My phone quit working on 7/11/20 while we were away. When we got home, I immediarely went to the AT&T store on route 22 in Harrisburg, PA. I have beennextremely pleased with the assistance there several times in the past.

Although the "salesman" offered to help with an insurance claim, I was very dismayed to find out that no one there could help to retrieve or transfer data to a new device - we were told that the location is sales only - very disappointed as people there in the past were very helpful. The "salesman" was obviously more interested in moving on to the next customer than in offering support for our issue.

I will be seeking technical support from a company not affiliated with AT&T. I will be very hesitant to support this store ever again. What had been a very helpful…

There is a live line down in my backyard, due to a storm that occurred two months ago. Initially, I contacted my local electric company, CDE. After almost two months they sent a field technician out to investigate the line, and he determined that it belonged to AT&T. He called in an order for AT&T to send out a field tech to take care of the matter.

About two weeks passed, and I observed that no one had come out to fix the downed line. Over a 3 day period, July 7 to July 9, I spoke with several customer representatives over the phone in the Repair Center, Risk Management Center, and the AT&T Corporate Office:

I purchased an iPone 8Plus on June 15th 2020. I had background noise on incoming calls & outgoing calls. It is hard to have a conversation with all the noise. Words are broken up. AT&T Pro Tex said the noise was from the phones speaker.

I went two AT&T stores and they blew me off. One store in Treasure Coast Mall and the other on 20th St both in Vero Bch, Fl , we have been AT&T customers for over 45 years! I wasted 2 hours trying to get this problem fixed one my NEW iPone!

AT&T customer service in both store was a disgrace. Employees need more training.

I have called customer to send a technician to replace a large 10-12 inch closure at 26739 Cypresswood Dr. , Spring, Texas and also 10 inch at 2331 North Spring DR. in North Spring Subdivision but no response. I stopped a tech and he said he would report but never did.

He also said they don't send someone out to repair the closures unless there is a lot of customers without service. Both splices have been open for months. I reported Cypresswood several months ago. Wires are now white. These 2 cables effect two sac boxes.

The picture shows a closure in the middle of a driveway with no cover on Cypresswood. Is it possible that someone can repair these problems because I am on one of the these sac boxes. Thank you.

6/5/2020 chatted with agent Tom bill going up $93.00 to $261.68 looking to reduce - he told me I could get same programming the only deal reducing by bill by $59.00, but it would still be well over $200. I told him I needed a better rate, he told me take or leave it. I took it and was given a ticket #744605606696007530. I asked him for an email confirming the new cost, he told me the # was my confirmation.

Received my new bill it was for $261.68! They ALWAYS have horrible customer service, but today I was trying to make an online payment as I do every month.

However, I changed banks & ran into a problem w/ that. I spent 2 1/2 hours getting transferred around. Apparently, NO ONE in that company knows how to do this. I'm going to mail my payment, if I remember correctly, it takes you FOREVER to process a payment by mail,(why I started making online pmts) I don't care.

Worst experience of my entire life! I will never, ever use this company again! I got the run around for over a month trying to get the Direct TV and internet hooked up.

Finally got the Direct TV but not able to install internet due to the inexperienced technician that was sent to my home! Guess what!!! Spectrum was able to install the internet in 20 minutes. You guys should stick to phones!!!!!

Went to a store to return the equipment that was sent to me and was told that I had to go to UPS and return. What a bunch of bull!!! I have to go?!!! Your company has the worst customer service I have ever seen!

No matter if on the phone, internet or in person you just suck!!!!

For many years I have placed my Internet, TV and phone services on hold for 4 moths while in Florida. Never a problem. In 2020 I did the same with instructions to re-activate my services April 30. We then decided to stay in Florida an extra month so on April 24 I talked to a customer service rep and asked to change the re-activation date to May 30.

After being in hold for a couple of minutes I was told the request was processed and my services would be re-activated May 30. When we returned home the services were not working. On June 1 I called customer service and explained what I have told you so far.

What ensued was roughly 7 calls to 7 different customer service reps, 1 accounting rep and 1 supervisory personnel totaling close to 6 hours, not counting the roughly 2 hours I was on hold…

My name is George Kalaaukahi and I'm an employee at the Honolulu Board of Water Supply. This is an agency of the City and County of Honolulu. I have been trying to get excavation clearances for 3 new water service installations from AT&T's Government Solutions.

The new water services locations are as follows: 1) 45-004 Kaneohe Bay Drive, 2) 45-405 Kaneohe Bay Drive and 3) 1142B Mokapu Boulevard. The underground communication line maintained by AT&T's Government Solution for the Kanohe Marine Corp Base could be near the service excavations.

Tried to order an upgrade to a phone online it gets to the verify if it's really you point to send you a code to your phone and it really doesn't it just sits there doing nothing. It pretends to send the code so that you'll call support or use the app which ever they want you to do.

Now the app won't let me select the I agree to terms check box just sits there and spins, doing nothing. Now after 20mins of thinking it asks to send me a verify code again. How many times does it take to verify who I am, once, twice, fifty times until I give up which I'm going to now.

So no upgrade for me and no new sale for AT&T.

Last December I traded in my iPhone 10 for a newer model. 00. It was mailed in with the label they sent. January, 2020 I called and was told they received the phone January 3, 2020. I called monthly for my trade-in money with several excuses.

Yesterday I was told they don’t have the phone. I can go to USPS and get get the tracking number so they can follow up on it. I’m waiting on my phones to be unlocked so I can transfer my service to another carrier.

Let me start by saying that I have been an AT&T customer for just a little over one year. And I can honestly say that I am NOT a Happy customer at all. From the very beginning, everything – yes everything – promised by salesman – Ian – has proven to be, for lack of better words, 100% dishonest lies.

We were previously long-time AT&T customers but unfortunately left earlier this year and ported our two numbers to another carrier. 31 and not the two days that our phones were still on their service. I contacted customer service and the lady I spoke with agreed to adjust the bill down to one for two days of service.

The next that I heard of this was when I received a collection letter yesterday requesting full payment. This is not something I can do mainly because I have not been working due to the Covid 19 pandemic, and also because I was promised an adjusted bill.

I switched from Comcast to AT&T for TV and internet.

They installed on May 23, 2020.

The same day one of the boxes didn't work, I called in, they mailed a new box, took a week to get.

The week of June 3rd I called in because the box in the master bedroom kept going off, then failing to connect, after 30 minutes with customer service the resolution had to be changed.

Tonight June 15th, 2020 the box in the master bedroom went out 6 times when I turned it on. The 7th time there was a error message telling me to log out of other devices to use this TV.

2020, I contacted ATT about my UVerse TV service because my bill had gone up tremendously. I was told that the promotion that I had with UVerse TV had expired. The agent (Shawn from Springfield MI) offered me the new ATT TV service and said that there would be a $200 reward for switching my service. I accepted.

2019. Since then I have had to replace the box three times. Each box last approx. 2-3 months and then it drops the wiFi signal. Every box does the exact same problem. On June 6,2020 I spoke to Greg in Advanced technical support.

On April 3, 2020 I saw a commercial for AT&T TV; at the time I was already had a subscription to AT&T Now but, it was going to expire on April 14, 2020 unless I renew it. 00 gift card was for customers that signed-up online.

Contacted att customer service for 2 problems. On hold for over 20 minutes to reach technical support which assisted me. Then on hold for over 30 minutes and a representative answered to which spoke so fast he couldn't be understood.

That representative said his system was down and another loyalty representative would have to help and he was transferring specifically. But a general representative answered and the sound was muffled. She said she was transferring to a loyalty rep. When that rep answered it was very quiet and I commented about it.

She adjusted something but it wasn't much better and then told me that she could barely hear me and asked me to speak up to which nobody else I spoke with previously had any problem hearing. So I told her I would call back.

We had two service technicians to come out to do an installation today. (5/28/20)

The technicians refused to wear a mask and when the property manager asked them about covid-19 protocol for AT&T, they walked out the front door of the lobby. The resident which lives here took the time to schedule the appointment to get services and now, she has been delayed due to the staff not following the company's protocol for covid-19.

GM This not a complaint, just something that I would like to discuss. I was scheduled a service at my residence between 11-1 on May 22, 2020 and the sent and email at 0939 stating that he had an install for me today, please call or text him ASAP to confirm.

He stated that he would like to come now and he could be at my residence in 10 min. I said sure someone is home, not knowing that my GF (girlfriend) had left. I advised my GF that the service man from AT&T was on his way to our home.

I have a At&T Business Internet account. I paid my bill to a old personal account instead of the current business account. This was done way back in Feb 2020. They have still not resolved this issue. I have called there retention department.

I have emailed and faxed the old account number and the current account number to show where and when I made the payment and I have pulled my bank conformation information verifying that the money was taken out of my account. I have been trying to resolve a problem with AT&T regarding an order I placed on 12/05/2019. I I wanted to upgrade an Android phone to an iPhone. The Rep told me I was eligible for the upgrade on the Android phone and for a free phone on my iPhone 4.

He said that there was a stipulation that in order to take advantage of this offer I would have to have a new line. I did this also, adding new line #217-741-4782. It wasn't until I started receiving billings for two phones on two separate installment plans that I started calling to see why I was billed for two phones.

I called AT&T today for my 94 year mother who is very hard of hearing, after being on hold for over 30 minutes the representative that finally answered the phone was very very rude. She said if my mother could not hear well on the phone she could not help us and she hung up...

I was calling to inform AT&T that my step father (whose name the credit card was in) had passed away and my mom needed a card in her name only. How horrible to treat a 94 year old this poorly.

We are cancelling this credit card and will get one from someone else.

05/19/2021 In October of 2017, after being on hold and arguing with ATT for several hours on several days I was given the number for the customer loyalty company. I negotiated with a lady named Carina (ID CG4013). 21 and would stay the same for the next 12 months ending on 10/17 2021.

I was on the phone with a DTV Agent (to add service). He asked me to call me back. Still hasn't called back (hour later).

I inquired about Law Enforcement Discount and was went an email. When I try to log in it says "that I'm trying to log into my DirecTV Account; while I'm using my ATT log in."

When I click Chat (it just spins).

I started calling AT&T on Friday 5-15-2020 Complaining again about my home wireless phone:414-562-4347, very bad communication problems am been having over six months. This phone has been dropping calls when I'm talking, not receiving calls, noise, can't call out, and other very troublesome problems.

Whish there was a zero star! For 20 years I've had the same problem, water in the lines! I have a land line because where I live there is no other option! I pay my bill in full and on time every month to AT&T who offers a service.

My problem is the service they offer does not work half the time, but do they care, no! They take that money every month with no regrets! I have never not 1 time been given or offered any discount or refund for not being able to use the service I pay for!

Customer Service Rep Imani 3-10-2020 I Spoke with Imani on March 10, 2020. She told me if I add a line that my phone will be totally free. And if I was to do auto pay it would be $20 a month off my bill.

So I did take up that offer. That locked me into a contract by accepting the offer. Getting my bill on video explained to me in a clearer way: That the phone was not free. 34×2 on my bill. I did not want this phone if it was not free.

There are better phones out there than this phone. I took this deal because I was told the phone will be free and that’s why a contract is signed. The big problem is I am in contract and paying for a phone that I do not want if it was not free.

I had a connectivity issue and contacted ATT on May 10 2020. I talked to two representatives. The first one was polite and helpful but handed me off to Darvin. Darvin was extremely rude and combative. On these calls, you indicate that the conversations are taped.

Please review my tape at about 6:15 pm central time. I tales to a third representative after talking to Darvin. That person set up an appointment for a tech to come to my house. I primarily called to complain about Darvin and asked to talk to a manager both Darvin and list last contact refused to offer me aNY contact information where I could lodge a complaint.

If there was a selection of zero I would most definitely had chosen it, that is how horrible my service was. I decided to change my service to Dish network, while the gentle was installing it a young lady showed up who stated she was with AT&T, she explained to me that she could give me a better deal on my services than what I previously had.

I decided to take her offer, which was a huge mistake. 00 before taxes and that the phone would be free if I did a trade in as well as receiving a gift card if I did not do a trade in.

I proceeded to trade in my phone and got an additional two phones without a trade in. When I got my first bill it was over two hundred dollars, so I reached out to the young lady who signed me up and she told me it was a glitch in…

Service has always been spotty with outages but we were hit by the Easter tornado and still don't have internet or cable. The new wire was attached but no service. Xfinity and others have been all around and helping their customers.

We have called several times but it doesn't help. I can't wait to cancel and get another provider once my husband retires!!!

AT&T TV needs to get themselves together and stop charging people hundreds of dollars for equipment that has been returned. I changed from Xfinity to AT&T TV on March 28, 2020 and canceled the service because of the limited 15 items on the AT&T Internet network, I returned the boxes as directed by the RMA, which gave me until 6/29/20 but I returned them 4/30/20.

00 for a total of $330 dollars, not knowing why I was charged I called AT&T and they told me it was a mistake and that they would be refunding the $330 dollars as soon as possible. Several days went by and I called back to find out what was going on.

I placed an order with AT&T for 4 Apple iWatches on November 29, 2019. When I finished with the order I told the Rep that I wanted to upgrade one of the phones on our account from an Android to an iPhone.

He connected me with another Rep to do this. After explaining to the Rep what I wanted to do (which was upgrade one of our phones). After looking at our account he told me I could upgrade to an iPhone XR for the Android phone and that I was eligible for a free iPhoneXR also.

The stipulation to do this was that I had to have a new line, and this is what I did. My husbands number was 217/741-7233 and my number was 217/741-7149. The order was actually placed for the phones on 12/05/2019 because I told the Rep I would have to talk to my husband about placing the upgrade.

To CEO and President of AT&T Today will be the 13th day we have not had service with our landline. We rely on this service as we do not have a usable cell signal at our residence. We have internet service but don't have a usable enough signal to use WiFi calling.

We called in the original out of service report on or about April 24. I did so online and the website informed us " an outage" had been reported in the area and our service would be repaired by 4/28.

When 4/28 came and went, I checked the website again only to find the "repaired by" date had changed now to 5/2 by 1am. When 5/2 came and went without restoration of our service I checked our trouble report status on the website once again and it had the same restoration date of 5/2 , though it was now 5/3.

Set up was a whole mess finally got that situated after hours of phone calls.. never recieved gift cards and was double charged.. just had service for a week im in the middle of grocery shopping and my card goes negative because yall charged me another 150..

i never set up autopay either i need my money back i havent had service long enough to even have a bill im very upset and broke.. would not have chose this service if i would have known i would pay 250 to start it..

im on hold right now after holding 20min a awhile ago and a rep hung up on me.. this needs to get fixed now im feeling scammed

Approximately November 2019, I called AT& T , and requested phone line (540) 623-2101 to be cut off permanently. I was assured by a technician that this would be done immediately. It is now May 2020, this has not been taken care of.

I want to remain in the AT&T family. I am not going to continue paying for a phone line I do not need or can afford. I would like this resolved as soon as this is read. Thanking you in advance. Yvonne Melvin (540) 846-5875
