My 3 month old phone broke on 06/18/2021 and after speaking with numerous AT&T specialists, I am still without a phone 06/22/2021. It took the 4th warranty specialist to to file my claim 06/21/2021 and told I should have it in 1-2 business days.

I was laughed at by the warranty specialist and her manager, passed around from department to department, told I would get a call back 4x by operators but never did. 00 on probably a refurbished phone. They took $5 off each line as long as we stay in good standing, but basically all I could do was wait for the warranty department to send a new phone.

We have been a customer since 2015 and after the hell I have been through these past 4 days, after our contract is done or can be bought out, we are through with AT&T. So if your phone breaks and it…

The service at tampa Airport for att cellular users is horrific. Something needs to be done to improve the data service. I work at the airport and have to go outside to recieve calls or use the data. T mobile customers are fine and can even stream Netflix while indoors.

I have been a longtime att customer and I am considering leaving for t-mobile over this issue. I pay a large sum of money for a phone that is nothing g more than a paperweight at work.

This is the email I sent 6-16 to AT&T customer service. No response so far.

After decades of being an AT&T customer, we switched (in Feb) to another company that provided more service for less money. We switched over two cell phone lines and two iPad lines. AT&T appropriately closed the phone lines, but continued to auto bill the iPads for two cycles. I have spent hours trying to get this corrected because, each and every time, I have to re-explain the problem multiple times, among other annoying occurrences.

In my first call to AT&T, the rep agreed that we should not have been charged, stated that the two charges would be reversed, and that it would take a billing cycle for the accounts to close. 6 weeks later, the account was closed, but the charges had not been reversed.

I changed my service to Verizon last month 2 days into the billing period due to horrible customer service. I called the day the service was changed and got the balance I owed, and paid it via online banking. today I received a bill for another full month plus late fee after I was quoted and paid what I owed to close the account.

I've spent over an hour trying to get someone to clear this balance and am getting the equivalent of the middle finger from AT&T customer service and collections. Disconnected twice and promised a supervisor call back which never happened. Pathetic company. Infuriating.

I will be posting complaints everywhere I can find including BBB and Attorney general.

On June 8,2021, I agreed to sign contract to keep internet with att CSR, Karen, sold me the idea after I called to cancel to move to T-Mobie internet. Stated would have it installed quickly. Appt was set for 6/10/21 between 9-11AM.

On nite of 6/9/21, att sent me msg needed to move appt to Fri 6/11/21 between 11AM-1PM. I was ok with this. Fri at 140PM, I called att to see where tech was. I was told, apparently, one big old LIE !!

Told by rep that tech was held up at elderly Cust to teach them how to use equipment. No problem here, as I am 70. We’ll tech never called or texted me, as requested by me, AT ALL !!! Called att again around 5:30PM to find out what was going on.

I switched on 05/26/2021 from Fiber1000 to Fiber 300. Special offer for existing and new customers for the Fiberglas300 Internet service ended up with paperless billing, Auto pay and $20 Discount ended up to $45( including Equipment Fee). AT&T denies now to provide this price and stated it would be now $79.

As attachment i provide a print out of the published special offer as well the Customer Service Summary which I received from AT&T after I changed my plan to Fiber300. I contacted AT&T customer Service 31 times, they are unfriendly, unprofessional and even threatened to cut my Service off.

After over six hours on the phone with various 'service personnel' I am still locked out of my email and NO ONE seems to be able to help - I've had this same email for over 20 years! They are complete idiots and cannot figure out what the problem is - I've been sent to their top tier of service reps with no success.

We put men on the moon over thirty years ago - this can't be that difficult. I keep having to change my password every time I try to log in and then start the process all over - both on my phone and my computer.

To make matters worse, I am still being billed for internet at a house we sold months ago, even though I've cancelled the service when we moved and received acknowledgement. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing with AT & T. Worst company ever!

Wife put down payment on Galaxy s21 plus. Was sent s21, not plus. Customer service lied repeatedly. Never once did they try to make things right. Called numerous times, was told numerous lies. Haven't been a customer for even a week. Worst experience ever.

I am a longtime AT&T customer, having AT&T service since 1967. I currently have landline, uverse internet, and DirecTV service.

My email accounts do not work. I spoke this morning with Stephanie in your AT&T Atlanta Executive Office who assured me someone would get to the bottom of my issue. She called me before 7:00am CST. I have a business Internet line with static IPs. I've had the line for maybe 12 years. Recently I needed to make a simple change in the DNS settings for the IP addresses. I upgraded a server and needed the reverse-dns-lookup to resolve properly for my domain. I filled out the on line form at https://www.att.net/dns with the required information. The site said I would be contacted when completed.

I have DIRECT TV service at my home and have had for several years. THIS IS A CHANCE FOR DIRECT TV TO IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE. The sound volume output on lots of movies is very loud and very low with the TV sound volume set on the same setting. A person has to set the sound volume control continually while watching these movies. Most of the time I just change programs.

I KNOW THAT DIRECT TV HAS THE KNOW HOW TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM.

I can only assume AT&T are like they are because of the lack of good and plentiful competition, especially when it comes to business and land lines. AT&T is, in my opinion, a despicable company. With the lack of good competition, in my opinion, they have become as about a dishonest, deceitful company I have ever had to deal with in the 50 years in business.

Their customer service and their pricing and pricing policies have got to be at the bottom of the barrel of 'who's who' in America corporate business. I and from what I hear from many business, the minute some worthy competition with some reasonable amount of integrity, will be the end to the likes of AT&T.

I called and had a agent that barely spoke English. I repeatedly asked him if I paid off one of my installments if it would pay off the other phone that was part of a buy one get one free.

He assured me over and over it would. Well it didn’t and customer service is now saying there is no reference to me calling. Magically there is never a record when things go wrong on AT&T’s part. Why would I bother paying it off if I knew I’d now be stuck paying the so called free one?

I have been yrying to connect a smart watch for the last 3 days. It is hard to believe. 2 differente representatives told me that that is something that will take a supervisor to do. me on the phone for over 2 hours and i did not get to talk to said supervisor.

Our church facility gets poor Internet service, which multiple AT&T technicians have confirmed. They state it is because we are too far from one of their centers. Our facility is within the City of Pasadena limits. The wires are copper and AT&T tells us this problem will disappear once fiber optic cable is install in our area, but they give no date for when this will happen.

During lockdown, our "business" depended on the ability to stream. Participants in the Sunday Service needed to be streamed in remotedly, due to COVID-19. While we are able to successfully stream whomever, if anyone, is willing to come in (minister, etc.) to the sanctuary, any use of a remote guest often results in a frozen screen and garbled sound; therefore, due to poor AT&T service we cannot use remote guests. My billing is EXTREMELY SPORADIC. I don't know what my bill will be 1 month to another. Numerous phone complaints result in a temporary drop one month only to jump back up 30 to 40 dollars per month. I dropped the telephone that I don't need, and now so spend just as much for TV and internet than I did for all 3 a month or so later.

I made an insurance claim back in oct 2020 I returned my old phone, they ended up charging me 600 dollars because it was supposedly “not returned” my tracking number states that it was delivered to att, I have gotten my phone cut of multiple times, they’ve made multiple cases on my account nobody can seem to help me, I keep getting told that the amount will be credited back to me and nothing has happened!!

I did a trade in promotion online 6mths ago. I traded-in a gs7 and got a gs20. 34 for the new phone within 1-3 billing cycles. 4 months in I noticed no bill credit so I called in and have called several times since, only to get different information.

First, I was told that they couldn't find info on the phone I traded in, then they said the promo didn't exist during the time I traded it in Sept, next the phone value was low and the screen was cracked.

However, before I did the trade-in I was told my phone qualified and it definitely wasn't damaged. At&t stated that they would investigate. Now I'm here because throughout this process of me calling, trouble tickets and escalation have been filed but no resolution.

I am responding to a final notice letter dated February 22, 2021. This account was closed by the customer effective January 8, 2021 at your AT&T store located in Tukwila, Washington. All outstanding charges ($42.20) were paid in full on January 8, 2021 before AT&T would release my phone number.

Company failed to show up for an installation after confirming twice. I called 1 1/2 hours after the window and was promised someone is on the way and an hour later called again was told the same thing.

Finally after 2 calls and 3 hours past the window a tech showed up. The day was filled with untruths and unkept commitments. Don't appreciate the disrespect of my time. I was told on 2 different occasions I would get a return call and never received a call.

After the tech left I received an automated call cancelling the initial appointment and when I tried to speak to someone using their prompts the system dropped my call.

My NEW ATT ‘CINGULAR FLIP-IV’ cell signal strength (4G-LTE) constantly varies from 2 bars to 4 bars. Also calls are dropped on the phone. I have ran all of the ‘tests’ listed on the ATT website; all tests report ‘OK’ I have had phone calls with at least 6 ATT technical personnel. Spent MANY HOURS on these calls, all to no avail. I have three towers in line of site. I NEVER had this problem with my previous ‘3G’ cell phone I had for ten-years

I've been lied to about my wireless service from day 1. Told I would get $250 gift cards for each of my Verizon phones but was only sent one card for $90. Customer service has transferred me, disconnected me, and even told me to (snail) mail a letter to the complaint department.

In an unrelated issue with my new AT&T Samsung phone, I had to return it for being defective while still under warranty. Before I was able to, I had to call three times to get the warranty department to tell me how to do so. The last woman I spoke to in this process gave me lengthy details about her personal life before addressing the reason for my call. When I try to sign into my AT&T account, I am able to enter my user name & password, then another screen pops up saying: Let's make sure it's you, to keep your info safe, we'll send you a code to confirm your identity. Your code will be sent to xxx-x8-5577.

For help please call 800-288-2020. The only 2 options left is to cancel or send code. I need to change that phone to a different number because that number belongs to my wireless wifi. I made 2 calls to that 800 number and they could not resolve that.

The last one I spoke to said I would have to go to AT&T store. Today I went to Gonzales Tx store, all they did was assign another password which did not help. They set something up on my phone so I could sign into my account.

Tried to add a line for smart watch(Samsung Galaxy Active 2) by calling at&t. Even though I gave them a correct information, they said it's likely fraud even though monthly bill taken on time from my bank every month. ATT has locked me out of my primary YAHOO email account for the past 8 days and it eill be another 6 days before I receive password reset instructions. This is unacceptable! All this happened when I linked my ATT accounts, all six (6). I was required to set up multiple accounts since I have more than one ATT telephone, two yahoo accounts and ATT corpoarte. Somehow backup contact information became scrambled and I can o longer receive a link on a cell phone.

My 205-499-0842 phone tore up on July 15, 2020. I have filed an insurance claim on this and since I complained about the insurance service they keep holding up my claim. I have been a customer for many years and never turned in a claim.

I however had to turn in two claims in one day, they paid one and so far have not paid for the other. I am without a phone and have to travel. I turned in all documentation. I talked with a man on Friday and followed all instructions.

I JUST SPEND 1/2 HOUR trying to pay my bill online, I got a new user name, I got a new password, I got a new passcode, NONE OF THEM WORKED! - Finally I wasted 5 minutes talking to a stupid computer to do it by "voice" but I wasted 10 minutes trying to find a call number to do that with.

If I go to METRO PCS all I have to do is go online, enter my phone number, enter my card number, it's done, takes 1 minute. I've been with ATT a long time but I think it's time to go to METRO, I hate motherfucking ATT you make simple things so fucking complicated and time consuming. The last time I moved it took you idiots 2 weeks !!! to move my phone and internet service from the apartment upstairs to the apartment downstairs just below it, ATT needs to go bankrupt and out of business to make the world a…

My service was supposed to be installed(move order) on July 3rd, and yet to be installed. I was first told that they couldn't find any fiber location, later I was informed that previous customer account was still active was reason they couldn't find any fiber connection.

Tech was supposed to come out 7/10 no one came nor called me, I was on the phone for over 2 1/2 hours spoke with a technical support rep, supervisor name John who schedule appt for 7/11 again no one showed or nor called. I was told that fiber needed to be ran and there was no ETA as to when a tech/contractor can come out to do so.

This is unacceptable, ridiculous for this to happen. Here it is July 17th and I still have no service and no at this company can tell me when I will get service. Every person I have talked to…

We have been a month and 4-5 phone calls to customer service, with the result, NOTHING.

In mid JUNE all of a sudden both of our phones stopped sending or receiving PICTURE TEXT messages. every person I talk to opens up a case and nothing or nobody contacts. NOBODY can tell us why this happened on he same day at the same time? We want it fixed, we have been wireless at&t customer for years, if it can not be fixed, then adjust my bill, do to not getting service we pay for,. if it can't be fixed, tell us SOMETHING, and will go elsewhere

After 7 days of internet and land line service outage still cannot get service restored after numerous calls for service. Excuse upon excuse is getting old. Several working from home and have lost wages due to not being able to connect for work 5 out of the 7 outage days.

My wife and I are Senior Citizens we have bee with AT & T for over 20 years. I contacted AT & T and inquired about changing from 6g Data to unlimited Data. I advised Salesman that we were Senior Citizens with a small budget.

I told him that we had 6G Data plan and wanted to know what the additional charge would be for unlimited Data. 91. I asked him if the 6G would be removed right away and he informed me it would and we would stay within our package guidelines to those terms. 02.
