We bought a "leather" sofa and recliner along WITH a WARRANTY in 2020! On 6/4/22 I noticed the head area of the recliner was peeling. Made me sick. We were so proud of what we have worked to have. I called Ashley, advised then to call warranty co.
They told me 72 hours they would call back, I called again, 6/7 and 6/10. Again give us 72 hours. On 6/15, they called and said manufacturer and warranty company declines. The warranty only covers spills or tears. They are willing to give me some names in area where I can pay to have someone come take care of it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! Real leather doesn't peel!
