I went to your Siver Springs office in Ocala Florida, I traveled for work and was told that your large amount of offices, I could follow up at any of them. I worked overnights, so had early appointment they kept me there in office for 6 hours, I was tired and falling asleep when the Car salesman of a office person said I needed to sign forms this was important it had to be done. Tired I agreed.

Had saved up to get implants and told your so called dentist, I wanted quote for implants, had broke my 2 front teeth and self conscious. She said they would take care of a few teeth that had cavities and was going to make me a partial, told her I did not want a partial, small mouth and Childhood trauma.

July 15, 2025 I went to aspen dental (9405 N Newport Hwy Spokane, Wa. (509)818-3657) with an abscess tooth, the dentist looked at it and it was determined that it needed to be extracted that day. 20, I was told (by Viv) the work cannot be completed unless this amount is paid in full.

I paid the amount on 7/15/2025, at 1 pm I went in to get my procedure completed. I was there until after 4:30 pm. I asked the assistant 3 times if my medication was sent over to my pharmacy, because it was a tooth extraction and surgery implant.

Arriving at the pharmacy there was nothing there for me, it was too late to contact Aspen for the prescriptions, it was a long painful night. I had to call the next morning and doing so the dr sent my prescriptions.

This is my second set of dentures. I have gotten out of the Aspen Dental in Crestwood when the teacher finally were made and three scheduling errors the accused of having an outstanding balance from my first set which was paid off in December.

I came in for one adjustment after that they told me I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks so between blisters canker sores and literal pain. I have still yet to see them when I tried to call again the girl told me She doesn’t know what to tell me.

They have no openings yet they advertise all over TV on the Internet walkins welcome and adjustment takes approximately four minutes and they could not find the time for me. I will never recommend your services nor will I ever buy another set of dentures from them.

I am not happy with my dentures. The cost was @ $7000 and I originally asked for implants and was told by the Moline, Illinois office that I didn’t qualify for them because of bone loss. My permanent bottom denture does not fit, hasn’t fit and they blame it on the amount of bone loss however it isn’t even molded to fit my gums.

I’ve gotten multiple adjustments still horrible. As far as my permanent top denture I still don’t have it. I moved out of state and contacted the local office here for my permanent and am getting the run around here. At this point, I just want my money back for the dentures so I can go somewhere that they car about me too not just the money

First off, I had a broken tooth that they had to extract, later that day I had to go to the Emergency Room because Aspen never put a stitch in afterwards and it wouldn't stop bleeding. Then when I went for my bridge, I had to pay for treatment up front, which I did.

Now 2 months later, they send me a bill wanting more money, and I don't know why. But, I am not paying another dime!

It’s been 3 years since they started on my teeth. Was getting implants on two front top teeth which I have a screw broke off in my gum and the crowns are loose and one is chipping and one hurts when I chew.

They have not done anything to the bottom teeth. I’ve paid about $20,000. I have fake partials which looks like crap. I want my money back so I can go somewhere to get my teeth fixed right. I have yet to hear from them since September .

I was prompted to pay via my Care Credit for a tooth extraction, a "flipper", and bone graph material. The flipper did not fit. When placed on one side (right), the left side protruded upward. This caused pain and rendered speaking very difficult.

I made an appointment to have it adjusted. In the meantime, my insurance did not pay for the bone graph. When I arrived at my appointment, they refused to adjust the "flipper" which I DID pay for because I didn't have the money to pay the balance for the bone graph at the time. Is this professiona? Is it even legal?

I went to Aspen Dental near me and made/paid for a plan to have teeth pulled and temporary dentures made. This was paid for. The second step was going to be getting dental implants done but luckily we hadn't gotten that far yet.

My problem is this: my dentures were horribly made and painful so I went back to have them fixed. They took them and said they fixed them but they were still not fitting correctly. So I go back again, they said they would have my top dentures ready for me and also I ended up having to have a cleaning done on my bottom teeth and fillings done.

This time the dentures weren't finished and they said I had to come back. I got a call they were done and went back to find they weren't done.

The first time I saw a dentist, he told me about soft and hard relines of dentures. That same visit, an assistant told me it would cost $880 (for both relines). After I got the soft reline, I went back there expecting to get the hard reline.

I was told that would cost another $800 and something. (I don't remember exactly how much). I want my original $880 back because the soft reline did not do the dentures justice. They come out when I eat and just plain don't stay in place like they should.

In addition I want damages for all the time I have wasted having faith in Aspen Dental. The damages should amount to the same amount that I paid initially, $880. I do not want anymore work done on my dentures by Aspen Dental. I don't trust them.

My complaint is the dentures made are not right & getting an appointment is very difficult. I make appointments & get calls cancelling because they have no Dr. in. This has gone on for two months. I had an appointment for today & when I arrived the little snot behind the desk (who has no manners); said I didn't have an appointment.

What happened is they moved the appointment again but didn't notify me. At this point, I just want a refund and left a written statement saying so. She probably threw it away but I will take another with me when I go, on the 11th.

I had all my teeth pulled at aspen dental on july 25th they put a temporary set of dentures in my mouth. the bottom dentures were to big and kept falling out of my mouth. i called and got an appt to have them fixed they put a cushion in the dentures and that didnt work.

I made another appt to have them worked on and they put something in them that made my mouth bulky and they still didnt fit. I called and made another appt to have them fixed went in and the dentist said to make a new set of teeth so they took a wax impression and i was to come back the next day to see if they fit.

I am dealing with the Owensboro KY office. The professionals are quite good and I am pleased with their services.

However, the entire office staff is unprofessional. Some are very young and not very knowledgeable. I was quoted a price by the office manager in the beginning, it was not accurate. More money was expected in order to complete my treatment.

I felt invested and no choice but to follow it thru. I am very displeased with Aspen Dental of Owensboro, KY! I will make sure plenty know of this.

I have called and no one will respond because the clerk (Maddie) says the account is closed and they are under new management. 00 after insurance I have been paying but NO TEETH.

First appointment was July 28, 2023 I went back 7 times which was crazy and fitting still not right, 1st DENTURES were made by computer, porcelain, or acrylic so they cracked in two days after eating a tuna sandwich. I refuse to pay CARE CREDIT ACCOUNT because I have NO TEETH and ASPEN DENTAL won’t give me a credit, they just close the account.

They really tried to help me, but first of all at the very first, I couldn’t get a hold of them because of a cyber attack. Then I get my teeth and I still cannot eat with my bottom teeth.

My top teeth come out every time I try to eat, even when I use the adhesives. I just want to eat normally I’ve been to them three times in my bottom teeth still don’t work.

I have braces and am going through the process of getting an implant. I am at the point of getting a temporary crown put on my implant. I had the implant uncovered and got a healing cap on at a periodontist office and then called Aspen in Fort Gratiot Michigan to set up to have the temporary crown done. I have been with this office for about 14 years and am extremely happy with my hygienist and have rarely needed to see a dentist.

Dr. Scott was asked about putting the temporary crown on. At first he said he could not do that at all. I then called my orthodontist and had him explain what was needed. I had the appointment for getting impressions made on December 13th. I got there and Dr. Scott spent about 20 min finding the right sized trays, then another 20 min to take the healing cap off…

I was advised that I need to have a partial bottom, right rear. Following advise from Aspen I did. When the bottom right partial was installed it did not fit properly. I was in constant pain and the partial was cutting my cheek and tongue.

I went back and the dentist in making adjustments ended up cutting off the two teeth from the partial leaving only the right front tooth. Now the part that was left is cutting my tongue. I spoke with Isaiah about my complaint First, on the day the dentist cut off 75 percent of the partial.

Telling him that I be issued a refund. As of today Isaiah will not take my phone calls and I have not received a refund.

Aspen dental located in outer Arsenal street Watertown NY 13601 is a joke. I’ve never been to a poorly managed dentist office as this. The office manager has a pissy attitude, as soon as she answers the phone. It takes about3 hours just to get teeth xray and see the doctor.

Also don’t let them work on your teeth and beware any root canals or crowns from this unprofessional office.

Also your crown they put on is only guaranteed for a year, which they don’t tell you till the second time it falls off, they wait till after appointment to have you sign paperwork. Total rip off they don’t give two craps for their patients it’s only money they care about.

New dentist completed three fillings incorrectly cause an extreme amount of pain and discomfort. Regular dentist "fixed" one filling and checked other two for free. Still in immense pain two weeks later, including infection, sores, etc.

I went into the Columbia TN (James Campbell Parkway) Aspen Dental office for a tooth extraction on an emergency basis in May, 2023. At the time of service, I was told "their system was down" and they would have to take my information manually. Fine, no problem.

I wrote down on my patient intake form that I had Care Credit. I also explained that to the front desk person and to the billing person at this office. I was told that when their system came back up, the billing person would call me to take my care credit information for billing purposes.

Nobody ever called me the following week. I began calling this Aspen Dental office for 3 months at least 3 times a week leaving messages for the billing person and not one phone call was returned. Today, and 7 months after the date of service, I…

Early this year I had posts put in. When the time came I went to Aspen Dental to start the final process for the implants.

First complaint: Cannot call to find out status . There is no way to call Aspen Dental directly. Everytime I had a question I had to drive a 1 hour round trip to ask. 2ND Complaint: More excuses for not attending to my problem.

Extended the implant procedure for more than a month. And not a word from them. Last time I went there was to ask if the parts were ordered, reception talked around the question. the answer was no. and seem somewhat inexperienced.

They said they would call in 2 weeks. Never happened. I am cutting ties with this clinic. If they ordered parts (which I doubt) I'm not paying. workmanship will probably fall in the same category.

I had my molar and wisdom teeth removed on August 14 and was informed by the surgeon that it would heal in a couple weeks. Last week I started to experience pain in my gum area where the teeth were removed and made a dentist appointment with my dentist on November 25 and was informed by my dentist that I had an infection due to a tooth fragment left after my previous surgery at Aspen.

I contacted the Aspen office to speak with someone to discuss and resolve this matter and have not been provided the correct email of whom to contact to be compensated for the surgeon’s malpractice and my pain and suffering.

Went for a cleaning was told they took my insurance. When I got there they said they didn’t. It’s funny because my husband is getting dental work done at same place. I leave went to another aspen dental funny they took my insurance.

It was just a few blocks away. They did the x rays and the hygienist came in told me I needed scaling and wouldn’t touch my teeth until I had it done. I had a very hard time understanding everything because whole office was Spanish and Spanish music.

I’m sorry our language is English. I finally went to a local dentist had my teeth cleaned and no scaling was necessary. My husband has been without partials since August. He has 3 teeth missing bottom front. Looks terrible. Waiting 6 months they say for partial.

I went to Aspen dental in Springdale Ohio on October 26,2023 to have bottom teeth extracted and upper dentures replace. I had a fitting for the upper dentals and everything looked fine in the small mirror that was provided,not realising the dentures were shaped slanted.

I was highly under anisteshia at the time when the dentures were put in my mouth until I got home and noticed the upper dentures slanted(not straight at all) I was highly unhappy with these so called upper dentures. I went back November 5th to see if anything could be done about them being slanted and I was told no that I would have to pay for a whole new denture.

Had received dentures in June 2020. Had to have them reclined lining coming off and they said because of Pandemic they couldn’t get the material needed it took almost a year. Then then the new lining kept coming off. Just had them relined again July 2023 and lining is again coming off and causing blisters again in my jaw.

Orland park location, AOM smelled like cannabis the whole time, could not do her job effectively because she seemed high. I could not baffle the smell. Very rude , talks with an ugly tone. OM was one of the rudest people I ever met in my life!

On January 2023 I went in to Aspen dental to get my teeth clean. I had a small sore on my mouth. So I was denied the cleaning but referred to an ENT doctor ENT doctor. Did not find a big issue?

Referred me back to the dentist. Where? I initially was trying to get my teeth cleaned after I after I saw the doctor he requested that I should have all my teeth removed top and bottom. I was then referred to go to.

The finance area to see what I could qualify for as denture. S not knowing the difference between dentures and implants. I was not giving any kind of information regarding dentures or in plans, they proceeded to move the bottom of my teeth.

Went there to get implants. Was told that with 2implants that they may rock back and forth a little. I figured I could live with that. Got them. They don’t fit! I have to put paste on them 4 to 5 times a day.

They don’t snap in and lock, they’re very loose. I have made several complaints. Talked to one lady finally. She said she would get back to me, haven’t heard from her yet!! Stay away from Aspen Dental !!!!

I'm unable to wear the (paid for) partials due to extreme pain when fitting the partials in or taking them out. The dentist told me to wear them for a period of time and see if the pain goes away.

The pain did not stop therefore I returned the partials on 8/14/23 and have yet to receive a complete refund as advertised by Aspen dental. Please advise, Nick DeFrancisco

I first visited Aspen dental about 5 years ago to get a full denture for my lower teeth, they suggested 3 mini implants and they explained that it's the best possible solution, cost was very high but I agreed to get the procedure done. After a few office visits and suffering for a few months I got my denture which I had to get adjusted a few times but it never felt comfortable or stayed secure.

After just a few months 2 of the 3 implants broke in my jaw, and their explanation was that mini implants are not the right choice for me (but it was at the first visit and full payment). their remedy was to do 2 full size implants at the full cost (pathetic) and since I was already knee dip in it and needed a solution I went along.

Needless to say the amount of suffering and back an forth office…

I am a patient in the Sevierville TN office. I was supposed to get my dentures 2 weeks after my appointment to get them measured. It has taken 2 months to have my dentures done. I have spoken to the office manager Phylis twice during those 2 months.

She was not forthcoming with information about what was taking so long. She also told me to call her back for updates on a day she knew she wasn’t even working. They canceled 3 appointments during those 2 months and did not give me any information as to why they weren’t ready.

Now today I get a phone call to tell me that the dentures were finally there. They make me an appointment for tomorrow and I think finally this disaster is over. 2 hours later I get a phone call to tell me she scheduled me wrong.

The billing office is incompetent at the Biddeford Maine office. I had a deep cleaning on Aug 29th. 00. I tried to make an appointment for 2 extractions. I was told the oral surgeon wants full payment upfront. I gave them my Credit card information.

I was then told the oral surgeon only comes once a month. I was not available on that date. I was told they didn’t have a date when the oral surgeon would be in for October. I decided I wanted to have the procedure done elsewhere.

When I called the Biddeford office to get my refund, I was told that I couldn’t get my refund until it was submitted to the insurance company. Why is the insurance company being billed for a procedure that hasn’t happened yet??

I went in to have teeth removed and bottom dentures. The day of the procedure they put the bottom in my mouth they have never set down in my mouth they sit on top. The procedure was 9-15 23. I went back on the 9-18-23 and they still didn’t fix right.

The receptionist in the office in Hopkinsville Ky. are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I have done this before the same office and it is completely different. I tried to explain to the receptionist and they don’t want to understand your concerns and hang up on you.

You have to keep calling back. I went back 9-23-23. And they did some changes the dentures don’t sit in my mouth right one side up and the other side high. I put my top dentures in the bottom dentures come out farther than my top dentures.

I had oral surgery on 1/5/2023 and received temporary dentures. The temporary were to be used for 6 months and then replaced by permanent dentures. I told them immediately that the dentures did not fit . I had multiple adjustment, but problem was not resolved.

When I was being fitted for permanent dentures, I again relayed concern for size of teeth with multiple adjustment. With zero success, I have now been waiting for 5 weeks for new teeth to come in, being told they are on back order.

I came 20 minutes early for my appointment. Customers were yelling at the receptionist about billing when I came in. When I was brought to the back, I was given x rays. The plastic tool was very uncomfortable and pushed up against my gums really hard.

I was then taken to another room. The hygienist came in and was very nice, but just counted numbers off my teeth. She said my mouth was red and inflamed and I needed a deep cleaning. Hmm. I then waited for the dentist for over 20 minutes.

The dentist saw me for less than one minute. She just opened my mouth, said she agreed with the hygienist and left. I was put in another room to wait 15 more minutes for the office manager to get me.

Woke up with a fever this morning and needed to cancel. I was rudely told since I didn’t call 48 hours in advance I couldn’t reschedule but would be put on a list. I was fine 48 hours ago. I have tested positive for Covid.

Thought I was being considerate but clearly should have kept appointment and spread Covid. I have been a patient for several years but will NEVER return. I will be sure to discourage anyone from going there.

Have been trying for months to get a refund. I've been told computers were down. When I call I spend 15 to 20 minutes on hold. I spoke with someone time and was told who needed to speak to was in a meeting and would call me back, they never did.

This is horrible way to treat people. If I call as a new patient the is answered quickly say the can't help will transfer me to office manager. Wait forever and never answer. I am to the point of contacting the state dental board and state attorney general.

I will also contact an attorney and ad those charges to what I am owed.

I have had the implant screw done since before Christmas of 2022. I went in to get the crown put on and the dentist said” I have to run to the other office 40 minutes away to get the tools I need”.

I had driven an hour or more to get there and went home with no crown. I took me 5 or more months to reach someone because there was never anyone answering phones. When I finally got an appt ment they called the morning of at 730 am to cancel because the crown had not been received.

I am so mad now that I am getting an attorney involved.

I went in for dental implants for the top and bottom after loosing my teeth th chemotherapy. I paid cash for everything which took over a year to complete. Then they made dentures and what they gave me was obviously not mine it was way to big for my mouth.

Then they get that right and a tooth falls off the plate on the bottom then one on the top and now one of the actual implants comes out in my sleep which I could of choked on. I think after paying thousands of dollars in cash I should not have to go through this.

I visited Aspen Dental on July 13,2023. I had a first time visit in order to have my dental health cleared for an upcoming surgery.

They did an initial exam and X-rays. I was informed that I needed a root canal. I scheduled the root canal for 8/24/23 and paid my out of pocket cost. One day prior to my appointment, I was contacted and told me that they did not have a doctor to perform the procedure.

After waiting over a month, only to be notified a day before the procedure is total negligence. They attempted to offer a reschedule at a different office a week later, I declined. I contacted that office directly and was told that I was unable to have the procedure performed there either, due to no doctor. I am glad I did not rely on them to schedule me.

I would be out another week of time.…
