19 AT&T Rep Brandon came to our home after visiting 3 times with my husband to get me to talk to him. Brandon was polite, however, we told him he would have to do better than our current provider. Brandon did (not by much) and he made some big promises.

We signed the contract and after 2 calls to the AT&T on-boarding office he signed us up for Choice IV Internet 300. Brandon made an installation appt for Friday Sept 6, 2019. 19 - Friday at approx 10am I was interrupted at work by my husband calling to inform me a guy was at our door wanting to install a Dish.

Not once did Brandon mention we signed up for a DISH In fact we told him we were dead set against a DISH. My husband told the installer we did not order a dish and did not want it. He communicated that back to his office.…

ATT has the worst customer service. They are rude and nonchalant. No one can actually assist and when u ask for a manager there is no one to talk to. There is a hidden fee every month. My bill has not been the correct amount since I got service.

They don't know what they are doing and then the customer suffers. But that's because it's a huge corporation that cares nothing about the consumer.

On 10-4-19 I spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to get my internet speed updated to a faster speed. The first hour was with a guy named Rick. He checked several things as I took 3 speed test while he wss on the phone.

I asked if there was a better speed than the 768 speed that he said I had. I explained that I was on the computer for 13 long minutes trying to reach my doctor on a VA health site for patients and never go through the loading process because of the slow speed.

I also stated that itntzkes me 7 to 8 and someitimes 10 minutes two pictures with a little text on my tablet out to someone. 5 MBS but that we had to go to a different department. He advised me to have a technician to come out to check the wiring in my house.

I moved from Pittsburgh PA to Charlotte NC in August of 2019. I called a week before we moved to arrange DirecTV service to be installed the day after we arrived (8/10/19). I spoke with the sales rep and ordered the Choice package for 6 rooms.

The rep told me I would receive 4 rooms free and the 2 others would be extra UNLESS I had "Smart TVs", in that case I could download an app and not need a Genie. After questioning this and getting confirmation I proceeded to purchase 3 smart TVs the next day and completed my order for 3 set top boxes.

spoke to Chris on 9/17/19 and he got my Directv bill to $44 per month for the next year. He also added the sports package for free. Yesterday I got my statement and my bill had climbed to $97. Spoke to Ianna on 10/4/19 and she said the bill was to be $60.

I asked to speak to a manager and got put on hold for a very long time. Called back 4 times; had to explain the whole deal again; got put on hold again and again. Tried to reach your offices but got customer service again.

Very tired of dealing with you people; will be switching service soon unless something can be done to right this wrong.

I have been trying to resolve a bill that’s not mine for months. When I have gotten someone helpful and thought they had resolved the issue- I still got the exact same bill. I have asked to be transferred to two supervisors - sadly believing they would be competent- only to be treated so much more rudely than when dealing with regular customer service.

I just spoke to a customer service supervisor that was so rude, her name is Danielle and she wouldn’t transfer me to someone else because she didn’t want to. She also refused to give me her last name or her customer ID number.

I knew when I set out to get a new landline phone number through ATT it was going to be rough but not as horrible as my last and most recent attempt. Unfortunately due to a recent fire disaster in my area I have had to move a few times and get new phone service at each location.

Every single attempt has been miserable but none more so like this last attempt. I was transferred to eight different representatives before finally reaching a rep that could actually get the deed done. Every rep I spoke swore they were sending me to the correct rep only to be wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong and then finally the right rep but then oh no, I could barely hear her uuuggg.

Ordered internet on 9/17/2019. Supposed to be installed on 2/19, Guy came out , some work had to be done. Rescheduled f/2/26. Another guy came out still could not install, more work to do. Rescheduled for 9/30 still no install.

Rescheduled again for 10/1 12:00 - 4:00 no one showed up. Called again makes 4th time to call. The last time they could not find order number. Called customer service again. All they had was an excuse about order number.

If customer service doesn’t care about us why do you have them? I was tired of all the excuses I told them to cancel the order and I will go to someone else for internet service. You really need better English speaking people working customer service.

I will not recommend your services to anyone after this experience.

On August 10th your technician ran a new line for phone and internet because he said the old one was brittle. He informed me it would be 3 to 4 weeks before the burial term could bury it,it was more like 6.

When they did come they cut the water line and had just finished the repair when I got home. The ground around the repair remained moist for 10 days and I thought it was from the water lost when the line was cut.

But yesterday Sept 30th the repaired failed completely and no telling how much water was lost when I found it at 3pm. I called customer no service and was given a number for risk management which was the wrong no. And 3 calls.

First of all I know it doesn't mean anything but I have been a customer for 20 some years and always had a wonderful experience with your customer service department until now. I order an Iphone Max Pro online on the 16th of September.

The phone was being shipped to my daughters address because she is the main person on the account. I called to see if I could change the shipping address because my daughter lives in an apartment complex and they could not change it per customer service.

The phone was sent out on the 25th and delivered to my daughters apartment complex on the 26th. We got the notice that the phone was delivered and when my daughter went to the office to pick it up the locker was empty and the phone was nowhere.

Service has been in negotiationsfor over 2 months and I never once received a credit to my bill. I have been with ATT for over 12 years and I decided I had had enough of not being able to watch all the channels I was paying for.

I canceled and was told I would still be charged for 10 more days because of the billing cycle. I was prorated into ATT but was told I cant prorate or get a discount out the service. How is this fair? This is robbery!!!!

We have had AT&T for years but now we are done with them. 99 and whenever I called they want me to sign up on another website and then they have to get the information from that page which is absolutely ridiculous.

99 for senior discount then give it and stop giving us the run around. I am done with them. I am tired of being lied to, transferred, and lied to again and then have a bill come and it not be what they stated in the first place and then we gotta call again to fix it.

In purchasing the phones out right we were told that we would receive a credit on our bill for the instalment each month for 24 months for the second free phone after the purchase of the first. Each month this credit would appear on the bill.

Now after contacting you for the second month the representative Sarah- SA683 has stated that your contract, that I did not sign, with the outside party of Best Buy states you will wait three months to credit me back for the a phone that I have already purchased. I am an AT&T customer who signed up for internet through Costco back on August 19, 2019. The installation date was scheduled for that Friday, August 23rd, however no installation took place and I lost a day of work waiting around the house for the installer to arrive. On that matter, I have lost several days, due to missed installations, and this is really starting to hit my pocketbook. I have tried reaching out to the usual AT&T phone numbers, but it doesn't seem to be making a difference with getting the technician out to the house and getting the service installed.

The most recent missed appointment (the 5th attempt at scheduling using the 855-920-0146) was for Friday, September 27th, 2019 between noon and 4 PM. I chose this date as the prior two appointments for Saturdays didn't work…

I just switched back to At&t after leaving sprint. It was approximately 2weeks I had been gone and kept the same phones and numbers and was told everything would go right back to the way it was!! I have called several times and spoken to different customer service reps in each one promising to put it back the way it was in that it’s an easy fix I’ve been dealing with this for over two weeks I cannot afford $2600 nor do I want to pay for these phones out right my son who is 14 years old just got off the phone with a representative to tell him that we have to pay them off before they can do anything!!

Cell phone I can be reached 561-706-3499. I purchased a phone and tablet approx 10 yrs with a warranty. approx 5 yrs the tablet was not working I kept paying the bill until I upgraded my phone Sept. 2018. At that time I cancelled my Tablet and replaced it with a 3rd phone and warranty.

When I called customer service I was told the service was SUSPENDED in March. The big problem here is I said to CANCELLED the tablet and warranty and SUSPENDED TABLET was logged on my account, which is not my fault.

on 9/25 they came my house to buried a cable that was expose for 3 weeks, in the process of doing this work they broke a pipe of my sprinkler system in my backyard, the AT&T worker proceed to show me the damage and stated that they did not have the right size pipe to do the repair but someone will come later to fixed the pipe.

I keep receiving bills on a disconnected account. The phone is not used and hasn`t for months. You sent a phone that I did not order so I sent it back within 2 days. For the many months I was never able to get a security pin.

The account number is 523321021214.... the number that I am being charged for is 9415925435. I have tried the following pins 5435..... 7311... They do not work. Your very polite customer service disconnect line hung up on me after 2 20 minute waits.

My security word is Lucy. 85.... That is as far back as I can goin my bank history. Now I am just fed up especially being hung up on. I have been having problems with the dvr service and waning to get the landline phone taken off my service. 00 more this month. A very rude employee, male. I was trying to pay my account in full but there was a glitch in that we never received the bill until yesterday. (Mailman) He put our bill in the box of "Marilyn Loen" instead of Lance Buoen.

On Friday, September 2019 one of your techs had come to install service on my property for a tenant of mine - Dr. Balasubramanium. The account no. for the service is 156984347 and the address of the premises is 17434 Red Oak Drive, Houston, Texas 77090.

Your tech came in that day and went up the attic of the building, while there; he broke a water pipe either standing or stepping over it. Our building has two sections - a clinic and office suites, both of these areas have access ladders situated independently in each office.

To make his job easier the tech tore through the partition without notifying us . The pipe started leaking and flooded the entire building by the evening. Since one of the two of the offices were closed that day we weren't made aware of the leak til the water started…

For a week you have run a generator at the Dorchester co water facility on orangeburg rd. In summerville sc. The fumes have gassed us all for over a week all day and night. Kids commit go outside without their eyes burning and getting a headache.

Last May, I incurred roaming charges in Canada. I objected to this because I had accepted your offer to pay$10/day for that service. I was advised several times that the charge would be removed, but each bill showed the charge. BEWARE OF AT&T, you’re customer service is beyond the English language. These people have no clue what they are doing. I’ve tried to take a termination problem to the very top until I got to talk with a guy call Brian.

He could not help me either and is or was above the customer service reps. I ask to talk with his Supv. he said he did not have one. REALLY, everyone has someone they report to even the CEO reports to the board.

The most rudest person ever, screaming at me at the top of his voice, well I scream back where I come from. These people said that they would disconnect my service but I would still be charged until the billing service ends.

I tried to get a bundle package for my new home on the evening of Aug. 14, 2019. I kept being told that your Internet was down and to call back. I did and finally was told to just call the next day.

THAT should have been my first clue when the Internet service of an Internet provider is down all night! I called the following day and during an hour long conversation I was promised, among other things that I could keep the same telephone number that I had for about 30 years.

Since it had been with Time Warner/Spectrum I was told there would be a 2 DAY delay. Later I found out that was a 2 WEEK delay! I was told when I signed up on Aug. 15 that the earliest date for installation was Sept. 4!

going through a box too far away from our home which makes the internet less than 1mb. It is unusable. The technician said he would cancel the install order because it was unusable. We also called to be sure the install was cancelled.

Our entire neighborhood can recieves nternet service; they were set up correctly. routed thru the wrong box for our location. So my first complaint is to get this fixed. The att techs tell us it will take an engineer to come and get it fixed.

Would have rated this a 0 if I could but I have been an at&t customer until 2009. I go into the big hollow store in Peoria IL to pay my bill often. The last two times I went in to that store the two men I Interacted with were not friendly at all didn’t smile just gave me the impression they didn’t really wanna be there.

If I could give a zero review I would. I transferred over from t-mobile last month during the transfer I was in at&t for 3 days for hours and hours. They lied to me just to complete the transfer they didn’t tell me everything I need to know.

I got billed $600 because i did not know about one time charges. I was never told this information my bill should be only 300 that what i was told. After that i had a lot of trouble with all 7 lines the internet does not work and i do not understand how all lines does not work.

I would get it if it was just one or two but all had issues. I never expected such bad customer service. I asked to speak top the manager he said he was the manager but he said he wouldn’t clean up after his co-workers transfer.

I have already filed a phone complaint with the Claims Department on Wednesday, September 18, 2019. There has been no return phone call as of Sunday, September 22, 2019. I have also sent a formal letter of complaint to the CEO of AT&T at the Dallas, Texas Headquarters Office.

I am waiting for a response to my letter. I am requesting that AT&T assume all of the expenses on my Brother's (James R. ) account. Account #296710467. My brother unexpectedly died on August 1, 2019. I spoke with three (3) AT&T employees to have my brother's service cancelled, disconnected, discontinued.

As of Wednesday, September 18, 2019, my brother's service had not been cancelled, disconnected, or any other action taken. There had not been any notations made to my brother's account that I had even called, or…

Absolutely horrendous. ATT services my home. My modem and router recently went out and ATT scheduled a technician last Thurs. from 4-8 and they did not show up. I took off work and waited for 4 hours. All calls are outsourced to a foreign country.

Therefore, you can never reach a customer service representative in the US any longer. I had to call and reschedule this appointment, no one from ATT called me. I got off work this past Friday, again 4-8 pm window, again a no show.

I called repeatedly asking why they did not appear for the appointment. I had to speak folks outside the US. The appointment was moved to Saturday morning, again they did not show up. Now, on Sunday 9/22/19 I have been waiting since 4 pm, and actually have a reference number and a guaranteed tech at 6pm on a recorded…

Credit check was ran on our account without Valud reason. 5 hours of customer service time spent and still the purchase of Apple Watch was not completed and no reason why can be given.
