I would even give them a one star. They are very nasty disrespectful it’s all about money they pull the tooth that wasn’t even supposed to be pulled it was awful and the office was on Southport Road I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Aspen Dental 25718 Sierra Center Blvd. I received new dentures on 4/25/22. On 9/12/22 the front tooth of the top denture popped off in my mouth. I was lucky I did not swallow the tooth! On 9/13/22 Aspen Dental agreed to see me and said that they would not replace the denture which has a 7 year warranty.

They wanted to repair the denture by using a Acrylic material to GLUE the tooth onto the top denture!

Oneonta office ny, a while back I had to complain to Mary, office manager, about my lower denture, because I did I got satisfaction because they listened to me, that was back in June, I just recently had soft redline done again, I asked again about bottoms being loose, before I even finish a meal, but when I complained before, Mary had spoke to people about it, I came in they listened to me , went on cruise and had no problem eating and in fact sometimes two meals before I had issues, now again there loose before I finish eating a meal, spoke to attendant fixing mine didn’t matter there loose again and

To start In Jan I had to wait 2 weeks just to get my teeth. So my bill was put on my Care Credit card. 00 a month to get it paid off. 00 I thought was before Insurance. The office didn’t file on my second Ins co. Ameritas Ins.

So I didn’t know they didn’t file. So I called them and they said well it’s to Kate but go ahead and file. Aspen did file and it was denied. All they had to do is refile. NO THEY DIDNT.

00 a month that don’t fit. I want my money back. They are rude to me and my daughter and now refuse to see me I’m going to sue that sorry thing that calls herself a doctor.

I had dental work done here, it injured my jaw. I couldn't open my mouth and still can not completely open my mouth. They told me they would take the charges off my account for the procedure that injured me.

And nothing has come off my care credit card and nobody has responded to my messages. I would like my refund so I can pay my card off and proceed to a different dentist to help my jaw. It's been 6 weeks since the incident happened.

I took a friends advice a couple of years ago and went to Aspen Dental in Shawnee OK, to have upper dentures and a lower parcel made, great job, was very pleased, but I broke my lower parcel sometime in May of this year and went back to the same Aspen Dental in Shawnee, the people there were very nice and helpful but the personnel had changed and

the quality of the dentures did also and not for the good. I had the lower parcel made and it was a nightmare, looked like hell and didn't fit. The dentist agreed and they were sent back to who knows.

I got them back in about 3 weeks and was told to bring them back if they didn't fit right. After 16 trips I had had enough, I was not going to get the right fit form this place. I request that you provide another place I can go to get the proper fit…

My husband and I first became patients of Aspen Dental on 21 Drum Hill Rd, Chelmsford,MA., and had our first appointments on 02/16/2022. We are both retired and purchased a Dental Discount Plan due to the extremely high cost of dental care. At this first appointment, we were both told that we needed a “deep Cleaning” which very much surprised us, as we have had regular dental care all our lives and were very up to date. We are both medical Professional, both retired RN’s. We were not convinced that we needed this procedure but ended up agreeing to it for one time only. Hi Sir, I’d like to tell you a bit about me and my experience at one your dental locations. 6 years ago I went in to have a tooth pulled and well I was there I was kinda talked into a lower and upper partial which I was fine with.

They prepared my teeth and at one point the dentist says whoops, I asked what happened and was told nothing it’s ok . The next day I noticed my back tooth was ground down to accept the partial but any liquid and cold air was hurting it .

My wife says just ask when you go back . When the partial’s were done I again asked the dentist what’s wrong with my tooth and he said nothing once it heals it will be ok . The bottom partial fit fine and felt good but the top was horrible and I repeatedly told them and once again I was told I need to get use to it .

Over charges- over pd. Left with a partial denture on bottom that is temporary only- can't eat or chew with them- then when time to get my permanent bottom plate - Dentist has left the state- I'm left with this mess since November!

I virtually can't eat in the same room with even a family member - having to pull this temp. Out of my mouth to mail the food around enough to swallow! They immediately put me in a dental plan from day I walked in for over 6 grand!

The most horrific dental experience I have had in 55 years from them a dental provider. I went in for a cleaning and to get adivce on molars in back on the bottom that were leaking and needed to be crowned.

These people drilled my teeth for 5 hours. They put on a bridge for one side and two crowns on the other. Within a two year window, all their work popped off 4 times. The last time they put them back on I was painfully hurt by a dentist that wasn't happy they had to keep repairing me.

FINALLY after the 4th time I went to a real dentist. He was shocked. He said the reason the crowns and bridge would not stay on is because Aspen "mowed down" the teeth so far that they would never be able to grip a crown or bridge for any length of time.

I've been trying to get this taking care of. I've had nothing but problems with this company. They charged me more than they said and my teeth having been taking out. I've had to have all my teeth they supposedly fixed.

Fixed with another dentist and now recently my daughter is being sued for my care credit. Which I did pay on but have refused to pay the rest till I get help with this. I really need help, my daughter will not talk to me now.

Was a patient for a year at Aspen Dental in Hickory. They had problems getting my dentures made and fitted correctly. I transferred to the Statesville office where I was told they would open a new account as a new patient to get me taken care of.

Now when I call to make appointment they won’t see me as a new patient and want to set my appointment out a month even though I have an infected tooth that needs to be pulled asap. I am needing 8 teeth pulled and will buying a full set of top and bottom dentures.

00 at this office and they can’t get me taken care of. Looks like I will have to go to Affordable Dentures now.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. I gave the Berlin office my I my insurance I formation and card. Was given a quote and paid an estimated balance of $300+ dollars. Called to verify date and time and payment. I was informed all was good. I got a bill for $3000+ dollars stating my insurance does not cover. I do not u derstand what or who your insurance person spoke to at Aetna or why I was given an estimate so far off. The office manager told me it was just an estimate... No your office failed to research my information. I requested documents 3 times...only to be given the bill again.

They never talked to me about a partial it was a flipper so I got the flipper and it hasn’t been maybe a month it doesn’t fit so I go in today and they won’t make any adjustments to it when I have free adjustments they never told me it only last 6 months either we’ll my hasn’t last a month .

There wanting me to pay 900 more dollars for a partial but tells me u won’t like it it will be to bulky u have have another tooth pull cause it has to have room umm… no I’m not either .. there very rude they tell u don’t listen to the reviews online but people please listen to the reviews go to affordable dentures !!!!

I was a patient of Aspen. I had oral surgery done and no one followed up to check on me, I was released out the back door by the dumpster and still heavily sedated. My husband and daughter were highly upset and felt professional care they spoke about in their pamphlet was not given.

They tried, but just couldn't get it right. I asked for my X-rays and they said it would take 24-48 to get them and at one point they said a week. It was so much that wasn't right. I had no choice but to move on.

It's hard for someone to answer the phone finally got someone and they said they would take her insurance had a referral then I had to make an extra trip to my dentist get the x-rays and all take it back up to them which is a 70 mile trip for me and they supposed to call us and give us appointment what time to get there after 7 days haven't heard from nobody the last time I talked to them they said they would call me the next day well that didn't happen so

First complaint is the high turnover and the folks they hire lack knowledge of even being on a dental office.

Second is that all the work I’ve ever had from the Germantown location has failed and it’s always for me to pay for it again and again. Brown with an emergency to replace a tooth…This office and the people are horrible and I will say that to the end.

It just don’t make any sense the things I’ve been through trying to get and keep proper dental care and a nice smile.

On 7/25/22 I had dental cleaning and a wisdom tooth extraction. I was told they were being faxed to Walgreens. Well that didn't happen so I spent the rest of the day after numerous phone calls in pain!! I wasn't given my meds until the next day!!! 00 Really???? office !!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

We had a 10 o'clock appointment this morning for a cleaning at the office in Loveland Colorado. My husband and I waited almost an hr for it although we would not have minded. My complaint is with the receptionist .

When we came in she apologized for the fact they were running behind schedule which was fine and then after a few seconds of our arrival trying to blame my mom for calling prior to our arrival to verify that we would come in for the appointment. She said "I couldn't understand her accent and she nearly cancelled our appointment".

This is after we had confirmed that we would be there. She absolutely made no sense basically blaming my mom for the fact that they were running behind on their schedule that was the impression. Her comments had no basis whatsoever.

After yrs of being terrified of the dentist, I decided to go to Aspen Dental in Euless, Tx. During my visit is was decides I needed all of my teeth pulled and that, I needed perm dentures/ implants. 00 I made him aware I lost everything during the crash, laptops included, and haven't worked for 30 days.

He informed me that he already took the price down some, my n response was I didn't lose them I almost died in a car accident and they were not returned. 00 out of pocket, I was under b the impression a reputable company like Aspen Dental would honor it, and help satisfy me under their customer service agreement, he stands his ground and I walk out.

I am a Disabled Veteran. I have waited for 6 years to get on aspen dentals veteran service day, and finally i got on the list at the Bay City Michigan branch's list for June 11 2022. All was well.

I was fitted for dentures. They can not be used. Do not fit at all. Incorrect dentures. I am requesting my money back. 40 which was paid to the on July 14 2022. I when to have them checked out and the dental assistant just ignored me and took other patients ahead of me. I left.

I was I'll all weekend because of this. I am 73 years old with high blood pressure. The dentures are useless.

I had to cancel my deep cleaning because I had to go back to Ohio for my sick mom. The lady at aspen dental on Virginia Beach blvd Town Center said just call them to reschedule when I got back.

I tried to reschedule for six weeks. Nobody answered their phone. So I called corporate who were very helpful. The next day somebody from the dentist’s office called and I made an appointment for the procedure that I already paid for.

Well I get there for my appointment, and they told me that they were overbooked and needed to reschedule or wait for a very long time. I was livid to say the least. I asked for a refund and left.

I will check in a couple of days to see if I got the refund. This has nothing to do with the dentist. He was very nice when I first met him. This is totally on the office…

Aspen Dental. 925 Bob Wallace Ave SW, Ste 30, Huntsville, AL 35801. Extremely poor customer service. m. and arrive 10 minutes early as expected. Had to wait 30 minutes before someone was able to explain why I hadn't been seen.

I was informed that my surgical packet for implant was lost and could not be found. Now permanent dentures are in but due to failure to coordinate for implants causes only top or upper set to be placed in and the lower said is delayed once again due implant surgery.

I started the denture program and paid in full January of 2022.

However I'm not getting a straight answer on implant procedure and have to call and complain to get anything done. Am I being penalized for advance payment for services which I did so in good faith expecting quality servies?

I was dismissed from going to Aspen Dental because of the 2 bad experiences I had and that I was unhappy about what happened. Had I not complained, I imagine I wouldn't have been dismissed. The first bad experience was when I was told by 1 dentist at Aspen Dental that I needed to replace a crown done a few years ago by another dentist.

When I went in to get prepped for the crown, the other dentist whom I had never met before from the same office, told me he would not feel comfortable replacing the crown because it looked completely fine. This concerned me and I cancelled my appointment right then and there because I was nervous about how 1 dentist said I needed a crown replacement and the other said I did not.

I had a cleaning scheduled for 6 months, at aspen dental, waco texas. Arrived this morning, appointment at 10:00. Was told they did not have a hygienist at the time, and I could be added to their list. Said I did not have an appointment in their system.

I asked why I was not called. The girl working the front said she was new and did not know. In fact that was her answer to every question. Six months ago when I arrived for my cleaning I was told I did not have an appointment.

Make a long story short, their doctor pulled the wrong tooth and all he said was oops and that I was being dramatic after I said something, unbelievable. After reporting them to the BBB they contacted us after 2 years how convenient they waited after 2 years had elapsed and said that they wanted to settle.

Making us go back and forth and even pay out of pocket to get an estimate at another dentist office so that we can give them the cost of the settlement they denied our claim saying it's been over 2 years.. why contact us to settle and go back and forth if you knew it had already been 2 years.

I went in a year ago and they pulled all my teeth, they have overcharged me, made useless appointments, taken 3 impressions... and a year later I still don't have my teeth... the tech quit and no one told me or canceled my appointments so I drove over an hour to 2 appointments where there was no one on site to do the work I was scheduled to have done.

I recently fired my dentist and aspen dental was recommended. Had all but 3 teeth extracted, given no antibiotics, ended up at froedtert hospital twice due to their lack of care, my Dr diagnosed the thrush. Went back to them they didn't even care, I paid almost $8000 with financing and out of pocket on June 3rd and STILL can not wear my temporary dentures due to bone spurs.

If I had known it was going to be just as awful as my last dentist I would have just stayed there. I just want my permanent teeth then after I will be seeking another dentist..

Wish I didn’t have to even give one star. The dental hygienist and dentist were horrible. I went in for a tooth extraction and to talk about a partial in that order but these two women were the most vile.

You walk in and get swooped up by all these X-rays then have someone come in and tell you that you need 6-8 of your teeth pulled that are still good and not bothering you. After I started crying and told them that they were not going to pull good teeth.

They walked out after I didn’t agree and wouldn’t pull my tooth that I came there for and said they didn’t have time. I called today and was sent To the office manager that wouldn’t listen to any of my concerns and told me they preformed these X-rays and my insurance would be billed.

My boyfriend is terrified of dentists and wanted me with him for a root canal so I could say something if he was in pain and squeezed my hand. The woman that called him back for his procedure told me there isn’t enough room for me in the room.

I took the day off of work and drove an hour here to be told I have to sit in the car for 2 hours while he gets his procedure. I’m fucking livid

I just had lung surgery I told the dentist I have pain to just hurry up extract a couple of teeth the dentist saw my agitation and took it personally as I said what can't you understand this and the dentist said I need my doctors permission for the extraction and I told the dentist they are incompetent and black listed me from all Aspen Dental clinics I can no longer receive care from any Aspen Dental clinic. What kind of person does such cruelty against a patient client what kind of dentist is so vindictive ?

6/27/22.

First-- my appt was at 10:45 I finally saw dentist at 12:20. I had a broken tooth that needed to be addressed.. He told me I had to have a bridge removed that has not given me any trouble. Very insistant.

I told him NO but he still insisted so again I told him NO. Then he said I had to have a cleaning because the surface had to be clean before he would do anything. (more money) Because I had been there for almost 3 hours I had to leave.

I was told someone would call me with treatment plan and cost. SURPRISE no one called. I had to call them. I was told 2 three surface fillings at $296 each. 2 4 surface fillings at $359 each and because I had bone loss I had to have a special cleaning and treatment $384.
