My 3 month old phone broke on 06/18/2021 and after speaking with numerous AT&T specialists, I am still without a phone 06/22/2021. It took the 4th warranty specialist to to file my claim 06/21/2021 and told I should have it in 1-2 business days.
I was laughed at by the warranty specialist and her manager, passed around from department to department, told I would get a call back 4x by operators but never did. 00 on probably a refurbished phone. They took $5 off each line as long as we stay in good standing, but basically all I could do was wait for the warranty department to send a new phone.
We have been a customer since 2015 and after the hell I have been through these past 4 days, after our contract is done or can be bought out, we are through with AT&T. So if your phone breaks and it…
