I had an appointment today at the Columbus,Ms Office Phone (662) 243-0565. I’am having dental treatment done in which l paid over 6,000 dollars up front on 06/14/2022. The doctor and staff was very unprofessional today, The doctor did not Know why l was there which is uncalled for.

I visit aspen dental on 1251 Austin HW on 12/14/22 to extraction Tooth#3 . My Appointment was at one. ask me to be there 15 min early for peppers work . they put me in chair after 230 . after Dr write tx plan. 00 .

50 that ins they don't cover that procedure . how come ins said they cover that day . i call the office and complain and ask them to send me the itemizes the bill two Weekes ago but they ignore me so fare plus why for simple extraction , charge me 650$ plus know the periodontist saying that bone grafting it is not enough and

I had new dentures made at Aspen Dental in Branson Mo 65616 I paid for them in full and picked them up may 2,2022 . They did not fit they didn’t come together so I could eat. I went back 5 times to get them where I could eat with each time getting no results at all and being told to come back if that doesn’t work.

The last time they put a temporary soft liner in and it slipped out on my drive home and I swallowed it while getting a drink of water. The teeth don’t even look close to my other dentures I had prior to going there for new ones Also while waiting to be seen another person there was waiting for her dentures to be adjusted and showed them to me.

I had my teeth extracted for dentures last April for clip ins. The oral surgeon at the Surprise location refused to expose the bars. They sent me to Dr Bradley hammod who charged us another 2400 and two of the 5 posts I had in came right out.

Then aspen dental Sent us to another oral surgeon who wants to charge another 15k to fix aspens screw up. Aspen dental will not call us back about my dentures that aren't worth a crap, and also they never call us back about them being responsible for all these extra charges and referrals I've been sent to by Aspen.

Three failed implants and still in mouth, broken temp denture because my original cannot go in now because of failed implant and improper placement, it’s been almost a year and nothing done about it. I’m in pain everyday and had two other dentists look at what aspen has done and they said to remove implants immediately, I’m now with failed implants still in place and broken temp denture still wearing cause I have no choice at this point.

I went to the Lenore city location in Tennessee. I spent 11 grand. I’ve had an upgrade on my teeth that have already broke on me five times in the past seven months then when I wanted to go get it fixed for a total of a two minute repair.

They want me to wait a whole week or two just to get it fixed so I can’t eat and then they don’t want to have any solutions on how to fix my teeth when they keep breaking. I would not go and put any kind of money in this company.

The dental hygienist at north syracuse on brewerton road, route 11 for the second time was extremely rude to me. She was haughty and condescending. " She implied I did not brush my teeth or floss and was overly passive aggressive.

She acted flustered as well, as if she was over worked and they were understaffed. Last time I was there, there was the same passive aggressive rudeness with the hygienist. She also, without my permission ordered me a expensive toothbrush and other services I did not want.

I now am jumping through hoops to cancel and stop billing issues. I am never going to Aspen again. They are crooks and far from ethical.

I have been going to the Pittsfield Massachusetts Dental in Aspen since November I was in need of a new upper denture. I had a lower partial so I needed to get four teeth extracted and then a new bottom denture and that’s great.

Most of the things were never explained to me. I got different offers for financing all the time. There is an assistant manager there, named Sarah she has no clue how to do her job. She is constantly asking others how to do her job.

Hardly anything was explained to me. The entire process was not explained to me. I didn’t even know these teeth I have right now we’re not permanent until today as I went in to get a readjustment since my extractions were last week and she told me I couldn’t have an adjustment until I paid $1000.

That would’ve been great to know…

I have been using AspenDental for a few years now. Recently I had a problem with my insurance not related to them but once I got things right I got in and had some issuses. I talked it out with the office manager and was made aware of cost and had a plan.

I later went in to have my teeth cleaned as planned and the dds that cleans the teeth and she insisted I had to have a antibiotic treatment that would cost $900. That was not in my plan and I didn't have the money at the moment.

Figured I would get my teeth cleaned and see what I could do. She insisted I need it now and I may, But I am not being forced to do what I can't pay for. They gave me my money back and sent me on my way.

Tooth fell out of denture so often, they made a new one. Now tooth is coming out of new one. They replaced it twice . Then charged me one hundred and nineteen dollars to fix. Guess WHAT, it came out again, three months after it was replaced! This is beyond ridiculous!!

Wife confirmed appointment but was upset over 5 days of calling prior to her consent. She told this to the hygienist or whoever she talked to on 2/10. When I get to the office 2/13. I am told I don't have am appontment because my wife complained about the ph calls.

I have waited over 2 years to get my denture remade. It is not what I want and it hurts too much to even wear it. I call and I am hung up on, I'm told I'll get a call back and never do, my original temp denture broke more than once so you would think they would work on my remake. Nope!

1st they said I never came in so they don't have anything for me. After I had gone in 4 times to get the impressions for my remake done.

Made an appointment for my teeth hurting and was rescheduled after waiting another week then called the day of my appointment an hour prior just to be told they were going to reschedule again because a 4pm appointment would make them have to work late. I get off work at 3: 30 and if 4pm was a problem they should have let me know before.

It didn't seem to be a problem when I had my teeth done and paid 9000 but now they make me feel like a bother and knowing my teeth are hurting. They said they would have a manager call me and that was three day's ago.

Motto alligners I finished all trays & have been waiting since November to recieve my retainers. I call and get no information or told they will look into it and give me a call back, but never call back. This experience with this branch in Muscatine, IA has been ridiculous and annoying.

I’m not happy with the shade of my teeth but for a pride between 3 and 4 thousand dollars, there should be an option of selecting the shade of teeth I request? They had 3 options and neither were for white teeth of course if you pay more money you do get an option for whiter teeth.

That shouldn’t be an option no matter the price. I did get them back within 2 weeks which was great, however to get an adjustment on my new dentures I shouldn’t have to wait days for an appointment to take 5 minutes to adjust them especially if you let them know they hurt..

There should be a process for new dentures for the first days or week even to just walk in for an adjustment. Not as set up with the Aspen in Merrillville Indiana. They can only give you an available appointment time even if the appointment…

I purchased upper denture from Aspen Dental in Tucker Ga. I have been going back and forth for 1and a half years trying to get my denture fixed. They have replaced them with a new denture and they still don’t align in my mouth right.

I purchased the 7 year plan so that if I had problems it will be addressed. After the pandemic had lifted I went back and the dentures still didn’t work properly. After going through some discomfort I finally went back and they still haven’t fixed the problem.

They then tell me that on top of my problem I now need a partial. I wish the first group that evaluated me would have told me all this in the first place. They have not done their job in the first place.

Husband needed a root canal was trying to contact the Vero Beach Florida office they kept putting them on hold 45 minutes at a time or was told someone will get back with him nobody ever got back with him so he found an office to do his root canal and was supposed to follow back up with them and Vero for a crown I've been on the phone all day a week later trying to get him an appointment and

Aspen Dental Located at 1790 Scenic Hwy N, Snellville, GA 30078 is a rip off! I scheduled an appointment for January 24, 2023, to get a general cleaning, and this is what happened. I filled out the new patient form and told them at least three times that I want a general cleaning.

I also explained that I can be seen at the Veterans Administration Dental clinic for other dental care. I made it clear that because the VA’s dental clinic’s scheduling is so difficult, I am doing the cleaning that is authorized from my private dental insurer.

I finished my Invisalign's in May 2022. I received a bill for almost $1,000 on a crown they put in. I called gave them the information they needed. It should be covered because it was a cracked tooth that needed it.

Aspen did several exams, then denied a request for dentures. Initially stating insurance would pay, they refused the dentures due to a paperwork error. They refused to correct the error several times, giving inconsistant reasons? The bill was over 200 dollars, which included shining a blue flashlight into my mouth and charging 30 additional dollars.

Later I found Aspen has a very poor reputation and do not want to go back.(ie. WEB and BBB) I am desperate for dentures (weight loss) and need the money refunded so I can go elsewhere...

There are numerous, having my mouth numbed and lack of communication from staff not being able to have my tooth extracted. I am now dealing with the facility not correctly billing my insurance they have no knowledge of the care or( lack of ) that I received.

I should have been reimbursed for the 2nd partial that I received and paid pending reimbursement from Delta per Aspen management. They don’t care about their clients at all. Tried to tell them when getting casts made for dentures that it didn’t feel right in my mouth. They ignored me and made set of dentures that I cannot wear because they don’t fit in mouth.

I was told I wasn’t going to be without teeth throughout this process because I would have a set of dentures to use while I healed from getting what teeth I did have extracted, and I’ve been without teeth now for well over 6 months since the dentures don’t fit.

They have yet to even talk to me after extracting my teeth to see how I was healing or even answer the phone when I’ve called to make a follow up appointment. But I can get the bill for the remainder of what “I owe” them in order for me to get the permanent set of dentures.

For the pass 2 + yrs I have been going to Aspen Dental here in Sarasota FL on university drive.In these 2+ yrs I have been there 84 times and I'm only in Florida 6 months a yr. I had new implants put into my old implants . 84 times and Dr Rini and staff couldn't make the lower implants stay on posts and uppers won't stay in without adhesive applied at least twice daily. I am an experienced hospital director. Last Thursday I had an appointment at 10 AM at the Tuscaloosa office. When I arrived there I was told that my appointment has been canceled because I did not confirm although I am unable to be reached after 12:30 or after.

What a nite mare.

First of all, it took seven tries to get a mold of my mouth. Afterwords my lips were cut, cracked, split and infected. Aspen dental used X-rays from an exam over a year prior, the dentist went into a frenzy removing my teeth.

He really enjoyed removing my teeth. Right after removing my teeth, they shoved dentures in my mouth from the terribly formed mold they had taken. Needless to say, they don’t come close to fitting. They hurt horribly, fall out, I can’t talk, or even begin to bite anything without them falling out.

I have bone or tooth fragments embedded in what’s left of my gums. My lower gums look like the teeth on a old fashioned rip saw, with several ridges. This is the result of the suture placements. Nerve damage ridges on my gums I’ve never had before.

Crystal, employee in Richardson is very rude to customers AFTER being paid. She claims she's an office manager but if she talks to customers the way she talked to me them Aspen will lose a lot of customers! We have spent way too much money at Aspen to be treated in such a way.

Has been over a year and after Dr costs said no longer can help me. Stared bad anatomy. On dec 06 2022 went in at 11: 30 and turned in upper denture that would never work. Said refund would be mailed.

Called Jan 3 2023 and was told I never come in and signed form nor brought in denture that they could not make fit. 00 later and over a dozen visits still no refund. Said no record of me coming in.

I had a cleaning scheduled. Approximately $150 out of pocket as I don’t have insurance. Upon arrival they had tacked on X-rays which I wasn’t expecting. They said they do them yearly. When I asked the front desk they said I could speak with my technician when I went back.

The technician then proceeded to belittle me when I said I didn’t want the X-rays because it doubled the bill. She said “what are you against X-rays or something”. I would have gladly scheduled a future appointment for X-rays as I needed a regular dentist.

I walked out due to extreme frustration. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a dentists office and I’m completely discouraged on going back.

to be top of the line dentures. when we were looking to finally get the permanent ones another Aspen location said that he had paid for a package deal he still was owed the permanent ones to call the Arrowhead Aspen where he prepaid for everything and they would help him. He was so excited.

I went with-he went back, they were rude. He had taken the few hours off work AGAIN we drove all the way there (about 10 miles or so maybe more) they couldn't have them ready or call say they wouldn't be so he didn't miss work or drive all the way there??

On 12/22/2022, my son had a scheduled dentist appointment at the Aspen Dental office in Douglasville Ga. My son called me to let me know that they only completed X-rays and that we would need to schedule for an actual appointment. Just a little history, my kids have been going to this practice for years. The appointment in December was rescheduled from an appointment that I had in November. On 12/12/22 I was sch at 8 am which via phone call the week prior to the appt it was made by phone. Came in to the appt at 7:50am the secretary was not there the dental asistant /nurse didnt know what she was doing the "figured it out per her" that I was not sch and
