I'm EXTREMELY upset. I called and made a claim on a Xaoimi MI 9T Pro 128gb. I knew they weren't going to have that phone and that they would give me something comparable to it. I've had this experience with them in the past.
They offered me the Samsung Galaxy s10e. I looked it up and told the rep that phone doesn't even come close to my Mi9T, they aren't even in the same book! Rudely, she responds, saying then you need to wait till and if we get one in and we can send it to you.
