It is way to difficult to transfer my number to start service. I followed and did everything that was requested. I gave AT&T and several customer service agents my information but they are too lazy to help.
They had my card number, billing address, social security number, previous company name, number, and pin. I called my company and they said the hold was lifted and they sent me a pin. The man from AT&T said its supposed to be an account number and I told him there is not one I spoke to them. This was a headache.
