When I was five years old, I picked up my Grandfather Wooley, Clarksville, TX, black standup phone with palm held receiver, and asked the person on the other end, the 'operator', to get me my mom, the call went through without a hitch. Fast forward to today, I have an ATT landline, ATT Internet, ATT Direct TV, and TWO IPHONEYS with ATT accounts. ON A DAILY BASIS ONE OF THEM IS OUT OF SERVICE OR I CANNOT USE IT! I have tried to call in the problem and received incommunicatible voice support (with the exception of your Memphis, TN office). I NEED HELP!

This is the worst company to do busness with. I had 2 appointments and both were no show. The second one had a field supervisor waiting at my house for 3 hours and the tech never showed up. No one at ATT knows why they are working there in the first place.

I was scammed by an AT&T in home expert on mobility service.

In March of 2022, I was waiting for my AT&T internet install appointment when Jeffrie P. (ATTUID: FP5460) knocked on my door. I thought he was there to install my internet, but he was there to sell me on switching my family's phone plan to AT&T. My whole family has been with Verizon for over 15 years. It was good timing on his part, because 4 out of our 5 lines needed new phones.

The deal was.... we'd trade in our phones and get new iPhones. We'd also get $250 visa gift cards per line we switched. Do not get service with AT&T. I had an issue where my phone wouldn't let me make phone calls even though my bill isn't due until June 24th. I went into AT&T to explain the situation to a representative. They said it is because you need to pay $30 dollars right now. I said why?

I have UNLIMITED text and call until July 24th. " Either pay it or don't! I went to another customer service representative and I said he is being very rude and deceiving. Can you help instead. She refused to help me because I said, that he was being rude and deceiving.

We have been a loyal ATT customer for many years and recently received very poor service with getting phone repairs. We live in a rural area and the only internet we can get besides satellite is ATT DSL and have had it for many years.

Around May 15 DSL stopped working and was reported, then we came home from vacation and discovered the land line not working and reported it on June 20. Today, July 9, a repairman finally came out and temporarily fixed a cut in the line and put an order in to get it fixed permanently.

We are still paying for full service and haven't been able to use it for several weeks. We also called to report the issue several times over the last few weeks and a new repair date would be given. Obviously ATT does not care about it's rural customers for it to take this…

I tried calling several times at the customer service number and upon answering they are hanging up on me or putting me on hold. I see here at my AT&T application there is a pending request of my old device which I turned in when I was in the store signing up for my trade in account.

I am over 70 years old, I went to your store located in Tucson, AZ. At 111 Oracle road yesterday. I needed help because my phone died and cricket moved, so Since ATT bought Cricket, I thought they would be helpful.

I stopped receiving cell phone connection in my home, work, and many areas. AT&T refused to offer any help after 2 weeks of not being able to even make emergency phone calls. When I switched to Verizon they refused to unlock my device because they stated I owed them $800 on the device because I would not be getting my device trade-in credit any longer if I switched to a service that actually works.

I called to request repair on my mothers phone as she is a senior citizen with health issues, and my brother is a new amputee patient and oxygen dependent. I called and was put on hold for 1 hour. Then I called back only to find out that the AT&T offices were closed.

The female customer service person that did this to me should not be working there, I had to call out from work the entire weekend to stay with my elderly ill mother and brother that has a freshly amputated leg.

ATT has continued to promise me I would have access to Fiber for 4+ years now. I understand the new construction in the area will be getting it, but the existing customers will not. This is not acceptable, I am paying more for 6MBPS than customers with fiber.

I have been without landline service and internet service for a week and a half or longer. m. m. called customer service again because still no landline service or internet service. I was told it will now be Saturday, July 9th before technician can come out.

I recently went into both store locations 4501 Woodward Ave, Detroit and 22371 Gratiot, Eastpointe. As soon as I walked into both locations the male workers were discussing if I'm a "fag" or not and how they don't f@ck with "Fags".

Mu internet has been off since June 9th today is July 2nd. I've been told for 2 weeks a technician was coming. Everyday I had an appointment no one ever came ot notified that they were not coming. 6-3-2022: reached out to AT&T regarding my wifi issue. After my wifi issue had been resolved, the rep gave me his gimmick about adding a 5th line which would lower my overall bill from approx $260 to $175 a month, decreasing my cost per line from $60 to $30 a month.

I had a habit of not looking at my bill and just paying what was sent to me on text or in my email. I finally looked at my bill and saw that I was paying for two iPhones that I don't have and have never seen.

I was told by Adam, that the phones were taken off and that there was supposed to be a credit for the phones that I had been paying for. He also told me that the fraud department would call me, which they never did.

I reside at 5128 Arbor Glen Circle, Lake Worth, FL-33463. Recently in our housing community, AT&T have been digging holes and putting big boxes in our yard and the people who have been doing that have been making a big mess. I am attaching a picture of the big mess they made in my front yard few days ago. When they dug up the hole to put the big box in, they took out the sand, dirt, and the tree roots and they just left all of it there without cleaning up or anything. I can't believe this is how AT&T or the company contracted to do the job is doing. Now I have to hire someone to clean up the mess and to put new sod in where your people dug up and made the mess. Ordered a laptop online and it was set up to make payments on it. They assigned it a number because this lap top could be used anywhere. I got the laptop in, tried to activate it through their site and through customer service phone calls. No dice.

I logged in last Monday June 20 and spoke on chat with someone named Adrien. I explained that my mother had been in the hospital for the past 3 weeks and that I had missed alot of work and needed to see if I could make payment arrangements.

I told him that I could only pay $100 on Friday June 24 and he assured me that would be fine and that I would be able to extend it out after that. I repeatedly asked to make sure I understood and even saved the chat transcript.

I have not gotten good home service, internet service, or cell phone service the entire six years that I have lived in Allen, OK.

But, recently the past couple of months I have hardly had any cell phone service. I have had several life emergencies and was not able to use my cell phone. This is also an issue for the other ATT customers that occupy my home , my mother's home and all of the community in which I reside. I was offered a $50 plan with no connection fee for switching from Spectrum. This offer was made to me by a person in an ATT shirt in Sams club. Long time ATT wireless customer for decades. Last 4 years Employee of ATT through WarnerMedia merger. Now no longer Employee, ATT sold WarnerMedia. We had good employee discounts on TV and Phone. I logged in to pay 4 bills online. Paid three of them, but the fourth had a zero balance. ) Since this is my son's house I thought he might have paid it himself, though I serve as his home and business secretary and it would be odd, but I would check back in a day or two.

Worse company to do business with out there. Don’t fall for there offer’s-trust me you will regret it! I am a former customer and was a customer for over 8 years had nothing but problems! After I canceled they continued to bill me for services I did NOT have after months of trying to get them to correct the problem (they told me MULTIPLE times they had) I stopped hearing from them and mistakenly thought the problem had been corrected.

Had an account rep stop by our home on May 9, 2023 and talked his way into us switching our cell phone service by reducing our bill from $100/month with Berizon to $50 a month with ATT. He upgraded one of our 2 phones and explained we would receive the upgrade for free.

He said we would see a charge for $22 every month for the new phone but that there would be a credit of $22 month for my old phone. We discussed NOT wanting insurance. Once he us into switching to ATT, he handed us his mobile phone and asked us to sign on his screen.

We trusted that what he told us is what he was doing so didn’t request to see what our signature was attached to. 2 weeks later on May 23, as I was trying unsuccessfully to set up our online account, I finally called and was advised our bill was over $300.…

Today I had one on the worst customer experiences at your ATT store at 3302 University Ave Madison WI 53705.

The customer representative was Nolan Kuhn.

When I entered the store a different representative greeted me but Nolan jumped up from a couch and had a minor dispute with the original rep saying he was the next one in line. I have no idea what their procedures are but having this interaction in front of a customer is wrong.

I am trying to sign up for internet service for my new house and my interaction with this rep was not great. When I told him that due to identity theft i would not give my SSN he said that I had to give it to him. The manager told me that I could prepay two month of service so i was happy with that arrangement.
