I have an Asssurant Vehicle Care policy. but that is part of the problem: Assurant is a very common but vague brand and there are all kinds of companies with that name. My problem is I can never get a live voice.

Manejan información engañosa en la página web y vía telefónica ya que hice todo tal cual lo pidieron para hacer mi reclamo y desde el dia 12 de julio que presente mi reclamo aun no envían ni número de rastreo ni me dan fecha de envío del equipo y me refiero a que engañan porque en la información que dan dicen que si se hace el reclamo entre semana llegara el equipo celular al día siguiente hábil de haber sido aprobado y ya llevo 5 días esperando y aun no tienen información y no tengo mi equipo reclamado.

Never cashed the claim check that was sent to me. They asked for it back so I may have a valid one to cash. I sent them the old one on May 16 and have yet to receive the new one.

My emails have gone unanswered except one with a 'resolved' response. Ive called every phone number listed and they keep giving me the run around. No one there cares to take time to help me, nor hear me. Left voicemails and no returned calls.

They obviously do not want to pay me what is rightfully mine. Absolutely horrid customer service. Do not utilize their services. Not friendly, helpful.

I have been failing a burglary claim since 8/20/2022 and have only received one payment/ I can never get my insurance agent because they keep changing. I need to speak with someone to clarify this matter, or I will contact an attorney. This is unbelievable to go through this horrible experience.

I've been waiting 21 days to have a same day repair for my cracked screen! I've called the store,assurant and multiple chat sessions with no luck! I've made two trips to store for the guy not to be there. They couldn't even call to say he wasn't coming.

I ask her to cancel it last Monday but she still hasn't. THIS IS ABSOULETE BULLSHIT! THIS IS THE PEOPLE THAT REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY! I've been on phone for almost 40 minutes and have wasted eight hours of my time dealing with something that should take less than two!

I want someone to call me and my phone repaired at another location! My next step is to contact BBB

Received laptop when switched to T Mobile. Added insurance through Assurant. Laptop was either misplaced or stolen during my son’s hospital stay. Was told by T-Mobile to “lock” it and file a claim. Tried for over 5 hours to get claim to go through and still nothing.

Continues to argue that there was “no service” when claim was filed despite having T-Mobile representative tell them otherwise

I have a warranty on my 2017 Hyundai Accent. It is burning oil badly 1qt/200 miles and the burning oil has destroyed my catalytic converter. They won't cover the cat which fine the warranty excludes it but won't cover the engine or any diagnostic tests to determine the problem.

They will not communicate with the customer and will not offer any solutions nor honor the warranty. I am looking at my legal options and filing complaints with regulatory agencies.

I need to speak to a supervisor immediately. I filed a claim for a robbery at my home on 4/16/2023. The website states that claims will take 3-5 business days. By 4/26 my claim had not even been reviewed. After leaving several messages for my adjuster Neftali Godinez and his supervisor Alex Hernandez.

Mr Neftali finally called on 4/16. On that date he told me he had reviewed my items and everything looked fine. I just needed to provide receipts for a few items. So I said to them some were gifts, he said that's fine he still just needed the receipts because without them I would only receive $100.

He also said he was only waiting for a police report and that he requested it but it would be faster for me to request it. So I did. I received and sent it to him on 5/5. He told me again…

If I could give this company negative stars I would. They are HORRENDOUS at their job. Good luck getting them to finish your claim, it's been 5 months and they don't answer calls or emails. It's a complete nightmare, and I intend to file complaints all the way up the chain.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I'm not even kidding.

I filed a claim on thur 3/23 at 5 pm and was told I would receive my device by Friday. Now its Friday and I have no phone and being told it will be Monday before I will receive it.

Although the web page states in black and white claims made before 7pm are next day. And the supervisor hung up on me. Now I can't work for the whole weekend and now I won't have money to pay my bills .

On time I pay this money for no reason. Wost company ever will contact better business to file complaint as well

On December 25 2022 at 8 am, a faulty sprinkler system at the apartment sent a torrent of water through the apartment burst pipe, displacing my family and me from the apartment. Pipe Burst has caused personal property damage stress and discomfort to my family displaced by the leaks. I follow claim 00201587114 unfortunately claims examiner Adna Faz refuses to comply and pay to follow my insurance policy for my lost furniture.

Spoke to a rep named May(not sure of the spelling, but this is what she said her name was), and told her my issues with not receiving a gift card for my warranty-covered AC when another rep I had spoken with a few months ago had promised a refund and gift card to purchase replacement AC.

She hung up on me in the middle of the call. I called back and once again, was placed on a call with rep "May". I told her my issue again and she hung up on me. Now I called a third time and once again was answered by "May".

I told her I did not appreciate being hung up on multiple times, and that she should not have done that.

Pipes busted in my home and I filed a claim to cover my damaged items.

However Assurant is refusing to cover my damaged items. I sent all requested documents.

However a representative by the name of Erica Potts has yelled at me. Has lied and falsified documents. I've left several messages to her direct report Victoria Flynn and Mr Macelous Mesa who has yet to returnmy calls. I need my damaged items replaced.

I am experiencing health problems from the mold and mildew. This is unacceptable. I was on the phone for 2 hours this morning on hold trying to speak to a Supervisor or Manager however no one has responded or took the call.

We have warranty with them for our dryer and washer we’ve been having issues with dryer since approximately 0ct/ Nov 2022 have had multiple visits to try and fix it and keeps doing same thing which has then also destroyed other parts of dryer on 2 occasions they have paid over 400 dollars to repair we didn’t even pay that for the dryer now today repair guy saying might need motor??

I’m done with this warranty company . Let’s not mention being left with out a dryer !! I e complained to them but deaf ears.

Your customer service that handles Metro PCS claims they suck. Ask a lady by the name of rona, specific questions and she kept sidestep in my questions will not give me a direct answer. Then I ask for a supervisor which took several minutes to get his name was Alex.

He did the same thing. I'm a businessman and when my clients ask me a specific question I give him specific answers. There is no reason to jack your customers around. If I can give you a zero star I would.

We lost our apartment due to a fire in July of last year. This put tons of hardship on our family as we lost everything. Our home consist of myself and four teenagers and one infant child. Right from the start my adjuster was the rudest and most unprofessional man I've ever met.

The only way I was able to get him to release funds to me was by reaching out to places like Facebook messenger and after going to them twice in 4 months he sent me to the fraud unit and after that investigation (which took a long time) then he sent me a check finally advising me to purchase my most expensive stuff first so I could get bk my recoverable depreciation and

so I did but this whole time we lived in our car and the adjuster did not care although I paid extra in my policy to have the living adjustment…

Re: Cell Phone Warranty. My phone warranty with T-Mobile is carried with Assurant. I have a cracked screen, so filed a claim. Deductible for a cracked screen is $39, where a replacement phone is $99. They only showed the $99 option on the claim (same as a year ago).

A call to customer service revealed that they do NOT have a repair facility in Denver, which has a metro population of 3 million people. If they don't have one here, they don't have one anywhere. That is unacceptable, and false advertising.

I filed a claim 12/24/22 and have called every day since. As I am typing this it is 1/6/23 and still have not received a phone call back with an update on my claim. My adjustor, Jorge, was available much of the time to discuss my claim, but he is currently on vacation until 1/11.

I have called and left multiple messages with his Manager Robert Novack ext. 4032128 and have yet to receive a callback. I have also called the escalation team and left a message with Robert Leedo, did not get a return call.

I spoke with a lady at the switchboard again today 1/6/2023 and was transferred to the switchboard manager Elaine. She explained again to allow time for them to call me back, but I explained to her that I have and still have not received a call back at all.

She transferred me to the voicemail…

Hello, I'm very upset with this Company and My agent, my apartment was flooded on Dec. 25, 2022. I made appointment to do a vitrual walk throw, my agent did not call me at all. I took off work, with no pay.

When I finally talk my agent after trying reach her for two days. She told me she was on a special assignment and wasn't not allow to take any calls. So my case is not important. M. She didn't call me at all.

I tried calling her no with answer. This is my second day missing work to get my handle business with no pay. I paid my renters insurance up to year. This company is very unprofessional and has poor customer service.

Thats more then 14 days. I need my phone. I have been with tmobile since i was like 13. Im debating on canceling alllllll of it. You guys have horrible staff and service as well. It took me like 6 calls to get thru because you couldnt hear me saying call back call back... ridiculous service

Hello I have been having an issue with a replacement request that I have submitted since 09/2022. It was approved and the phone was shipped out to me however I never received it. I was told that an investigation was going to be done to possibly trace the missing device that was sent to me but I have yet to receive anything further from your company.

Everytime I call I get people on the line who indicate that an investigation was never submitted on my behalf. I am going on 3 months now with no resolution and my damaged device is almost going out on me to where I will need to purchase a brand new device.

On top of this issue you have charged me for the damaged device on my T-mobile account because you have not received it. I cannot send it until I get the replacement device. Please help me…

Would give zero stars if I could! We have had ongoing issues with our fridge/freezer for a year, with multiple repair calls. Our unit even broke completely in July. Since then we have still had more service calls, including trying to get the unit replaced (recommended by the repair tech) We just got home from the grocery store and the unit has AGAIN stopped working.

When I go to the portal to check status of the claim, status says “closed” but I haven’t been contacted by anyone at assurant to tell me why. And now we are without a fridge right before the holidays. Worst service ever!!!

I filed a claim in Sept and when I received the replacement device it was not working so they had me return that device (which I have the tracking to prove this) and keep my original phone until the sent me another replacement. Once the second replacement was received I returned my phone to Assurant as instructed (again I have the tracking as proof). 48.

I have called and given Assurant both tracking numbers and they told me it would take 2 billing cycles to remove this bill. Its now been 2 billing cycles and NOTHING HAS CHANGED. My account still shows this bill and Assurant just keeps saying the same thing.

I purchased the I phone pro 14 pro max on Oct 2022 and have insurance with Assurant. I used the phone until 11/21/2022 I lost my phone and could not find it. Assurant said that due to I made a claim on Oct 2022 with the same IMEI of the phone so my claim on 11/21/2022 is not valid.

How the hell I bought the phone on Oct 2022 and filed claim with them at that time? This is the first claim with my iPhone 14 pro max. They are trying to find a way to deny my claim and does not even find a way to resolve this mistake.

I told them clearly it was an error on their end or it messed up somewhere but they still did not listen and try to deny my case and no reconsideration.

An employee of assurant retaliated towards me because I called and complained about the service received and product I received. By denying my claim. "Stated my phone wasn't covered, information I provided for claim was incorrect, that the information of the claim i filed was a S22 Ultra 512g white which is bs and the date was also tampered with.

I have proof showing what I claimed. I've loss 2days of work due to this.

Horrible company to have for appliance warranty. I have a washer which is about 3 years old which is leaking. I called and have not go a technician to my house in 2 month when he finally showed up he did not fix my washer was very unprofessional, took my laundry room apart and wanted leave a stack able washer / drier in parts.

The repair company is called Radigans rapid repair. When you call them and get lucky enough and somebody answers they hang up when you ask for a timeline for the repair. Which is incomprehensible . When I called assurance they stated they could give me a different repair company, but no timeline for my washer to be fixed.

The washer is a May Tag and when I checked Radigans out on line I note many of the same complaints and a bad reputation

Incident November 13, 2022- I initially went in person to a Metro store to receive service and I received the run around from two associates. I went to a second store and I spoke with Mohammed He provided very brief information and said to speak with a Manager.

I have been trying to receive good customer service and I continue to get the run around for no reason. I have a defective phone and it has been discontinued. I called Metro back and spoke with Simone and She informed me I should not be experiencing the issues I am.

I HAVE RECENTLY FOUND OUT THAT THE ASSURANT SENT ME A PHONE REPLACEMENT WITH LESS MEMORY OF 128GB INSTEAD OF 512GB PHONE WHICH WAS LISTED . WHEN ASKED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM THAT THEY SENT ME A LESSER PHONE, I WAS TOLD THAT 13 DAY WINDOW HAD EXPIRED, DESPITE THEIR RECORD SHOWS THAT THEY HAD SENT THE WRONG PHONE.
