It is way to difficult to transfer my number to start service. I followed and did everything that was requested. I gave AT&T and several customer service agents my information but they are too lazy to help.

They had my card number, billing address, social security number, previous company name, number, and pin. I called my company and they said the hold was lifted and they sent me a pin. The man from AT&T said its supposed to be an account number and I told him there is not one I spoke to them. This was a headache.

I’ve moved recently and requested my service to be moved and upgraded I’m told it will arrive 11/22 and a tech will be there to help install fiber. AT&T sent my set up kit to the wrong address and the tech never showed up.

I called them to get a replacement sent to the correct address and I am told I have to wait another 2 days to receive it when it arrived it had none of the set up kit inside only the power cable and modem. I call them and request the cables and they tell me they are now sending a tech out to set it up for me and they will bring the equipment..

now I have to wait another 3 days for internet I should have had one the 22nd of November and have to take ANOTHER day of of work due to there incompetence.

Go Figure a Phone Company with a phone system that doesn't work. I have a 5G Samsung, phone says I have 5G service with almost full bars but no internet service. I call customer service and I repeatedly get hung up on so either they don't know how to fix their shit or every other customer is calling in and having the same complaint.

Since August 2022 I have been charged for a phone number and a phone I do not own no one in my family owns it the phone number when you call it is disconnected yet it is still on my AT&t bill every month including charging me for insurance on the damn phone that doesn't exist. I have done a chat, I have done an in-person visit at an at&t store and was told it would be taken care of.

I am talking over $300 I have been paying since they added this non-existent line to my bill no one will acknowledge all the money I'm paying for something I don't own and they refuse to give me back my money or prorate it to my bill. I bought a $40 prepaid card at Dollar General for son #512-237-0192. He hasn't had serv since June & didnt know his # was reassigned. CS couldn't figure out how he got it added to that #. He went and got another sim, rf card for ANOTHER $40(for a tot of $80) and got a new #512-237-0487.

I called after he couldn't get money back and was told basically that we're out of luck. That's $40 that was just tossed away that we don't have. I find it hard to believe that that payment can't be transferred to his new number from the old number. Can someone help please?

On a fixed income and so close to holidays I can't just forget about it.

We ordered 5 phones on 11/13/22 , one was purchased in store and the other 4 were to be delivered. We have received 2 in the mail and the other two are missing. I have have called the store where we purchased and they said we have to wait for ups to report missing.

Meanwhile ups has given me run around and finally today said they are missing. Called att and have been on phone with an att rep and she is telling me I can't get new phones until they get redelivered, meanwhile att where we purchased has 2 phones in the store waiting for us hoping ups will confirm the phones missing.

I am so annoyed that I have to call every month because there is always some wild charges on my bill. I get told I’m getting put on the auto pay program and I never did I was told that I wouldn’t get charged ever again for international calls that it would be blocked that was lie.

I wasn’t told that their would be all these other fees. It’s always on the following month that they tell me about previous charges. They don’t write any notes for other agents to see so pretty much they just tell the customer what they want to hear for that month!

I have no idea how things are running in customer service but it sucks! Communicate with each other! I started taking names and ID #s because I can see that these issues will be ongoing and moving forward I will just start calling out agents by ID#s…

I've received billings for Long Distance AT and T One Rate plan for two months, we've never used it nor did we request it. The only service I have with you is Direct TV. The number associated with the billing is 785-528-3857, that was a Sprint service and we never had At and T.

14th and received another billing today. I called and talked to 7 agents today and finally "Mickey" was able to figure out what the problem was and cancelled the One Rate Plan associated with the 785-528-3857 number that was Sprint anyway.

Worst internet service ever! Changed from TMobile quite few years ago because I thought I was paying a lot for 2 unlimited lines and ended up paying even more with this people and having internet issues. At least with T-Mobile my internet was working 24/7, I had no need to be using WIFI anywhere I’ll go and my internet speed was just fine with ATT my cell freezes and that drives me crazy even if I’m using WIFI (unreal).

Tired of dealing with the same issues every month. One of these day I’ll switch back to T-Mobile.

I signed to switch to ATT on Oct 8th, I had a problem with the order ( wrong phone ordered and sent). I was told to wait until phone was received to send it back. Accidentally sent in wrong phone of same brand, phone received by ATT Oct 21, up until today no tax refund it phone returned.

On 11/3/22 received email from you saying that as an ATT fiber customer HBOMAX was included. I called ATT and rep said that I needed to go to my ATT account to activate it. With her on line, I opened my ATT account but there was no HBO Max notification.

After her trying several solutions, nothing worked, so she wrote up a ticket #315075037 and told me to call back within a week if i didn’t hear from ATT. Called one week later and for the next 3 hours was shuttled back and forth to several reps and none of them could understand how to help me so they sent me to someone else.

www had a sales person come to our home after we had an issue with our internet service. The salesman sold the wireless service to us promising a saving and a gift cards to help pay off the balance of our service with T-Mobile.

We have contacted the salesperson he has not returned our call. He said he was going to check it to it and get back and since he has gone ghost. We trusted the salesperson, to provide the gift card. Instead the T-Mobile account has gone in to collection while waiting..

On the 21st of October, at the AT&T store located at 1587 W Lantana Rd, Lantana, FL 33462 we opened an account with AT&T. They offered me a certain price, and now on the first monthly payment, the original price has increased by $50+.

I consider it a bad practice from the company as this has happened to me twice already. If it's because of the workers at the company, they shouldn't be representing the company. Their main objective is to make money, as for any other company.

But they have no regard to the customer, being immoral and unethical.

00 more a month. I have been a customer of AT&T since it was Cingular more than 40 years. I added the line267-339-2815 and AT&T sent me a new Samsung phone for my son. I printed the return label, put the old phone in the box and sent it back.

I have been getting charged for the phone and I have been calling customer service to try to correct this problem. 00 charge would be taken off my bill. In my first call in August I was told the phone was received and that it would be taken off my bill.

After that, I did not keep the paperwork as it was confirmed it was received. Since then I have called in September and October and spent hours going over this with more customer representatives and their supervisors. I can't afford to waist anymore time with this.

I called in because I need to change the card on file where a payment arrangement was coming out of my account. The representative named Corey told me it was too late to change the card and for me to call the next day and make the payment or just make it on my own.

I proceeded to ask would they be trying to take the money off of the card I wanted to cancel and he stated he was unsure. He said they shouldn’t but didn’t have a definite answer. I hung up and he called me back being very rude and smart and cutting me off.

I went into AT&T store in Brandywine on 9/19/22 to purchase an Apple Watch and was informed by the manager. Carlos, that AT&T has a promotion where you buy one Apple Watch and get the second one free also told me me that my bills will not be more than $183.

The oders for both watch was process and delivered to me the following day. I paid the October bill now the current bill is now more than what I was told. I went to the store and asked for the manager and was told he was out to come back on Monday-went there on Monday and was told he was on vacation.

ATT crew laying fiber optic line cut my ATT internet cable. Cable was marked with spray paint but they hit it anyway. At first the crew denied it then the Forman said he would call someone to fix it. Of course I did not believe him and called in a repair to ATT.

After four attempts and a 52 minute wait, yes that’s correct 52 minutes, I was advised that it would take three days for a repairman to come out. I received an email confirmation that told me I was responsible for a 99 dollar callout fee!

Are you freaking kidding me, your employees cut the line, and after speaking with 8 different people on the phone and in person not a one offered an apology. Is this your idea of customer service or is it just he’s only one person and we have millions more customers?

Garden City, Idaho. Had 3 salespeople (one woman, 2 men) come by my house earlier. I told them I didn't have time to talk as I was getting into the shower. They insisted on trying to talk anyway. I said I wasn't interested and the continued. I said I have had awful experiences with CenturyLink in the past and would never give them my money. They attempted to continue the sales pitch. I said I had no more to say and shut the door. One of the men continued to try to ask me a question as I shut the door.

About 2 hours later they had the audacity to COME BACK! My husband sent them packing that time and was not nice about it.

Even if I was to give AT&T my money despite their partnership with CenturyLink, I will not now. That behavior is repulsive and really creepy.

I asked AT&T to instal a landline in my home. I didn’t want it connected to internet but through a wall jack. They never connected the phone. I called them to tell them that it still didn’t work but they never came out and fixed it.

Then they started charging me anyway, even though I never had the wall jack connected. When I called to dispute the charges they told me they can’t look up the account unless I give them the phone number if the new like, which I don’t have because they never connected it.

They have ruined my credit over this because I refuse to pay them for something I never had. I have called several times but they won’t remove the charges unless I provide them with the phone number that I never had.

i was a Direct TV customer for over 15 years. my account was on autopay for the bulk of that time and was never late on a payment with them. AT&T bought them and took over the service for the past few years.

I called to cancel my Direct TV account since it continued to go up and at the time of Cancellation it was costing me over $140 per month. When I called to cancel i directed them that i wanted to cancel that day.

It took about 10 minutes to talk them into canceling that day but they assured me that i would be cancelled that day and i was current on my bill and did not owe them any money. i received a package to send back the equipment which i did.

I recently visited the Libby place location. I was trying to add my daughter’s number from straight talk to my account. I thought the lady processed the transfer correctly. When two days (10/26/22) later my daughter’s number was suspended! I talked to customer service for 2 1/2 hours!

I talked to 10 different people trying to figure out what was the issue! The last person I talked to on the phone told me to go into a store! The gentleman Spencer at the white oak location finally got my number ported but the store was closing.

I contacted the company over and over letting them know that I did not receive any items. Later on, after many phone calls, emails, and my account being sent to collection, etc., they finally realized that the item had not been delivered to me, yet it had been returned back to their store or warehouse. On 10-26-2022 II was using my cell phone to make a payment. Usually they connect me with a automated person but I hit connected with a live person. I asked the person what happened to the automated guy and he got real ass hole with me.

I’ll called to cancel AT&T today and go back to Verizon because we were told that our phones were free and that we would be paying $164 a month instead of $264 with Verizon. Wilson the customer service agent we spoke with did get the bill down to $164ish a month and did everything he could to keep us.

However, when he transferred us to international customer service support, they did not help us at all. Excusing me of not calling when they sent us text messages while we were on our cruise. I have never in my life experienced bad customer service with Verizon.

A representative from AT&T had pulled my credit without my authorization to make a sale. On September 2 2022 at 2:36pm i contacted AT&T customer service to make moved my service to new address. The rep. rudely ignored my moving request, and proceeded to trick into changing my plan without my concernment.

I specifically informed him that I not want any change with my previous plan, but he took it upon himself to do a credit check without my authorization to change my plan. He ruined my credit by making an unauthorized inquirer.

I felt violated and disappointed that a company like AT&T would let one of their employee get away with such violation.

I have been a customer with AT & T for over 20 years. Their customer service is horrible!!!! I am leaving the service and transferring all 5 of my phones as soon as my phones are paid off or I find a provider that will pay them off first.

I called A T& T on 10/18/22 to get my credit on a returned phone. None of the customer service billing reps would help me. 3 people from billing would hang up on me.

Location: 2938 Island Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19153 att store. Im making a complaint because the guy who work around 11:30am 10/19/2022 was rude and disrespectful.

Also do you allow your employees to carry a gun in the store? You can see he had a gun on him and he was an employee not security.

However i still made a purchase for a screen protector because it was needed it but i was scared for my life.

Internet went down Friday and it’s Monday and is still down. I was told by 11 different agents conflicting stories all weekend. Made to stay home to reset router when service was promised to be resolved. I was told there was an outage and there was not an outage by different agents.

All agents had one thing in common, they promised to own my issue and follow-up. Not 1 of them did that. I spent 3 days on calls or chats with them and found out last night a cable was cut and that dept doesn’t work weekends.

I have never experienced anything like this. Monday and it is still down. Disappointed doesn’t cover it.
