I call customer service rude reps hung up called back then was told it would be shipped by ups after waiting all day was poor service and was treated very poorly to be a paying customer. My husband had same for his phone was replaced at $39 same issue cracked screen but I was charged $189.

I filed a claim on Sept 29th for a cracked screen they were to fix it in 4 days. The following day a woman calls me to say no one is available to come fix my screen until Tuesday of the following week.

Which puts it at October 11th. No one shows up or calls all day. Today I log in to see what's going on and the claim that I originally filed is now showing as my old phone an S8 vs. The Motorola S.

" She just says oh I don't know why they didn't show up? Like oh well. . I'll have to file a new claim. She goes to process the claim and says oh we can't do a repair on that phone.

You'll have to get a replacement. What the hell???? So now I've waited all of this time for absolutely nothing and I'm now expected to pay 150 for a replacement. This is ridiculous. " Well ummm yea it does matter!?…

On 9/25/21 I started a claim online to have my sons screen fixed on his phone after driving all over Cleveland to get it repaired and finding out all the repair centers have closed for T-Mobile. I go to the end of the claim after selecting the option for a tech to come to my home to repair.

the system kept saying it could not take the payment. I called in and spoke with Chris who stated he processed the claim and the payment was taken out of my sons account 3 times. Two were reversed. m. he stated yes.

When asked for the confirmation number he said it was the same as the claim # 100219380597. Verified again the claim was processed he sad yes. Today 9/26/21 repair tech never showed up. I called into the hotline and was given the run around by several reps saying the claim was not…

I was given 2 different times for a tech to repair my phone screen. No one showed either time. So I called and was told someone was on their way. After over an hour, no one showed so I called again.

I was told they didn’t have the parts to repair my screen. What? That’s part of your service!! I was not contacted about this until I called again. I consider them inadequate and with terrible communication for a service business.

I will never attempt to use them again!!

I have had a schurian for about 6 months now is my AT&T insurance provider but yet I've had to pay for every phone I've had because every time I sit there and make a claim they denied one time and say I violated the policy but yet whenever I call they say there's no reason why they said that I should have got denied for violating the policy I cannot get them to accept my claim at all why am I even paying insurance

I had cracked my screen, and as a result the display was randomly going black and becoming inaccessible. This would happen intermittently - I could still make and receive calls and texts. Verizon told me Asurion would handle this. I called them and filed a claim.

The woman on the phone insisted that I needed a replacement phone, and sent me one in the mail 3 days later even though I was promised to have a phone the following day. I was also told that I needed to send back my old device after I erased my personal data or else I would receive a fine of $275.

By the time the new phone finally came, my old phone display would no longer light up and I could not access any of my old data to switch it over to my new phone. I decided to go to my local uBreakiFix location.

If I could I would give this company a -5 star review. This is by FAR the WORSE customer service I have ever experience, from agents all the way to supervisors. I filed a claim and all my account informations is wrong!

They changed my IMEI number and also had the wrong carrier for my device. Nothing has been done and my device for some excuse or another can't be replaced. I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED and DONE with this joke of "company".

They always change the reason of why my claim can't be process. I have been hung up on 3 times! And have been on hold for HOURS everytime I call. NOBODY is able to help they are a bunch of airheads and incompetent people.

After the 3rd defective cell phone sent to me by Asurian, I was instructed to return the last device, purchase a different device & send in the receipt for reimbursement. Asurian received the phone & original receipt on 7/9/21. I called 7/31 after receiving no check or contact from Asurian.

I was told I had to email Asurian with my information & a copy of my receipt. It is now 8/17 & I have no reimbursement after numerous calls to the company. They continue to tell me a check was mailed 8/4.

No one can track it, I cannot speak to Accounts Payable to verify that it was even issued. Each call takes at least an hour on hold. I am given to Customer Service, then, transferred to Customer Solutions. No one has specific information regarding my claim.

I got the Platinum plan with straight talk and it includes insurance with your company for my phone I had to make a claim for my phone being damaged and replaced when I was talking to the representative they couldn't replace my phone they said I had a G7 power phone Motorola and I liked it a lot they wanted to replace my phone with the lady told me an 851 Galaxy Samsung what I received was an a50 it was almost a $400 cheaper than my phone and

Whirlpool refrigerator Model WRS588FIHV00, SERIAL #HR94448121, purchased 11/2019. Frost started forming under ice bind. Had whirlpool service during the first year, and then our extended warranty started with Asurion. In the last year and half I have had a new ice bind, new door, new ice maker, new door for ice to drop and area has been caulked. At this time I would like to get paid for the refrigerator so I can replace it.

My IPad died a few months ago, and Asurion sent a replacement. Recently it started freezing intermittently so I contact them. They told me to contact At&T, who then said it wasn’t their problem contact. Of course while at Apple store, it worked fine.

But again it’s freezing or responding very slowly. So I’m stuck with a defective iPad and out the 200 deductible. I should have just purchased a new one.

I have unexpectedly had to file a numer of claims this year and every time I have filed one there has been a mistake or I have been given the worng information and or I have been told different things. I pay $600 dollars a year to have this coverage and hten have to pay another $150 or $200 dollars on top of that to replace the phone if needed and then to be given the worst customer service ever is a joke!

I sent my phone in and it was received on March 19. I still don't have a phone. It went in for a cracked screen and I have spoken to 12 different people and 12 different reasons what's going on 2 claim reviews, lost in there warehouse , no replacment phone available to waiting on confirmation from ups when they delivered to Asurion warehouse to the CEO office said she didn't know what was going on so

she cancelled my claim and now it is at the beginning to a new claim number starting with claim review . Repeated attempts to call them no response to me. I gave emails . From the beginning I told all 12 and CEO I am disabled and live alone so I need a phone if I fall to call for help.

Was provided a replacement phone through insurance claim in about January 2019. ), I even got an upgraded phone, but in February 2020 when family decided to switch from Verizon to AT&T, I was informed that the replacement phone was blacklisted and given the warranty period had passed, I would need to file another claim and pay the deductible.

Given there was no way of knowing or even suspecting the phone was reported lost/stolen at the time of the initial claim (January 2019), this does not seem a reasonable solution. Neither Verizon, AT&T or Asurion have been willing/able to help get the phone removed from the "blacklist".

I called to submit a claim with Asurion on 7/13/20. I spoke with a representative named "Keezy" to receive a replacement phone. The representative stated she submitted my claim and that I would receive my phone today on 7/14/20. "Keezy" also stated I had to pay a deductible of $199.

I said that was fine. She transferred me to the option of completing a survey. I chose yes to complete the survey. Once completed and given high scores on the service I thought I received the call ended. O STARS My company has several devices with VZW, all covered by Assurion insurance. My iPhone X was broken, filed claim, sent phone, paid $200 deductible, received refurbished one. In meantime, had purchased an iPhone 11. Decided to give the refurbished to sister.

When she had it activated, of course she used her number, not mine. She also has VZW. The refurbished phone kept turning off. ”. ” I am furious that Assurion, knowing they have the monopoly on cell phone insurance for almost all carriers, could care less that I’m out an iPhone X and $200.

Plus, I’ve insured all our devices through them for several years, currently at $1,500 + per year. I am checking with our business carrier to see if they will provide coverage. I hope so as I never want to use Assurion again.

I had the Motoz Force. Due to end of battery life i was forced to upgrade to the MotoZ3 otherwise the Moto Mods i purchased would be obsolete. I received the MotoZ3. I paid $99 to have it replaced. One week later the phone died.

Asurion told me it was because the Motoz3 had battery issues. The sent me the MotoZ4. This phone is Junk!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the phone in my shirt pocket. When i bent down to pick something up the phone fell out and the screen shattered.

I paid $99 deductible again. Received the phone. 12 hours later I had the new phone in my pocket. I bent over to pick my keys up off the ground and the new phone fell out and the glass shattered.

I called in about a phone problem and told the First Lady I talked to the phone will not hold a charge. I told her that I wasn’t sure if the port was damaged or not and was sent to technical problems where because I didn’t have the phone they would wait till I had the phone.

I then found out that the phone was damaged so was told to finish on line. I did all that up to the point where you are to scan and send ID, I have no way to do that and if I’ve given them the pin and address why do they need that.

I called back and talked to Lisa and she told me that I would have to go to a Verizon store to finish the claim. I just had retina surgery and can’t drive. Seems like Asurion doesn’t care about their customers.

Your online system is the worst followed by the incompetence of your service representatives. 00 per month per phone for coverage. I spent the better part of 2 hours on the phone 10/10 to process a replacement claim, filled out the paperwork, and received instructions to pay the deductible at 9pm only to have the online system with yet another glitch.

I spent 30 minutes on 10/11 to try and pay the deductible only to have the call drop. I will be switching to square trade.

To who may concern. Horrible customer service and policy. Call to place a claim the agent to my information and told me that before they submit my claim . I had to send a state picture ID and affidavit sign .

I find that Ridiculous with so much identity Theft going now and days. I told the agent to send the phone to a ATT STORE then I will pick it up from the store and show them my ID. The agent answer was they would be available to ship the phone the store.

I received a replacement phone from Asurion due to getting water on my current phone. Within 24 hours of receiving the replacement phone, my current phone began working again and I really did not want to go through the hassle of doing all the new set up for the new phone and losing information, etc.

00 that I p[aid for the deductible. no refund. I then called the company and the rep specifically lied and said I had returned the damaged phone and they investigated and all numbers matched up. She talked to me like I was a criminal or a stupid child, infuriating! This company is unethical.

If I can give this company a -0 I would do just that!! My Gucci watch has been at their repair facility since April we are now in July they claimed to have mailed it out in June, big lie that never happened there is always someone at my home to receive packages.

I called they now say they have to verify address in order to mail out again. I verified it and still the problem has not been resolved NO WATCH YET I call and they tell me they will call me back and no one ever does.

I purchased a Samsung flex washer. it has been nothing but a problem. yhe mega board went out and cost $800 to replace. after servicing a j1 and j11 problem. it broke again in 3 days. the tech said these are sensitive and a storm can blow the mega board out.

he had 2 people having the same problem. i went to the laundry mst and there was a lady with the same washer and problem. i decided to purchase another washer, maytag bravio for $700 from lowes. asurion extended warranty canceled my warranty because the washer had too many problems.

I am 63 and say dont buy samsung, they should stick to phones and TVs

I contacted Asurion yesterday to have a broken screen replaced. I was scheduled to have a repair person come by today between 1pm and 3pm. And after waiting at home all day, the repair person was a no-show. I called Asurion and was told the technician called in sick and the best they can do is to reschedule me the day after tomorrow.

The is not what I would call quick service. I work nights, and staying awake all day for a repairman to not show up is not good customer service. The least yall could have done was call me as soon as you knew the repairman was not coming in to reschedule another time. Thanks for nothing.

Claim #4460212411: This could have been a 5 star rating as I received a new ipad due to a cracked screen.

However, after receiving the device and setting it up I went to remove the Zagg screen cover and found it was the cover that was cracked not the screen. So, upon calling Asurion the customer service rep said to return my original device and I would get a credit for my deductible of $149.

So, they received the perfect condition ipad on May 30, 2019 and after seeing no credit I called to be told by another Asurion customer rep that they cannot give me credit since it's not the device they sent out. They had no ability to override even though they have a like new (Dec. 2018) ipad.

They also could not ship me back my original device, so I could reset up and return the replacement device…

This is regarding my Samsung galaxy S9 device. I have this device with phone protection plan with asurion. I have issue with my phone needing the replacement.

First things, they want offer me the same device also they are offering me the options that is completely irrelevant. They also are not agreeing to upgrade my device with the top model or atleast with the other android equivalent device.

Second of all, the phone they offer me would be refurbished one. I am paying money for insurance since last 2 years and also asked for my money back. Every request is denied even though I pay money.

I have a phone through cricket wireless. It was a galaxy note 5. I have had insurance on it a year. It broke a few days ago and asurion is my insurance for the phone. 99 AFTER the deductible of $250.

99 no matter the amount. Now they are saying because the phone was less than $250 they would not issue the check. The phone I received was a major downground from my last phone. They are stealing people's money. 99 no matter what I spent.

We have had an IPhone 6s+ for over 3 years, paying for the Asurion insurance every month. February 5, 2019 the screen was broken. As it would leave our representative with out a phone to wait for the repairs, we bought a new phone after being told that we had 30 days to file a claim with Asurion for the broken phone.

We have numerous phones on our account and intended to use the IPhone 6s+ on another line once it was repaired. When I tried to file the claim on 3/4/19, I was told that Asurion would not honor the insurance since we already purchased another phone?!?!?

This phone was legitimately damaged while under an existing and current policy. Our purchase of another phone should have no impact on the separate and valid policy on the IPhone 6s+. We respectfully demand Asurion to honor…

I lost my phone 2/23/2019 I tried filing a claim I ended up entering the wrong pin # and the system was going to allow me to pay the deductible and get my phone. I ended up getting the right pin # from my cousin who is the account owner so I cancelled the claim and started a new one then instead of it prompting me to pay the deductible now all of a sudden I have to fill out a affidavit.

I had to get up and go to a FedEx to print the form fill it out and scan it to send back. After I did all that they send me a email for addition information but I also receive a email saying my claim was good continue to payment.

I feel like someone is messing with my claim cause I was arguing with one of the supervisor earlier.

My repair appointment was cancelled on the day of about a half hour before the tech was supposed to show up. They then proceeded to tell me the earliest they could send a tech out was in 7 days. So I scheduled something for the following week.

Then I reached out to their online chat to see if they anything earlier. The online representative said she could schedule me for 4 days earlier. I said great. The day of the appointment came. No one confirmed the appt.

According to their records it was never scheduled and there was no record of my online chat conversation. They kept the original appointment which wasn’t even scheduled on the correct day. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I now need to call back and have them schedule the CORRECT day. Their incompetence is maddening.

I recently cracked the screen on my iphone. I was ensured that insurion would reimburse me for having it repaired. Evidently the person who ensured me it was covered didn't know what he was talking about. Instead Insurion wants to charge me nearly twice the price of the repair for a used or refurbished phone.

I DO NOT need or want a second phone, I want reimbursed for the repair. After talking to several representatives online and running into dead ends, I started making phone calls. I supposedly talked to different levels of management but they all sounded like a broken record.

I put a my lost ph request on 23 Jan still 7 Jan no one sent my ph yet am waiting I feel very hard here without ph. especially while traveling this is one worst company in the word if they don't have ph why they join for insurance why open the company
