Hello Assurant Appeal Department, I'm sending this letter in response to denial for my 2017 C300 Mercedes, when I purchased this call from Carmax I also purchased the warranty by Maxcare for protection. My car was not running the way it was in March 2021 when I brought the car, as a result I took my car to Mercedes Dealer ( Hunt Valley location).
Mercedes said MaxCare denied the claim. My sister the Attorney at Law ask me to reach out to your company with an appeal. If the appeal is denied I'm prepared to see you in court. I'm also prepared to contact the Federal Trade Commission, along with the Better Business Bureau and or Fox 45 to get my story heard.
