My phone was lost 2/26/23. I have a claim number submitted over the phone with Joseph through a phone at an ATT store 2/26/23. Joseph told me that my claim was all set and that I would receive a confirmation email and tracking number and that I would receive the new phone today, Mon or tomorrow, Tues.
I did not receive a confirmation email or tracking number. I received a request for further verification. I cannot further verify because I don't have passwords, I don't have a phone to take a picture of my driver's license, I can't receive texts.
You don't have chats for claims. I'm 70, I live alone, my family is out of town, my friends are at work. I'm sick with a virus right now, going out is a problem. I need a phone. I need to chat with someone or email back & forth with someone.…
