Good Afternoon, my name is Cajuana Lazard I have been long time customer of Ashley for years. I canceled my protection on 06-30-2022 and was assured by Marcia the customer service representative with GBS. I would get a full refund. I have been calling the a the Ashley store and Speaking with Tara the assistant manager she is of no assistance. GBS says Ashley has to give the refund and Ashley states that GBS has to give the refund. I can not get any assistance with this. Also the the employees are very rude at the Harahan store. Can you please assist me with this matter.

I order Effie bad dreser with mirror. Two weeks ago on 12 was delivered with assembly. The bad come incomplete the dresser drawers didn't closed and mirror from different set. They redeliver dresser week after but parts for the bad just came today.

I can't schedule assembly becouse I have to wait 3 business days for someone to call me to schedule appointment. It should be scheduled when they order missing parts. I try to talk to supervisor but after waiting 20 min they hand up. Very distespectful and ignorant.

Maybe the furniture are good but handling customer service is very poor.

I purchased a bed on July 3 2022 and was delivered on July13. Although I was very disappointed because they send me two different colors. Head board was one color and the foot board was another color. I have open up a claim, but nothing has done.

I have spoken to 3 people including the sales manager of the store in Avondale where I purchase the bed, and he was no help. I could barely understand what he was saying. I also called corporate office they told me the will get resolved with in 30 to 48hrs nothing has been resolved till now. Please help me.

I purchased a mattress, loveseat and sofa at the Lafayette, Louisiana Ashley Home store on February 12, 2022. The salesperson told me that with the purchase I would receive a $250 cash card. After 3 months, I contacted him and he said it would take 90 days to receive.

I contacted him again about a month later and he said he would get back to me. Since then, he blocked me and will not respond. I went to the Ashley store to speak to the manager and she gave me the corporate information.

At this point and time they are now ghosting me after saying they are looking into the matter. I would advise to stay away from Ashley Furniture Stores in general. Deceptive selling practices.

My wife Norma and I bought a sofa and loveseat less than one year ago. We have no children and are extremely easy on everything we own including the furniture. We noticed the cushions on the sofa were starting to get flat and stay that way.

My wife is 4‘11“ and weighs about 115 pounds and sits in basically the same area each time. The folks at Sam’s ordered new cushions for us and took care of us right away which was great. We recently noticed that the corner my wife sits in the arm, and the back are starting to bow in.

This time, the sales people said “that’s just the way it is“. One lady also told my wife that you were not supposed to put your legs up and over the couch arms. We are both in our 60s and we don’t put our legs up over the arms of anything.

Paid for white glove delivery and tv console arrived unassembled. Delivery guy took back to warehouse for assembly but when I called and held on line for over 45 min they said nothing can be done to expedite the delivery .

Called sales agent at store and told no one at store can be of assistance. Everyone passing the buck as the tv console was in over 2 weeks before it was delivered with other items.

I received a damaged item and have been trying to have it returned or repaired since July 7th. To date I have emailed (only to have them returned as a bad address) I have spoken to 2 representatives that were unable to submit a claim because they said a 995 has not been issued on the item yet.

Funny was billed so I don't know why it can't be found. I reached out on messenger on Facebook. Everyone has been nice but unable to help. I don't know what to do. It is a > $500 nightstand that should not be in this condition of a black mark on the front of a white nightstand I don't know how to get this issue resolved.

I contacted Ashley Furniture on July 11th regarding wanting to return a sofa they delivered on July 9th. This is within their 3 day return policy. I have now contacted them on 5 separate occasions as of this day, July 24th, and have been on hold for a total of 4 hours trying to get them to commit to a day to pick up this sofa.

It's absolutely ridiculous that a large scale company cannot even give me a day that they'll commit to picking up this sofa. Every person I've talked to from customer care has "assured me that they'll contact me within 1-2 days", and then I don't get a reply.

I was told by one representative that people would be here to pick up the sofa for return between the 18th and 20th, but that was a lie. This is the absolute worst customer service experience I've had due to…

I purchased 6 drawer chest, night stand, king bedset,mattress,loveseat,sofa, diningroom w/ chairs August 28,2021. 27,2021. The chest bottom draw fell apart. I requested a refund through customer service and was denied but stated I can get a replacement. I was told the replacement would come in May.

I have not received a call and when I called they Ashley's rep. stated I refused the delivery. No one never called for a delivery. I contacted my credit card service and they disputed the charge but was told by Ashley's they will not refund the money.

Ashley Furniture store gets customers to purchase goods with false promises on delivery. Once you purchase they attempt to deliver piece by piece and making promises of weeks or days after. If you try to cancel they mislead you again and wave delivery fee and get you to take a piece of furniture then drag the rest for months. You get stuck paying for the partial piece and no furniture to match. This is a misleading, unethical and simply to me a scam. Do not buy unless you want a mirror then dresser months later, a footboard but no bed and promises of a few weeks then 2 days before delivery it somehow its not available....

Frustrated and waiting for 7 months with partial furniture..

Waited a month to have the Tech come out to try to remove stains from couch both sides of couch were stained from brand new pillows bought from Ashley. hrs on the phone no one got back to me the young tech 3 wks into the job tried to get stains out( what he had wouldn't work was joke!

But they sent him out he wrote a report tech( kevin) said Id hear something in a couple of days.

finally got through today to be told they never received report. but the pillows were new not as is and the white furniture was perfect until they got stained by the pillows? I just want to cry!! was a lie !!

I ordered 2800 worth of furniture and assembly. I called to make sure this furniture would not be just dropped off and it was. I paid for my furniture to be assembled and not all of it was assembled. The queen foundation that I ordered is too big to go up the stairwell.

I was told to remove the railing or put it through the window. I thought I could remove the railing but I am not able to. I would like to have this foundation picked up and I would like to replace with a foundation that will fit up the stairwell.

This entire experience has been terrible and I would like to speak to someone regarding my experience and possibly receive a credit or compensation. Thank you!

I purchased 2 beds 2 mattresses and 2 5 drawer dressers. 00. Salesman said the beds didnt need a box springs if I ordered the frame with 2 drawers. Salesman also said Items could be delivered at 2 different addresses.

First bed came to my sisters house but the table and chairs I had to pick up and deliver to my house myself cause they couldn't deliver it which was only 2 miles away. Bed had to have a box springs so I had to go to Lowes and buy plywood to set the mattress on.

Salesman ordered 2 box springs free but both came to sisters address. Once again had to pick it up myself and take it to my house I still have the dressers and my complete bed to be delivered. I requested do not deliver til everything is coming.

Order a table. From the Ashley in Shiloh Il. It shows up and the delivery people unloading it is using a brown marker to cover scratches out side as the off load the stools. The table was brought in and the screws was missing.

I recommended they leave the table until they get the right screws. The delivery person found some screws and tried them and it with through the top of the table. I asked them to take all back. I called customer service and requested a refund to my cc.

They told me to call back Saturday. Today is Wednesday. I asked to speak to a supervisor and received one who could not assist. Was told I would get a ca once the furniture arrives at the warehouse. I asked refund my cc he said I had to call back.

Cannot actually SPEAK to someone. If you hit 3 and require a call back while waiting - doesn't happen. I confirmed delivery and nothing showed up. Next week and week after same thing. Three times I have tried to speak to an agent and finally a supervisor was going to call me - never happened.

I would not purchase my dog's bed from this place!

I received a delivery on July 7, 2022 for a Bedroom Set and a Sofa.

First off delivery was scheduled from 1pm-5pm and they arrived at 6:30pm without any updates. When they arrived, it was pouring raining and were able to bring my bedroom set inside but could not fit my sofa. I was told the sofa could not fit and was not able to return back to warehouse because they were closed.

They tried the bare minimum to get the sofa inside because they were rushing and mentioned getting to another delivery. Delivery man told me he had to leave my sofa outside (in the rain) because he claimed that he cannot return the sofas to the warehouse without me getting charged a $250 fee.

I then called the Ashley store where I purchased my furniture and was told to tell the delivery driver to take the sofa…

Awful customer service. Unable to get in touch with reps almost every attempt to call. They are not located in the US and are not knowledgeable on delivery/orders. Poor communication to the warehouse related to deliveries. Really frustrated/upset at this whole business.

No direct phone number to the store I purchased furniture at. Purchased multiple furniture pieces in March, it is now July and are still trying to receive the last two. Will never use Ashley Furniture again.

Good morning, my name is Damon Sumner. I purchased from Ashley's furniture based on great reviews. Up until this point I have been satisfied with service, i.e. sales and delivery. Since delivery I have contacted Ashley's several times via email and phone about some issues with my love-seat and couch, I was told someone would call me back to schedule an appointment but never received a call back. I’ve called four times and have sent two email to Gagonzales@ashleydsg.com who is the person responsible for coordinating technicians.

You cannot speak to a customer service agent. If you select to be called back while on hold, you will probably not get that call back. Once I did finally get to actually speak to an agent, she could not help and referred me to a supervisor.

Problem is, the supervisor was busy and was going to call me back - never happened. I have confirmed delivery THREE times and it still has not happened. I would not recommend this store if they gave me the furniture!

I was scheduled to receive a delivery 12:2 PM and took off of work to plan for the delivery. Not only was the delivery extraordinarily late, but 5PM rolls around, and I was informed of a last minute cancellation due to an injury. I wasn't notified the entire day except right around end of business. Was this a legitimate cancellation on Ashley's part?

I'd like to be the first stop on Wednesday 7/20 given the inconvenience. I was told by Ryan in customer care that he couldn't do that. Instead, I'll have to take off another day of work to merely GUESS when Ashley will deliver.

Please take action and schedule Invoice 442871196-1 for the first stop on Wednesday July 20th so there is no excuse or guesswork for last minute cancellations or poor communication.

Ashley furtnitire at Colma California has awfully rude employers, I had to wait 7 months to get my furniture which they told me would only take 2 months. And when the furniture did arrive it, they sent me wrong stuff.

This is ridiculous and when I try to contact them about it they do not care about it at all. I want my money back or the item I ordered. For such a big company to have such untrained and unhelpful employee was surprising.

I have been trying for weeks to return a recliner. I've called numerous times, waited on line for hours and they didn't show up the first time scheduled for pickup and nor the 2nd time. This is ridiculous. I've called to have my phone number changed and they said it was changed and it's not.

I have been in contact with he online support services multiple times, trying find my order that has been charged to my account but did not receive an order number. During this process they were unable to assist me and then hung up the phone call.

I tried to call again and received the same treatment. There is not way to follow up about concerns or phone calls that have been placed. Each time I did speak with someone they have told me different information regarding the process and what can be done prior to then hanging up the phone.

I purchased furniture on June 20. I made it clear to the sales associate it’s my father’s 95th birthday and my family is coming in on the 18th and must be delivered by 7/16. I was told it’s in stock.

Every day through Wednesday 7/13 I received calls asking if I wanted to have it delivered early I said no. Thursday 7/14 I confirmed via call received and text. Today 7/15 I receive a voicemail that my order is on back order.

So now my family comes Monday to sit on the floor because I was scammed and told I would receive goods and now I’m not. To add icing on the cake the associate offered a few hundred dollars not listening to the fact that my 85 year old father now is sitting on a floor.

I got my furniture in today and this is what I received from the Ashley homestore on 3200 Mall Loop Drive joliet, Illinois 60431.. I talked to the manager showed them pictures and the camera footage of the delivery staff bringing my furniture in my home without any plastic or anything protecting my furniture from getting damaged while bringing it in my home..

I purchased a leather sleeper sofa in February 2022. After it was delivered I opened it up the mattress although encased in plastic was molded. I requested a replacement mattress. It is now mid July 2022 and we have not received a replacement even after multiple phone calls and emails.

We have suggested they take the entire couch back and refund our purchase price but they will not do it. We have asked that they simply replace the entire couch and they will not do that either.

I have been dealing with the Ashley store in Merrillville, in. I ordered furniture in January, 2022. As of now I have not gotten any of the furniture. I understand that there is a shortage, but I went on line with Amazon and they have the exact items I ordered they you and I could get them in a couple of days.

I have been in contact with the Merrillville store and every time I talk to someone there I get a different estimated delivery date. I also have called the manager who’s name is T. K. He has not returned my calls.

I have bought items in your highland store and was very satisfied. Is there anyway you can expedite my order since it’s been over 6 months. Your help would be appreciated.

I had to return a recliner purchased in May and sent back over two weeks ago. 95 for the recliner when it when it was delivered within a week I noticed the right side was collapsing and the footrest was not aligning with the chair.

They picked up the chair over two weeks ago and so far I have not received a refund to my credit card. There is no store in the world that when returning a product you don't get a credit immediately to your card.

Very very dissatisfied with this company. Order number 220-045-2070. Please refund my card right away I am being charged with interest and therefore losing money. I will never buy from Ashley again.

We called and ordered a table for company conference room and when we ordered it said it was in stock. To find out it never arrived and we were given the run around with table and chairs arriving at separate times which could take weeks to a month before we get.

Then we are told we are the ones who have to call and check on an update after we have already paid. This is definitely not go business that not only do we not get what we needed by a certain date to now having to arrange meetings elsewhere as that room is empty.

We were also told by the the person on the phone that Ashley lies to people who purchase on when delivery will be.

I went and purchased this furniture in June and didn’t not receive my furniture till October and when it was delivered the two guys that was taking the furniture out dropped my dresser and cracked it and didn’t say nothing, I had to call regarding that and my bed as well.

They did send back out another dresser but with my bed with the big drawers on the side of the bed will not glide in like they should. So, with that the company ordered some rails for the bed without no one coming to check it out first and the rails took forever to come, received them in April but

The loveseat I purchased from Ashley's broke within the first six months. I called to have a tech come look at it and get it fixed. That took a month. He said this happened all the time and he had to order a part and I would get it within two weeks, then I could call and reschedule.

When I would call in to check the status of the part they would say, they ordered it or reordered it and to wait. Now, the couch has broken more, it has been a year, each time I call customer service they transfer me to different departments that request a photo, make a report and tell me someone will be back to me.

If I ask to talk to a manager, I am put on hold and after waiting on hold they hang up. When my husband calls they tell him they won't deal with him because his name isn't on "the account" but…

My furniture was delayed twice. 1 hour prior to delivery you confirmed you were not far and then 30minutes away you sent another text that you were close and would deliver the furniture in 30minutes. I waited 3 hours and called and I got a automated service, I called the truck driver who stopped answering my calls.

Whenever I called ashley i would get disconnected from an agent and I hadn't even spoken to them. I called the store who said they could not provide a reason why they suddenly made a B-line to their next stop.

Ashley had already delayed delivery. I work during the day. The automated service said delivery can only be organised 4-5 weeks later. Then the store i bought the furniture from offered me a weekday. I work and this was the only weekend i had free.

I’ve been waiting for my beds over 3 months now. They’ve dropped the ball several times. They delivered the wrong beds and then forgot the replacement bed while delivering. After that they’ve cancelled my beds without telling me. I have to pick up my own furniture after waiting so long.

This does not make me feel good and the customer service is terrible.

Very slow delivery. We have ordered several items costing us around $10,000 since 5/14. Today is 7/8, but we received only three items. We are still missing 6-7 items. We went to speak with store manager twice. The only thing he did was blaming to the factory.

Now we want to cancel on the items we have not received. The manager told us to pay 10% cancellation fees. That is really bulls***t. He is not responsible at all. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Bad service after sale.

I ordered a bedroom set in Feb 2022. I didn’t receive all 4 pieces until June 2022. I received the chest & bed frame first. Then I received the nightstand & dresser next. I realize after the drivers had left that the dresser was chipped & scratched in the front of it.

I called your delivery dept and they said they would replace the defective dresser with a new one. They sent another dresser but it was also defective. I sent that one back. I now have been told it will be another 4-5 weeks before I can get perfect dresser.

I just moved to Texas with my son. I am still living out of boxes because I need my dresser. If I had known it would take this long to get my furniture I would have bought it at another store.

I purchased a lounge chair from the Ashley Store in Woodbridge, Va. I also purchased the insurance plan through Montage Insurance Company. The chair broke the first of June, 22. I called your call center and they extremely helpful in putting me in-touch with Montage. I filed a claim.

At first they said they didn’t get it. I filed again. Although I gave the purchase receipt number they said I needed the original receipt. Eventually they denied the claim because I couldn’t provide the original copy of the receipt.

I was originally told by the sale rep after I purchased the couch it would be delivered that Friday 3 days later. I had to call and find out that I would not receive my couch for 2 weeks. I called customer service to complain and they said they could look into waiving the delivery fee and I would not see the delivery fee taken off until after the couch has been delivered.

It has been over a week and the delivery fee has not been taken off so I continue to call customer service. I either get someone to pick up and not talk, pick up and hang up or pick up put me on hold and then hang up.

ottoman as well as another accent cabinet we took home with us from the store. When scheduling our delivery, I requested on 3 different calls that the dining pieces be held until it could all be delivered together. I ordered my sectional back in April I was told there was one missing piece from the set that was on back order and it would arrive early June and delivery mid June. Mid June came I called and spoke with the store manager because I saw they were selling the same set even lower than what I paid as I am still waiting for my delivery.

She told me that my final piece would arrive on June 12th and delivery . I called June 14th since I didn't hear anything spoke with the manager and asked her why they have the sectional I purchased and still have yet to receive now 2 months later even though I paid in full.

She refunded me part of the sale price to match the new sale they were offering that week and told me my delivery should be in June 27th week. I called yesterday again after not hearing…
