Hello Assurant Appeal Department, I'm sending this letter in response to denial for my 2017 C300 Mercedes, when I purchased this call from Carmax I also purchased the warranty by Maxcare for protection. My car was not running the way it was in March 2021 when I brought the car, as a result I took my car to Mercedes Dealer ( Hunt Valley location).

Mercedes said MaxCare denied the claim. My sister the Attorney at Law ask me to reach out to your company with an appeal. If the appeal is denied I'm prepared to see you in court. I'm also prepared to contact the Federal Trade Commission, along with the Better Business Bureau and or Fox 45 to get my story heard.

I've sent Debra Puig is several email messages concerning claim number (00201410177). I've also left her a series of voice mail messages. She's not responding to my messages.

I was asked to sent age of items,contents loss,photos. I've submitted that request. I don't know what else to do, I can't talk to a human being. I'm a senior citizen and I'm constantly reaching out. There are other pictures,rug,light.

I filed a claim with T-Mobile for a lost device. I paid the deductible but after 2 days I realize I did not get an email stating when I would receive my device. I spoke to a rep named Sam she told me at first that my claim was denied because I claimed the wrong phone.

I told her I did not she then said my claim was denied because I did not upload my ID now I was not told that I was supposed to upload my ID by the rep that took my information. Fast forward I was on the phone for almost 1 hour trying to explain what transpired .

I told her I was on lunch and needed to wrap it up but she told me I shouldn’t have called during lunch time and was very disrespectful telling me that I was talking and not listening. I asked her to let me have her name again and she refused.

File claim on Aug30,2021. It’s 9/23/21 my last day hotel paid for. Adjuster get me the run around. Asked for several documents I submitted. Now they want a screenshot of my personal account. I feel racial profile! I sent it a receipt!

Are you saying I don’t have that amount to spend on a home. Do they do this to every active policy holder. The manager not answering phone call. Or return call. Help! I’m also sick! I need to get help from doctor and I can’t make back to Louisiana.

On August 8th I dropped my iPhone 6s so I made a claim on the phone. I was to be sent a replacement - same exact phone, had to pay my $200 deductible first. No problem. 1st replacement came and it could not be activated by me or Metro - T-Mobile corporate store.

Customer service asked me to send it back and they would send out a replacement. 2nd replacement phone arrives. Same issue. Corporate store call Assurant for me to try and rectify the issue. Doesn’t work. I have to send that one back. 3rd replacement phone arrives. Same issue again. 4th replacement arrives. Same issue!

I am in the store having to call Assurant again. This is now the 19th of August, I have been without a working phone for 11 days. Assurant now tell me they want to send me a 5th iPhone 6s as a replacement.

If there was a zero I would sure issue that. I purchased a Chevy z71 a few years back and now at 63k miles transmission goes out not to mention a few thousand miles after I received it back from body shop.

I was T-boned on driver side. Snapped axels, tie rods and everything in between. The 35inch tire and 22 inch rim is what accepted the impact. 2k miles later the transmission just stops pulling while I’m driving. I put in a claim with these people and they are wanting to replace my transmission with a refurbished one.

Now first off the point of a warranty is for the convenience and simplicity so that when something does happen to your vehicle it moves somewhat smooth. I would never allow this company to have anything else to do with me or another car that I ever purchase.

I had a pipe burst at my property in Cerritos, CA on 8/2. Immediately, I called the plumber and fixed that issue.

However, he recommended that attached wooden cabinet and adjacent wall is severely water damaged. I filed a claim 00103257072 with my insurer Assurant on 8/3 and since then, claim has not moved any inch further. They don't pick up the phone.

Every time it goes on voice mail. Everytime they say they are waiting for estimates and some documentation from their own vendors. They keep delaying claim approval as much as they can. I have tenant staying at my place. They are also disturbed with uncertainty of when the work will start.

As they have to stay in hotel during the repair work. Please help resolving this claim asap. My restoration company is also trying to reach them and…

I have filed 2 claims, back on 06/12/21 and here it is 8/6/21 I've paid my deductible, uploaded my docs. And each time I call I get the runaround, now my id expired 06/16/21, so now there saying I need new id to verify.

they got my id which was current at the time I filed my claim and uploaded it, so I uoloaded the paper copy from DMV showing I paid for new id. they said they would take it, and now they say they wont take it.

I've been to metro to have them upload my docs as well, and still no phones. this is crazy I've called and talked to supervisor they just dump be back in the que. these people are the worst people to deal with.

I had to go buy a Trac phone in order to call them. since I don't have a phone.

They were not helpful what’s so ever , it took me 2 weeks to get the right info from them . I even talked to a manger and he didn’t even know anything. Then it turns out I wasn’t able to get my phone replaced because no airtime well duh it’s not going to have no airtime at all it was stolen .

I lost my phone in Jamaica I did a claim on my phone I wasn’t home or my kids fedex said they left the phone outside when I got home there was no phone outside both neighbors said they didn’t see anything I reached out to y’all to get my phone back and no one help me in still phone less & now they are telling me my phone is not covered.. I’m not understanding who leave someone phone outside anyways now what I supposed to do I’m still getting bill for a phone I don’t have

I have tmobile and recently my phone was stolen i have paid every moth my insurance now that i meed it they habe denied my claim 3 times because for somereason my phone cant be verified evem tho tmobile told them om the phone i brpught my device to there company threw att and even tho it says device unknown in there system it shoes a picture to tmobile of a galaxy note 9. I reported my phone on Thursday April 1st. With mechanical issues I was told my phone would be replaced within 3-5 days here it is April 6th no phone and I called and they told me it would be another 5 days im not sure what is going on but I bet if I had to give you your phone you would expect it in the 5 day frame but not assurant they can do people however they want to do them UN called for

I've been a T-mobile customer for 20 years plus and have paid extra for Insurance for as long as I can remember and now that I need it and paid the deductible, they will not send me my replacement. Assurant will easily take your money and do nothing to make the customer happy.

Instead blame it on their system. I'm tired... I just want what I paid for. T-MOBILE PLEASE HELP!!!

Devan, employee ID 68299, demonstrates a lack of professionalism and has a proclivity to interrupt and speak over customers. When asked not to speak over and to allow for one o finish speaking, Devon (68299) defends his position while speaking over the client. Actions make for a tense filled experience, Not what one is used to when dealing with Assurant or T-Mobile.

States that he is the team leader? If so, this will no doubtful transfer to subordinates. Would recommend retraining.

We went to your Popeyes in Missoula,Montana on Reserve St.. We get to the speaker of the drive through. The guy said I will be with you in a minute. There were two cars ahead of us . We sat there at least 15 min.

and the guy never came back on the speaker. One car left and one still there. My husband backed out said good bye on the speaker heard not a sound. We pulled around on the side everyone is pulling through and a heavy set lady employee walks out with a box of food letting napkins fly all over parking lot.

This happened on 09 _16 _19. We just went pass Popeyes at 5:00 PM 09_17_19 not one person eating there. Poor management

first off you can't even use a phone to set up technician. they give a code and you log into it and all done by the customer. pathetic.

finally get an appointment scheduled. do they call and say someone will be in your area today, NO! have a service appointment and figure out logistics ton stay home. well low and behold assuring calls and says NO technician today after waiting here hours. Pathetic again.

my phone fell and its cracked, I called the insurance company to make a claim June 4th. I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours. On June 6th they told me it normally takes 3 to 5 days.

I waited until June 8th 2019 and I called to find out the status and I was told. I was missed informed and it take 3 to 5 business days. June 10th which would have been the 5 business days I am now being told my claim is under investigation???????? Investigation for what? for a crack screen?

I have never used this company in probably 2 or 3 years and there doing an investigation? it doesn't make any sense to me. I called again June 11th to be put from person to person and not getting any straight forward answers as to where is my phone.

I had been experiencing issues wit my iPhone 6 for about 2 months. I have been in and out of the local T-Mobile store, Apple Store, and seeking assistance with Apple support to find out what's wrong with my cellphone. I could not make or receive calls, text, receive texts get emails nothing. I finally paid the $149.00 insurance co-pay to get a new iPhone. The problem with that is the new phone was not allowing me to do any of the above stated functions either. I was back and forth trying to find out what the problem is. Finally, I was told that because my iPhone is an older model, the network is not connecting and that's why it reads on the cell NO SERVICE.

I have a extended warranty through Samsung who uses Assurant as the actual insurance co. My Samsung refrigerators ice maker stopped working.

Also the freezer won't stay at the proper temperature. Called in some service on Aug 28th. That was on my old contract which ran out at the end of the month. They assured me it would be covered because I reported it before the end of the month.

They tried to get someone in my area to come and repair it and could not get a service person to do it. So they closed out the ticket. Nothing was done. We renewed the contract and started all over again.

Same problem, no one would come out in my area. Every time I call they transfer me to Samsung and they try and transfer me to Assurant. It is now Oct 5 2018. Still no repair or exchange of the unit.

Recieved a quote from a man named Fernando. He said I needed to send a document via email or fax to be able to finalize. I sent a doc. that day and didn't hear back from him for 3more days to find that it was the incorrect document.

That day I sent the correct document and have never heard back. Have left him and assurant numerous messages with no response. It is very important that I get insurance and they done seem to care

I filed a claim on my cell phone July 10th 2018. Rcv'd the replacement phone without a charger. Used our old charger the same message appeared. Called Assurant back. Was told sounded like we just need a charger and they will send it. 00 for charger.

00 the old phone worked so we returned the new phone on July 18th. I called today August 13th because I had not heard anything back. Was told They received the phone July 26th. But the warehouse has not scanned it into the system.

So they are unable to do anything for the return of our money because they need to make sure its the correct phone being returned. They are unable to tell me when that might take place, Now the old phone is doing the same thing again.

oo to my T-Mobile bill for not returning a crushed Samsung 7. This was taking straight out of my bank account. My lawyers plan to sue for this corruption. I cant understand why thee was not a simple phone call telling me to returned the phone.

Have no use for it pls paid the deductible and paid for the crappy phone. There is no BS paper work that told me to return in 90 days. I will also go to my bank and have them attack you as well. You are a thief.

I was misled during the process of filing a claim during multiple calls, being pressured to falsely report a date that was not accurate. To the best of my knowledge I had repeatedly stated that I could not remember the date and did not want to be misleading in the claim.

The customer service representative repeatedly requested that I produce a date (having me make up dates, multiple times). I was then told that I was not within the coverage timeframe because it was not made within 30 days. The second individual made the same demand for a date regardless of accuracy and then told me it was not within 90 days.

I asked the local T-Mobile store manager to speak with the gentleman about the matter where the Assurant representative said it was approved and took my debit card information…

The rate of my Assurant insurance payment has been changed( twice) in a one month period and I was not given a proper notice or legitimate explanation for the change until well after the fact. In other words the payment had been withdrawn before the notice arrived. I spoke to an Assurant customer service agent named Jenna and then Zack from the same office location. Both of them behaved as if it wasn't a big deal and had a very, what I would call unprofessional approach to the matter at hand.

I am writing to you because I have been a customer with Assurant insurance on my plan for over 20 years and have never felt more dissatisfied with service than I am lately. I had 4 plans with you one of which I recently cancelled because of poor coverage and horribly customer service. I spend a decent amount of money monthly with you and feel like its money I am throwing out the window and getting nothing in return. On many occasions I have called about dropped coverage, late text messages voice mails days or hours later or sometimes not at all and yet I still can not get any resolution.
