Have been trying to have long distance carrier and minimum long distance charges removed from account for 9 months. After MANY calls and escalation to "office of the President" and with BBB assistance, lots of broken promises by ATT, followed by rounds of lies when clearly not able to correct the issue. Very aggravating.

I have been unable to resolve issues with email ceasing to work without multiple calls and "dropped" calls which is, I believe, another term for get rid of caller. I have had numerous disconnects. I do admit that with large # of calls and hours spent holding and talking to tech people has jaded me quite a bit.

Att has restricted their tech assistants ability to lift a lockout due to repeated wrong password entries and they can no longer wipe the old password and issue a temporary password.

I think I can get better service with Dial up. The phone line that runs to our house has about two hundred feet of line laying on the ground. Several tech's have come and spliced it when the rats or squirrels chew the line. No one has rehung the line on the poles. I have tested the speed it's slower than the speed of smell. Hello, I am writing because I have to report the terrible experience I have had with this store located at 11441 SW 40 st. They made me get another line and they promised me that the bill would go down and it was all a lie.

I'm already going to the store and since I've demanded an answer from them, they don't even give me a greeting. The Manager was the one who attended me and lied to me. They do not explain to entangle customers.

I would never want to see them again because of the poor treatment and service they have given me.

I have had no internet for the last 11 days. When calling,using the online chat or looking at the website it says will be fixed in 24 hours....it has said this for days and customer service has no clue what they are doing. I've been having problems with my AT&T internet connection all summer. I'm sitting here on a Saturday with no service.

First they said 6 to 8 hours. Now it's 24 hours. I will not receive a refund for the day. I've had it with AT&T, I will be finding a new internet service provider. If a costumer of mine pay me for a service and I don't provider it I will be in court.

Trade in phone "lost/missing" almost a year ago. Never received any credit for it and it was paid off! No resolution yet. I am being billed for two lines for the same time period and only have one phone. I am told i cannot cancel the second line.

43. 43. I called to check on the bill and to find out further details. I was told that fees were waived. If fees were waived then the amount of the statement should be less and that should have been what was due.

I then asked how did the bill increase. No answer could be given. ". Still no answer as to how I was over charged, and the employees did not care enough to try to accomodate me in any way. They credited the overage and they were done with the call.

The customer service with this company is terrible. I am taking my business to another company and hope they care more about their paying customers. I went to the AT&T Stamford Ridgeway Store E920 today to upgrade my daughter’s phone to the iPhone 14 and had a very dissatisfying customer service experience with the sales rep Ibrahim S. As soon as he began helping me he began yawning repeatedly in my face (and was not wearing a mask) and did not seem engaged in helping me.

When I asked him specifies of the new charges to the plan he did not give me specifics and seemed more eager to complete the sale because he had another customer waiting. In fact before our business was complete he invited the next customer to our table and focused on helping him before our transaction was over which I found very unprofessional.

I have been going to this AT&T retail shop for years and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism before.

I am extremely disappointed in the level of service I have received from ATT. At first I was receiving wonderful customer service before I hit the one moth mark where there was no way out of their contract. I was mislead and given false information and rates, I have been trapped into making a commitment to the company and all conversations were through the 800 number which should be recorded conversations.

We ordered service for our restaurants because we were so tired of dealing with Spectrum, whom I loathe. We started with one restaurant to see how it would go. Trust no one. Things actually went fairly well and we have had little issues at that location. So, I decided to switch our other location over. It has been HELL.

Someone came out to install the new equipment. He called me after and said he got everything connected and disconnected our Spectrum equipment. Great. I waited two weeks to make sure everything was running smoothly and then called Spectrum to cancel service. Our internet goes out. Lol. I was told I would only have to pay $250 for my phone for me and my wife if I trade in our own phones. I know 08 $159 for both phones after paying so much. I was told AT&T would honor my tax exempt for being 100% disabled in Oklahoma.

That was a lie, I was told if I had an a line my bill would go up $20 it went up $80. I was told I was only signing out one year contract somehow it turned into a three-year contract.

On two occassions I have issued a complaint and/or concern regarding my billing issues. I have experienced nothing but price hikes on my billing the last three months.

AT&T does not bill what it advertises!!!!

AT&T has increased my 'internet' when it essence it stated 'UPATE YOUR INTERNET AT NO EXTRA COST'. AT&T also promised, offered a $25.00 Vist Reward card

AT&T also advertises that 'military discounts' are offered for military - not true

I've had a landline phone with unlimited long distance since 2002. 93. 69 and that's just for the long distance calls. I don't know why my unlimited long distance service stopped. It states on my bill that I have "Unlimited Nationwide Calling".

I would like to have these charges removed and restore my unlimited long distance calling. I have spoken with many representatives over the past two months and they haven't provided any meaningful remedy for this serious issue. I am 67 years old and on a fixed income.

My internet dropped this morning while I was working (work from home office) so I contacted customer service hoping for assistance and the experience I had was the worst I've ever had with any company in my life. If this is how you treat your paying customers then there is a serious problem. When I'm done tying this complaint I will be looking for other service providers in my area and hope I can switch ASAP. If this is how AT&T does business then I want no part of it.

The rep refused to escalate my call. Stated managers didn't take calls or talk to customers. WHO can I contact to share my experience. I was also told that October 6th was the soonest a technician could be sent to assess the issue. That is 2 weeks from today! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

Email account password is locked about every thirty days so that I cannot log in on a PC. My phone email access still works so it is not an access issue per se; it is web access only from my PC.

First, finding the right person to talk to is nearly impossible. I spent thirty minutes trying to explain my problem to a nice lady in billing before she finally transferred me to technical support. I have no idea how I managed to reach "billing".

So after about thirty minutes talking to a nice man who I could barely understand, I was told I needed to reset my password which is what I told him could not do twenty-nine minutes ago because I don't know the answer to security questions. Can you not simply reset my security answers?

Dear Sir/Madam I am requesting a refund for $252, balance on my account plus all charges for calls made through WhatApp in the last 12 months. I recently discovered that I have been charged for WhatsApp calls and contacted your customer service for restitution.

Instead , my phone service was cancelled and my cell phone reads "NO SERVICE" each time I turn it on. I recently traveled to Canada from August 11th to August 31st 2022. Because I had no phone service from AT&T, I bought service from Consumer Cellular which I was able to use in Canada.

I tested my ATT service in Canada and only one phone call was successful. All others failed. I nave no need for 2 cell service plans. Customer service at ATT has been very poor, and quite the opposite at Consumer Cellular.

I waited 3 hours, before someone attended to me. It was the premier of the iPhone 14, and they only had 2 people that were tending to the customers, ridiculous. Then when I finally get seen, I go to pay for my phone and items I purchased they said I couldn’t pay in full, I had to do an installment of 36 months, he said that’s how all carriers do it,liar.

I called Sprint/T-mobile and they said they did not. After three hours of waiting he could not grant me that request, poor,poor customer service. They had deactivated my phone, and they made me wait even longer to activate my phone and refund my money, outrageous.

There is no coverage where I live. I keep hoping, but nothing happens. This is highly dangerous in an emergency Now all my calls go through Xfinity internet wifi, but it is so unreliable that once a week I have to drive somewhere to make or receive a call. Our AT&T optical broadband Internet service failed early Saturday morning 9/3/2022. We called AT&T service early that day who determined it was likely the optical converter box (owned by AT&T) or an outside line issue. They then told they couldn't provide a service technician until Wednesday morning, 9/7/2022.

That means our home has no Internet service for over four days. My wife and I work from home and both rely heavily on connections to our workplaces, including video conferencing and file transfers. We have an in-house video system that allows us to monitor our invalid mother (in-law) and lets her press a button for emergencies.

I have been without my internet for TWO weeks. I have wasted so much time on hold and can’t get anyone who knows enough to fix the problem. Cut lines, bad connections, new modem and nothing works. I waited today for 1 hr 30 minutes for a call back and then another 51 minutes once they called me back.

Was on the phone with rep when she apparently hung up on me. She had my phone number so she could have called me back - but no return call. I’m sick of AT&T’s non customer service. I can’t set my alarm or view any attachments in my email.

AT&T ran a pipe through our sewer line. We paid for the damages that were done to our pipe and were told that AT&T would reimburse us. 00 . Our claim number is 2205000897-01. This situation started April and we haven’t been reimbursed yet!

My father, who had a cellphone account with ATT, recently died. When I called ATT customer service to cancel the account, they told me to go to my local ATT store with the account information and a death certificate. Three visits and six weeks later, my local store (Towsontown Center) has done nothing.

They say they can’t do anything without the manager, who never seems to be on duty. And they will not tell me when he/she will be on duty. And they lie. The store should be closed, and the manager should be fired.

ATT should train its employees, and its customer service department should provide actual service to its customers.

I pay almost $350 a month for my phone plan. I have unlimited internet and 6 lines, one of which is for my ZTE wifi box. For the last 2 weeks not only has my cell service been terrible, but my wifi has been ridiculous!

My phone bill has gone up and my service has gone WAY DOWN! I can't even connect to the internet with my laptop to do my school work without restarting my wifi box multiple times... Seriously thinking of dropping AT&T and going to Cricket wireless or another provider!

I called to ask for a way extension because my son is passing way today or tomorrow and they said you will be off today. I am so sad because i want be able to call for services for my child and i want be able to.

I returned from vacation unable to receive/use my email. After several calls to ATT, I finally got a live response. the result after 1 hour and 20 minutes was failure. The phone tech said I would be "referred"> That evening at 9:30 I got a (dreadful) call.

After more than 30 minutes, I was connected to Yahoo.. I called ATT the next morning. The checking, etc. said I needed a repairman. m. the following day. He said he couldn't help. He contacted a TECH who would come to the house before noon. ANTHONY. Anthony never showed.

I called the repair man. m. Saturday, Aust 27. He never showed.
