches. Table wouldn’t extend without the leaf and track collapsing.

Pictures taken by delivery man as well as by me. Sent pics to email given. **”We’re sorry, but that email address never gets checked” Sent pics via EVA sms ***”We’re sorry, we never received any pictures.” Sent pics AGAIN! ****”OK got the pics. I want complain and reported the store manager (David)in Montclair Ashley furniture store and the customer service( Daniel) for being uncooperative and unhelpful with me, and he offended me by making a comment if you want me to solve your problems come and buy new furniture! I have the worse experience with Ashley furniture, Ashley warranty department, Ashley Madison heights MI store, & the store manager, I bought furniture from ashley 1/21 and I bout warranty with knowing that Ashley furniture are cheap material and they don’t last that long, so I decided to buy warranty to cover my self but I was wrong.

First of all when I bought my furniture the store lied about the availability of the furniture they said it’s ready to deliver in a week, but it was a lie. They kept changing my delivery date finally 6 months later my furniture were delivered and they were delivered damage.

I had hard time to get those furniture replaced even though they were noticed at delivery and the delivery guys took picture of the damage. Not even a year later my furniture got damage…

I purchased the Bolanburg table 4 chairs and the server. I have only had the set for 2 months. When you sit down in the chair it feels like the center of the chair is sinking. I was informed a piece of wood should have been installed to help with the cushion sagging.

I'm concerned I will be on the floor within 6 months. I love the set but the chairs are not good. I can't find other chairs to match my set. How can I get these chairs repaired.

I'm missing a part of my bed, ordered 5 months ago. Spent countless hours on the phone and taking time off work for deliveries that never came. Not informed of the cancelation at all. One side rail of my bed is all I am missing and it still haven't been resolved.

No matter who I've spoken with. Needless to say I will never ever shop here again and am currently looking for a refund. Waste of time calling customer service.

I wanted to share my experience with my Ashley furniture online order. I placed an order for a sofa and loveseat. My order was delivered on October 5th. The drivers dropped off the furniture and called Ashley furniture to let them know that the delivery was completed. The Ashley agent also spoke to me and told me that I had 72 hours to report any issues with the furniture. After unwrapping the furniture, I noticed that the loveseat was ripped. I immediately called to report the damage and request a replacement. I was told that the damaged loveseat would get picked up and once the loveseat was received by Ashley, they would send me the replacement. I order online an item at discounted price during the Labor Day sales, but the shipping estimated got delayed 2 times since then. I am now expecting a 2 months delay in getting the item. Upon call the Customer Service to understand why, I was told because of manufacturer delays. On the same day I placed another order for the EXACT same item, out of curiosity, but this time at full price (no discounts, sales going on). To my unpleasant surprise this second order shipped the same day and UPS will has a 3 day estimated delivery date!!!!

All this time, my discounted order keeps pushing out because manufacturer delays!!! Is this really a real reason or just because it was purchased with a discounted price?

purchased furniture from Patchogue Ny. Furniture was delivered on Sept 24,2022. Delivered was 8 chairs, dining table and a TV stand. The TV stand was not delivered in a box, it was wrapped in a blanket and plastic. The driver said he would contact the company about the hinge.

We contacted right after the delivery and expressed out concerns. We purchased the warranty on all the pieces. Correspondence started 9/24 with customer service,the day of delivery, sending pictures, On 9/26 service is reviewing pictures. On 9/27 emailed from tech saying reviewed pics that were sent and ordered parts to fix the TV stand.

I purchased a sofa Sept 3 got it Sept 29 and it had the wrong piece. The took it back and had to reorder the piece and they said it would be delivered October 13 now they’re saying October 26! This is ridiculous!

Customer service is not nice, you can’t speak to a manager because no one is over top of sales or warehouse staff you can’t get compensation for the inconvenience which is a shame when you spend over $2000 for furniture that you have to wait long to receive after the company makes the mistake.

I wouldn't give a star if that was a option. I will never shop with this company again. I bought a mattress for the labor day mattress sale which was September 4th the day of purchase. Wasn't given a date but said they would text or email.

I got a text on the following Thursday that it was ready for pickup at the Kernersville warehouse. I got rid of my mattress and went to pick mine up! Got there and it was a error text message and they don't have a mattress to give me.

I purchased a bedroom set and a living room set from the store in Burlington NC. I paid via CC and did not finance anything thru Ashley. I was charged a INSIDE delivery fee. When the first delivery was made, the guys who put together the bed messed it up and scratched it.

They didn't get the drawers set straight and left the product in NONworking condition. When they left the couch and chair they did NOT remove the card board either. I had to do that. I had to wait several weeks for the dresser we purchased.

I purchased a bedroom set and living room couches totaling in excess of $10,000. The furniture was a gift for my daughter who lives at a different address. Despite 5 phone calls, no one was able to help me get the delivery address changed from where they had my residence to that of my daughter. Further they recommended I cancel the order. I subsequently canceled the order.

I fail to understand how a company apparently does not care if they make a sale, and obviously don't care about customer service. Your CEO should be fired if he cannot turn this company around.

I ordered a sofa, loveseat. 2 lamps. A coffee table. And 2 inn tables. The sofa and loveseat were delivered a week later. Great, no the love seat was missing the legs. The 2 lamps were delivered by a third party company about two days later. One lamp was broken.

I called about the broken lamp the next day. I could not get through to a live person. I called two more times that day.

Finally on the third try I got through. Then a week later Ashley called stating that the coffee table will be delivered. I asked about the broken lamp, and was told their was no records of a broken lamp. I was afraid to ask about the missing legs from the loveseat.

I purchased almost $6,000 in furniture this year, the delivery process was delayed and a mess. Items had to be denied at arrival due to being broken. We bought my daughter a bedroom set for her 16th bday, it all came at separate times.

We added the adjustable frame since the salesman suggested it. we specifically asked if it would fit. She literally has to leap into bed, I cannot even get in it. I called yesterday and they claimed it was also because her mattress was pillowtop.

I wanted to switch the bed frame models that I purchased the previous day. They were the same price. I called the night of the purchase and was told I had to physically come to the store to make the switch.

The next morning I went to the store (10:30 am). I told the manager what I wanted to do. He said I would have to come back at 1:30 in the afternoon to make the switch. That he didn’t have access to make the switch.

Since I was not able to come back 3 hours later (and was not told the night before that there was a specific time to come in) I asked for a refund of the bed frame. I was then told by the manager he could not give me a refund as he had no access to make a refund happen?

Bought item B627-46 thru Ashley home store order #725007614438. On 9/08 rec'd email stating delivery scheduled successfully for Sunday 9/11. After waiting all day item never delivered. Called customer service on 9/12 & was told "item never made truck" & rescheduled delivery for 9/17, 6 days from original date!

I went to the Ashley location in Fayetteville, GA 30214 on 8/4/2022. I paid cash for a king size bedroom set. They told me I will get the set delivered on that following Tuesday. When the delivery got here it was missing the footboard.

When I purchased the set they assured me that nothing was on back order. I have made several phone calls and they keep telling me it will be delivered the next week. Well it's September 12 and I have not received my footboard.

I have NEVER been so disappointed in the service I received. Salesman said anything to make a sale. Promises that were never kept. When my furniture was finally delivered after being rescheduled more than once, they were missing parts to assemble my bed.

I gave 2 orders for furniture almost 3 months ago and the display center's sales executive and store manager/ assistant manager assured me that the deliveries will be completed by 1 month but as per our standard invoice you will see delivery time 2 - 16 weeks on po. They also gave me their cell phone numbers and told I can call them anytime if I have any issues. After around 3 months I didn't receive the complete order. They always make wrong commitments and now they are not responding to my phone. Even right now I'm sitting in the display center but they're not giving me any updates about my orders

I purchased a bed, mattress and dresser. I paid for delivery and set up. The delivery was a disaster. They didn't come in the time frame given. They texted will be there in nine minutes. She missed them by 1 minute. They scheduled her again.

They sent 1 person to bring in items. Made my daughters roommate help carry it up. He didn't stay to set it up. Was promised a refund for delivery never happened. Was promised someone would come out to set up.

After about 6 to 7 months there was a popping sound by the armrest. Nothing noticeable, but when you push it in it pops in and out. I filled out a form for it to be fixed and they asked for a date when it happened.

I didn’t know the exact date so I just put down any dates. After many phone calls and many pictures and many emails I was told that you have to notify the company within 30 days of the problem. I took out a five year warranty.

Do not shop at the store. I was warned about going to Ashley but I liked the couch. This is not the end. I am going to call some news stations

I wish I could give 0 stars, but 1 is the lowest so I'll do that. I bought a $3,000 couch 6 months ago. A sectional. We were told we were buying the whole sectional and I confirmed several times it wasn't just one piece.

And they showed up with part of it. We then had to buy the other part, which thankfully the manager gave us a discount on since we were misinformed. That was the only good thing I can say regarding my experience.

The couch broke after a few days, even though we barely used it in those days. My partner and I have since been dealing with the absolute worst service either of us have ever had. We call, we get hung up on.

We are told we'll be called back, we get no calls. We have been calling, emailing, texting at least twice a week for 6 months with hardly anyone…

My experience with Ashley's has been horrible from the beginning. I moved into my new place and decided to get furniture from here. The day of my delivery, everything went wrong. I purchased a sofa, a dining room set, bar chairs as well.

To start the guys were in a hurry. One of the tables were damaged so they had to take it back. They 45 minutes on the phone in which I had to speak to someone. I had no time as to properly inspect my furniture as they were in a rush.

come to find out sofa had a hole and stables sticking out through the fabric. When I called to complain they told me they could do nothing because I accepted it that way. why not take it back and provide me a sofa that not only did I pay over a thousand for.

Just do a quick check of the reviews and you will see how many people are now frustrated with your company doing bad business practices. I know it is not Ashley as I just ordered a lounge chair and previously ordered dinning chairs.

They arrived in a timely manner with no issues from Ashley. Because of ACF I am now concidering another brand for the 2 beds so that I can actually get them delivered. I bought a $3100+ recliner couch. 1st time I reclined it stopped. A ticket was made, a repairman came out-he confirmed the delivery people that set it up (Ashley people) improperly set it up-the reclining mechanism smashed the electric box underneath.

The repairman said he would order the parts, they would come to the house and a repairman would come out & replace the smashed box. NO parts, no repairman, nothing has happened. I've called customer service dozens of times {hour + on hold MANY times to either be cut off or never answer}.

In frustration I called Synchrony bank, they opened a ticket, 60 days later the store answered said not refunding. I Wasn't trying to get a refund, just someone to fix my couch. PLEASE help!!

I recently ordered the Darcy sofa and loveseat for my daughter for her new apartment. The order was placed around July 14th and it arrived about July 29th. The order number is 725007449568. I called the next day to have the loveseat taken away, because both were too big for her apartment.

I purchased a recliner that is electric. The motor went out on it 5 1/2 months after purchase. I have been in phone contact with their parts department and have been told by different people that #1 it would be taken care of within 24/48 hours - this didn't happen.

Called again, person supposedly filled out a work order with information I gave him. I called and talked to another man and he gave me a number he said was for FedEx. I talked to my son who worked with both FedEx and UPS and gave him the number.

I bought a sofa one years ago and it’s frame has started to making noise. Although it has a 5 years protection plan and covers broken frame, the customer service says they don’t take care of this issue because it’s not broken.

I purchased a chair that has a motor in it to raise and lower the footrest and recliner. The motor went out after 5 and a half months. I called and was told they would be out in 24/48 hours.

After several calls to the parts department, I have yet to get anyone who can tell me when I will get a new motor. It has been almost a month and I have not had anyone call me back. I would like to have this chair replaced with another one and YOUR people can wait for the motor to come in!

I am 81 years old and I'm afraid my patience with your company has run out . I with NEVER suggest someone go to your store to purchase anything.

Hello, how are you? I'm having a problem with some Ashely furniture I purchased. I'm sorry to inform you that the quality of the furniture is no good! I purchased many pieces of your furniture from different places. It's hasn't been a year since i purchased the furniture and already it falling apart.

The draws from the dresser, chest and night tables are falling apart. The bed is chipping on the sides. it's terrible. I should of known better than purchasing any of your furniture. My mom has many of your pieces and they all broke within a few month after she purchased the furniture.

Buyer beware, do not purchase your furniture from the Ashley furniture in Merriville, Indiana. The Manager TK is by far the most incompetent individual there. He is the only one that can help you with store issues let the employees tell it.

Ive been to this store over 10 times complaining about furniture that was damaged a year ago. I was given countless discounts for the damages and inconvenience, there was a catch. You cant get the discounts until you pay off the furniture.

I had 6oo plus to be taken off the bill. I paid the bill down so when the discount was applied i would be paid off . He claimed he put it in the system at fortiva which is a company based in India. He never did.

I mailed them the last payment and proof of discounts and they cashed the check and said TK never put it…

Ashley Furniture Customer Service is horrific as the experience has been a complete runaround of the company approach is to wear people down so they just go away. , says they can do nothing and you have to call the company, Manager also stated that Corporate knows about this and ignores the problem and it's terribly frustrating for them.

Calling the company the overseas people working from home have no supervisor and their only response is that you must go to store where item was purchased. Why is a Company (Ashley) with so many locations, making money, yet wanting to treat loyal customers so poorly?

I purchased a counter height dining set for my 84 year old mom. The set was delivered to her home damaged. The damage was significant but located under the table in a spot that would be impossible to see for her.

The delivery men but the damaged side up against the wall. The Damage was finally noticed a few weeks after delivery when the table was pulled away from the wall for company to sit. We contacted Ashley store who assured us this would not be an issue and referred us to customer service.

, stating our crime was not noticing this damage sooner!! Again my mom is 84 years old, we purchased counter height for her because she no longer is able to help her self out of a low sitting position. There was NO WAY for her to notice this damage sooner than we did.
