I received my new bed in Dec 2021. The headboard and railing got damaged when your crew set it up. Ashley then came with replacement twice with two damaged headboards and no railing, this was May or June 2021. I then was working with Alex who advised he was a Regional Mgr or Director, I was promised an inspection would be done and my railing were sitting at the office in the warehouse at the Greenfield, WI location.

This is then when they only came with a good headboard, this was July finally. I was in contact with Alex and from July 28-Aug 15 I heard nothing.

Finally I was advised they had the railings and would come out Aug. 20th, they get to my house to only have 1 railing and the WRONG color railings. I was then promised they would get them and be out Sunday 8/21 at 11am.

I requested to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to her Dominique w/customer service @ corporate. That's how she identified herself. She was extremely rude , non polite, nor helpful in any way. I asked if I could speak to someone above her to complain on the call quality and she said no one is higher than her.

This is about rehire. About two weeks ago I put in my application again. They told me I wasn't able to rehire me Last time I work at Ashley Furniture in Ripley Ms, was about 15yrs ago. 05/2022 They said I was approved to come back.

But they told me to come back In July because I was under contract with the temp service. I was able to be retired two weeks ago they saying now I am not edgable for rehire . They keep going back and ford.

I purchased a love seat and sofa with 4 recliners in the furniture, from Ashley and it has been trash from the beginning. I had one of the recliners break in les than a month of receiving the furniture. This recliner was repaired but by the time this repair was done another had broken.

The repairman said to report the second recliner, which I did. Then a 3rd recliner broke. I was told they would just replace it. When they brought the replacement out they would not replace because the cushion had ripped. The recliner mechanism is the issue not the cushion.

I ordered my furniture in January. It arrived damaged. The repair people said pieces needed to be replaced. The replacement pieces still haven't arrived and they keep getting "delayed". I've tried calling customer service and it has me wait on hold for 20-30 minutes, then hangs up on me.

The people online can't help me. I have had 0 communication about this issue. Not once was I given notice that my items were delayed--I have to message your help people who can't do anything. I even called corporate and they transferred me to someone who didn't help me at all.

They told me to drive to the store. No one ever picks up the pho e when you call the store. I just either want my replacement pieces or my money back.

Wilmington De store ... I can't begin to talk about how ignorantly I have been treated. 17 weeks after my estimated 12 week delivery, these people pull my file then say "hello" "I can't hear you" then hang up. I call Back and they have the audacity to do the same thing.

I bought a recliner that has (had) a motor to move it up and down. After about five and a half months, the motor went out. I contacted the store, they gave me the number to call. I was told that they called me when they had the motor, but since I have had numerous phone calls that are spam calls, I did not answer, and they did not bother to leave a message.

When I called them again, they said they would mail me the motor and that I could call them when it came in. This was several days ago, and I STILL do not have a motor - so no working chair.

I am 80 yrs old and I love the way this recliner allowed me to put my feet up. It does not lift me out, which is what I preferred not to have. So, I have a non-working chair and so far no resolution on getting it to work properly.

Maple Shade Ashley office personnel are rude and unprofessional. The customer sensitivity rating is minus zero. The policy regarding personal checks is unreasonable. I made a purchase on July 30th, paid full amount with a USAA check. Check cleared my account Aug 2, 2022.

I have to wait until Aug 15, 2022 to even schedule delivery of the furniture. I want to cancel the order and look elsewhere. Then, I was told I had to pay a 25% cancellation fee. I am a US Army Veteran with excellent credit, so I feel so disrespected that I am given the run-a-round even though Ashley has my money and the furniture I paid for, and I have NOTHING.

I filed a warranty claim on Friday, August 5, 2022 and I was told that a technician was scheduled to come out one week later on Friday, August 12, 2022. Friday the 12th comes around and I have yet to hear from anyone regarding an expected time frame.

At around 1pm I called the warranty department to see if they had a status update, to which I was told that a technician was never scheduled. This is very infuriating because I took time off from work to make sure to be here when the technician arrived and now I have to take another day off.

So, now that will be two days that I don't get paid for because someone who you employ could not do their job correctly. I am not happy and I will not step foot into another Ashley's again, nor will I recommend Ashley's to anyone I know.

I purchased a bedroom set on 07/20/22 from the Ashley store located in Fayetteville, Ga. 2 pieces of the furniture delivered on 08/06/22 was damaged. Was told by an Ashley associate 08/06/22, I would receive a call within 48 hrs to schedule redelivery.

never have I ever had such an unprofessional experience. 3hrs in a store only to have them try over and over again to have me finance when I strictly said I will not finance because a dear friend of mine was buying the couch for us upfront.

I purchase an bed frame online almost a year and half ago. And it arrive this February 2022. There was some discrepancies with the original item but item where sent to correct that issue. But once the bed is assembled the box spring that we purchase did not fit I spoke with many instore personnel and they stated that they were they correct size box springs prior to purchasing the bed I also look up this information, but it seem the frame is incorrect or the information I received is incorrect. I wish I could give 0 stars. I purchased furniture over 2 months ago, the member who sold it told me “he got me”, gave me his cell # & told me NOT to go through customer service because they suck.

He ended up lying about delivery so he could close the deal. I then dealt with 2 store managers who also gave me the run around, promised to call & never did then lied about delivery AGAIN. Fast forward to today when I called to cancel my whole order because they can’t find it in their warehouse & no one cared that I cancelled.

We had spent about 8k in furniture and it has been nothing but problems. We had problems with delivery driver being disrespectful and not being my daughter's bed until a week later . So while we were waiting she had to sleep on the floor.

Then her head board light didn't not work they have sent technician over and over since may 28 i believe and still nothing. This has been the worst customer service ever we have been calling every week and they never give us a straight answer.

We spent 8k and get treated this way. I will never shop here again and will never recommend anyone to shop here especially the Burbank location

I went to the Ashley store in Ridge Park Square . I was ignored by staff. No one asked if I need any assistance. A lady looked at me and my sister in law and continue walking passed us .

Received our storage bed late March 2022 after waiting some time to come in. Delivery drivers set it up and informed us that all the drawers were completely busted. Instead of taking it back we were told they would send new replacement drawers in place of busted ones and to not use them until replaced due to them just put in place in for looks.

After numerous phone calls to try and get info and lies of delivery dates not to mention not returning any calls for updates, we were just notified of ANOTHER delivery date in late September! I am reaching out regarding SALES ORDER NUMBER: 725007368753 which was placed on 6/20/22. My initial delivery confirmation email stated 7/26 delivery date. It was then moved to 8/6 due to the understandable wait in shipping times and locations.

Having just spent over 1-hour on the phone with two separate Customer Service locations 301-242-5990 was the 1st number I called & was then referred to 608-323-3377. NEITHER of which were able to resolve my issue.

August 6th date has now been moved to next availability of 8/16 due to gross negligence AND incompetency on Ashley's part. I'm being told they were unable to reach me via phone for delivery time confirmation.

I have been shopping with Ashley Furniture for years and have been pleased with the quality of service until now. On May 24, 2022, I placed an order for two bar stools. I was expecting to receive my order on the 28th of June but did not receive it until July 2, 2022. Once received I opened the box realizing that the bar stools were missing its legs—very disappointing.

I called Ashley Furniture after the 4th of July for a replacement. I cannot receive a replacement until Ashley Furniture receives the return items, Ashley Furniture arranged a UPS pickup. The package has been outside for three weeks now with no pickup (the box weighs 73lbs).

We purchase a rug, item #R402921, sales order #09675970 from your store located in Rohnert Park,Calif.. The rug was purchased on May 19,2022, delivered to my address on June 18,2022. At that time we were out of town, the rug was placed in my garage.

The reclining function of my double reclining loveseat broke within a year of purchase so I tried getting them to make the repair. I got a lot of promises and apologies that they would fix it quickly, followed by technician inspections in which they told me they would contact me back within 3 days regarding the replacement part order.

Good, except they never ordered the parts needed to make the repairs. I continuously contacted them in which they scheduled a second technician inspection that once again never ordered the parts. I ordered a bed and was sent the wrong size. Called customer service and they were great. Not a problem all we need to do is replace the rails. Good to go. Three weeks later I still hadn’t heard back so I called.

Furniture took 9 months and was delivered the wrong items. Then couch came with a patch a 3k couch with a patch notable too. Bed still not built or dressers it's been 10 months still can't get them to put it together and I paid 400 on set up and delivery.

I bought a 7 piece dinette set from Ashley and it took a year to get here. I was very patient and did not complain or ask for my money back. I ordered it in November 2021 and received it in July 2022.

Everything was good except for one chair, it had a snag in the fabric and I asked for it to be replaced. The second chair they brought the legs were uneven which caused the chair to rock. I called for a replacement and they sent a service person out and they put round a cushion underneath and said this was fixed.

00 for a non-defective chair. I have gotten push back at least twice and yes I am upset because as I stated before I was very patient for almost a year. The solution would be to replace this defective chair with a new one.

I filed a complaint on my furniture. The technician came out 3 times 3 different ones. They were suppose to replace my sofas. They can't be fixed. Over 5 thousand, I just wanted the same ones. We purchased a sofa in Jan 2020, 3 months later the frame broke in 2 spots. Due to COVID it took them months to come to "repair" it. They also tried to force me to use the warranty that was pushed on us to buy!

) I then had to argue with Ashley's and said it is within the first year so I will not go thru the ins policy. They argued and I finally got them to send someone! It was prob 4-5 months AFTER we called about the frame.

So right off the bat we had a sofa we couldn't use for at least 6 months! The tech came and "repaired" it.

However he also left us a bag of the fabric used on the sofa saying we would prob need it (I still have the bag) well within another year the frame broke again and the entire sofa is falling apart at the seams (every part of sofa) and the Ottoman is so broken…

I will ups have given Zero not even one for the customer service. The delivery was supposed to be on 7/27 between 3-7 and the deliverer comes at 2 PM leaves by 3:01 PM and without information the next delivery will be 8/8.

When called Carolie, Escalations says latest will be 8/6 and like parrot talk sorry mam the deliverer will not wait for 15 minutes but customer spending almost 5k should wait from 7/27 to 8/8. Please customers like me do not get cheated like me.

Purchased a bedroom set and the bed is too high for me to get in and out of the bed. The sales rep did not explain to me that the bed will be high with the type of mattress I purchased and the type of bed.

We entered an Ashley store in Chicopee MA looking for kitchen bar stools. We will be furnishing our home also but the kitchen is done now. The salesman was so rude. Showed us one stool, reluctantly gave us the price, and proceeded back to the welcome desk in the front of the store.

I ordered a couch from Ashley’s in Woodbridge, Va. I put a down payment on the couch and when they came to deliver it, the workers looked at my townhouse and said no they can’t do it. I offered to sign a waiver and to remove a lamp to give them more room and offered another option.

They refused both options to get the couch inside my house. They put the couch in the middle of the road, with the wrapping on and the pillows still wrapped together. The workers didn’t even attempt to put it into my house.

I am fed up and I just want the situation to be over so I canceled and asked for a refund. The store keeps telling me that my only option is store credit and shows me where I initialed in the contract.

The contract says word for word (attached) “Must have original receipt for credits or…

00. We called was told you have them in the store. We drove there to purchase it and pick up to take home but when we got there it was really a NO POWER reclining sofa and the flyer was wrong.

We drove approx 100 miles with a truck to pick it up that gets 10 mpgs. Now we keep getting blown off by your company by being put on permanent hold of hung up on numerous times. We also left a message to be contacted and nobody calls back.

Is this the way you do business because i have no problem giving you guys a bad review and filing with the BBB about false advertising to lure people in for bogus sales adds.

Bought couch, loveseat, and recliner. 00 for delivery. to 8pm July 27, 2022. 8 pm came and went so started tracking delivery last update was 9:40 pm. Still nothing at 10:15 got a call furniture delivery was 12 mins away.

Guys showed up with only couch, loveseat. No one called to say they didn’t have our whole order. Already paid delivery fee and sales tax. How do I get my recliner and are they delivering it today. Why is there no communication from Ashley.

We picked furniture that was in stock at local store! Someone explain what is happening

Hello I would like to make a complaint about an owner of the Beatrice NE location store. The owner as well as the assistant manager have been extremely rude since calling in about a manufacturer defect on a bed I purchased.

The bed broke in less a year. He blamed me for the problem and refused to resolve my concerns. His assistant manager hung up on me because I let them know they never call me back when they say they do.

Just a year prior to this the owner threatened me after a tv stand was sent to me broken and said I would not get a refund if it was not returned myself. It is a 1 and a half hr dr.

I had my order scheduled for today, took the day off of work so I could be here for the arrival. Then I had to call after the time frame already passed and was told they canceled my delivery for that day and it would be another 2 weeks before I’d get my furniture.

Was hung up on by what they call a supervisor and wasn’t given any solutions. I can guarantee that I will NEVER do business with Ashley’s again, and I will go back to NEBRASKA FURNITURE MART!
