Please help me! I had an appointment scheduled 5/1/23 in Pleasant Hills Pa. I came to appointment as scheduled and was told that all systems were down and could not be seen. I understand things happen. I attempted multiple times over next two weeks to reschedule.

I finally was able to schedule an appointment at a different location Homestead Pa on 4/19 at 9:30 Am I arrived as scheduled and office manager told me they could not see me. I had a confirmed appointment from email and took time off work for second time.

Greensburg, PA office. Had a scheduled at 8:00 AM when I arrived, I was told the dental tech has been out ill and they will call to reschedule, once she returns to work. (I wish her a speedy recovery). I can get a reminded to an appt.

My son recently had his wisdom teeth begin to grow in. I contacted Aspen Dental and had to go to a different office than his regular dentist. He was nervous, as expected, We arrived at the appointment and were handed a blank consent form and told to fill it out.

There was also a second form telling about the risks, on the opposite side had a signature for the patient/Guardian and the surgeon. Are you kidding me? The secretary proceeded to tell me that I was not able to go with him.

I couldn't meet the surgeon. I refused to sign consent and insisted to meet the surgeon. If you expect anything professional DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL. You will be treated like cattle. It's all about the money to this company.

The Aspen Dental in Hagerstown has to be the most unorganized business I have ever done business with. All of my services have been paid for since Sept 2022 and I'm still waiting on my dentures. Please note this is having to pay an additional $750 that I was told was covered by my insurance. Multi treatment plans, which I don't understand. As patients we are trusting that the dentist will provide and offer us the best treatment plans and not have to change treatment plan multi times.

When you finally get someone to answer the phone they put you on hold and never return to the line. I have called and left 10 VMs that have never been returned. I went to go get my denture fixed and told them the denture never got properly so they keep adding acrilic and sanding it down and making it worse the said my warranty can't cover a denture that is wearing down by grinding teeth which I don't do they just keep sanding the thing down now they are saying I have to by new ones when I just got these and spent 8,000 on them and they want another 8k and I haven't had these more than a year yet now I can't even eat properly because of the damage they have done, just disappointed I was told they could help me and

I got 2 inplants and dentures. Each time I feel like I was rushed. Had to go back 7 or 8 times to no avail. neither the upper or lower stay in place especially when I am eating, coughing, sneezing.

My upper and lower pinch and hurt. I would like a refund because I will have to go to another dentist to fix my mouth. I am trying to manage this on my own but the family lawyer can take this over (Linda Hanna).

You need a better way for your surgical practice. I showed up for my appointment to have a tooth extraction only for the surgeon to tell me he wasn't going to do the surgery. You need to have it so the surgeon is consulted days before the surgery.

Not the day of the surgery. Some people can't afford to take time off just to have the surgeon tell you they aren't going to do anything. You shouldn't make patients schedule a surgery and pay for it ahead of time until the surgeon consults first

On December 19, 2022 l had an appointment at 2:00 pm to have my scan for permanent partial. I had a January 9, 2023 1:00 pm appointment to have them replaced in my mouth however, when l arrived it was explained that the Fed X truck hadn't arrived and please come back 2:00. pm.

After returning at 2:00 l was called back into the patient area room and sat for 15 minutes to be told that the Fed X truck hadn't made it to the office. From that day they have not contacted me.

I had the worst experience with (2) back molar tooth extractions with only Novocain (8) shots!! He couldn't not get them out. I'm sitting in the chair shaking uncontrollably, white knuckling the chair arms and yelling ouch *#@*, dentist is pulling, twisting, prodding, cutting to extract my teeth and resorts to getting the drill.

The next day I looked like Marlin Brando. That extraction should have been done under anesthesia with me sound asleep. Charged me $1200 for the complete procedure of removing teeth and replacing with implants. I noticed I have a $700 balance from what?

I am actin behalf of my mother Thelma Hummel. her new dentures for over a month and half. She drives over 50 miles one way to only get there and her dentures are still not ready.. She is 92 years old and her dentures are fully covered by her insurance.

Every time I go to Glastonbury CT location their computer system is partially down or fully down and the receptionist has no idea what's going on or how the pt scheduling work. 45 am before they took me in. They told me the computer system has been down since Tuesday (5/2) and they don't have paper copies stating who's coming for what or when. This is ridiculous.

I have never been treated as bad by a company like I have been by yours. Had an appt. 04/20/2023 got text that need to reschedule, reschedule for 04/26/2023 @830 am get there to be told systems down will call to reschedule.

Rescheduled for this morning at 10am to get there to be told no the call center should never have scheduled me. I will never recommend this company to any of my family or friends.

Overcharged. Dentist out of network. Everytime I went in there was a different dentist. When I was presented bill I was told that it was my responsibility to check to see if they were in network. In the course of my visits I had seen 5 different dentist with a mouth of fake teeth.

I was seen in Waycross, Georgia. 00 more. This was the same thing that happened on my bottom partial I had made before the upper plate. Had to pay 700 more before top plate could be made. I like the work but the figures don't add up.

I have good insurance and insurance should be paying these extra costs

Went to Aspen Dental in Camden South Carolina . Ask them did if they excepted my insurance which was Federal Advantage, they said yes, told me what would be my out of pocket part. I paid them in full. 00.

MY husband went to aspen in January for a top denture and has only had one reline done I have been trying to get a appointment for him to complete this process for 6 weeks and cannot make an appointment. I’m using a credit program to pay for my work done by Aspen dental. When I went in they told me all that needed to be done (4 wisdom teeth removed) so they went ahead and charged it to my account(I have the receipt as well) well, they decided to tell me I owed $1,200 extra.

I was seen in the Marshall Tx office on May 25, 2023. When it was time to pay my deposit to schedule my oral surgery, I instructed Griselda to split the payment putting $400 on one card and $84 on the other card.

While in office, I received a notification that my card was over the limit which I addressed while there and was told that she charged my 2nd card for the full amount instead of $84 which caused my card to go over the limit. I was told the money would be refunded within 2 days.

I walked into the clinic needing a simple filling. When I walked out I had a root canal. The first one was unsuccessful. They talked me into a second with the office. That was unsuccessful. They told me I needed to have it pulled.

I JUST STARTED WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE OWINGS MILLS OFFICE. I HAD 6 TEETH PULLED AND DENTURES MADE. I HAVE A BRUISE ON MY FACE AND I SAW HER ON MONDAY AND SHE SAID TO LEAVE THEM OUT UNTIL TUESDAY MORNING SO I DID.

Being charged for temporary partials that ate unbearable and dang. The top partial never fit correctly and was extremely painful to wear. The dentist said "oh you just need to get used to it". The bottom partial was extremely painful to wear, so the dentist cut the clasp off 1 side of the partial.

It now would float loose on the right side. I ended up partially swallowing it and choking because it would not stay in position. Charged me/ my insurance for 3 filling that were not cavities, the dentist couldn't read the x-rays.

And never filled the "cavities". A office worker came and did the molds for my teeth. "it's suppose to feel tight". Less than a week later it came out.

I was in your Florence ,Alabama office in November 2022 to have work done on a broken front tooth . The dentist was very nice and the office staff were also. Unfortunately the portion of the tooth that he fixed broke off this morning (04/25/23) while I was eating . The day I came in to have my teeth extracted they ASKED if there were 2 Rene Gillespie's. Well there are actually several people with the same name through out the United States. But in Ohio, YES. Through out the process of getting false teeth they would frequently call me the day before my appointment & say it was at a different time than on my appointment card.

They did my Financial & I got a loan to pay for what my Insurance did not cover. Then I would receive a bill for $5000 after I've already made payment arrangements. Financial department assured me that my Insurance covered 100% & to IGNORE the bill.

I am paying $1300 a piece for temporary partials that the upper never fit correctly or comfortably. Nothing but pain while wearing it. The lower partial also didn't fit and was painful to wear. The dentist then took and ground off the clasp off one side and it had no way to securely stay in my mouth, resulting in me almost swallowing it.

Had to see an Endodontist and only one in my United Concordia Network within 30 miles was a guy that only works out of Aspen Dental offices. So I go through all the crap to get an appointment at an Aspen Dental office near me, and I had to pay $681 up front before the lady on the phone would even schedule an appointment.

How does a dental office charge $681 without even knowing what the treatment is going to be. So I pay and get an appointment and have to wait about 6 weeks. Very disappointed with ASPEN DENTAL as I bought new dentures at aspen about year or two ago The dentures were under warranty for 7 years . My bottom denture did not fit properly and shortly after I got them they cracked and I took the bottom denture back and they repaired the denture Shortly after that they cracked again so I took bottom denture back and was repaired again.

I called today just to ask for their fax number at the monaca pa Aspen dental. The lady that answered acted like I was inconveniencing her entire day after I asked for it. She then proceeded to tell me what it was as if she was an auctioneer speaking a mile a second.

When I asked her to repeat it she huffed and said it the same speed. After I said thank you, she said "you're welcome bye". Didn't even ask if I had other questions and now I feel very unwelcome. After my next visit, it will be my last for Aspen dental after that exchange.

I have never been so disappointed with my choice of doing business with your co. A few hours before my apt. On the 13th I received a call from your Statesboro office informing me my dentures didn't come in, the woman making them was sick.

When I first started going to Aspen dental I was told that I needed 9 teeth pulled. I’m 36 btw and never had cavities until a few years ago but the medication I’m on causes me to have dry mouth and I drink a lot of sweet tea.

Well never having cavities I really didn’t know any better and let this dentist pull 9 teeth not knowing I could’ve gotten caps because that wasn’t even presented to me as an option. So now im 36 with 2 partials.

I still go to Aspen dental and the new dentist I have Seems better than the other I had at first. I honestly didn’t realize the caps were an option until here recently. When I did get my 2 partials I opened a care credit card because it was going to be $5000.

Thursday the 13 i was scheduled to receive my new dentures, a few hours before my appointment Aspen dental called to tell me my dentures had not been received. They said the person working on them was off sick. The office said they would contact me on Friday the 14th. Guess what NO CALL.

Today the 17th I finally called your Statesboro office after 4pm. The woman chose to argue with me about how long it takes. I was finally allowed to say I would like an update on the dentures. I was assured the office manager would call me today.

Purchased a full top denture 3 years ago, which cost about $2400, at the Fairlawn, Ohio location and the teeth are already falling out. Called to get it repaired and couldnt get in for a month and a half and was told I had to go through exam and xrays again.

Went through all sorts of customer service and kept being told I would get a call back. Not to mention, had to have original denture made 4x and my front teeth are still crooked. smh.. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have never received a phone call back. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I picked up my dentures in July 2022. I haven’t been able to wear them yet.

First one of my implants had to be moved over for the denture to fit. It took over 3 visits to get the bite right. They had to keep cutting the teeth down to get a good fit. I had to keep going back for sores to be corrected and gum soreness.

The denture sides was too narrow and they had to drill and cut more to widen them. This went on several visits and the dentures was getting thinner and thinner. On April 4 2023 they had to cut and drill more to go deeper and wider.

I tried them on and the pain was still there. She said she couldn’t cut any more because the bottom of the white teeth was showing through. She said I could make a appointment with the manager to discuss this with her.

I have a seven-year warranty and they are not standing by their warranty blaming me for my teeth grinding down.
