I requested to have my ID confirmed via phone so that I could complete My claim. I seriously would like to discontinue Asurion at home immediately. I have to much difficulty trying go get claims attended to, and it to no avail. I am going to buy a new television.

I signed up to Asurion coverage for my phone with Verizon Wireless during open enrollment. My daughter dropped my phone down the stairs 3 days later and the phone started overheating and shutting off. I contacted Asurion to file a claim on my phone and they denied it stating there was no activity on the phone from the time that I signed up to the time I claimed.

I use my phone all day every day, but I am home and, on my Wi-Fi, always. I contacted Verizon and their Tech support department verified there was usage on my phone and contacted Asurion themselves. Asurion still refuses to process my claim and continues to deny it them over and over and is now canceling them without a response.

I have contacted Asurion and every single person I speak to assures me they will get it taken care of,…

My son was in a car accident and his phone was broken. I filed a claim over 3 weeks ago and the matter still hasn’t been resolved. I received 2 refurbished phones that didn’t work I sent my son phone back and 1 of the refurbished phones, but that was bought out by one of the technicians Rashad he was not patient enough to wait to make sure the phone was working and

left stating the phone would download later which I didn’t. We had to go to AT&T and they cannot get the phone to work.

also had to get help with the second refurbished phone and they cannot seem to get that one to work as well. Their main concern was getting the second refurbished phone back which we did not have a return slip for they sent UPS to pick that phone up.

I sent them my 5 year olds Nintendo switch splatoon 3 special edition console. After determine they can't fix it they get smart with my wife in the phone want us to accept 280 Dollars for it and say they can't replace it.

Brought my phone in with network connection issues, associate said they would need to order parts to replace the motherboard. I waited a few days and called the store to ask if the parts were in. The employee said that they didn't have a claim on file with me until I described the associate who originally helped me, then they suddenly found my info.

I brought in my phone on Sunday and was told the phone would be ready Monday. On Monday, the store called and said their tech repair employee did not come in so it would be another day. On Tuesday, we called to check on the phone and they again did not have my information on file until I described the phone they had in there possession.

After 12 different claims!!!! replacement of my TOUCH UP dell 16GB ram and 512HD are replaced with the wrong downgraded APPLE equipment 8gb and 256hd. BESTBUY Invoice of the product are a Dell computer, no Apple!! I been asked for the las week every day to place a correction in the BESTBUY INVOICE in order to exchange and upgrade to 16gb 512hd.

Them ask me to go to BestBuy and exchanged or return,,,,, How can be exchanged or returned, when invoice/receipt says clear is a Dell computer??? Now is another issue to be resolved. And every one says different things. All this is ridiculous and unacceptable, please reply Asap.

S. 99 2yr plan. i have been passed around to 8-10 reps +3to4 hours on phone and i can not get my refund. i was told i will be sent a link for another copy of ups receipt but have not received it yet .

Manager Kimberly at the Apple Valley & Hesperia California locations is very unprofessional and thinks she can lie about contacting customers and changing their scheduled appointments without authorization by customer because she doesn't want to come out n do repair on customers time but on her time. I was disconnected multiple times when trying to get this resolved professionally n correctly.

Asurion needs to hire better management to take care of their customers for these locations. I have also now spent 2 1/2 hours on phone calls trying to get my phone repair time corrected.

Concerning Asurion (formerly U break i fix) in Gainesville, VA: I am a retired US Marine who brought my phone into Asurion (formerly U break i fix) in Gainesville, VA to have a simple screen repair done. I first called Asurion to make sure they could fix my phone screen and if they had Military discounts.

The representative assured me that they had a 25% discount. The representative also stated I would have my phone back in about an hour, but then came back and said I need a brand-new battery replacement because the back was cracked.

I looked at the back and it was not cracked. The back of my phone was not only pristine, but it also had dust collecting on it because it hadn't seen the light of day since I had purchased it.

Called Asurion on June 10, 2023 and filed a claim to replace iphone14. Received replacement on June 12, 2023. Called Asurion to activate but could not because they said $99 deductible was not paid. I checked my credit card online and I was charged the $99.

Asurion said to contact Verizon and got the same answer so I called Asurion and Verizon a second time with same response. Called Asurion a third time and was told by a manager’s that it was not Asurion and it was Verizon.

I have spent three hours on phone, no one seems to be competent and willing to take ownership to solve the problem. I am an airline pilot who needs this phone for work. I have had to buy a trac phone.

What is it going to take to get good service and this issue resolved?

I made an appointment at a Chicago store to get my phone fixed, showed up, and no one was there and the lights were out even though they were supposed to be open. Then I made an appointment at another store, went to that one, and the same thing; no one was there even though according to their hours they were open. Asurion makes it so there’s no one you can complain to so these stores won’t be held accountable and they’ll continue wasting customers’ time.

I was supposed to have a phone replacement delivered between 5-7PM. Driver called and left a message that he was on his way. He showed up at the high school, which was the address on the delivery because I was attending a soccer game.

When the tech called and texted me at 4:52PM that he was on site, I texted him back that I was there and heading out to meet him and just got automated responses. He never responded to my calls or my texts.

He did not call to let me know he was leaving and just never responded. I sat in the parking lot and waited for over 20 minutes. Apparently, he cancelled the claim without letting us know and then Asurion closed the claim and when I called back to open another claim, it was flagged for review and delayed.

The U Break I Fix store on Old Troy Pike in Huber Heights, OH is completing warranty work but charging fees under the table. If you bring your phone in for repair they want to keep your phone for a week but if you pay out of pocket $100 they will fix it right then and there.

When asked why the difference in timing, it was stated that since they are not paid for warranty work it will sit until they feel like fixing it. If you pay their personal fee, they will take care of it now.

This is not how business is conducted. Samsung has been notified and provided the TikTok that was created documenting the ordeal.

I have the Asurion insurance for a laptop purchased through Amazon. I just got my laptop back from a repair to my keyboard and speakers. The speakers were barely working and came back even worse. I can put my laptop at 100% volume now and still hear Nothing.

I just filed a claim to replace my tv and was only given 3 options to choose from so I chose one. I immediately called to voice my displeasure with the options I was presented and was told there is a 4th option that was not listed and now since I chose, it cannot be cancelled so I can take advantage of the offer that was not listed online.

I filed a claim for lost phone . I found my phone 15 minutes after filing and paying claim deductible. I called them and canceled claim . They sent email that stated claim has been canceled, and to expect my claim refund in 3-10 business days.

They next day I get a phone Sent FedEx overnight. Now they say my claim may take 3 weeks to as much as 8 weeks to process. 4 different supervisors told me 4 different things. I believe there workers and supervisors are worthless as t*ts on a bore hog .

My phone was lost 2/26/23. I have a claim number submitted over the phone with Joseph through a phone at an ATT store 2/26/23. Joseph told me that my claim was all set and that I would receive a confirmation email and tracking number and that I would receive the new phone today, Mon or tomorrow, Tues.

I did not receive a confirmation email or tracking number. I received a request for further verification. I cannot further verify because I don't have passwords, I don't have a phone to take a picture of my driver's license, I can't receive texts.

To whom it may concern, I still owe over $300 for the Sonim XP8 that went bad. And your wanting $200 in deductible paid. That is over $500 ,and you are sending a Samsung galaxy S10e as the replacement ? No,no,and no. The Galaxy S10e is a worse phone than the A12's that we have. The Sonim was an $800.00 phone and you want to replace it with a piece of junk that can be bought at Walmart for $115.00 and pay over $500 for it. Come on I know the people at Asurion can do math better than that. First, customer service lied and said I did not have a policy. Then they lied and said that the $300 deductible for a screen repair (manufacturing flaw) was mandatory Then when they finally acknowledged the policy (4-transfer ATT and Asurion run around), they offered a $30 screen repair and scheduled a repair at a local shop. Drove accross town, only to discover that they registered the repair for the WRONG SCREEN and the repair could not be completed.

Complete BS, did not have time for this. Plus, the phone broke immediately outside the manufacterer warranty. Z-folds are failing everywhere and ATT / Asurion will lie at every turn to avoid giving support.

I have Verizon Home Device Protect, I submitted claim online 30 Jan 2023 for my Son's Samsung Chromebook which does not power on. , when I specifically stated in my claim that there was no label on the chromebook and provided photos of all areas of the chromebook.

I called and spoke with customer service and he stated that they had dealt with the same issue in the past and that teh chromebook had a label with all requested data. He said he talked with his supervisor and they said they could not move forward until I would submit that info.

I would give a -100+ if i was able too. 6/30/22 sent my device in, received it back not all problems were fixed. 7/22/22 sent my device in again, received it back and USB still doesn't work. 1/8/23 sent my device in, received it back and am even more disappointed.

I received two pieces of papers; one stating they inspected and repaired and it passed all diagnostic tests and is now working correctly and another inside the laptop saying they did not get my log in info so they didn't test it.. How is that possible, I wrote the log in info on the paper sent with my device and had it taped to the keyboard.

Now that my device is back, it doesn't turn on!... at all!!.. it looks like they must have dropped it because there is some damage in each of the corners of the device that wasn't there…

On 11/29/22 I experienced a lightning strike/power surge here at my residence. Along with misc appliances, breaker panels the surge fried my Kittyhok Security Camera system, (NVR and 4 camera system).

Additionally it fried a couple add on Kittyhok cameras as well. Initially I filed a claim(Dec 2) on the system and finally was told it would be 4-6 weeks before it could be repaired or replaced. I reluctantly cancelled that claim, my system is imperative that its up and running every day.

Next I filed a claim on one of the single cameras on December 3. Here it is Dec 21 and all I can get out of claims is "someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours ???? This has been going on for 12 days now.

I have sent EVERYTHING they have asked for and still nothing. Asurion has to be the worst warranty…

I am at AT&T customer who pays for insurance through Asurion. My husband's phone died last Thursday night. I called Friday morning, filed a claim and was told someone would come to our house with an S20 and set it up for my husband that same day. I was overjoyed.

The tech came out and couldn't get the phone to work. He left the S20 and closed the clam. I had to file another claim Saturday morning and was told someone would be out later that day. Another person came out, brought another S20 and he couldn't set it up either.

So he left the S20 with us and closed the claim. I called AGAIN today. I had to file yet another claim but because I previously filed 2 claims in the last 2 days our current claim has to be investigated. I am furious!

When I submitted the claim, I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment for the repair technician to come out to repair the phone. When I tried to replace a defective phone that was covered by assurion it took a total of 11 separate calls and we’ll over 6 hours to attempt to get the claim processed. ). Assurion insisted that “find my iPhone” was activated, however I called Verizon during this nightmare and verified that “find my iphone” was indeed turned off.

This was a complete waste of my time! I received absolutely no satisfaction from Asssurio. I will proceed to somehow find another means if insurance coverage.

Have had service on a brand new (3 month old) LG dryer that was never resolved. The unit has broken down on 3 separate occasions within the last 1 1/2 years and it takes weeks and weeks to get a technician to service the machine, additional weeks to order and

receive the parts, additional weeks to re-schedule the repair only to have the dryer break down again after only a few months. I filed a claim and had a claim number in hand and the customer service person (named Carlos) was being rude for no reason. I tried requesting information about my filed claim for which I am trying to tell him I have a claim number, but he wouldn’t listen and kept yapping in a condescending tone.

I asked him why you are being rude, his answer is you won’t understand. I told him I will file complaint in your name and asked him employee ID he refused to give me the information and said even Carlos is not his real name.

I have no idea where to start. The very first time I submitted a Claim with Asurion was because my phone was stolen. They made me contact the police department to file said claim and once I did and submitted it, they never responded to me.

Finally three months later I called them and asked what happened, and they proceeded to tell me that I was not allowed take sad claim because I was not the person who was on the account. I said that was wrong and they told me that the main person - my boyfriend - had to make the claim not me.

I asked why didn't they inform me of that before and they had no answer. They finally said that I had 3 days to come up with 3k to make my account current in order for them to consider reprocessing my claim.

I filed a claim with Asurion from Cricket. I had to go into the store to file my claim. Asurion couldn't verify me. Even though they had before. No biggie. The phone gets here in a day. That's great. I open it up and it looks like someone just got done having a cheeseburger for lunch and used my phone to wipe there hands. Pretty gross.

I use my phone for work (Fed Gov) so its super important that I have a means to communicate 24/7/365. Obvious that is not always possible, but I try to keep it as closes as possible. Lost phone on 01/10/2022, submitted a claim 01/11/2022.

I was told that my phone would be same day delivery between 7pm and 9pm and to make sure someone would be at the home. So I made sure to be at the house and missed my little girl's game.

Tech no call, no show. Called Asurion the next day and the rep told me they were not sure what happened but they would have it to me that day 01/12/2022 between 5 pm and 7pm to make sure someone was home.

Spoke to my first customer rep named Duane or Dwayne at Asurion. My call was strictly related to canceling my warranty plan. The customer rep Duane continually asked me why I was canceling my warranty. I gave him several honest answers but none apparently sufficed, as kept needling me.

I requested that he stop prying into my personal/business reasons for cancelling. Duane or Dwayne then disconnected our call. In short, he was disrespectful, unprofessional and has no business working in customer service. I soon called Asurion customer service back and spoke with another rep.

I was finally able to resolve my issue. Despite this, why did I have to go through such inquisition? Asurion must do better.

I spoke to an asurion rep name “Gabriela” she refused to give me an employee identification number and her last name. She kept speaking over me, spoke to me in a condescending way saying what she was asking was simple when my request was simple.

I submitted a claim and was sent a replacement phone, within one week the phone was giving me trouble (the screen wasn't detecting my touch). I was transferred to the warranty department and instructed to mail back the phone and once received, they would send me a new one.

I just received my new one less than a month ago and AGAIN, the phone screen is malfunctioning. They keep sending me refurbished phones that have obviously not be properly repaired. To top it off, it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get through to their warranty department to speak with someone.

As soon as I am transferred to warranty, the recording says call volume is high and to leave my number for a call back. I have called and left my contact info about 7 times and am still not being called back.

I have been a Verizon customer for years and so of them as the insurance provider. This company claims to be the best and has open enrollments now but does this company is worth having or not? Well, I lost my phone and I claim my insurance because that's why I pay for the insurance.

They send me the phone and the package was stolen so I called them back and they send me a new phone after I check they requested that the phone be sent back to them, so I called them and they told me that I was not using the program right and no more information.

Now I don't get my phone and I'm still paying for the insurance.
