Please help me! I had an appointment scheduled 5/1/23 in Pleasant Hills Pa. I came to appointment as scheduled and was told that all systems were down and could not be seen. I understand things happen. I attempted multiple times over next two weeks to reschedule.
I finally was able to schedule an appointment at a different location Homestead Pa on 4/19 at 9:30 Am I arrived as scheduled and office manager told me they could not see me. I had a confirmed appointment from email and took time off work for second time.
After discussing with office manager who originally told me that I was not the first person this happened too. After speaking to her boss they worked me in after 3 hours of waiting. I submitted my insurance information before appointment after all X-rays and diagnosis I met…
