I’ve been with AT&T for over a 12 years and even though I continue to receive bad services and changes in my bill that wasn’t discussed and rude customer service assistances. I stay because I’m loyal. The customer rep Katrina change my plan after suggested that it would be better and cheaper than the plan I had before.
So why did my bill come out to be 67$ more. When I ask them to listen to the recording of the conversation and adjust my bill accordingly the rep said no then hang up on me. That’s the service I received.
Who do I speak to 216-262-4055. I’m going to keep going until someone listen. This is wrong
