When did Aspen dental in September because I have inadvertently thrown my teeth away I had a partial on the bottom well the dentist told me that I had supposedly he told me this which he never did that I had a gum disease and that my teeth I had left had to come out there was nothing they could do well if I had a gum disease I was never given any medication for it all they wanted to do is pull my teeth so

they can charge me $20,000 for implants I've talked to several dentist that's the last thing a dentist does is pull your teeth . There was so many other options now I have no teeth because they told me there was nothing else they could do for me so they took back their dentures and

Came in for adjustment on my temp dentures and was told the could finish and I would have to come back with my teeth falling out and unable to eat it took 2weeks to get this appointment last time the person was not going to be in had to reschedule. This a rip off they are just getting customers and giving poor service I would suggest you find some where customers care is important.

Appointments constantly rearranged. Not knowing what they scheduled me for. Put temporary crown in it broke apart. Put another temporary crown in and it fell off. They did not use any glue. Called to have it glued back on. Can't get you in for several weeks.

This place is a joke !! From day one they haven't helped us, beginning with filling out our insurance forms for $1,000 coverage. They made the dentures wrong from the beginning, then rigged them here and there through our numerous appointments, driving 20 miles each way.

Now the icing on the cake was, while eating a pretzel, one of the teeth falls out. Of course it's "under warranty" , could be 2 weeks to get back dentures that weren't made correct in the first place, only 1 year old !!!!

Then they send someone in my exam room, to try to get more money from me,to upgrade my dentures ??? So, they can't do their job and want us to pay for another screw up from them ??? Buyer beware !

This happened to us at the Lakewood, NY office, but appears that it is going on at all of their offices

00 out of pocket. It took me approximately 5 months to get the dentures and they have never fit to the point that the bottom plate cannot be worn. I use a lot of adhesive to hold the top plate, but there is nothing I can do with the bottom, the sit in my mouth at a slant, no matter how much adhesive I use.

I have been back to the office several times, each tm3 I. Ever received better results. I went back again last month, which now is has been 18 months since my BAD experience started. 00; when I asked what about the “customer satisfaction guarantee” I was told this is only good for 12 months and they do not guarantee the fit.

I was never given a copy of the guarantee or told it did not cover the fit and only good for 12 months until now. I would like a resolution to this problem, or…

My very first day there they charged me $8,999 on my new care credit card and all I received was a cleaning,plus I have dental insurance.my dental insurance company said I only owe $225. Aspen charges for procedures never done long in advance but doesn’t tell the insurance company that.my insurance company was only submitted the clinicals for my cleaning because that’s all I had done. Aspen charges the customer on the side at outrageous fees despite their agreement with the insurance company for a set fee and procedures.

I had some extensive work that I needed done. I had to have my teeth pulled also. 00. The work began, the first set of dentures they made was for me before i got ready for implants were to big.

So they made another pair which are still not fitting right. 00 for the implants. I went to them after being referred by another dentist, because they could handle the job. 00 and why wait until they took me through all of that and then tell me this.

I am so disappointed . I am now unable to eat at all. The set that I ended up with still is not fitting right. now I am stuck with a bill and no proper dentures. Your assistance with this matter is very much appreciated. Thank you.

This place is horrible. They have totally put me through the ringer. It has been almost a year and I still don't have my permanent dentures. I am paid off in full and they have no idea what they want to do.

Either just give me my dentures or give me my money back. This is ridiculous and I can't believe how sub-par you guys truly are.

I went in for a crown in 2022 January. I went in today April 3 2023 for a extraction and they told me I owed them 600 dollars. Back in January I paid 1600 and was told by the receptionist that I was paid in full and that I would l not owe anything else.

So 16 months later I was told this just today as I walked in. Why wasn't this mentioned to me when I made the appt. The people who took my money that day are no longer working there. They quit.

Now there are all new people and nobody believes me when I tell them what the previous front desk told me in January. They didn't ask me for money but I am super upset that it took them 16 months to tell me I owed 600 additional expenses.

After a whole year of visits to get 2 permanent dentures and after adding more money owed at each visit before allowing them to be taken the DENTURES DONT FIT. They sit back too far in my mouth that they cant even be seen unless I raise my lips.

They took my last molds and added some forward movement to be seen naturally as I speak to make a permanrnt mold AGAIN. We were told there would be nothing due after they retooled my dentures. The bottom ones were lower than the 2 teeth I actually have so I looked like a beaver.

The top ones were too far back to be seen so my lip curled under them like Ihad no teeth at all. They also made another mold and today I went back to finally get my permanent dentures. 00 more before I could get them.

I had a 6 month appointment for a scheduled cleaning on 3-24-23 at Aspen Dental, 257 Plainfield Rd, West Lebanon, NH and this was canceled by phone a few days before. The next appointment that was available was not until November!

That will be almost a year for my cleaning and check up. This is totally unacceptable! Staffing issues need to be handled professionally by the individual offices with coverage for essential services. This is very poor practice management and not meeting the coverage of my insurance Ameritas for biannual cleanings and care.

I went to Aspen Dental in Gaylord MI and had 22 teeth removed and Received dentures about 4-6 months later. 00, which I thought was extreme. I decided to go through with procedure, because Aspen Dental advertised “customer service guaranteed”.

My dentures have never fit properly to the point that I cannot wear the bottoms. I have tried all adhesives sold otc and none help. If I use adhesives to hold the teeth in my mouth and try to talk or eat anything they fly out of my mouth across the room.

I have gone back many times to try and get a better fit, with no luck. 00; at no time was I given a copy of the guarantee or told that the guarantee was only for 1 year. I am first reaching out to you for help and considering a lawsuit for a complete refund.

Maria, a rude manager at Aspen dental in union deposit road was not professional in her interaction. She tried to argue about my dental coverage when my insurance company called just the day before. She said that " on their end" that it wasn't showing coverage when I was on the line with my insurance company while they were faxing my info over the day before.

Well I was at my dentist! The x-rays,pocked around my gums! Anyway I’ve needed my teeth cleaned! Some teeth need pulled,especially on the right top of my mouth. I’m ready for all of my teeth getting fixed. The problem is the office,doesn’t offer laughing gas!

I came into the office may of 2022 and met with the dentist Treasa Mathew owner of aspen dental at 227 Washington street Attleboro Mass. I already had full top dentures. I had 9 teeth on the bottom they did X-rays and we discussed that 5 of the teeth had to come out.

Worst expensive experience I have ever had! I went to Aspen last year in May 2022 and had my teeth extraction and have been going for fittings after fitting my treatment plan was to have snap in Dentures on the bottom and then when I met with the finical person they did not include them !!

Got dentures met with office staff had contract what insurance would cover and amount I would owe. They set me up with getting loan to cover the difference left after insurance paid. 00 for aveoloplasty. 00 they can't even get that right.

I didn't even know what this procedure was entailed. I would hope that any dentist doing tooth extraction would explain to pt. That they were doing something to your jaw bone and why. I was never informed and I don't believe it was done.

Started treatment in September 2022. Ended up with 10,000 $ treatment plan and financed over 4,000 with synchrony bank. With all that paid for a crown that never got because dentist filed tooth to the point the crown had nothing to cement to. No credit for that.

Aspen Dental is a dental chop shop. Do not trust this place. 5 hour consultation at the Waycross office only to be told at the end of it they stopped taking our insurance in December. Called the insurance company who stated next closest location was Hinesville.

Waycross said they can use all our results at the other office. Called Hinesville and they said they could but if we wanted a cleaning we would have to wait until end of March as they only have 1 hygentist (so does Waycross location).

Made appts for March 23rd in the afternoon. Today, March 14th we get a text saying our appts are at 7:30 am. We call to confirm our afternoon appts only to be told they are closing early that day so we have to come in the morning.

I wanted dental implants and was told that they would not pull some teeth out to do the implants. If I’m paying for them why can’t I get what I want. I switched locations of Aspen dental and the dentist from Kingston told the dentist in Middletown ny not to pull my teeth.

I have many missing teeth and I have a hard time chewing and choking. I went to have cavities filled and told them that I wanted done on front bottom teeth. He did one filling. The pain is getting worse but I refuse to go to aspen can you help me.

The initial dentist that I saw at Aspen told me I needed to put crowns on a couple of my teeth. This dentist then left the practice, and another dentist who was filling in at this location was tasked with completing the Post and Core process and putting in temporary crowns.

This particular visit was incredibly frustrating. The dentist couldn't get the water to work, and he had to deaden me with shots at least twice, because it was taking a long time just to get the procedures done that I needed.

He got the Post and Core done work, and then seemed to forget about me after a scan was taken for the permanent crown. I had to find a staff member and ask them if the dentist was going to come back to install my temporary crowns.

I was told I would have a temporary bottom denture until my permanent one was done. My dog got ahold of it,so I called them to see if I could get a replacement until the permanent denture was done. The manager then told me that the plate I had was my permanent one.

I had my last dental visit at your Brooklyn Center, Minnesota Dental Clinic last month in February 2023. I was told I had a credit balance a few days before the visit. The office manager on the day of the visit took my payment for my copayment required payment on the day of the visit.

The credit on file was applied that day so it reduced my copay amount by a bit. The amount that I owed should have been determined down to the penny that day and finalized when I made my payment on the day of the service.

Apparently, the office staff is not doing their job because I received a bill for $22 for that visit a few weeks after-the-fact! I payed my bill on the date of the office visit! If your staff can’t determine a bill correctly on the date of service, that’s not my problem!

72 year old senior citizens DO NOT LIKE turmoil; but, we DO NOT LIKE to be disrespected either. 2 years ago, after 22 years of service, I has to retire from Walmart because my knees gave away. My husband passed away from Cancer and I have always been a person who put everyone else before myself, whether it be in my family, job or friends, etc....

After he passed, I started to focus on myself a little more and do things that made me feel good about myself while trying to get through my grief. When I retired from Walmart more then 2 years ago, I lost my medical insurance because I could not pay the premiums for retired employees.
