Lost my phone and filed a claim. Phone was found damaged beyond repair. Had to file a new claim as physical damage. On day 7 now with no phone. Get an email yesterday saying they need a picture of my ID.

(Already submitted one when i filed the claim). The people on chat could have told me they needed a fresh pic days ago but they just read from a script and are useless

25 year customer - filed claim, it was approved and per the policy replacement phone is to be shipping within 24 hours overnight. Deductible of $99.00 was taken 4 times, no phone and spent hours on the phone with them to hear the phones are on backorder. Asked about the over deduction on my bank account (a federal offense) and they asked for bank statement. Emailed and uploaded onto their claim page - ZERO Help, no call back. Tried to contact any other email than the one given for the bank statement and nothing on line, site just says N/A. WTF

Taking my 6 phone lines to Verizon tomorrow and files a complaint with AG office.

I had filed a claim for my husband phone I was told to make the payment before 7 so I called at 5 not know that it was 7 ET so now they want me to wait when my husband use this phone for his business and that's how he makes his money they gave me false times and told me my payment for approve at 5 and I will get my phone the next day no good customer service

also called the service number tol them why i nolonger wanted the contract i was due a refund for that mon they still took money out my account knowing i hadcancelled i called a gentleman told me a refund i would get2 week and a half ago i called today and this nasty arrogent women talked to me like i was child .

UPS claimed the phone was delivered on 8/27/22 but I never received it.. I have a business and my phone is the main source of that. Being a loyal customer for almost 22yrs should count for something. Worst insurance company ever made a claim on 12/25/21 and paid $100 never received anything when i called them they said they couldnt do anything about it then tmobile calls them too on the line with me once they would speak with me they would leave me on the line for over 30 min never answering even when tmobile was on 3-way now i have paid for my service and insurance since december for a device im not using and been waiting on a replacement device! Horrible service!

They are the worst customer friendly cell phone insurance and repair company that I have dealt with. They wanted me to drive 200 miles away to get a phone repaired when they're replaces closer and they didn't even offer to ship the parts to somewhere closer to me.

I called to ask and speak to a supervisor. They put me on hold for 35 minutes and then hung up on me. They had no answers. No one tried to help me or make anything better

91 to my bill from may 14- June 13th. They told me it was a non return fee from assurant for my old device . According to my records and tracking number I received from USPS . They did indeed receive my old device .

After they confirmed they recieved it . I was told it will take 2 months to issue a refund , which I find absolutely ridiculous. A big corporation like T-Mobile I feel should have a quicker refund policy especially in times like this , in the midst of Covid and monkeypox and everyone is struggling to make ends meat.

I was told I was going to get a email confirmation and part of the policy that states that specific refund agreement and was hanged up on and referred to another agent who ultimately told me to look it up myself on the web and that I should of read the fine print.…

Assurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I attempted to get my phone fixed by this company. I was told I had to drive over 1 hour to get it fixed. I finally agreed to this. I was then sent a link that would not work to schedule an appointment.

I called back and spoke to over 15 different representatives. They continued to send me the same link over and over. I asked how it could be resolved and they refused to help, only continued to send the link. I was told their system was not working properly.

They took my money and would not help me despite my multiple phone calls.

We are a service shop and have dealt with countless insurance companies and claims, never have experienced such horrible customer service by a Malika. Would not work with us at all. The customer were helping did not want to give us their payment until the other half was paid by insurance because and i quote "we have had this issue before where they cancelled the claim right after we paid our half" so

Malika said "in good faith " she will send us the payment just needed a final invoice which is fine. Although 10 seconds after she said she was going to cancel the claim because she could not trust us. It was poor timing but our computers had shut down and she had no care in the world.

All of our managers and service advisors have been doing this for quite some time and have never received…

We made a call for service repair (incident#44756487) on our Bosch Washer on July 18,2022. We’ve had contracts with Assurant for a few years (recently renewed for another 2 yrs and added another appliance) made only one repair request for our Bosch dryer a year or so previously to this current request.

We were very satisfied with the services we received regarding repair on the dryer from both the service provider and Assurant. Not true however, for this recent claim on our Bosch washer. We were told there would be a response from Assurant with a service provider within 2-3 business days.

Called on the second day to get an update,but was told the request was still in progress,but we could expect a response by the next day. Hadn’t heard anything on the third day,so we called Assurant…

I have filed numerous claims with this company about my roof.We had a tornado on March 2022 here in Crockett which brought heavy winds and hail.Well those previous claims were denied.Well I did what the adjuster told me to do in August 2021.But after that tornado my windows in my home started leaking so me and my husband put upon ourselves to call a roofing company to get a new roof.Since I been with this company they haven't been honoring none of my claims.I pays my insurance faithful every month

We have had a claim open for more than a month now. They not only closed our claim but never bothered to tell us that the adjuster quit and they never assigned us a new one until we called 3 weeks in a row 3 times a week leaving message after message to call us back. Never did.

Got ahold of them once and they said they would see what they could do. Contacted their manager never received a phone call. Called the manager above them. STILL NO RESPONSE!

My claim was denied over a month ago. I never received any documentation. I need this documentation so that I can get money out of my retirement account in order to repair my roof. I have been contacting the Claims Adjuster, Jessica Estrada since June 1, 2022 with no response.

I contacted her supervisor at 1-800-652-1262 extension 4034271. She stated that my claim was denied and that I needed to take care of my roof myself. I told her that's what I was doing, but I needed a copy of the adjuster's report and a denial letter so that I could submit an Unforeseen Emergency Withdrawal Request.

I had a dishwasher problem. Assrrant sent a technician that was not only familiar with how to remove a dishwasher from the cabinet, but when asked told me he had never done the repair before. He wrecked the door latch.

By unscrewing everything he laid eyes one EXCEPT the 2 screws that held the dishwasher in the cabinet. I had to engage GE service(the real GE service) and have the latch fixed at my expense. The R & R appliance repair tech that was sent had absolutely no clue about the repair nor about leaving a work site the way he found it.

He Left my house and did not perform the repai took the part with him r and now I am fighting with Assurant appliance company because they want to send the same (inexperienced) repair outfit to my house. I will not allow R & R in my house again.

I called in on the 27th of June around 10:00AM and scheduled a warranty serivce for the 29th of June. I was told that Kingdom Appliance would be coming out for the service call. They were scheduled for June 29th in the time frame of 12:00 - noon.

No one showed up or called. I called their office which was closed for lunch and then called again after 1:00. They told me that they had not received notification of my service call. I then called your number and I us was told it was canceled.

They also said that it would be another week before they could come out. Told thm that was not acceptable. I called Kingdom again and they said they had a slot on the 30th but I would have to call in another request for service in order for them to be able to come out. I did so.

There is not 1 call center rep or floor supervisor that knows how to handle business. I have been waiting for my e-gift card for more than 3 weeks. Each call they say something different and never take the time to read the previous notes.

Monday I spoke with a nice gentleman who found the issue and told me due to haven't received the gift card a check was mailed and should receive it in 5-7 days. TODAY, I get an e-gift card with the wrong amount and wrong name.

I paid through the nose for insurance and after I filed a claim i discovered that their deductible is more than twice the cost of the replacement cost of the device I could have bought at any store !!! I fell in a friends apartment and broke my arm almost a year ago. I filed a claim with Assurant (their renters ins. co) the adjuster hounded me for my medical bills and I submitted them over 3 months ago and have not heard any more from her.

I've written emails and no one returns them. My friend spoke with them and all they say is we haven't reviewed it yet. This is beyond crazy, I guess I will have my attorney file a suit in court against Assurant. Very poor business practice.

I filed a claim with you on July 19, 2021 (claim # 43591667) on a GE Gas range - the Convection baking option does not work. As of this date, the claim is still ongoing. The parts for the repair finally arrived and the repair was attempted on March 24, 2022. I called your claims department on March 30 to report that the repair did not solve this issue. I have recalled the repairman and was told that they have not receive payment. Obviously, he is not going to help me unless he is paid. PLEASE follow the trail of documents on this claim and get back to me as soon as possible. We are very disappointed with our warranty coverage and need your resolution on this.

I wish that I could give you ZERO stars! My experience has been a clusterfuk one! 00 fee, gave the gentleman that was helping me a great rating. I received two emails one indicating that I needed to make a $99 payment and one cancelling my appointment.

I called to find out what was going on and was informed that that part was out of stock and it could take months to get it in! Well that's where the ridiculousness begins! I had the unfortunate luck of having to file two claims with Assurant over the course of 2-3months. On both instances the customer service was horrible. Attempting to get in touch with the adjuster is nearly impossible. The only time I seem to be able to get in touch with my adjuster is when I call a speak to a supervisor.

The first incident I was disappointed in the overall service but overlooked it. This second time I had to reach to express my frustration with this company and their quality of customer service. My home was burglarized while on vacation and I followed all of the necessary steps to get my claim started.

The customer service supervisor was rude and changed the option that the customer service associate provided me regarding my claim for claim tel 304 617 3558. My replacement device was not replay and yet and she said, she only have two options for me: reimbursement for my deductible or upgrade, which means I have to go back to T-Mobile to do an upgrade and pay again for a device that I purchased insurance with.

Is that how assurant operates? That’s why we purchase insurance in cases we lost a phone, and she said that’s the only option I had and will not replace my smart watch. If that’s how assurant operates then, I don’t need any insurance for all of my phones in which I have purchased 3 insurance for my 3 device.

Filed a claim in September 2021 still have not been compensated customer service is not much help haven't had much contact with my adjuster it seems as if they want the customer to do the leg work while their company gets paid for it very very dissatisfied and would never refer them to anyone else just absolutely disgusted by the way I've been treated.

I have paid into insurance with Sprint for over a decade (since 2011). Monday 01/10/2022 I dropped my phone and cracked the screen severely. The phone still works and there is no other damage. I filed a claim with Assurant, my insurance with Sprint includes $30 front screen repair which is all I want.

I'm EXTREMELY upset. I called and made a claim on a Xaoimi MI 9T Pro 128gb. I knew they weren't going to have that phone and that they would give me something comparable to it. I've had this experience with them in the past.

They offered me the Samsung Galaxy s10e. I looked it up and told the rep that phone doesn't even come close to my Mi9T, they aren't even in the same book! Rudely, she responds, saying then you need to wait till and if we get one in and we can send it to you.

I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. Sabrina Johnson the adjustor told me that she couldn't speak to me for 72 hours after my house burned down, then didn't call me at all. I had to reach out to her on the 4th day, only for her to tell me that she was going on vacation the next day.

The 72 hour rule was verified to be incorrect by several adjustors, agents at the Red Cross, etc. so I requested a call from my adjustor's manager as this was unacceptable. Flash forward 11 days and multiple requests to speak to the manager and I still haven't heard back from the manager.

I spoke to the adjustor today on her first day back from vacation and was badgered about why I want to speak with the manager.

I did not hear anything from her till October so about 3weeks I called several times left message after message Wanting to make sure she had everything she needed.

I am declined for my claim because my device broke and its been 90 days w/c its not making any sense that i am paying for it for almost 2years and that leads me to getting a new phone and pay for it out of my pocket.
