I am currently receiving treatment at your McDonough, GA location. The customer service at this location is so poor as to be non-existent. The phones are not answered. You must leave a message, but the call is never returned. The excuse is always "we are having problems with our phone system".

I heard this same excuse with a July appointment and again in August. Complaints in this office appear to be more common than patients. Drastic action is required.

Bought in 2018 a tooth fell out in six months, second tooth fell out the next year, how I lost another one last weekend. Of course you guys reglued the teeth, but seams to me very poor quality for the price. I bought the better plates with the seven year warranty.what am I doing to do after the next two years are up and I keep losing my teeth

My husband had his teeth pulled for his partials back I February. He received his immediate. 1st complaint is we drive a long way for appointments, one day we get there for appt. and no one is there. No ph call no email nothing and they tried to blame us.

My complaint is regarding my full mouth dental implants. Since they have been installed i am not able to eat anything but soft food. The implants move around or Pop out the holders when i am biting down or chewing food.

Food is always getting stuck under the dentires and causing pain on my gums. I have had them tweeked and adjusted several times but nothing works. I was promised these implants would be better than my real teeth which is false and untrue.

They are terrible and i want them fixed properly!!!

I paid $10,000 for implants that should have never been put in ! I didn’t have enough Bone for them to space them apart properly so they put them in anyway !! I have trouble every couple months with them almost popping out when I eat !!

I said something to Dentist who did the work and his only explanation was he had to put one Side closer together because of not enough bone !! 2 months ago I came in and new dentist was supposedly ordering new inserts that supposed to make them fit better !!

Dentist at every appointment rushed me and didn't answer questions I had. Latest visit I left looking like I had horse mouth. Mind you I was never given a mirror to look before I left. I was recently seen there for what I thought was going to be a tooth extraction, as I was promised on the phone. I got there and they did all these things I did not ask for and refused to hear my concerns.

I also suffer from anxiety related to dentists and they did not treat me with courtesy I dont feel. I am not happy that they charged me 500 dollars for future appointments when I only required the 1 appointment. I will not be going back.

I went to your location in Sarasota. The dentist that did my consultation was awful. I told her I wanted dentures or implants and wanted to start with my bottom teeth. She told me my teeth weren’t so bad that she would do what I wanted.

I have 5 teeth that are mine and there are issues with them so I don’t understand why in her exact words “Aspen Dental won’t take me as a patient or do ANY work on my teeth” and gave me a referral to go somewhere else. 1:08 all Description of complaint: I first went to Aspen dental on 12/18/18. I paid over $30,000, and I am still paying off my bill with the finance company To this day, they still have not completed my mouth.. I gave a $5000 deposit and finance the rest.

Had an appointment scheduled for 1:00 Saturday July 22, 2023. They sent me a confirmation text at 7:45 that morning. I showed up at 12:50 the office was closed. I had to take off work to have this appointment and nobody had the decency to contact me one way or another.

ould like to make you aware of issues with one of your locations (1500 W. Orange Blossom Trail, Apopka, FL). The staff and dentist were lovely, but the office management at this location is egregiously unprofessional and disorganized. I rarely take the time to complain about things, but the ongoing system issues, scheduling problems, and the length of time it took me to have a crown replaced (May 25th to July 12th) has ensured that neither myself nor anyone I know will use Aspen Dental again.

They lost my insurance information, they lost my x-rays, everything took longer than expected to schedule, all of this I can understand, if not tolerate.

Dental plates constantly breaking or cracking during a meal. Leaving me to drive 42 miles each time to get them fixed. Not solving the problems of plate breaking. Just patching it up and that's it. I should be able to finish a meal without breakage or cracking.

Called on 6/9/23 to get an appointment with a doctor that is in network. I explained how my Humana Insurance had changed and had been sent to a different doctor that was in network at that time. But when I got ready to get some emergency work done, I was told after I got to the appointment , that my new doctor who was in network, wasn't there.

The Staff is great, but I am having trouble with the decisions the doctors are making. They Told me they would fill and pull some of me teeth. Then I got partials for top and bottom. They have never fit right, and where very painful.

I told the Dentist at the beginning that I wanted all the top teeth pulled and a denture. They disagreed and pulled some and filled some. The partial never worked I was told by the last dentist I seen that it was because of my bite was not lined up.

On May 26th, 2023, I had my first experience with Dr Oates at Aspen Dental, Hull Street Rd Richmond VA for an extraction.

First, my wait to be seen was exceptionally long. Then another patient issued a loud complaint about her treatment. Dr. Oates left her too long during the work she was having done. Dr. Oates response to her complaint was inappropriate and rude, I thought.

I was ready to leave and expressed that to the hygienist. , and her complaint was legitimate.

Finally Dr Oates came in performed the extraction and left. Instructions were provided by the hygienist. 10 days later, my mouth was infected and was affecting my ear and throat. In pain, I called the office 4 times trying to get an appointment to see Dr Oates.

I went to the Aspen Dental on 6-19-2023 to attempt to have a tooth pull because I was in pain. 40 with my payment plan through Care Credit. I returned on 6-23-23 whereby I a molding of teeth done. First of all, the billing issue from a year ago. Now, I had 7 teeth pulled by a "dentist" named Tiffany Sensoli that isn't even listed as a dentist on your website. She pulled 7 teeth - One of them needing "surgical involvement" per her own words that's still swollen.

She also "slipped" pulling one of the teeth and jabbed the instrument into my gum. This area is still swollen after 10 days and I was never offered paid medication. Anna, the office manager, told me they never offer this option.

I went to my AspenDental appointment. They took lots of X-rays. '' Then the dentist came in and I liked her at first, but left not liking her at all. She said I needed all kinds of expensive work on my teeth.

Despite multiple attempts to schedule then get a follow up call after my initial appointment that was scheduled 5/1 and canceled. I eventually received an appointment in late May. I got called back for another visit and was supposed to get a final cost after my insurance.

I have followed up six times and each time I supposed to get a call back. It is now almost two months and I am no closer to resolution. Office is Homestead Pa. 15120. I have never had worse customer service.

Today we came in for another cleaning. It was yet another appointment without a confirmation called in prior to it which made me skeptical about coming in because the last visito came in they did exactly that and it was because someone didn’t keep us in the schedule even though we were giving the spook prior to leaving at my last appointment.

My mom and I went to Aspen Dental in Port Richey, Florida to have dentures made. After $1,600 worth of dentures were completed, neither one of us could wear the dentures because they were not properly made. Plus the fact three days after my mom had her dentures, three teeth fell out.

I have been going there since last year. The staff and dentists helped me at first through my problems, just this past Monday was the dentist not only rude and very unprofessional, he made me feel like crap the way he talked to me and decided not to help me further in my situation.

Dentist doing the work did a great job bonding the tooth back. No complaints

Office manager promise me he would email me my bill and email my xrays to my dentist in KC area. After calling 3 times and emailing him 5 times i give up. No replies from him I tried to call but was put on hold for over 15 mins

I will attach are last email when i gave him one last chance to reply
