We bought a "leather" sofa and recliner along WITH a WARRANTY in 2020! On 6/4/22 I noticed the head area of the recliner was peeling. Made me sick. We were so proud of what we have worked to have. I called Ashley, advised then to call warranty co.

They told me 72 hours they would call back, I called again, 6/7 and 6/10. Again give us 72 hours. On 6/15, they called and said manufacturer and warranty company declines. The warranty only covers spills or tears. They are willing to give me some names in area where I can pay to have someone come take care of it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! Real leather doesn't peel!

I bought a bedroom suit online. The transaction did not go through but it does show as a transaction on my credit card which affects my available credit. I have called Ashley twice and been on hold for over two hours to be told it will be handled. It still is not.

I even got an incident # from the last person I spoke to. What in the world is a person supposed to do?? This is absolutely rediculous!!!

On 11 3 2021 I purchased from store 107 a special order of 4 bar stools and 1 table. After five months, I would inquire monthly and girls at store would say "next month" just called today and girl on phone said she would send an email to delivery guys.

Delivered a damaged couch and they take a MONTH to even confirm the damage. Photos and video were provided and damage is obvious to the fabric. The frame is also damaged.. The couch is sitting at my front door waiting resolution.

Service is terrible. Quality of furniture is not what’s expected for the price you pay. They give misleading information from the time you purchase to time of delivery. Bought furniture in March and was told furniture would most likely be in by May.

Didn’t get shipment till mid June. Furniture arrived and was damaged. Delivery truck said they cannot take back and would take pictures to send in. They told us someone would be reaching out to us the next business day. Never heard back from anyone until I called 2 business days later.

Went thru several Agents and no one wanted to help. For the price we paid supposedly being their top quality furniture, I would’ve been better off buying furniture at ikea.

I purchased a reclining love seat and sofa February 5, 2022. I knew it would be several weeks before it was delivered. I did not know I would have to wait until May 2022 (the salesman "hinted" that it wouldn't take that long.

When the furniture was delivered there was a cut on the right side of the arm which the delivery man said Ashley would replace or have repaired. And the loveseat's reclining motor did not fully recline.

If I had purchased a car, this would not be acceptable and would be fixed immediately. I will not accept it for my furniture either.

I did receive the sofa arm cover and the motors for the loveseat recliner. I appreciate that; however they expect me to pay a service fee.

I will not. I will take my case to a lawyer before I will pay one cent!

This has to be the worse customer service delivery department i have ever seen. I ordered a kitchen table set that I scheduled in the store for Friday 6/17. Someone texts me last week that the table set is here and gave me options for delivery. I choose Monday 6/13. Now I get a call early Monday morning saying the same thing the table set is in and wants to schedule delivery. I told her I am supposed to get it today, Monday. She goes on to say thats impossible because we do not deliver on Mondays. Not only that, we only do door stop deliveries on Wednesdays and Thursdays. What is going on?????. Horrible service. All sales associate and managers lie and will always lie to get you to buy products. They never return calls nor do they honor the dates they provide. We have waited a year after many days of promised delivery dates.

They NEVER call you to notify you. When you call for help, they never return calls. They finally delivered 1/2 of order promised when the delivery guy attacked my husband and my husband called the police. Destiny Estrada rewrote the narrative so they/ her boyfriend did not get in trouble.

My couch was scheduled to arrive today from 12-3pm. I then receive two separate calls one from the driver and one from the warehouse stating the driver lost the keys to the car and was waiting for someone to deliver new keys to them and that are delivery would be late or have to be reschedule.

The warehouse and delivery driver stated they would call if they needed to reschedule As each hour passed I didn’t hear anything from either the warehouse nor the driver about rescheduling. The tracking order was the only thing that changed saying I would receive my order from 4:25-5:25.

I am so upset with this store. We placed an order on Dec, 2021. most part of a bed frame I ordered finally arrived on 5/31/2022, with 1 part still missing, and without this part, we cannot put the bed together.

They told me it will be available on 6/10/22, but when I called on the 9th, the bot told me it's going to be another 2 to 4 week wait. I called the store and asked for help. The sales and the floor supervisor are completely useless.

I ordered a Ashley Mattress from Walmart and the Hybrid mattress did not completely expand. Tried to take it back to Walmart. Told to call Ashley Company. Called Corporate office and given an out of the Country number who barely spoke English and referred me to another wrong number.

I always Loved Ashley Furniture. I will reconsider them in the future. Issue still unresolved!!!

Did not receive full order that was made instore on November 2021. I called customer service for order status to check for the rest of order such as king and queen bed frames, 4 night stands and 8 dining chairs but the man on the line said it was canceled and I did not cancel my order at all.

Received a kitchen table set I ordered in March. There was damage to two chair legs and one chair back. I talked to Joe Broxton at Ashley she put in a replacement order and said it was to be shipped the first part of April.

That did not happen so I followed up and she then said it would be shipped from the warehouse first part of June. That did not happen either and when calling to follow up they’re telling me September. I don’t understand how you cannot come up with two chair legs and a chair back possibly six months after you were notified of their damage.

My call today and my previous call took many, many minutes to complete with no satisfaction. My phone number is 609-636-9858. I just cannot be resolved to my satisfaction I want a credit from Ashley.

I have been waiting eight months to get promised furniture. Even have in writing the delivery date was supposed to be no later than December 8, 2021. Every month when I’ve called I am assured it will be in the next month until now eight months later I’m told the same thing again.

I clearly understand and am sympathetic to the covet issue however I think Ashley should be truthful and upfront about what is going on. Any business has a production schedule and basically knows what is due to come in. That is clearly good manufacturing practices and is available.

Bought a stearns & foster mattress in 2019. In January 2022 I requested this mattress be checked because it was sinking in on both sides. After many calls finally someone came last month someone did come and check the mattress and did agree it was defective.

I have been going back and forth with this issue for almost two years now. We purchased our couch in May of 2020 and it wasn't delivered until almost September of 2020 (thanks Covid). Anyway... immediately with delivery it was damaged.

It took until MAY of 2021 to have someone come out to our house to fix said damages. While here he examined the cushions on our couches (separate from the other delivery damage) and said they needed all replaced as well and that he would put an order in for it.

Ordered a sectional online over the memorial weekend, before checkout it gave different options for delivery. I chose June 1, 2022 for delivery, I called this morning to get an approximate window for delivery and now they are saying they don't even see my order scheduled for delivery! Ashley Furniture- On June 21, 2020 I bought the Hillcott dining room set from your Wesley Chapel store. 00 sales order number 711211980. I understood that it was back ordered and I had to wait a month. Once the dining set arrived, since I opted to unbox myself, I attempted to put it together.

With no success I called your store to explain to them that the issue was that there were apparently old and new model numbers parts that did not attach the same. The dining table leaflet couldn’t attach, the chairs wouldn’t screw together, the only decent piece was the server.

No big deal… easy fix right?? No…. because still your process was to send out a tech with no parts to look at what I had already figured out and had explained over the phone and with pictures. Another month or so…

We purchased a sectional and chair in July of 2021 we received the sofa but not the chair. We received shipment delay emails for 7 months a screenshots attached then cancelled the order, the manager couldn't get the screen to print so he let me photograph the chair being voided from the system and

he said we'd get our refund in a few weeks since we had already paid off the credit card for the chair. Instead, we received a bill for $247. We opened a fraud ticket and I faxed everything attached here and more, but we were rejected. Why?

Was there and undisclosed $900 cancellation fee or something? What was the $247 for and why can't we receive a refund for an item we paid for but did not receive?

Awful customer service all around. We purchased nightstands in Sept. Only recently got them, eight months later. I had to refuse them twice due to damage and shoddy workmanship. Now trying to get a refund and they went do it because we don't have the same credit card number.

I was ignored in the store by the woman at the customer service desk. They knew I was unhappy when I walked out and no one cared.

Never go to this place . We. Have had a very bad experience with this company 1960 and Willowbrook. Our furniture has been pains in full since At least November we have tried and tried talking to management and they basically are laughing in our face .

Delivered half of our kitchen sets we purchased two and they keep telling us every month it will be next month before they deliver. Save yourself the night mare they are crooks praying on you when you pay they got you.

And the sales guy tried putting over 600$ in deluged for two spray deliveries. When we decline wanted to pick it up the jerk got mad. hope I save someone else’s the trouble

Was told my warranty on a foam mattress was void because I moved one town away. It lost rigidity…no holes etc. nothing due to a move. Then people at Athens GA store agreed it should be covered under warranty as did technician folks.

Took day of from work to meet technicians…they no showed. Went to wrong address. ” Not sure that’s in warranty. As soon as this is submitted I will go to BBB and on from there. This isn’t right. Some Twitter messages are attached.

Order furniture came in damage to set unrepairable offers 10% off instead of replacing said that will be fine try to save them a trip. Then I receive an email saying I’m losing my warranty on item we called and discussed that was never explained and they gave me a hard time now just to get item replaced had to go back-and-forth on the phone for an hour to finally get it replaced.

Very poor service they could’ve easily just left the warranty on Item and everything would’ve been resolved save your company time and money but they continue to give me an issue about it I will not be doing any more business with Ashley’s

I was waiting for 15 minutes to get help about making an online purchase. Evertime I put my number in it kicks out so I called, waiting several minutes to get a female with terrible reception. She said she could hear me so I continued with my issue.

She asked about billing and shipping address, yes they're the same but since your the CS agent should u be double checking? Then she couldn't hear me and just sat in the other end of the line saying absolutely nothing.

I'm truly disappointed with this CS rep. I don't think this is the help ashleys would want representing them. She was 100% unhelpful.

I purchased a dining room set from the Jantzen Beach Ashley store in Portland, OR in March 2021 after purchasing a complete split King bedroom set there the year before that I absolutely love. My old table with 2 leaves was still in great shape but after 33 years of owning it I wanted to downsize being empty nesters.

I was ready for a new look so donated our old table to our local Women's Shelter. I looked for weeks on line still being under COVID restrictions. When I heard I could go inside the Ashley store we drove the 50 miles (one way) and I fell in love with my current table.

Our new table was delivered about 2 weeks later. Within a couple of weeks we saw that the paint was chipping. It is a dark color on light wood so was very noticeable. Luckily we purchased a 5 year protection…

I suppose we overspent for a table chairs and bed at Ashley Laguna Hills. CA But then they send the C Team for delivery and set up. They didn’t want to take my old mattress box and frame - said it looked too old and soiled - well that’s why we bought new!

So after I bagged the mattress they took it - I had to carry it out for them - but left the old frame. Which, I previously bought from the same Ashley store! I wanted to file a formal complaint about the experience I have had thus far about trying to purchase a dresser and mirror for my daughter. The sales order # is 0847733876 with the salesperson being Leah Pollard. I was told the dresser was on back order and would be shipped sometime in March. After waiting until April 25th I decided to just cancel the order. I bought a mattress for the cost $2300 after receiving the mattress and being told that the mattress which came folded it would take 24 hrs to inflate. After 2days of trying not to roll of the bed we contacted the Fairfield NJ store where we bought item, they advices me that a tech would come to inspect the mattress, after two long weeks of sleeping in a uncomfortable bed.

The Tech inspects the mattress and agreed the bed it’s defective now it take Ashley another 2 weeks to contact me about the mattress and confirm what I already knew it’s defective. It’s a over a month later of sleeping on a $2300 defective mattress I get contacted that I have 72 hrs to either pick a new mattress or anything in the store because the mattress in question has been discontinued.

I got a refund back from a table top and pedestal from the warranty.

First I was told I would get my money back Never mentioned that I had to use it for instore purchase!! They avoided telling me that. So I bought a new bedroom furniture set. The sales person did not use my credit from my previous refund from warranty.

I placed an online order in February 2022 for a dining room set. I am still waiting for the dining table and server. Customer service communication leaves a lot to be desired. I will never again, purchase anything from Ashley Furniture stores.
