If I could give 0 stars I would I have to tell you Direct and AT&T has to be the worst companies out there. Customer service based in India, Product is entirely too expensive, Jail bait contracts. There is no need in trying to call CS they don't understand a word you are saying. I totally dislike this company I never mind paying my bills but this company is such a rip-off. Oh and did I say I got harassed during the pandemic (Covic). After I was late paying Direct they had the nerve to e-mail me and tell me I hope you are enjoying the service but if you don't pay your bill we will disconnect your service. Thanks Direct, Thanks AT&T. My contract is up in October don't worry I will be leaving just like the 80,00 people that left last month.

Account #145787738 Promotional monthly price $45.; but never billed correctly, called every month to be fixed, in 1-2020 ATT send me a e-mail stating service was going to be $45./month but still the problem existed and the bill was for different amount. in 3-6-2020 again the account was reviewed and was told that the service was going to be around $50. He was like a squirrel couldn't sit still and was very jumpy and very rude. My sister went in to the store with my old phone to fix it for my elderly aunt, and she was told to go to Wal Mart, because he couldn't get the phone to work correctly.

when she did she found he had the sim card in wrong. This guy is arrogant and rude and we both tried several times to get the store manager name and he always answered the phone and refused to give it to us.

After my husband passed 1 27/2020, I called and asked to drop2 lines and a tablet. Next bill showed they had not been canceled. I called and was told all was fixed and by the way it would be much cheaper to add a tablet now.

I said I can’t afford a higher bill. 64. Paid that amount last month. 49. 49. i ha e been lied to and over charged. AT&T can not be trusted, I’ve been a customer for well over 20 years and I am going elsewhere.

Miss-communication there was never any notes brought up about all the times I called and the delay of text messages and not receiving voicemail , they kept on telling me to troubleshoot since 3:00pm central standard time all the way through 10:35pm central standard time. I put the the sim chip on my old Iphone 7plus from my new Iphone Max pro 11 ... Again !

I had att Rachel support help change an email (sbcglobal) password last evening. Password was changed but when entered new password in iPhone and iPad tells me cannot get email pswd foe sbcglobalis incorrect, along with various other messages. The only thing that changed is the password.

I am still unable to get my email unless I go to the website. This is not acceptable. I was on the phone several hours last night and almost 2 hours this morning I've been transferred at least 3 times so far this morning and still no resolution.

I am frustrated, furious and my next step is FCC complaint. I need someone who can fix this. I had this happen several years ago and it took almost a week to fix. No one is even taking ownership for this fiasco now.

They sent me the wrong color phone. I was never able to reach anyone in customer service by voice or live chat. I understand COVID-19 has interrupted customer support but it also prevented me from returning the RED phone to the post office.

Now I'm stuck with a $800 red phone. The one color I hate is red. I would like AT&T to send me a blue phone and a shipping label to return the red phone. I also want AT&T to send me the screen protector at no cost.

Billing - I have tried 5 times to reach out to billing -- never made it. The sixth time I talked to billing after holding for 36 minutes. 99 after I told her that I had spoke one time back in early March to remove all the movie channels.

He did remove the HBO, showtime etc, but failed to remove EPIX. Shortly after that somehow we got disconnected. 99 for EPIX. We will have to wait and see.

I am a disabled Senior. I've been on hold for customer service more than 15 hours this week alone. Now, I'm as mad at hell for me to be treated like this! I purchased the phone and service March 6th.

I've been trying to get help ever since. This handset and it's charger have not functioned properly since day one. Your customer service reps have hung up and even kicked me out of the Corp. store in La Quinta CA and threatened to call the police on me!

Cancelled my ATT account on 2/15/20 and paid outstanding contract balance but I am still being billed monthly. ATT withdrew many directly from my bank account form March and just received an invoice for April.

I have been calling ATT customer services to resolve this but I keep getting shunted form dept to dept and waiting for literally hours and to date no resolution.

I called ATT on Saturday 28 March to inform them that my phone was broken and that I needed to order a new. I walked through the process with the agent and when I got to the terms and conditions, she had to send the T&C link to another phone associated with my account.

Tis was due to the fact that I could no longer use the broken phone that I was calling about. She stayed on the phone with me and verified that I in fact accepted the terms and conditions of the order.

On Monday 30 March, I noticed that the order status still said working on the order. At about 1600 est, I again called ATT customer service and spoke to an agent about the status of my order. I also asked if their was anything else I needed to do to ensure the order was successful.

I have been forced to contact AT &T every month for over a year, because my bill is never correct. I don't expect internet and TV for free, but it would be super if I did not have to contact the company EVERY month to straighten out my bill.

The actual service (tv and internet ) is and has been very good, however, getting someone to listen to me and help me without telling me things that are not true is impossible. On February 22, 2020, I called to inquire why my bill went up about six dollars a month.

My account has been closed since January, I am still receiving bills. I called on the phone twice cancelling. Sent them a letter with my final payment cancelling television account. I have sent them evidence in FB messenger clearly showing account was cancelled. I tried uploading the evidence here was not able to.

Their sled and dish are still here on the property. They have been asked to please remove it. I am charging them $30 a month for storing their physical and intellectual property. I have politely asked them numerous times to please remove their garbage from the property. I have asked them numerous times to please STOP causing me Emotional distress. I noticed this morning that I hadn't gotten any email for over 24 hours. I usually start my day receiving comics and have been for at least 13 years. Today nothing. The Customer Service is very poor. No one wants to ever help and its always an excuse. Its always the run around and just advised sorry. I was advised that i would receive a vise gift card for me transfer my service to At and T and it never was given.

I was never giving any details on a time frame and the process of receiving this. I was advised i did not call in and its past time. I feel that this is unacceptable and im so over the service that i have received.

Since I recently retired, I am in the process of reducing some expenses. This morning I requested that my U-Verse account be changed from U450 to U200. I just paid YOU for The U450 monthly charge just the other day so I should remain as a U450 until the next billing cycle. However, now just 3 hours after making the request. I have NOTHING!!!! Not one single channel. Every channel in the U200 list tells me I have not subscribed to that channel. I then have made 2 separate calls to get his corrected with nothing being done other than asking ME to do some simple diagnostics. REALLY? I have been with ATT for over 20 years and have EVERYTHING through AT&T. My TV, my internet, my cell phones, and my house land line. And THIS is the service I get?

Both the Manager and supervising manager fail to give any solution to my billing problem. I did an upgrade to my phone and mailed in late my devices. The manager was talking to me with his mouth full of food and tell me to sell my devices on Facebook.

Upon phoning in to remove an additional service on my Directv account, I find I must phone on the corresponding billing date should I wish to utilize this service I have already paid for. I have one week left in my prepaid service, however there is no "set up" in the system to set the removal date as of the upcoming billing period. Really! How ridiculous.

ATT are you really making that much money on cheating clients out of their owed services with the added inconvenience prohibiting them making changes to their account. It is your system, I would suggest you program it to provide proper service to your clients.

My Direct TV account has not been bundled with my telephone and internet service still even though I requested that these services be bundled over two years ago. Because these services have not been bundled as requested I have paid at least $720 more than I would have had my request been carried out by AT&T employees.

Therefore, I am requesting a credit of this amount that I have already over paid. Every time I have inquired with AT&T personnel about my request I was told that it would take one or two billing cycles. Every month I receive an enclosure with my bill, Bundle& Save.

at the end of November 2019, we thought we would save money by ending our Dish satellite Internet and TV and go with AT&T. We told them multiple times we were not on GPS and and don't get good service were we live.

The store agent DOUG insisted we would get good Internet and TV service. He never told us the billing would change and there would be more than 1 bill now. Our original billed was billed to a home/land line with cell phones on the bill.

The payments we have made went to the old account number which is associated with the home/land line number. We have talked to so many AT&T agents including supervisors and managers. NOT ONE PERSON can get us to the land/home line account, so that we can get our money out of it.

Greetings, I am requesting that my internet service be restored back to 24 Mbps. On or about December 16, 2019, my phone service and internet service stopped working. I called customer service and a repair appointment was set for December 20, 2019.

The technician came out and determined that he needed to replace the line after conducting several diagnostic checks. The service was restored and I assumed everything was ok. My wife teaches online classes and noticed the internet speed was extremely slow.

Some of the sites she previously used for her teaching would not download. After several calls to AT&T between December 20th and now, I was informed that my internet service was downgraded from 24 Mbps to 18 Mbps without my knowledge or approval.

For two weeks, I have been trying to have my iPhone 7 plus unlocked. I purchased it through At&t and paid it off in July, 2019. I want to move to another carrier, who has pulled my phone number. For over two weeks, I have had no service.

I can not get any help to unlock this phone from either a store or customer service. I have 4 NUL request numbers that I have confirmed. With the exception of the last one, I received emails, saying it wasn't confirmed and to request a new NUL number.

Geraldine in customer service on January 22nd said she wrote up case number CM20200123144465076 and I would hear within 24-48 hours which isn't any different that the NUL request. Our yearly agreement with At & T expired and my wife called in to obtain a new agreement, she asked to be transferred to the retention department. She worked out a deal with the retention department and even the thought the price was ten dollars higher than our former deal we accepted it.

00 more than what we were promised. We called AT & T back and were told there was no agreement in place! After a lot of calling and demanding an answer, we were told that we had been transferred to the retention department for Direct television.

This makes no sense, if I have a bundle with AT & T why am I working out my own deal with Direct and why were we not transferred to AT & T retention. I experienced the same thing a couple days ago.

no dial tone on landline since Thanksgiving 2019. Their website gives an endless loop to nowhere. Need medical treatment and can't make or receive calls.

However the phone got dial tone on Dec 26 and 27, 2019 then dead again. It's apparently AT&T underground wiring in Tall Pines Mobile Home Park in Grass Valley, CA. Other neighbors asked us to use our phone, but ours hasn't worked except for 2 days.

Cannot resolve it using lame ATT website. Virtual chatline is only set up for upsell services. I've been a customer of AT&T for decades and can't even cancel. They get automatic debit payments from me on the 23 of every month without fail for service I have NOT received.

I want to cancel and switch my lifeline to cell phone company so that we can get medical attention we need. The company…
