Today is December 27th, 2022. Just as a reference. Since July, I have been complaining about having intermittent service every single day. We have only been receiving max 50 Mbps while we pay for 1000Mbps. I have wasted around 60hrs jumping from department to department, from supervisor to supervisor, from cancelled appointment(without notice) to nothing. From India ,to Colombia, to.........you name it this is how the call go because nobody have an idea on how to resolve the issue. I have high-speed Internet with AT&T. They turned my service off on Saturday, December 24 Christmas Eve at 3:30 PM. My bill is paid up. They are saying the reason that my service is off is because there’s a winter storm.

There has not been a winter storm on Saturday, Sunday Monday and now this is Tuesday morning at 6:45. Still no winter storm and I still don’t have Internet service, I came to AT&T just this month from another carrier. That was lousy.

I came to AT&T because I believe that they were a reputable company. This is the worst thing I could’ve possibly done I can’t even get to talk to anyone they have a computer set up to tell the same lie over and over again , I am very unhappy with AT&T.

We initially ordered ATT internet service. They sent the equipment and a technician showed up. He told us that we would get no where near the speeds that customer service claimed so we declined the installation. Now they are send info us monthly bills and threatening collections.

I called customer care and they said they see thevissue, that they apologized and would correct the problem. A few days later I got another bill for the current month THIS SERVICE IS NOT EVEN HOOKED UP. THE EQUIPMENT IS STILL IN THE BOX THEY SENT..

I’m contacting the BBB and on the internet looking for agencies to file reports with. Oh and the 6 years of wireless cell service is over this week.

I have been without the internet for three days now. Numerous calls netted different responses from ATT. The first call I was told the problem was an outage and would be fixed in 7 hours. Never happened. On all later calls I was told there was an outage on my area.

I just got off the phone and I was informed that the outage did no affect me and was repaired some time ago. I am still without internet,and was told the service department was closed for another hour. I am going to look for a different service.

I have never experienced such a run around.

I made my first call to ATT at 13:31 today. I just concluded my conversation with the last agent at 16:40. I have spoken with no less than 7 agents from Billing Department, the Loyalty Department, Tech Department, and DirectTV Streaming over the course of the last 3 hours and 9 minutes. By any standard, that is an excessive amount of time and a significantly poor customer experience - especially when nothing was resolved.

I have been a long time customer, but have had concerns for the constant price increases. I am a retiree and will always have budgetary constraints. Last year, I called for relief and the agent worked with me to find a satisfactory solution. ATT has become the worst company since they merged with Directv and Auverse. We have to call one number for phone billing problems and another for internet billing problems … amazing how with today’s technology they aren’t capable of having all of our account under one main account. Unbelievable!

So if I’m on the phone one hour with a phone bill problem I have to hang up and call another number (for another hour) to get help with our internet bill problems. I am currently looking for a new provider I’m sure there’s got to be a company out there that will appreciate our almost $1500 we spend between our 2 businesses.

My internet service is always down and the technician never can fix the problem. I'm always told different things and when the problem is not solved. I'm told it's outage. My internet has been down on following dates. 12/12/21 and back up 1/4/22. Down 1/2/22 - 1/26/22. Down 1/29/22 -1/31/22. Down 2/3/22 -2/28/22.

hello nj, when I first came, I chose the att operator, everything was fine at first, then one day the sim card broke down, I went to the att center and they changed the sim card, then a month later my line was broken again and I had just paid my prepaid sim card and they wanted to change my card, I did not accept it and I chose a different one. I went to the operator, now I asked for my money back, they said, call the customer service.

On August 19, 2022 I lost phone service! This service is a medical emergency phone number only!! I was unable to get a hold of someone until September 15, 2022 the only thing that I got was a run around.

NOBODY would answer any questions, They would only state that I had 240 days left on my warranty. About a month later I got a hold of someone in LA. They said they would send me a new box, when I received the new box it did not work either.

A friend of mine looked at it and said the box was bad and the only way to resolve it was to take it to Columbia, A corporate store, that cost me $50 to get there. They said the syn card was bad and resolved the problem.

We are paying way too much money for Internet service that is slow and undependable. Why we cannot get fiber out in our neighborhood I will never understand. Someone in our neighborhood has already paid to have the fiber laid, but they will not let any of us pay to hook up to it.

They would rather all of us pay as a neighborhood over $6000 to supposedly place something that’s already there. I don’t understand why us who have DSL have to pay more than people who have fiber and can actually rely on their Internet.

After activating 4 lines and 2 new S22 phones with AT&T wireless, I realized I had no signal in my house so I couldn't make calls without using wifi. So I immediately cancelled the service and returned the phones to At&t.

I had also signed up for AARP and linked my membership # to my at&t account because aarp members had their wireless service activation fees waived. So after being an at&t customer for just one day, at&t billed me $1182.

At&t confirmed receiving the two S22 phones I returned and after a long appeal, they adjusted my bill so now I owe them $388 for one months service and activation fees. I'm still fighting them to remove all charges as the plan I signed up for was to cost only $144/month and according to the at&t salesperson, I had 30 days trial period.

for several months now I have had very poor service on all of my lines, from not being able to send text messages to not having service to even call 911 if needed. I check for outages and there is never an outage to explain why we are unable to call or text.

I called customer service today about an international charge to Canada. I've been a customer for 20 years. In the past 18 months they made the mistake of charging me twice before and my plan incudes Canada and Mexico. The previous two times they charged me they corrected with an adjustment, apologized and said they would put in notes as well as to see if they can stop this from happening in the future.

Both times they verified that I'm allowed to call Canada and Mexico from the US as well as when I travel to and in those two countries. Well, today I spoke to 4 representatives in the Philippines because that's where the customer service is.

I called customer service today because for the first time on my bill I am being charger $12 for the receivers in my house. I was told that I am no longer "grandfathered" into that promotion because I needed to replace a faulty receiver last month.

The representative told me she could do nothing to remove the charges and "It is what it is" and that she did not have anyone higher then her to speak to or help me. I find these charges not fair and unacceptable.

Even the loyalty department has lied just to get off the phone without giving any resolution to the situation they caused. One manager even told me to mail my complaint to the payment center while claiming it was the complaint department.

I have a business account with 10 lines. We moved from Sprint to AT&T in Dec 2020 and took 7 new devices with up to 800 credit per line for a r 30 month contract. We got the credits for the first 6 months but it suddenly stopped.

We called AT&T customer support for at least 10-15 times and no one resolved our issue. The worst part being my latest conversation with the support person ( Ralf - I would blame his Supervisor for not being responsible) lasted for almost 2 hours on Dec 3rd.

Att is a complete scam these days. I just spent 2 hours on the phone with 3 different people just to leave with nothing but everything stolen from me by att. Apparently it now takes 30 days to reset a password that I was all of a sudden locked out of.

They want me to keep paying my bill but they have taken my email access away. I can't work and make money with no email access for a month! This is so unfair of Att. I can tell you right now.

I signed up for cell phone service the other night day and they couldn’t do an esim so I was waiting for a SIM card to arrive. Before I had even activated the plan, they made my phone number unavailable. I couldn’t get calls. Or texts.

I was calling on behalf of my Spanish speaking 80 yo mother. My mother pays for her land line phone with checks on time for years now. This month she received a letter stating that her payment was returned from her bank, we went to her bank and found out that the check she wrote had cleared and cashed by ATT.

97 (which is the amount of the payment my mom is charged) was taken out of my bank account. I disputed this amount as a fraud charge, as i said earlier my mom sends her payments via personal checks monthly.

I started a wireless service with your company back in August not only was my cell phone sent to me in a package cracked. As soon as I got it, I immediately called the representative and AT& T on my cell service.

I was told by AT&T that my Google Pixel Phone 6 would be replaced within 5 to 7 days. I was then asked by AT&T to call Google (at a non-working number as well as email at a non-working email). I called that day.

I set up a split pmt payment arrangement. Your system changed both my pmts to today's date 12/6. 76 12/23. You processed it anyway on the 6th. Now I will get bank fees for everytime you run it thru. At least let the customer know what you are doing.

Misleading and fraudulent information from sales when upgrading a phono and BOGO of another device. Added protection insurance without asking or advising. Upgrading all 5 devices to more expensive plan when only one device upgraded. Lied and said all had to be upgraded.

Changed our business cell phones over from Verizon to AT&T. The account executive made many promises in order to get our account. I have text messages and emails confirming the service we were to get.

However, after it was activated, it has been a nightmare. Numerous calls over the past 4 months and it is still not resolved. Our current bill is $11,000 + and have been able to get anyone to not only fix our current charges but to go back and reconcile the previous charges.

Have two Apple watches that don't even appear to be activated. Have tried calling the account executives cell phone but no longer in service. I suspect he is not employed any longer. The customer service is just unacceptable and no one seems to care to straighten out this mess.

I kept trying to contact my sister who lived far away from me. The phone would ring ONCE then CUT ME OFF. I contacted AT&T customer service, and they said there was a problem on the line - a repair person would go to my sisters home and check on it.

" We still could not get through to my sister. We called on our cells phones to their land line, and used two different cell phones and even had other people (including the police department of their small town try and contact my sister - they also could not get through.

I did an even trade for a new iphone in January of 2022. Since then i have been charged every month for the phone when in fact it should be 0. I have spoken to customer service 3x over the past several months being told the first 2 times that my account would be corrected and I would be credited. This has never happened.

Your computer system which is controlled by humans and im told constantly cant be changed to help me out and give me a little more time to pay my bill and cant tell me when my services will be off is really stupid. There should be more people able to override the system since we control it and it shouldn't be based on my payment history cause one month could be harder financially than another and

im done with the automated system, its flawed and its frustrating and also even when i talk to a live person they tell me that they can't do anything cause they don't have any control over the computer system that humans built and control so this is my only complaint and im not rich and have other bills to pay so sometimes I don't have the money to pay it right when you say it and

im furious…
