I purchased an phone 8+ and an I-phone 8 about 2 years ago on a BOGO deal. About 2 months ago, I wanted to pay off the 8+. Meaning the 8 would be paid off as well, as it was the free one.

I called several times, and was very specific with the agent as to wanting to pay off the balance of the 8+. I gave her the IMEI number 3 times in the conversation. I have pictures of our conversation. I made sure she was 1000% sure she was paying off the 8+.

She proceeded to pay off the wrong phone. It took me the better part of a month to get the refund, so i could pay off the correct phone. After all that, I was told that the Free phone on the deal wasnt actually paid off.

I myself have had the worst expeirience in the last five to six days. Not one person who was not able to be understood as that they do not speek fluint english. Was for surely by any means able to help me fix a situiatiion as to where my services have been interupted.

I have my own business and this is also what I need is my wi-fi, imternet. So as now I will be behind a weeks pay. 00. Wow considering I have always paid my bills even if it was split into two. Late charges or not.

On July 6, 2019, my son and I went to AT&T located at 3575 W Wedington Suite 1, Fayetteville, AR and Brytton Canaday waited on us. We were told that AT&T had a BOGO promotion that my son and I qualified for (if my son changed his phone number (new phone line was necessary for BOGO promotion AND WE WERE TOLD ABOUT NOTHING ELSE)). I have called the AT&T store directly at ((479) 249-6129)) and a return phone call has not been received.

I was told by the installer that I could purchase a device to expand storage for my DirectTV DVR. On Nov. 1 early afternoon, I inquired through ATT chat and the agent made multiple bogus comments during the call. 1.

He could expand storage directly to my DVR from his end. It cost nothing and I didn't have to do anything. 2. He stated within 20 minutes this would take place and I could verify through phone call to 800-288-2020.

On July 20th. 2019 I called AT&T to obtain a code to unlock my cell phone and cancel my account, as I was changing my service that day! I had paid my account in full before I changed my service. Since July 20th.

The man who put wiring in for our fiber optic upgrade at 711 Windermere Blvd. in Alexandria, LA put the wire on top of our front sidewalk. Our postman, the FedEx man, and a mother with her children on Halloween have tripped over the wire.

It is quite dangerous and very ugly -- see photos. After the mother tripped, we used duck tape to hopefully hold it down so not child is injured. This situation is not acceptable and needs to be fixed. I tried to add photos but am not computer savvy enough.

I will be happy to text them -- when I texted to the number I have for texting you, they came back as undeliverable.

I am a long time AT&T wireless customer. On September 19-23, 2019 I went on a Carnival Cruise to Cozumel. During the cruise, I received text messages regarding my data use. I replied to the text messages via phone or text.

I was under the impression that the international representatives were assisting me in a way that was helpful and in a way that would prevent outrageous data charges or any type of excessive overages.

However, that was not the case. Once I returned from the cruise, I continued to receive text messages from the International department requesting I contact them for assistance. I contacted them and they were not able to help me. As a loyal customer, surely AT&T can add a plan, prorate a plan or accommodate me in some type of way to avoid paying those excessive fees.

ATT is trying to charge me $608. for charges that do not belong to me but to an account that was closed in 2017 when I ordered new service at a new address. After 7 months of discussion, I am now being told there is nothing that can/will be done as the dispute is over 90 days old.

I will not pay for an account I did not have or charges I did not incur nor will I ever use ATT service again. I’d like to have charges eliminated from my account records and acknowledgment that the charges are not owed by me.

Talked to 5 Reps who were not helpful with my blatant work finish that my bill wouldn’t be based on a promotion. I was suppose to get a credit to clear and had to call back three times for a partial credit. I was told supervisor would call me back but never did.

AT&T is victimizing its customers with illegal sales tactics such as lying about products and services in an attempt to reach sales quotas.

There appears to be a “do whatever it takes” approach to sell products at AT&T without any regard to their ability to deliver on those promises. During my recent and ongoing experience I ordered high speed internet along with a landline for phone service. I was very specific that I wanted a land line because I work from home and I cannot be dependent on the Internet. At that time, I was told I would be provided a free phone, a $100 gift card, and a guaranteed price for the high speed internet of $60 per month for a period of over 800 months. I signed a two year contract and they double my bill after a year. When the wind blows the TV goes out. Bad service! I called to cancel and I get transferred to 4 different people and get a different story and amount each time!

Then they send me an email with an amount - the disclosure on the same page says a different amount than what they told me in the same email. I call back to ask for an email to show someone this email and they said they don't have email!

They obviously have email b/c they emailed me!! They lie and deceive just to get more money. I have 7 months left on my contract, according to their notice, I should pay $70! Please send me a bill for $70 to cancel my service.

0 STARS, not 1 I was supposed to get an equipment upgrade to fiber optic on 10/4. Was promised a technician on 5 different appointments in which NOBODY showed up or called. Here it is 10/25 and still NOBODY HAS SHOWED UP!

On September 19, 2019 I made a bill payment through my bank. I had an old account number on the EFT. This was my old account number which was cancelled last year.

However the payment can not be found on either account, and now I am being charged for two months. I have submitted payment history, transaction number, EFT tracing number as well as Proof of Payment from Chase bank. Someone told me today that they could help me if I gave them my bank account number but I refused.

I have taken this information in to a store, faxed info to(214)653220, as well as emailing to ucpaymentclaim@att, and ten hours on the phone with no resolution. I am a senior whose world is watching television. I can not handle the constant frustration of trying to get this resolved.

Came into att store in Harrison Arkansas to only purchase a pair of earbuds. Sat for over an hour and a half, only 2 employees. I believe she is the store manager while helping a customer with a phone purchase, the entire time I was there, did more chatting, looking up videos with voice remote, than trying to getting try and realize there are at least 3-5 other people waiting and waiting.

Also watched 4 customers leave. There is more small talk than working quicker to accommodate customers. All I needed was to make a purchase. This is not acceptable, but I can use only one kind of earbuds for the iPhone XR.

My complaint is following a thunderstorm my television sound became distorted. after numerous attempts by technicians the DIRECTV Asurion Protection Plan Premier Team denied my claim. August 4, 2019, my service request adventure began number 200951221 by Rattigan's Rapid Repair.

To whom it may concern: My company has been severely hurt due to severe mismanagement of our account by your representatives We have made documented multiple attempts to contact both representatives with not even a courtesy of a reply or follow-up. As a result we were forced to port 7 lines back to T-MOBILE due to network issues with AT&T and the 5 accounts that are left with AT&T are in danger of going back to TMOBILE due to lack of communication on AT&T's part.

I had direct TV for over 10 years, in October i decided to cancel due to price increases i have been occurring. on October 5th i asked to have my service cancelled. I was told that my pay cycle ended on October 28th and that would be my cancellation date.

On October 15th i called and informed the customer service agent i wanted my service cancelled as of today October 15th. I turned my receivers in on the 15th. I was notified that you can not pro rate a future bill.

my next bill was due on October 20th. my billing cycle runs from the 28th of the month to the 28 of the next month. I was told that only 4 states allow a pro rating of a bill and Indiana was not one of them.

Shaw Ave ATT office, Fresno, CA. So rude. All i want is to pay a bill. I need to get in line behind all of the customers they are handling ahead of me. I say, I just need to pay a bill.

Sorry they say, get in line. I ask, Do you take checks? They say, No. So I need to wait an hour to pay a bill. So rude. I left and went to the ATT on Herndon. I walk in; there is a kiosk like an ATM.

The nice lady tells me how to use it; what a deal. In and out in 5 minutes. Why didn't the other people have a kiosk in their office? Or tell me about going to another office to pay my bill.

High speed internet down 5 days. 1st call resulted in 57 min. Of canned troubleshooting of my modem only to be told it was a system problem and they were working on it. "To watch my blinking lights to see when its repaired. Ok.

2nd call on day 2, service still down. Told it was a system issue but would be fixed by Tuesday, two days later. 2 days later still not working. Call back and again told it was a "main line problem but would be up by 6:55p that evening.

And was given a direct number and pin code to call if I still had an outage. Guess what still no service tonight and when you call the special number you get nothing but a death spiral of holds. Beyond horri le customer service

My wife talked to a AT&T sales rep at a Walmart store. She told him he would have to contact me about any sales. He got her name and because we were a previous customer was able to get our name, address and email address.

He then placed an install order WITHOUT any written permission. I received an email confirming the install before my wife got home. After talking with her I immediately canceled the order. As far as I am concerned he tried to scam my wife.

She is over 70 and does not deal with video/audio type items. I called the Walmart store to complain.

I have been with AT&T since 2006 and last year decided to get Uverse and internet. 00.. I called customer service and was dismissed when I asked how I could lower my bill. Apparently, loyalty means nothing. If I do not get some type of answers, I will have no choice but to take my substantial business elsewhere.

I am a senior on a fixed income. Seems you should care some about your customers. Especially the ones that pay in time each and every month.

I recently Upgraded to the S10+. A couple days later I found out about the BOGO promotion. I went online chatting with the agent and agreed to receive the iPhone XS Max. A few weeks later I received my bill with the iPhone showing up as full price.

I went back online and complained to multiple supervisors. They all explained the rules of the BOGO promotion and there was nothing they could do!. I told them I was not informed of the rules and I should not be stuck with paying for a phone because of misinformation of the agent.

I would like to get some kind of assistance with my order I place on 10/04/2019 for two lines of service with two iPhone 11's. The order was due to be delivered to my home on 10/07/2019. The order did not arrive.

Worst customer service. I was chatting with rep Junior 9/29/19 and I was told if i close the deal and order the phones online, i will get iphone 11 pro max bogo $700 off with $300 credit for current promo.

Also i asked about trade in program, told him my phones and he told me trade in value is $200 EACH PHONE. So $700 + $300 +200 + 200 total of $1400 credit which was confirmed by Junior and said that is correct.

So i made the deal, switched networks. Now, i was preparing to send the phones for trade in and just checked again trade in values. Now, this not useful supervisor, Leonardo, said he cannot do anything and that I completely misunderstood what was told.

That it was supposed to be $200 for BOTH. But wait!! I told him to give me the explanation of $1400 credit because that is what…

I’m so upset with att, I had all my accounts separate and somehow my bills got combined which I did not ask for or give permission to have done. No one seems to understand my situation or willingly to help me.

Before I cancel all my accounts with att I’m asking for help. My number is 317 478 3671. Internet number was 257 616 732 my wireless account number was 243 029 925 095 which they cancelled and combined my bills which I do not want.

00 for each account each math. Please help me
