I’ve been with AT&T for over a 12 years and even though I continue to receive bad services and changes in my bill that wasn’t discussed and rude customer service assistances. I stay because I’m loyal. The customer rep Katrina change my plan after suggested that it would be better and cheaper than the plan I had before.

So why did my bill come out to be 67$ more. When I ask them to listen to the recording of the conversation and adjust my bill accordingly the rep said no then hang up on me. That’s the service I received.

Who do I speak to 216-262-4055. I’m going to keep going until someone listen. This is wrong

I feel that we are being harassed by your door-to-door salesfolks. I have no soliciting signs in my yard and on my door, yet they still come to my door. I've since resorted to printing a sign and placing it on my door which explicitly names AT&T, stating to not knock or ring and that we're not interested.

Yet, no matter what, they still ignore the signs. I've personally told each of them that we're not interested and to leave us alone. But it never works. Please stop.

We have ATT&T insurance on cell phone number (828) 461-5589. The cell phone was not functioning and we mailed it through USPS date 12/29/19 at 9:15 am. We did receive a replacement phone on 1/7/20. This phone will NOT allow calls in or out...... I have been incontact with seven agents for a total 79 minutes in the past two days, including Sarah at the ATT&T Complaint line at 1:24 pm today. Now, I am told by Sarah that I " must report a claim process with Asurion (your insurance company????) I see that you have NO regard for customers. We have been without a functioning phone since 12/29/1919... It appears you have only two agents out of the seven who can communicate in English.

My cable & internet was suppose to be hooked up yesterday 01/13/2020. Wonderful internet installation guy. While he is here the cable guy to hook up dish comes. The internet man is trying to tell him other ways because he does not want to get into the attic . 00 wireless fee.

I repeatedly tell him no. Internet man hears all of this. He talks to my husband on the phone. He tells my husband hes worked enough for one day we need wireless. My husband tells him no. Cable man calls his work, he comes back inside and hands me his phone.

m to check out the new IPhone 11 pro max phones in the hopes of purchasing. We are currently and have been AT&T customers for over 10 years. Today, the customer service that my wife and I experienced from this store was so horrible that we walked down the mall straight into a T-Mobile store and was greeted so warmly there and provided such great customer service that we are seriously switching to T-Mobile.

The complaint: we walked into an empty AT&T store were there were only 2 associates visible ( fri night, empty store). They were so busy talking to each other they did not even acknowledge that we walked into the store.

We proceeded to look at the different Iphone displays for about 10 minutes. Again, no acknowledgement the whole 10 minutes.

I have had my credit negatively affected for the past year! I ordered a Samsung S8 via the phone in Nov 2018. When I didn't receive it I purchased a phone a Samsung S9 locally. On going to the AT&T Center I found I was already being billed for another phone.

I informed the girl I never received the phone I had ordered. She immediately stopped the automatic withdrawals they were taking from my checking account. They checked & said the phone was never activated or used. It was lost, I made at least 30 calls during the past year to rectify this matter.

I have been an AT&T and Direct TV customer for over 20 consecutive years I pay around $500/month to your company. I have consolidated all my communications services with your company and I religiously pay my bills on time. And I am about to take my business elsewhere, because you have failed to honor an agreement I made with you back in March 2018.

I have called your Loyalty Department on many ,many occasions. To a person your front line staff have been courteous and helpful, but clearly have no authority to do much of anything. I use to love my Directv services but last year when I upgraded my receivers I received an unsolicited visit in my house by an AT&T Mobility Salesman. It happened like this. The Tech from Directv told me that his supervisor may stop by to check on things.

So, as we worked to get the stuff installed I was firing up the system the tech said he had to go out to the truck. I remained in the room turning on the entertainment system to check the connection when the tech returned.

I moved toward the door way and noticed a figure out of the corner of my eye standing in my kitchen. At first I thought maybe it was my wife returning from the gym so I leaned back into the door way to say hello and noticed that it was a guy standing there.

This is the second time that I call w/ an issue and it takes more than 6 six calls to resolve. It sadden me that customer service is so poor and doesn't care anymore. I've been with you since it was Cingular and I've noticed the change, specially when you decided to outsource and people are not trained properly.

I've had a manager connect my hotspot, because no one new what it was, told that I bought the wrong thing, Now, I said my phone didn't work and I got a phone and A NEW LINE. I returned the phone, called over and over to have the line turned off and not being reimbursed doesn't go well.

I should be charging ATT for all the calls and follow up work I did. I want to change my plan and add data, but to scare to deal with y'all again.

My fault. 19 and they were unable to retrieve the payment. I then contacted AT&T. 00. and that a refund check would be issued in 10 to twenty days. I again called as I had not received a refund. I was then told another department would have to research and again wait the same time period.

This time I was given a claim number. I was not given a claim number at the time of my first call. Yet, again, I wait. 48. AT&T deducted 2 monthly billing amounts from my original over payment. 2020) it is $795 48 credit balance.

It has been 67 days since I first notified AT&T. This just F****** unbelievable that it takes this long for multi billion dollar company to issue a refund

When I called to get new service I was told I was getting $450 in gift cards. So far I have only seen $300. I was on hold the last few days for hrs, One time 40 minutes and no one answered. I was transferred 3 times incorrectly after being on hold for long periods, even put on hold and no one came back. I also received a bill with ongoing monthly payments which is $30 a month more than I signed up for. I need someone to call and explain why this is different than the day I took you as my provider. Spectrum was considerably less and I may need to go back to them.

I will tell you when i say a company sucks it really suck. I usually don't leave negative reviews but AT&T has to be the worst company in America. They can never get a bill correct and you have to spend a month fighting with representative that have no CLUE.

Cancelled internet midway through billing cycle.. I only paid a portion of the bill as I only received a portion of the service. Received a new bill covering the remaining portion of the original bill. I called ATT to explain why the balance was not due and the woman I spoke with didn't want to accept any explanation and just told me the balance was due!

She just kept repeating that and I finally got frustrated and hung up. This is how ATT steals from you.. I told her if there was any negative reflection on my credit t that I would take legal action. The Giant feels they can do whatever they please

I purchased 4 I phones an I watch line and an I pad line back in April. We were told that we would receive 100 dollars per line for activation as we were switching over from Sprint for my farm and cattle operation.

Needless to say we never received the 100 dollars per line as told. I have personally gone to the AT&T store here in Springdale six times and have been told twice that I will still get them they are just behind.

The guy that sold me the package has messed the entire account up several times and the only way to get it fixed was to call the help desk and have them straighten it out. I then went to meet with the manager that was there when I bought the package and that one is no longer working there.

On July 30, 2019 I requested phone service due to the poor reception I was receiving at the house I was moving to.

However, when I got to the house the reception was just as bad. So on July 31st I cancelled my new service prior to flying back to the home I was living in. I also reinstated my phone service with the company I was using.

I am writing this complaint today on behave of my employer. I have been hired to help take care of a couples finances I have been noticing that they have been paying there bill with out any dispute of what they are getting charged they have had accounts with Direct Tv and At&t for over ten years.

In 2016 I purchased a bundle plan for the address I was living. In 2019 I bought the house across the street and wanted the same internet and tv bundle for that address as well. My accounts have been trashed by customer service since I added new a new plan.

They have consistently made error after error on my account to the point where I spend hours upon hours calling customer service to try to get them to fix the multiple problems. I have since June every week called and I get the run around.

Yesterday an account specialist named Mike was extremely rude to me. Today 12-18-19 I was told that they cant give me HBO because they don't know what receiver to send it to. Seven months of error is unacceptable and hard to explain fully in 100 words or less.

I upgraded my phone to a samsung note 10 on nov 27 and went back into the store to change it for a note 10 plus because it was not able to accept a sd card. I was told I could exchange it within 14 days.

If you count the days dec 11 should be the 14th full day I had the phone - the store told me it was 15 days because they count the 1st day as full day 1 and they couldn't exchange it. I called cust service at AT&T and they said that was within the 14 days but the store I bought it from was a 3rd party store and not an AT&T company store and they make up there own rules.

Signs on the store shows AT&T - nothing to tell you they are not "AT&T" . They should not be allowed to put up an AT&T sign if they wont go by what corporate AT&T says and they go by whatever rules they want to make up.…

I cancelled my previous service with AT&T in November 2019 because of pricing (too high). Fast forward, on December 9, 2019 I decided I would get streaming TV service and called in to get a quote on internet only. While speaking with the representative he asked what was going to be my major use with the service.

After explaining the use, the representative told me that he could get me a bundle for $89 and some change, as well as a $250 gift card. I scheduled the install for Saturday December 14th @ 11 am. At 12 noon on that day, no one showed up so I called.

I later received a call from one of the installers stating he was just given the ticket (@230pm) that he would be there at 3 pm. At 4pm I called back to see where the installer was. He later arrived at 5 pm.

i had troubles with paying my phone bills and i called their payment hotline to pay. turns out they having the same issue i was having so they refer me to an 8666083007 number i attempted but it said my line was blocked so i called the payment number back and

they explained to me that the 866 number is the payment management and due to it being a weekend they are not available. so apparently what they are trying to say is that ill be phoneless through out the weekend even though i need my phone mostly on the weekend.

so apparently the numbers that are available are the numbers that cant help but the numbers that have weekends off are the ones that are not available SOUNDS LIKE THE DUMBEST THING IVE EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE!

See account 287236415009 I sent original Death certificates to AT&T 10/23/19, as I was instructed to do. 11/12/19 I received a bill with the account name of Thor Skeie as it has always been. I contacted AT&T again and was advised you had received the death certificates but it would be a little bit yet to cancel the account.

Now I receive a billing in the name of Estate of Thor Skeie for past due amount and current services. I called and was told the account cancelled as of 11/22/19 but no one can get into the account without the past code.

If I could would rate customer service no stars. AT&T sent a serviceman here for our Direct TV end of July 2019. The repairman took the equipment with him saying he would return it for us as the return label we had was not correct.

43 started showing up on our bill. I called and was told it would be taken off. 43. Then late charges started going on it and the charge was not taken off. I have live chatted and called repeated and talked to numerous managers!

To whom it may concern, I have had NOTHING but TROUBLE since August 2019 with ATT/Direct TV. I have been a loyal customer for years, but I have had it. I have called 15+ times since August, and each time it takes over an hour.

Yet nothing has been done, and my bill continues to be wrong. It should not be that hard to correctly bill your customers, and provide them with the services they pay for. Here is a summary of my problems. I have tv, internet and phone with you guys.

It is supposed to be bundled, and billed once per month. 1) In August I was told my bill was going to go up from under $100 to over $200, so I canceled all service. 2) When I called back in October prior to sending back my equipment, they had a new promo that would keep me around a $100 per month.

When a hard rain comes her phone goes out ,Tech has been there numerous times. And as I type this her phone is out been out from the rain she had two days ago ,your tech is suppose be out today.

Last time they came out it was static for a few days then work. Check your records and see how many times they have had to come out and work on boxes or line down the road it. My sister has put AT&T app on her phone cause she has to call for service way to often.

I switched over to AT&T June 2019 I was promised Visa cards for turning in my 4 phones. I have received one but have been fighting to get the additional 3 for the past 5 months.

I was told they have been approved by email but I never received them. When I call I am given different numbers to call always ending back up with customer service who gives me the same numbers to call

I am reaching out to customer care as a last effort before I go to the corporate office today. What I need is for my account to be credited the amount of these 2 cards. Customer Service extended my due dates to 12/23/19 saying I should receive the cards by this week to use for my bill However I have not received the cards and will now owe for 2 billing cycles. The customer service is horrible. I have spent hours on the phone. No one know anything. All I get is some one in the far east that I can barely understand reading a script. Deviate from the script and their helpless.

No communication between billing and promotions. Offered me the world to sign up and transfer my phone service. Now they don't want to honor their agreement. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Wish I had never gotten involved with them.

I have been a customer for about 10yrs... I contacted AT&T to inform them of a change of date on my payment which they agreed to but they still ended up withdrawing the money on the wrong date causing an overdraft and not to mention inconvience... I was literally on the the phone for about 3 hours. customer Service was redirecting me everywhere. I had explain my situation 5 different times and still no one was able to help. Just when I thought I was doing my due diligence...... Shame on you!!!

I see by the other negative posts that my complaint is probably not as serious. That being said, I have had numerous frustrating issues with AT and T in the past. This is just one of the latest, that makes me realize what shoddy service they have and how uncaring ,and yes deceitful they are.

Yesterday I tried for the first time in my 10 plus years of being a customer, to claim an AT and T Thanks gift. For anyone who has never done this, it's an exercise in total frustration . ,When I tried the " claim gift " button, I was immediately given a response that there was a gateway error.

It's my understanding that this means too many people are trying to get onto that server. I tried repeatedly with same results.

Finally at 4 pm I got through , with the answer " sorry, all gift cards are sold…

I made a service change order for 843-766-5348 to replace my land line service. A service person was supposed to come to my house on Tuesday Nov 26 from 12-4. No one showed. A second call at 4 PM was to see if I wanted a different time which I did not want so I did not answer it. No indication was given of when my order would be taken care of.

I complained the next day and was given a 8-9 appointment on Tuesday Dec. 3. A few minutes ago I called your service number. No one called me today. I was given an appointment 8-12 on Wednesday Dec. 11. Is there any chance that someone will appear?

I started my order online and called that day to speak with a customer service agent to make sure I did things properly and was completely walked through my purchase and was told that it went through just fine and received a tracking number of 22-439409631319212 (for my XR and tracking number of 22-439409618273239 (for the 8 plus).

I had ordered two phones; an iPhone XR and an iPhone 8 plus on June 19, 2019 under the BOGO + the $250.00 prepaid visa promotion. On this day, I had called customer service to be sure that my order was complete and I had checked the necessary boxes and was told YES! My order was complete. I received notification two days later that my order for the XR was cancelled. I had called immediately to check the status and I received no explanation as to why! It won't let me choose ZERO STARS. Horrible service at every turn. I have called AT&T no less than 12 times in the past 36 hours trying to get my IPhone unlocked. I have been on hold for over 3 hours, been “disconnected” four times, have been told “do not worry,” about 27 times.

I was told to go to a storefront. I went to the AT&T store in Raymore and was told they can’t do anything. They gave me a phone number to call, which is the number I had been calling, 1-800-331-0500.

Good Afternoon,

I had an AT&T Representative come to my house and I switched my cable, internet and cell phone to AT&T from Verizon in April, 2019. I have never received any of the benefits that I was told I would get for switches and bundling.

I have not received my gift card but most of all my Verizon bill has been in collection for months and I still have not received my credit on a card so I can pay this bill. I call every week and I continually get the run around. I need this bill paid yesterday, if can get my frustration.

I would appreciate if someone can get back to me as soon as yesterday.

I was sent offers to upgrade my phone from iPhone 7 Plus to iPhone XS Max. I was told I would get $250 visa rewards card and $250 to trade in my 7 plus. So first I upgraded my line 954-305-6475 then a few weeks later got the same offer to upgrade my daughters line. 845-866-5881.

I never got the visa rewards for either phone. Then I moved and lost the shipping label to return my phone. I was told just bring it to an At and t store and I would get credit. I returned my iPhone 7 Plus to the at and t store on route 211 middletown, ny the beginning of June.

And never received credit for that either. That’s $750 I never received. I have called probably 15 times. I keep getting put on hold transferred to another department. and have spend over 10 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved.…

I have spent the last week calling and trying to update my credit card information for my Now TV account. I have spent endless hours on the phone been transfered to at least 5 different departments. com/eservice) that is not even set up yet.

I just spent another 45 min on calls (3) and the last one the person said they could not here me and hung up. I will let your service expire tomorrow per your email to me and will file a complaint with the feds.

On October 22, 2019 I purchased cell phone service with your company. After getting my plan in order, I call in one month later because I had not received my bill cost as told. When I spoke with the representative, I was informed I ad not been billed yet but I also found out the cost was far above what I was quoted previously.

All of the figures were incorrect. I hung up and called a supervisor the following day. I was still given a different figure and was told I would also be billed for two months which was a shock to me.

Short version: Called and asked for a new battery for old wifi. Told that was no longer an active item - would send a new one. New one worked only when plugged into electricity - would not work without electricity. Battery, maybe?

Sent a new one WITHOUT A BATTERY. Put old battery in second new wifi - would not take a charge. Battery problem, maybe? All this after a runaround for almost two hours. Called again today, represented acted totally unaware of anything to do with the equipment, promised to call back - never heard from him.

I have been disappointed 2times with service I have a go phone and my home phone for years a month a go on my go phone i could not retrieve my messages for 3 days. Now I went to the store in rocklin, ca to put money on my phone I went from 10am sat to 12noon sun money was never added I called several times mail box full.

I had to take time off work and travel 15 miles back to the store, the employees were nice enough when I questioned about the phone she says it does not work, and they have 2 different systems so it did not post. This is sad your a phone co.

and the phone does not work? 75 a gallon. yes I am very aggravated, and what do I get for all the wasted time? I hope you straighten out these issues especially the phone this matter could of been handled in 5 mins.

I have been calling and speaking to CSR and supervisors for a month now re: a $120 credit to my account that was wrongfully charged for activation fees. I started at the ATT store in cranberry PA, they have completely ignored my phone calls and refused to return messages left.

I then began calling customer service. I have been assured 4 separate times that the credit will be noted to my bill and here I am my fifth phone call today and being told that the ticket is in there and it "should be" credited tomorrow.

I am completely annoyed at this point and now have late fees and threats of suspension if this past due amount is not paid. I need resolution of this matter and will be calling corporate tomorrow morning. I have been a 30 year customer of ATT and looking to switch to a new cell…

As I was setting my alarm system on Thursday November 7 I noticed a Comm. Failure on my keypad. Having 20 + years experience in the alarm industry I immediately new that my phone line was out. I subsequently checked the two home phones for a dial tone and this confirmed my suspicion.

That afternoon I had also noticed two small pieces of phone wire lying near the phone pedestal in my backyard but at the time did not think anything of it. The next morning I called the customer service number to get a technician scheduled to come out to repair my phone line.

That afternoon I called my neighbor to ask if anyone had been out while we were out of town which explained the reason for the wire on the ground next to the pedestal. They were out to repair her U-verse internet.
