Where is my dinning room set I ordered in jan. it was purchased at Ashley furniture in Sanford fl. We kept in touch with store several times. At first it would be in by March then April then May then June now not till the end of July.

Now wher is my set. They told us last week the chairs and bench is in the warehouse and the table is on the truck . called the store 4th of July they told us it wont be in now until end of July .

Now they toldus the table was in Rott to the warehouse on June 30th where is my dinning room set . planned on having Easter forget that. Now we have have a bare room and no table. This is totally un called for .

If I dont here the person in charge i will have to take legal action. Thank you MARGARET HANJACK. PS I have contacted the BBB

Well I purchased my mattress and Bedroom set totaling $8000 was informed it would be April or early May for delivery which I was fine with, around April I was going over my paperwork and discovered the dresser I ordered was not on the paperwork made the 40 minute drive to Prescott got that straightened out then discovered they put a Cal King instead of King (mattress) had that straightened out then

for delivery 3 separate times I was called that delivery was scheduled and the night before it was canceled rescheduled and then it was delivered on 2 separate deliveries and the second turned into a third because of the bed rails were not with the right set. I really don’t know why I’m wasting my time with this nothing will come out of it anyways

We purchased reclining sofa and love seat back in Feb March of 2022. Was delivered and set up. After a day of looking at love seat I noticed it was leaning on rt side and looked crooked. As well the reclining sofa is very hard to close.

I called Ashley store to let them know and they sent a guy out to take pictures and access the damages. The man was rude, tried to say the fabric made it look crooked. Clearly not. Said he was gonna order new back and mechanisms. That was April 12,2022. Never heard back.

Called in May to find out what issue was. Someone had canceled the order. So nothing has been resolved at this point and we are into July 2022. Not Happy.

Aside from the long delay in receiving the bed, the customer service is atrocious. The salesman I was working with named Matt simply refuses to go out of his way to help when the store made an error. I can accept when errors are made but I can’t accept the store to use my time and effort to correct.

I will never ever buy anything from Ashley and will definitely share my horrible experience. It’s been a nightmare dealing with this company Fort Wayne Ashley. Lima rd

I called customer service to schedule a date to get my furniture delivered. The customer service agent was very rude acted like a child. My husband grabbed my phone because it was making him mad how he was talking to me.

The customer service agent them talked bad about me to my husband. The customer service yelled at my husband and hung up on us twice. He was very inappropriate and unprofessional I asked to talk to his manager and he would not let me.

I called customer service regarding the date it would be available for pick up and was told it would be available to be picked up on 7/2 at the warehouse in Indianapolis, IN. When I arrived to to pick my furniture up, I was informed that all the pieces weren’t in bc customer service didn’t put the transfer order in on time.

I wasted money and resources trying to pick my furniture up. I went into the actual store and spoke with a manager. She apologized and said she would have the furniture delivered free of charge and that someone would call me to schedule the delivery.

I purchased a bedroom set which i paid cash for. The bedroom set was purchased in 08/21 as of today i have not been able to set up my bed. I received the wrong bedroom parts then i called customer service which delivered the parts to the wrong apt address. I called customer service stated bed parts would be delivered in July 2022 and the bed would be set up. I called customer service again today & was told the bed parts would not be in until Aug now.

Delivered furniture on 1/7/2022. Furniture either wasn't assembled correctly or was just bad workmanship. The sofa rocker makes a metal scraping sound when rocking. Other side does not make the noise. We have reached out numerous times to customer service.

All they say is they are waiting for a part to be delivered which would take 6 weeks. It's now July and still nothing. Only thing worse than their overpriced furniture is the customer service

The store location on Germantown Parkway in Memphis offers the absolute worst client service I've ever experienced in my entire life. We purchased something from the store in 2017 and earned a $350 credit to use 5 years later. We saved the certificate and returned to the store in 2022.

Bottom line - THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. After asking multiple people in the store about using the certificate to purchase accessories in lieu of furniture, and being told that we could do that, we chose items to purchase.

On 6/21/2022, I purchased a living room set at Ashley Furniture in Fredericksburg, VA (Sales # 10782800). This included the protection plan as well. Delivery was to be on Wednesday, 6/29/2022 as a “Drop” delivery with items left in boxes due to our upcoming move.

I repeatedly asked for a written receipt but was told that it would only be sent via email. Therefore, I did not get an opportunity to review the receipt. I received a call on Tuesday, 6/28/2022 telling me that due to damage noticed on the box for the lift top coffee table, that they had opened the box and inspected the item, finding it undamaged.

Hi: We purchased 2 of the same electric reclining 3 seat sofa's and one of them the middle seat sank in due to the frame breaking. The customer service sent out a repair man and he replaced a board. We feel these couches are junk as the armrests creek when you lay your head on either side. We went back to the store and spoke to a manager Jennifer and she agreed to upgrade us to a better couch but only one and we agreed to proceed. The delivery department attempted to deliver a replacement twice and we rejected them because it's not what we agreed on. The store will not agree to what we want. Lousy customer service. Discourteous unprofessional and scamming. We received furniture in our home son the same day we informed them it did not fit and we wanted to return it. They scheduled a pick up date and never came back to get it. PICK UP THIS FURNITURE.

We ordered a dining room table over a year ago. After waiting 6 months with no delivery date in site I canceled the order. Now another 6 months have passed and a collection agency is calling me wanting a 35% restock charge.

I canceled the order so there was nothing to restock. More importantly is the reviews this agent of yours has on BBB all negative. This Ochs company is a scam artist. I spent 26 years as a sales rep for the largest manufacturer of lawn and garden equipment in the world.

If I had someone dragging our Corp. name through the mud and receiving bad reviews on BBB I would cancel their franchise. Your agent in Cape Girardeau is very bad news. Please reply in a timely manor

Saturdat 6/25 you tried to deliver broken furniture to me, we refused load. No one ever got back to us about rescheduling even though I was told within 24 hours they will get ahold of you. 5 hours on hold with no answer to your 888 number, I spent 1 hour on chat with 2 different bots/people, I finally was told they would email the “team” about it.

On 6/18/22 I purchased a King Bedroom Set at the Daytona Beach store. Delivery was set for 6/24/22. On that day, my troubles began. The bedroom set was delivered, however, the bed could not be set up, due to wrong hardware.

Delivery personnel could not mount the bed, as the headboard had "hooking" hardware and the bedframe had a "screws" hardware set up. The mattress was left on bedroom floor. The delivery personnel took back the headboard. We have been sleeping on the mattress on the floor and have no king bed set up.

I ordered sleeper sofa which was delivered 6/22/22. The driver took one look and said it will not fit. I will need to go to store and order something else. We had paid someone that morning to move our slightly older sleeper sofa out that morning.

The worst customer service and warranty protection plan I have ever had to deal with, you sit on hold for 45 mins just to be hung up on , no one speaks clear English. You get transferred to 5 different people and no one knows how to help you or do their job.

You all have the worst customer service that I've ever been involved in. I've been trying to change my furniture delivery date for weeks. When i bought the furniture in store, we told the sales person that we hadn't moved in yet and if that was ok that we would give a delivery date when ready. However, we keep getting calls every 2 weeks with a delivery date. When i did finally talk to someone, they said they could only schedule every 2 weeks - ok, that's fine, so stop calling me when I know what date i want delivered - July 19th.

I purchased over $5000 worth of furniture on 6/11/22 and specifically told the salesperson that I had 6/23 off and wanted to schedule delivery for that day. I was specifically told that the furniture I had purchased was IN STOCK and that a delivery date of 6/23 was possible.

The salesperson also told me that he would call me if something changed. 6/23 rolled around and I heard nothing. Not a thing. Just big fat huge deafening crickets. Before I placed an order it told me I’d be able to schedule delivery date & what I ordered wasn’t going to come until august anyway which was perfect.

I don't even know where to start. I have been so upset about this whole purchase. I bought a 3-piece set, coffee table & 2 end tables. It took about a week before I was able to have someone put it together for me, so it laid flat on the floor in the a/c until then. When we finally got the pieces all put together, we could tell immediately that the coffee table was warped, and one of the feet could not be screwed into the leg because it did not have any threads to screw into to.

Order number: 725007371856 Trinell Entertainment Center First I’d like to start by saying that this will be the last time I order anything from Ashley Furniture. I was already told by numerous friends and family that I should never buy anything from you.

But nope, I decided to give you guys a chance. BIG BIG mistake. I ordered a very large entertainment center. Around 8 x 7 feet. At the time of checkout I chose your so called “Expert Assembly”. 99 , so I went ahead and purchased it.

I received the worst customer service first by Pineville, NC but most importantly by South Boulevard , Charlotte Ashely. Being a long time customer of Ashely’s and have spend over $30,000 I have never experienced such poor customer experience. At South Boulevard our sales person/manager did and said he would accommodate a warranty we paid for at time of sale.

Only to call us a few days later to tell us to “either pay money or cancel”. We then reached to you all’s corporate who saw notes of warranty and stated she tried to contact him but was unsuccessful. She then stated she would email him.

Per him he is stating he did not receive it. But he would not reach out, simply accused of us basically lying. This is poor service by a so call manager Mo and you have lost a customer life.

They DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS! I went to the Sterling store, the couch on display is what I ordered and I specifically asked for a particular delivery date as I was not going to be home prior to that date.

They delivered early, and it was the wrong couch! The manager of the store even said it is a different couch, the feel is completely different and the color is off too. I submitted the claim via their "customer care" department which is completely SHIT!

Have been going back and forth with them for 1 month now and they have continuously hung up on me, been negligent, extremely unprofessional and provided the WORST customer care service I have ever experienced in my life! STICK TO ONLINE OR COSTCO!

Ordered 2 recliners from Terre Haute store. Kevin told us they were in stock and would be delivered to our campsite. Then we're told the date change. We were not going to be at d original address so gave home address.

Got text furniture was going to be delivered at another date, was not going to be home gave campsite address. I spoke with Alicia and Dominique from corporate office. Dominique would not work with me and was rude. I have ordered many pieces of furniture but this experience is horrible.

Tried to buy a new cushion for my sofa that I bought just over a year ago. After spending over an hour on hold with customer service and then being disconnected. I used the online “live agent” option and she told me she couldn’t order the new cushion and that it needed to be done in the store.

Take all the furniture back. Really.

Ask for all of my correspondences via email, not to mention this was only when I finally decided to get involved to help my wife. She wasn't able to get through to anyone.

The worst customer experience ever. I'm an easy-going guy with extreme clarity, communication and punctuality, only want things to get done, no drama.... however your service department seems to be incapable of keeping a good customer experience for the Ashley brand.

Do yourself a favor, stop spending money on commercials when your service is destroys the brand. It's a diminishing return. Ask Todd R. Wanek, I'm sure he's smart enough to know what that is.

I purchased a loveseat on June 10th and it was delivered the next Tuesday. We wanted to bring it ourselves due to the prices for delivery but were talked out of it with scare tactics. The salesman tried to almost force us to by the extended warranty.

It was delivered on Tuesday and I noticed it was the floor model which has a broken handle for the recliner. It was confirmed by the delivers that this was indeed the broken model that was tried to be sold unknowingly to us.

WE DID NOT AGREE TO BUY THE FLOOR MODEL. We did not accept it, customer service was called, and it was returned to the store that day never leaving the truck. It is a week later and the return has not been processed by the store.

I have contacted Ashley five times now on this issue and this last time when I asked for a supervisor, I was put on hold from longer and then was instead transferred to a survey prematurely, and disconnected from the call when I hit 1 for extremely dissatisfied.

On May 14, Ashley’s hired delivery guys delivered an end table and cocktail table. When they placed the end table, they moved my Ashley couch about 4-5” to the right, causing the beautiful, very expensive leather Ashley couch to be crammed into another piece of my furniture. Had I not noticed it a few days later, the couch would have been permanently damaged. I had to temporarily move a desk askew so that the couch’s leather would not be creased or worse sliced over time.

I tried to cancel an order with Ashley Furniture in Long Beach, CA with the manager Antonio Cruz via email multiple times. I also called and spoke with Soan who said she'd cancel. I also tried to cancel the order from another location in Torrance, CA and the Customer Experience Manager said she'd text Antonio to cancel.

Over a month later, the charge is still showing as pending on the Synchrony card applied to at the store. Since all the aforementioned individuals will not cancel the order, even though no items were scheduled for delivery or received, I cannot use the Synchrony card.

This is the worst experience and the poorest customer service. I do not recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture in Long Beach, CA or any of the individuals listed.

Within a couple of weeks of receipt of the recliners, one of the recliners was making loud noises when it rocked, and/or when you simply got out of the recliner after sitting in it, and was extremely lose on the back portion of the recliner as well.

We called service and set up an appointment to have repair come out and fix the recliner. The repairman turned over the recliner and realized none of the bolts had been secured upon delivery of the recliner and he secured all of the bolts.

He also sprayed the springs which were making the loud noise with lubricant in hopes to alleviate the noise. He told us he was going to place an order for a new spring…

I notified Ashley on Jan 25, 2022 about a missing part of my furniture. I still don’t have it, can’t get anyone to return an email, and only get an update when I sit on hold for 20 minutes. Finally someone picks up and tells me the part hasn’t shipped. It is June. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Nearly every room in my house has Ashley furniture in it and I am contemplating not returning for future purchases. Worst service I have ver received.

Worst customer service ever! 99. She put in the order and asked me if I wanted the fireplace to go with it. I told her that the stand I wanted came with a fireplace. I put my trust in her because I believed she knew what she was doing. 41.

On May 11, 2022, I purchased furniture for 3 bedrooms and livingroom furniture for my new home.

The coffee table was delivered damaged and scratched. When I advised your delivery person, he tried to cover the scratches with a sharpie permanent marker.

On May 27, 2022, I received an email from Kat Taylor requesting photos which were supplied. Never heard from her again.

On June 8, 2022, I received a phone call and was told that someone would reach out to me. Still waiting.

On June 13, 2022, I walked into the store to speak to a manager. An email was sent and I was advised someone would be in contact. To date, I have not heard from anyone at Ashley. I'm done waiting.

I would like corporate to know that they have absolutely horrible delivery teams . I bought a living room furniture set from Ashley in Atlanta,Georgia- Piedmont. The team NEVER showed up or called. I am very upset . I lost out on over 2300 and I need this situation rectified .

The representative Nitish was extremely unhelpful. I will be calling corporate on Monday .
