I purchased an phone 8+ and an I-phone 8 about 2 years ago on a BOGO deal. About 2 months ago, I wanted to pay off the 8+. Meaning the 8 would be paid off as well, as it was the free one.
I called several times, and was very specific with the agent as to wanting to pay off the balance of the 8+. I gave her the IMEI number 3 times in the conversation. I have pictures of our conversation. I made sure she was 1000% sure she was paying off the 8+.
She proceeded to pay off the wrong phone. It took me the better part of a month to get the refund, so i could pay off the correct phone. After all that, I was told that the Free phone on the deal wasnt actually paid off.
I had to wait for the last 8 monthly credits before i could unlock it. Now i'm being told, that because of the lines that the…
